1. 1

   וָאֵרֶאva/E/reand I sawבִּימִיןbi/MINin the right hand ofהַיֹּשֵׁבhay/yo/SHEVthe one sittingעַל־הַכִּסֵּאal-hak/kis/SEon the throneסֵפֶרSE/fera bookכָּתוּבka/TUVwrittenפָּנִיםpa/NIMon the frontוְאָחוֹרve/a/CHORand on the backוְחָתוּםve/cha/TUMand sealedבְּשִׁבְעָהbe/shiv/Awith sevenחוֹתָמוֹת׃cho/ta/MOTseals

   And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

2. 2

   וָאֵרֶאva/E/reand I sawמַלְאָךְmal/AKHan angelחָזָקcha/ZAKstrongקוֹרֵאko/REproclaimingבְקוֹל־גָּדוֹלve/KOL-ga/DOLwith a great voiceמִיmiwhoרָאוּיra/UYis worthyלִפְתֹּחַlif/TO/achto openהַסֵּפֶרhas/SE/ferthe bookוּלְהַתִּירu/le/hat/TIRand to looseאֶת־חוֹתָמָיו׃et-cho/ta/MAYVits seals

   And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

   וְלֹא־יָכֹלve/LO-ya/KHOLand was not ableאִישׁisha manלֹאlonotבַשָּׁמַיִםvash/sha/MA/yimin heavenלֹאlonotבָאָרֶץva/A/retson earthוְלֹאve/LOand notמִתַּחַתmit/TA/chatunderלָאָרֶץla/A/retsthe earthלִפְתֹּחַlif/TO/achto openאֶת־הַסֵּפֶרet-has/SE/ferthe bookוְלֹאve/LOand notלְהַבִּיטle/hab/BITto lookבּוֹ׃boat it

   And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

   וָאֵבְךְּva/EVKand I weptבְּכִיbe/KHIweepingגָדוֹלga/DOLgreatכִּיkibecauseלֹאlonoנִמְצָאnim/TSAwas foundאִישׁishmanרָאוּיra/UYworthyלִפְתֹּחַlif/TO/achto openוְלִקְרֹאve/lik/ROand to readאֶת־הַסֵּפֶרet-has/SE/ferthe bookוְלֹאve/LOand notלְהַבִּיטle/hab/BITto lookבּוֹ׃boat it

   And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

   וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאֵלַיe/LAYto meאֶחָדe/CHADoneמִן־הַזְּקֵנִיםmin-haz/ze/ke/NIMof the eldersאַל־תִּבְכֶּהal-tiv/KEdo not weepהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdהָאַרְיֵהha/Ar/YEthe Lionאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatמִשֵּׁבֶטmish/SHE/vetfrom the tribe ofיְהוּדָהYe/hu/DAJudaשֹׁרֶשׁSHO/reshthe Root ofדָּוִדDa/VIDDavidיָכֹלya/KHOLhas prevailedלִפְתֹּחַlif/TO/achto openאֶת־הַסֵּפֶרet-has/SE/ferthe bookוּלְהַתִּירu/le/hat/TIRand to looseשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATthe sevenחוֹתָמָיו׃cho/ta/MAYVits seals

   And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

   וָאֵרֶאva/E/reand I sawוְהִנֵּהve/hin/NEand beholdבְּתוֹךְbe/TOKHin the midst ofהַכִּסֵּאhak/kis/SEthe throneוְאַרְבַּעve/ar/BAand the fourהַחַיּוֹתha/chay/YOTliving creaturesוּבְתוֹךְu/ve/TOKHand in the midst ofהַזְּקֵנִיםhaz/ze/ke/NIMthe eldersעֹמֵדo/MEDstandingשֶׂהSea Lambכְטָבוּחַkhe/ta/VU/achas slaughteredוְלוֹve/LOand he hasשֶׁבַעSHE/vasevenקְרָנַיִםke/ra/NA/yimhornsוְשִׁבְעָהve/shiv/Aand sevenעֵינַיִםe/NA/yimeyesאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatהֵםhemareשֶׁבַעSHE/vathe sevenרוּחוֹתru/CHOTspirits ofהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodהַשְּׁלוּחִיםhash/she/lu/CHIMsentאֶל־כׇּל־הָאָרֶץ׃el-kol-ha/A/retsto all the earth

   And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

   וַיָּבֹאvay/ya/VOand he cameוַיִּקַּחvay/yik/KACHand tookאֶת־הַסֵּפֶרet-has/SE/ferthe bookמִימִיןmi/MINfrom the right hand ofהַיֹּשֵׁבhay/yo/SHEVthe one sittingעַל־הַכִּסֵּא׃al-hak/kis/SEon the throne

