   הַזְכֵּרhaz/KERremindאֹתָםo/TAMthemלִהְיוֹתlih/YOTto beנִכְנָעִיםnikh/na/IMsubmissiveלַשָּׂרִיםlas/sa/RIMto princesוְלַשַּׁלִּיטִיםve/lash/shal/li/TIMand to the rulersלִשְׁמֹעַlish/MO/ato hearלַמֹּשְׁלִיםlam/mosh/LIMto the rulersוְלִהְיוֹתve/lih/YOTand to beנְכוֹנִיםne/kho/NIMreadyלְכׇל־מַעֲשֶׂהle/KHOL-ma/a/SEfor every workטוֹב׃tovgood

   Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,

   לְבִלְתִּיle/vil/TInotדַבֵּרdab/BERto speakרָעraevilעַל־אִישׁal-ishabout a manוְלֹאve/LOand notלִהְיוֹתlih/YOTto beאַנְשֵׁיan/SHEmen ofמְדָנִיםme/da/NIMstrifeכִּיkibutאִם־רַכִּיםim-rak/KIMrather gentleוּמַרְאִיםu/mar/IMand showingכׇּל־עֲנָוָהkol-a/na/VAall meeknessלְכׇל־אָדָם׃le/KHOL-a/DAMto all men

   To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

   כִּיkiforגַם־אֲנַחְנוּgam-a/NACH/nuwe alsoהָיִינוּha/YI/nuwereמִלְּפָנִיםmil/le/fa/NIMformerlyחַסְרֵיchas/RElackingדַעַתDA/atknowledgeמַמְרִיםmam/RIMrebelliousנִתְעִיםnit/IMled astrayעֹבְדִיםov/DIMserveתַּאֲוֹתta/a/VOTdesiresוַעֲדָנִיםva/a/da/NIMand pleasuresשׁוֹנִיםsho/NIMvariousחַיִּיםchay/YIMlivingבְּרָעָהbe/ra/Ain evilוּבְקִנְאָהu/ve/kin/Aand in jealousyשְׂנוּאִיםse/nu/IMhatedוְשֹׂנְאִיםve/son/IMand hatingאִישׁisheachאֶת־רֵעֵהוּ׃et-re/E/huhis neighbor

   For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

   אֲבָלa/VALbutכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERwhenנִרְאֲתָהnir/a/TAwas revealedטוֹבַתto/VATthe goodness ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodמוֹשִׁיעֵנוּMo/shi/e/NUour Saviorוְאַהֲבָתוֹve/a/ha/va/TOand His loveלָאָדָם׃la/a/DAMtoward man

   But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

   לֹאlonotבְּמַעֲשֵׂיbe/ma/a/SEby works ofצְדָקָהtse/da/KArighteousnessאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatעָשִׂינוּa/SI/nuwe didכִּיkibutאִם־כְּרַחֲמָיוim-ke/ra/cha/MAYVrather according to His mercyהוֹשִׁיעָנוּho/shi/a/NUHe saved usבְּרַחְצַתbe/rach/TSATby the washing ofלֵדָהle/DAbirthחֲדָשָׁהcha/da/SHAnewוּבְחַדֵּשׁu/ve/chad/DESHand renewing ofרוּחַ־הַקֹּדֶשׁ׃RU/ach-Hak/KO/deshthe Holy Spirit

   Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

   אֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhomשָׁפַךְsha/FAKHHe poured outעָלֵינוּa/LE/nuon usלְמַכְבִּירle/makh/BIRrichlyעַל־יְדֵיal-ye/DEthroughיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiahמוֹשִׁיעֵנוּ׃Mo/shi/e/NUour Savior

   Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;

   לְמַעַןle/MA/anso thatבְּהִצָּדְקֵנוּbe/hits/tsa/de/ke/NUbeing justifiedבְּחַסְדּוֹbe/chas/DOby His graceנִהְיֶהnih/YEwe would beיוֹרְשִׁיםyor/SHIMheirsלְפִיle/FIaccording toתִקְוַתtik/VATthe hope ofחַיֵּיchay/YElifeעוֹלָם׃o/LAMeternal

   That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

   נֶאֱמָןne/e/MANfaithfulהַדָּבָרhad/da/VARis the wordוְאֶת־אֵלֶּהve/ET-EL/leand theseחָפֵץcha/FETSI wantאֲנִיa/NIIכִּיkiforתָעִידta/IDyou affirmתָּמִידta/MIDalwaysלְמַעַןle/MA/ansoיִשְׁקְדוּyish/ke/DUmay be diligentהַמַּאֲמִינִיםham/ma/a/mi/NIMthose who believeבֵּאלֹהִיםbe/lo/HIMin Godלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto doמַעֲשִׂיםma/a/SIMworksטוֹבִיםto/VIMgoodאֵלֶּהEL/lethese thingsטוֹבִיםto/VIMgoodוּמוֹעִילִיםu/mo/i/LIMand profitableלִבְנֵיliv/NEto the sons ofאָדָם׃a/DAMmen

