   וְהִנְנִיand-Iמַזְכִּירcommendלָכֶםunto-youלְטוֹבfavorablyאֶת־פּוּבִיPhebeאֲחוֹתֵינוּour-sisterשֶׁהִיאwhich-isמְשַׁמֶּשֶׁתa-servant-ofהַקְּהִלָּהthe-churchאֲשֶׁרwhich-isבְּקַנְכְּרָי׃at-Cenchrea

   I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea:

   אֲשֶׁרthatתְּקַבְּלוּהָyou-receive-herבַּאֲדֹנֵינוּin-the-Lordכָּרָאוּיas-becomethלַקְּדוֹשִׁיםsaintsוְתִתְמְכוּand-assistבָהּherלְכֹלin-whatsoeverאֲשֶׁר־תִּצְטָרֵךְshe-hath-needלָכֶםof-youכִּי־גַם־הִיאfor-she-alsoהָיְתָהhath-beenעֹזֶרֶתa-succorer-ofלָרַבִּיםmanyוְגַםand-alsoלְנַפְשִׁי׃of-myself

   That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.

   שַׁאֲלוּask-afterלִשְׁלוֹםthe-welfare-ofפְּרִיסְקְלָאPriscillaוַעֲקִילָסand-Aquilaשֶׁהֵםwho-areחֲבֵרַיmy-helpersבַּעֲבוֹדַתin-the-work-ofהַמָּשִׁיחַChristיֵשׁוּעַ׃Jesus

   Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus:

   אֲשֶׁרwhoנָתְנוּhave-laid-downאֶת־צַוָּארָםtheir-own-necksבְּעַדforנַפְשִׁיmy-lifeוְלֹא־אֲנִיnot-Iלְבַדִּיonlyאוֹדֶהgive-thanksלָהֶםunto-themכִּיbutגַּם־כׇּל־קְהִלּוֹתalso-all-the-churches-ofהַגּוֹיִם׃the-Gentiles

   Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.

   וְשַׁאֲלוּLikewise-greetלִשְׁלוֹםthe-welfare-ofהַקְּהִלָּהthe-churchאֲשֶׁרthat-isבְּבֵיתָםin-their-house.שַׁאֲלוּSaluteלִשְׁלוֹםthe-welfare-ofאַפֵּינְטוֹסEpaenetusחֲבִיבִיmy-wellbelovedשֶׁהוּאwho-isרֵאשִׁיתthe-firstfruits-ofאֲכַיָּאAchaiaלַמָּשִׁיחַ׃unto-Christ

   Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epænetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ.

   שַׁאֲלוּask-afterלִשְׁלוֹםthe-welfare-ofמִרְיָםMaryשֶׁעָמְלָהwho-bestowedעָמָלlaborרַבmuchבַּעֲבוּרְכֶם׃for-you

   Greet Mary, who bestowed much labour on us.

   שַׁאֲלוּask-afterלִשְׁלוֹםthe-welfare-ofאַנְדְּרוֹנִיקוֹסAndronicusוְיוּנְיָסand-Juniaקְרוֹבַיmy-kinsmenוַאֲשֶׁרwhoהָיוּwereאֲסוּרִיםfellowprisonersאִתִּיwith-meוְלָהֶםwho-are-ofשֵׁםnoteבַּשְּׁלִיחִיםamong-the-apostlesוּלְפָנַיand-before-meהָיוּthey-wereבַמָּשִׁיחַ׃in-Christ

   Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.

   Greet Amplias my beloved in the Lord.

   Salute Urbane, our helper in Christ, and Stachys my beloved.

    Salute Apelles approved in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus' household.

    שַׁאֲלוּask-afterלִשְׁלוֹםthe-welfare-ofהוֹרוֹדִיּוֹןHerodionקְרוֹבִיmy-kinsmanשַׁאֲלוּask-afterלִשְׁלוֹםthe-welfare-ofבְּנֵי־בֵיתוֹthe-householdשֶׁל־נַרְקִיסוֹסof-Narcissusאֲשֶׁר־הֵםwhich-areבַּאֲדֹנֵינוּ׃in-the-Lord

    Salute Herodion my kinsman. Greet them that be of the household of Narcissus, which are in the Lord.

    Salute Tryphena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute the beloved Persis, which laboured much in the Lord.

    Salute Rufus chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine.

    שַׁאֲלוּask-afterלִשְׁלוֹםthe-welfare-ofאֲסוּנְקְרִיטוֹסAsyncritusוּפְלֵיגוֹןand-Phlegonוְהֶרְמָסand-Hermasוּפַטְרוֹבָסand-Patrobasוְהֶרְמִיסand-Hermesוְהָאַחִיםand-the-brethrenאֲשֶׁרwhichאִתָּם׃are-with-them

    Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren which are with them.

    שַׁאֲלוּask-afterלִשְׁלוֹםthe-welfare-ofפִּילוֹלוֹגוֹסPhilologusוְיוּלְיָאand-JuliaנִירְוַסNereusוַאֲחוֹתוֹand-his-sisterוְאוֹלוּמְפָּסand-Olympasוְכׇל־הַקְּדוֹשִׁיםand-all-the-saintsאֲשֶׁרwhichאִתָּם׃are-with-them

    Salute Philologus, and Julia, Nereus, and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints which are with them.

    שַׁאֲלוּsaluteאִישׁoneלְרֵעֵהוּanotherלְשָׁלוֹםin-peaceבַּנְּשִׁיקָהwith-the-kissהַקְּדוֹשָׁהholyקְהִלּוֹתthe-churches-ofהַמָּשִׁיחַChristשֹׁאֲלוֹתask-afterלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶם׃your-welfare

    Salute one another with an holy kiss. The churches of Christ salute you.