   And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

   וַיְהִיvay/HIand it wasבְּקַחְתּוֹbe/kach/TOwhen he tookאֶת־הַסֵּפֶרet-has/SE/ferthe bookוַיִּפְּלוּvay/yip/pe/LUfellלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeהַשֶּׂהhas/SEthe Lambאַרְבַּעar/BAthe fourהַחַיּוֹתha/chay/YOTliving creaturesוְעֶשְׂרִיםve/es/RIMand twentyוְאַרְבָּעָהve/ar/ba/Aand fourהַזְּקֵנִיםhaz/ze/ke/NIMeldersוְאִישׁve/ISHand eachכִּנּוֹרוֹkin/no/ROhis harpבְּיָדוֹbe/ya/DOin his handוְקַעֲרוֹתve/ka/a/ROTand bowls ofזָהָבza/HAVgoldמְלֵאֹתme/le/OTfull ofקְטֹרֶתke/TO/retincenseאֲשֶׁר־הֵנָּהa/SHER-HEN/nawhich areתְּפִלּוֹתte/fil/LOTthe prayers ofהַקְּדוֹשִׁים׃hak/ke/do/SHIMthe saints

   And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

   וַיָּשִׁירוּvay/ya/SHI/ruand they sangשִׁירshira songחָדָשׁcha/DASHnewלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingרָאוּיra/UYworthyאַתָּהat/TAyouלָקַחַתla/KA/chatto takeאֶת־הַסֵּפֶרet-has/SE/ferthe bookוְלִפְתֹּחַve/lif/TO/achand to openאֶת־חוֹתָמָיוet-cho/ta/MAYVits sealsכִּיkiforטָבוּחַta/VU/achslaughteredהָיִיתָha/YI/tayou wereוּגְאַלְתָּנוּu/ge/al/ta/NUand have redeemed usלֵאלֹהִיםle/lo/HIMfor Godבְּדָמְךָbe/da/me/KHAby your bloodמִכׇּל־מִשְׁפָּחָהmik/KOL-mish/pa/CHAfrom every familyוְלָשׁוֹןve/la/SHONand tongueוְעַםve/AMand peopleוָגוֹי׃va/GOYand nation

   And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

    וַתַּעַשׂvat/TA/asand you madeאֹתָנוּo/TA/nuusלֵאלֹהֵינוּle/lo/HE/nufor our Godמְלָכִיםme/la/KHIMkingsוְכֹהֲנִיםve/kho/ha/NIMand priestsוְנִמְלֹךְve/nim/LOKHand we will reignעַל־הָאָרֶץ׃al-ha/A/retson the earth

    And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

11. 11

    וָאֵרֶאva/E/reand I sawוָאֶשְׁמַעva/esh/MAand I heardקוֹלkolthe voice ofמַלְאָכִיםmal/a/KHIMangelsרַבִּיםrab/BIMmanyסָבִיבsa/VIVaroundלַכִּסֵּאlak/kis/SEthe throneוְלַחַיּוֹתve/la/chay/YOTand the living creaturesוְלַזְּקֵנִיםve/laz/ze/ke/NIMand the eldersוּמִסְפָּרָםu/mis/pa/RAMand their numberרִבּוֹrib/BOten thousandרְבָבוֹתre/va/VOTmyriadsוְאַלְפֵיve/al/FEand thousands ofאֲלָפִים׃a/la/FIMthousands

    And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

12. 12

    אֹמְרִיםom/RIMsayingבְּקוֹלbe/KOLwith a voiceגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatרָאוּיra/UYworthy isהַשֶּׂהhas/SEthe Lambהַטָּבוּחַhat/ta/VU/achslaughteredלָקַחַתla/KA/chatto receiveגְּבוּרָהge/vu/RAmightוְעֹשֶׁרve/O/sherand wealthוְחׇכְמָהve/chokh/MAand wisdomוָעֹזva/OZand strengthוְהָדָרve/ha/DARand majestyוְכָבוֹדve/kha/VODand gloryוּבְרָכָה׃u/ve/ra/KHAand blessing

    Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

13. 13

    וְכׇל־בְּרִיָּהve/KHOL-be/riy/YAand every creatureאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat isבַּשָּׁמַיִםbash/sha/MA/yimin heavenוּבָאָרֶץu/va/A/retsand on earthוּמִתַּחַתu/mit/TA/chatand underלָאָרֶץla/A/retsthe earthוַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERand that isבַּיָּםbay/YAMin the seaוְכֹלve/KHOLand allאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat isבָּהֶםba/HEMin themשָׁמַעְתִּיsha/MA/tiI heardאֹמְרִיםom/RIMsayingהַבְּרָכָהhab/be/ra/KHAthe blessingוְהֶהָדָרve/he/ha/DARand the majestyוְהַכָּבוֹדve/hak/ka/VODand gloryוְהַגְּבוּרָהve/hag/ge/vu/RAand the mightלַיֹּשֵׁבlay/yo/SHEVto the one sittingעַל־הַכִּסֵּאal-hak/kis/SEupon the throneוְלַשֶּׂהve/Las/SEand to the Lambלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverוָעֶד׃va/EDand ever

    And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

14. 14

    וַתֹּאמַרְנָהvat/to/MAR/naand saidאַרְבַּעar/BAthe fourהַחַיּוֹתha/chay/YOTliving creaturesאָמֵןa/MENamenוְעֶשְׂרִיםve/es/RIMand twentyוְאַרְבָּעָהve/ar/ba/Aand fourהַזְּקֵנִיםhaz/ze/ke/NIMeldersנָפְלוּna/fe/LUfellוַיִּשְׁתַּחֲווּvay/yish/ta/cha/VUand bowed downלַחַיla/CHAYthe one who livesלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverוָעֶד׃va/EDand ever

    And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
