   Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

   Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

   I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;

   אֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatעֲשַׁרְתֶּם־בּוֹa/shar/TEM-boyou were made rich in himבַּכֹּלbak/KOLin allבְּכׇל־אֹמֶרbe/KHOL-O/merin all utteranceוּבְכׇל־דַּעַת׃u/ve/KHOL-DA/atand in all knowledge

   That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;

   כַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHEReven asעֵדוּתe/DUTthe testimony ofהַמָּשִׁיחַham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiahהִתְחַזְּקָהhit/chaz/ze/KAwas made strongבָכֶם׃va/KHEMamong you

   Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:

   עַדadsoאֲשֶׁר־לֹאa/SHER-lothat notחֲסַרְתֶּםcha/sar/TEMyou lackבְּכׇל־מַתָּנָהbe/KHOL-mat/ta/NAin any giftוְהִנְּכֶםve/hin/ne/KHEMand behold youמְחַכִּיםme/chak/KIMwaitלְבוֹאle/VOfor the coming ofאֲדֹנֵינוּa/do/NE/nuour LordיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַ׃ham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiah

   So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:

   וְהוּאve/HUand heגַּם־יְכוֹנֵןgam-ye/kho/NENwill also establishאֶתְכֶםet/KHEMyouעַד־עֵתad-etuntil the time ofקֵץketsthe endלִהְיוֹתlih/YOTto beנְקִיִּיםne/kiy/YIMinnocentבְּיוֹםbe/YOMon the day ofאֲדֹנֵינוּa/do/NE/nuour LordיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַ׃ham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiah

   Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

   נֶאֱמָןne/e/MANfaithfulהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMis Godאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatעַל־פִּיוal-pivby His mouthנִקְרֵאתֶםnik/re/TEMyou were calledלְחֶבְרַתle/chev/RATto the fellowship ofבְּנוֹbe/NOHis SonיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiahאֲדֹנֵינוּ׃a/do/NE/nuour Lord

   God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

    Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

    For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.

    וְזֹאתve/ZOTand thisאֲנִיa/NIIאֹמֵרo/MERsayכִּיkithatאִישׁishmanאִישׁishoneמִכֶּםmik/KEMof youאֹמֵרo/MERsaysאֲנִיa/NIIלְפוֹלוֹסle/Fo/LOSof Paulוַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iלְאַפּוֹלוֹסle/Ap/po/LOSof Apollosוַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iלְכֵיפָאle/Khe/FAof Cephasוַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iלַמָּשִׁיחַ׃lam/Ma/SHI/achof the Messiah

    Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.

    Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?

    אוֹדֶהo/DEI thankלֵאלֹהִיםle/lo/HIMGodכִּיkithatלֹאlononeטָבַלְתִּיta/val/TIdid I baptizeאִישׁisha manמִכֶּםmik/KEMof youבִּלְתִּיbil/TIexceptקְרִסְפּוֹסKe/ris/POSCrispusוְגָיוֹס׃ve/Ga/YOSand Gaius

    I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius;

15. 15

    פֶּן־יֹאמַרpen-yo/MARlest one sayאִישׁishanyכִּי־בִשְׁמִיki-vish/MIthat in my nameטָבָלְתִּי׃ta/val/TII baptized

    Lest any should say that I had baptized in mine own name.

16. 16

    וְטָבַלְתִּיve/ta/val/TIand I baptizedגַּםgamalsoאֶת־בְּנֵי־בֵיתet-be/NE-vetthe sons of the house ofאִסְטְפָנוֹסIs/te/fa/NOSStephanasוּמִלְּבַדu/mil/le/VADand besidesאֵלֶּהEL/letheseלֹאlonotאֵדַעe/DAdo I knowאִם־טָבַלְתִּיim-ta/val/TIif I baptizedאִישׁisha manאַחֵר׃a/CHERother

    And I baptized also the household of Stephanas: besides, I know not whether I baptized any other.