    וַאֲנִיnow-Iמַזְהִירbeseechאֶתְכֶםyouאַחַיbrethrenלָשׂוּםto-setפְּנֵיכֶםyour-heed-againstבִּמְשַׁלְּחֵיthem-which-causeמְדָנִיםdivisionsוּמִכְשׁוֹלִיםand-offensesשֶׁלּאcontrary-toכַלֶּקַחthe-doctrineאֲשֶׁרwhichלְמַדְתֶּםyou-have-learnedוְסוּרוּand-avoidמֵהֶם׃them

    Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

18. 18

    כִּיforאֲנָשִׁיםmenכָּאֵלֶּהsuch-as-theseאֵינָםnotעֹבְדִיםserveאֶת־אֲדֹנֵינוּour-LordיֵשׁוּעַJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַChristכִּיbutאִם־אֶת־כְּרֵשָׂםtheir-own-bellyוּבְאִמְרֵיand-by-words-ofנֹעַםpleasantnessוּשְׂפַתand-speech-ofחֲלָקוֹתflatteryיַתְעוּdeceiveאֶת־לֵבthe-hearts-ofהַפְּתָאִים׃the-simple

    For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

19. 19

    כִּיforמִשְׁמַעְתְּכֶםyour-obedienceנוֹדַעַתis-come-abroadלַכֹּלunto-allלָכֵןthereforeאֲנִיIשָׂמֵחַam-gladעֲלֵיכֶםon-your-behalfאֲבָלbutרְצוֹנִיI-wouldשֶׁתִּהְיוּhave-youחֲכָמִיםwiseלְהֵטִיבunto-goodוּתְמִימִיםand-simpleלְבִלְתִּיconcerningהָרֵעַ׃evil

    For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.

20. 20

    וֵאלֹהֵיand-the-God-ofהַשָּׁלוֹםpeaceהוּאhimselfיְדַכֵּאshall-bruiseאֶת־הַשָּׂטָןSatanבִּמְהֵרָהshortlyתַּחַתunderרַגְלֵיכֶםyour-feetחֶסֶדthe-grace-ofאֲדֹנֵינוּour-LordיֵשׁוּעַJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַChristעִמָּכֶם׃be-with-you

    And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

    טִימוֹתִיּוֹסTimotheusחֲבֵרִיmy-workfellowוְלוּקְיוֹסand-Luciusוְיָסוֹןand-Jasonוְסוֹסְפַּטְרוֹסand-Sosipaterקְרוֹבַיmy-kinsmenשֹׁאֲלִיםask-afterלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶם׃your-welfare

    Timotheus my workfellow, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen, salute you.

22. 22

    אֲנִיIטַרְטִיּוֹסTertiusהַכּוֹתֵבwho-wroteאֶת־הָאִגֶּרֶתthe-epistleהַזֹּאתthisשֹׁאֵלask-afterלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶםyour-welfareבַּאֲדֹנֵינוּ׃in-the-Lord

    I Tertius, who wrote this epistle, salute you in the Lord.

    גָּיוֹסGaiusהַמְאָרֵחַhost-ofאוֹתִיmeוְאֵתandכׇּל־הַקְּהִלָּהall-the-churchשֹׁאֵלasketh-afterלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶםyour-welfareאֲרַסְטוֹסErastusסֹכֵןthe-chamberlain-ofהָעִירthe-cityוּקְוַרְטוֹסand-Quartusאָחִינוּa-brotherשֹׁאֲלִיםask-afterלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶם׃your-welfare

    Gaius mine host, and of the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus the chamberlain of the city saluteth you, and Quartus a brother.

    חֶסֶדthe-grace-ofאֲדֹנֵינוּour-LordיֵשׁוּעַJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַChristעִם־כֻּלְּכֶםbe-with-you-allאָמֵן׃Amen

    The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

25. 25

    וַאֲשֶׁרnow-to-him-thatיָכֹלis-of-powerלְחַזֵּקto-stablishאֶתְכֶםyouכִּבְשׂוֹרָתִיaccording-to-my-gospelוְכִקְרִיאַתand-the-preaching-ofיֵשׁוּעַJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַChristכְּפִיaccording-toגִּלּוּיthe-revelation-ofהַסּוֹדthe-mysteryאֲשֶׁר־הָיָהwhich-wasמְכֻסֶּהkept-secretמִימוֹתfrom-the-days-ofעוֹלָם׃eternity

    Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,

26. 26

    וְעַתָּהbut-nowנִתְפַּרְסֵםis-made-manifestוְנוֹדַעand-made-knownעַל־יְדֵיbyכִּתְבֵיthe-scriptures-ofהַנְּבִיאִיםthe-prophetsכְּמִצְוַתaccording-to-the-commandment-ofאֱלֹהֵיthe-God-ofעוֹלָםthe-everlastingלְכׇלto-allהַגּוֹיִםnationsלַהֲבִיאָםto-bring-them-toלְמִשְׁמַעַתthe-obedience-ofהָאֱמוּנָה׃faith

    But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:

27. 27

    הָאֱלֹהִיםto-Godהֶחָכָםwiseהָאֶחָדonlyלוֹto-him-beהַכָּבוֹדgloryבְּיֵשׁוּעַthrough-JesusהַמָּשִׁיחַChristלְעוֹלָמִיםfor-everאָמֵן׃Amen

    To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.