   This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

   אֲבָלa/VALbutסוּרsurturn awayמִן־הַחִידוֹתmin-ha/chi/DOTfrom riddlesהַתְּפֵלוֹתhat/te/fe/LOTfoolishוּמִן־הַתּוֹלָדוֹתu/MIN-hat/to/la/DOTand from genealogiesוּמִן־הַמְּדָנִיםu/MIN-ham/me/da/NIMand from quarrelsוּמִן־הָרִיבוֹתu/MIN-ha/ri/VOTand from disputesעַל־הַתּוֹרָהal-hat/to/RAabout the lawכִּיkiforלֹאlonotיוֹעִילוּyo/I/luthey profitוְהֶבֶלve/HE/veland vanityהֵמָּה׃HEM/mathey are

   But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

    אִישׁisha manכִּתּוֹתkit/TOTsectsאַחֲרֵיa/cha/REafterתּוֹכַחַתto/KHA/chatadmonitionאַחַתa/CHAToneוּשְׁתַּיִםush/TA/yimand twiceמְאַסme/ASrejectבּוֹ׃bohim

    A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;

    בְּדַעְתְּךָbe/da/te/KHAknowingכִּיkithatאִישׁisha manכָּזֶהka/ZEsuchמְעֻוָּתme/uv/VATis pervertedהוּאhuheוְחוֹטֵאve/cho/TEand sinsוּמַרְשִׁיעַu/mar/SHI/aand condemnsאֶת־נַפְשׁוֹ׃et-naf/SHOhimself

    Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

    כַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERwhenאֶשְׁלַחesh/LACHI will sendאֵלֶיךָe/LE/khato youאֶת־אַרְטְמָסet-Ar/te/MASArtemasאוֹoorאֶת־טוּכִיקוֹסet-Tu/khi/KOSTychicusחוּשָׁהCHU/shahurryלָבוֹאla/VOto comeאֵלַיe/LAYto meלְנִקָפֹּלִיסle/Ni/kap/po/LISto Nicopolisכִּיkiforאָמַרְתִּיa/MAR/tiI decidedלָשֶׁבֶתla/SHE/vetto stayשָׁםshamthereבַּסְּתָיו׃bas/se/TAYVin the winter

    When I shall send Artemas unto thee, or Tychicus, be diligent to come unto me to Nicopolis: for I have determined there to winter.

    אֶת־זֵינָסet-Ze/NASZenasחֲכַםcha/KHAMthe scholar ofהַתּוֹרָהhat/to/RAthe lawוְאֶת־אַפּוֹלוֹסve/ET-ap/po/LOSand Apollosשַׁלַּחshal/LACHsend offבַּחֲרִיצוּתba/cha/ri/TSUTwith diligenceלְמַעַןle/MA/anso thatלֹאlonotיֶחְסַרyech/SARlacksלָהֶםla/HEMto themדָּבָר׃da/VARanything

    Bring Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their journey diligently, that nothing be wanting unto them.

14. 14

    וְגַםve/GAMand alsoאֲנָשֵׁינוּa/na/SHE/nuour peopleיִלְמְדוּyil/me/DUlet learnלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto doמַעֲשִׂיםma/a/SIMworksטוֹבִיםto/VIMgoodלְכׇל־מַחְסוֹרle/KHOL-mach/SORfor every needלְבִלְתִּיle/vil/TIthat notיִהְיוּyih/YUthey beבְּלִי־פְרִי׃be/LI-fe/RIwithout fruit

    And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.

15. 15

    כֹּלkolallאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwho areעִמָּדִיim/ma/DIwith meשֹׁאֲלִיםsho/a/LIMaskלִשְׁלוֹמֶךָlish/lo/ME/khaafter your peaceשְׁאַלshe/ALaskלִשְׁלוֹםlish/LOMafter the peace ofהָאֹהֲבִיםha/o/ha/VIMthose who loveאֹתָנוּo/TA/nuusבֶּאֱמוּנָהbe/e/mu/NAin the faithהַחֶסֶדha/CHE/sedgraceעִם־כֻּלְּכֶםim-kul/le/KHEMwith all of youאָמֵן׃a/MENamen

    All that are with me salute thee. Greet them that love us in the faith. Grace be with you all. Amen.