    כִּיkiforלֹאlonotשְׁלָחַנִיshe/la/CHA/nisent meהַמָּשִׁיחַham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiahלִטְבּוֹלlit/BOLto baptizeכִּיkibutאִםimratherלְבַשֵּׂרle/vas/SERto proclaim the gospelלֹא־בְחׇכְמַתlo-ve/chokh/MATnot with the wisdom ofדְּבָרִיםde/va/RIMwordsלְמַעַןle/MA/ansoאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatלֹא־יִהְיֶהlo-yih/YEwill not beצְלוּבtse/LUVthe crucifixion ofהַמָּשִׁיחַham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiahלָרִיק׃la/RIKfor nothing

    For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.

    כִּי־דְבַרki-de/VARfor the word ofהַצְּלוּבhats/tse/LUVthe crucified oneסִכְלוּתsikh/LUTfoolishnessהוּאhuisלָאֹבְדִיםla/ov/DIMto those who perishאֲבָלa/VALbutלָנוּLA/nuto usהַנּוֹשָׁעִיםhan/no/sha/IMwho are savedגְּבוּרַתge/vu/RATis the power ofאֱלֹהִים׃e/lo/HIMGod

    For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

19. 19

    כִּי־כֵןki-khenfor soכָּתוּבka/TUVit is writtenאֲאַבֵּדa/ab/BEDI will destroyחׇכְמַתchokh/MATthe wisdom ofחֲכָמִיםcha/kha/MIMthe wiseוּבִינַתu/vi/NATand the understanding ofנְבוֹנִיםne/vo/NIMthe discerningאָפֵר׃a/FERwill bring to nothing

    For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

    אַיֵּהay/YEwhere isחָכָםcha/KHAMa wise manאַיֵּהay/YEwhere isסֹפֵרso/FERa scribeאַיֵּהay/YEwhere isדֹּרֵשׁdo/RESHa debater ofהָעוֹלָםha/o/LAMthe worldהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisהֲלֹאha/LOhas notסִכֵּלsik/KELmade foolishהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodאֶת־חׇכְמַתet-chokh/MATthe wisdom ofהָעוֹלָםha/o/LAMthe worldהַזֶּה׃haz/ZEthis

    Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

21. 21

    כִּיkiforאַחֲרֵיa/cha/REafterאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatבְּחׇכְמַתbe/chokh/MATin the wisdom ofהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodלֹאlonotיָדַעya/DAknewהָעוֹלָםha/o/LAMthe worldאֶת־הָאֱלֹהִיםet-ha/e/lo/HIMGodבְּחׇכְמָהbe/chokh/MAby wisdomהוֹאִילho/ILit pleasedהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodלְהוֹשִׁיעַle/ho/SHI/ato saveבְּסִכְלוּתbe/sikh/LUTby the foolishness ofהַקְּרִיאָהhak/ke/ri/Athe proclamationאֶת־הַמַּאֲמִינִים׃et-ham/ma/a/mi/NIMthose who believe

    For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

22. 22

    כִּיkiforהַיְּהוּדִיםhay/Ye/hu/DIMthe Jewsשֹׁאֲלִיםsho/a/LIMaskלָהֶםla/HEMfor themselvesאוֹתota signוְהַיְּוָנִיםve/hay/Ye/va/NIMand the Greeksמְבַקְשִׁיםme/vak/SHIMseekחׇכְמָה׃chokh/MAwisdom

    For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:

23. 23

    וַאֲנַחְנוּva/a/NACH/nuand weמַשְׁמִיעִיםmash/mi/IMproclaimאֶת־הַמָּשִׁיחַet-Ham/ma/SHI/achthe Messiahהַצָּלוּבhats/tsa/LUVcrucifiedמִכְשׁוֹלmikh/SHOLa stumbling blockלַיְּהוּדִיםlay/Ye/hu/DIMto the Jewsוְסִכְלוּתve/sikh/LUTand foolishnessלַיְּוָנִים׃lay/Ye/va/NIMto the Greeks

    But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;

24. 24

    אֲבָלa/VALbutלַמְקֹרָאִיםlam/ko/ra/IMto the calledבֵּיןbenbothמִיהוּדִיםmI/hu/DIMfrom JewsבֵּיןbenandמִיוָנִיםmI/va/NIMfrom Greeksאֶת־הַמָּשִׁיחַet-Ham/ma/SHI/achthe Messiahגְּבוּרַתge/vu/RATthe power ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodוְחׇכְמַתve/chokh/MATand the wisdom ofאֱלֹהִים׃e/lo/HIMGod

    But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

25. 25

    יַעַןYA/anbecauseכִּיkithatסִכְלוּתsikh/LUTthe foolishness ofהָאֵלha/ELGodחֲכָמָהcha/kha/MAis wiserהִיאhiitמֵאָדָםme/a/DAMthan manוְרִפְיוֹןve/rif/YONand the weakness ofהָאֵלha/ELGodחֲזָקָהcha/za/KAis strongerהִיאhiitמֵאָדָם׃me/a/DAMthan man

    Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

26. 26

    כִּיkiforרְאוּ־נָאre/U-nasee nowאַחַיa/CHAYmy brothersאֶת־קְרִיאַתְכֶםet-ke/ri/at/KHEMyour callingכִּיkihow thatלֹאlonotרַבִּיםrab/BIMmanyחֲכָמִיםcha/kha/MIMwiseלְפִיle/FIaccording toהַבָּשָׂרhab/ba/SARthe fleshלֹאlonotרַבִּיםrab/BIMmanyגִּבּוֹרִיםgib/bo/RIMstrongלֹאlonotרַבִּיםrab/BIMmanyנְדִיבִים׃ne/di/VIMnobles

    For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:

27. 27

    כִּיkibutאִם־בַּסָּכָלim-bas/sa/KHALrather the foolishאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichבָּעוֹלָםba/o/LAMin the worldבָּחַרba/CHARchoseהָאֵלha/ELGodלְמַעַןle/MA/anso asלְהָבִישׁle/ha/VISHto confoundאֶת־הַחֲכָמִיםet-ha/cha/kha/MIMthe wiseוּבֶחָלוּשׁu/ve/cha/LUSHand the weakאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichבָּעוֹלָםba/o/LAMin the worldבָּחַרba/CHARchoseהָאֵלha/ELGodלְמַעַןle/MA/anso asלְהָבִישׁle/ha/VISHto confoundאֶת־הֶחָזָק׃et-he/cha/ZAKthe strong

    But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

28. 28

    וּבְדַלַּתu/ve/dal/LATand the lowly ofהָעוֹלָםha/o/LAMthe worldבָּחַרba/CHARchoseהָאֵלha/ELGodוּבַנִּמְאָסu/van/nim/ASand the despisedוּבַאֲשֶׁרu/va/a/SHERand whatאֵינֶנּוּe/NEN/nuare notלְמַעַןle/MA/anso asהָפֵרha/FERto annulאֶת־אֲשֶׁרet-a/SHERwhatיֶשְׁנוֹ׃yesh/NOis

    And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:

29. 29

    לְמַעַןle/MA/anthatלֹא־יִתְהַלֵּלlo-yit/hal/LELwill not boastלְפָנָיוle/fa/NAYVbefore Himכׇּל־בָּשָׂר׃kol-ba/SARall flesh

    That no flesh should glory in his presence.

30. 30

    וּמִמֶּנּוּu/mim/MEN/nuand from Himאַתֶּםat/TEMare youבַּמָּשִׁיחַbam/Ma/SHI/achin the MessiahיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoהָיָהha/YAbecameלָנוּLA/nuto usלְחׇכְמָהle/chokh/MAwisdomמֵאֵתme/ETfromהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodוְלִצְדָקָהve/lits/da/KAand righteousnessוְלִקְדֻשָּׁהve/lik/dush/SHAand sanctificationוּלְפִדְיוֹם׃u/le/fid/YOMand redemption

    But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

31. 31

    וִיהִיvi/HIand let it beכַּכָּתוּבkak/ka/TUVas it is writtenהַמִּתְהַלֵּלham/mit/hal/LELthe one who boastsיִתְהַלֵּלyit/hal/LELlet him boastבָּאָדוֹן׃ba/a/DONin the Lord

    That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
