   And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

   And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

   וּמָחָהu/ma/CHAand will wipe awayאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodכׇּל־דִּמְעָהkol-dim/Aevery tearמֵעֵינֵיהֶםme/e/ne/HEMfrom their eyesוְהַמָּוֶתve/ham/MA/vetand deathלֹאlonotיִהְיֶה־עוֹדyih/YE-odwill be againוְלֹאve/LOand noיָגוֹןya/GONsorrowוְלֹאve/LOand noזְעָקָהze/a/KAcryingוּכְאֵבu/khe/EVand painלֹאlonotיִהְיֶה־עוֹדyih/YE-odwill be againכִּיkiforהָרִאשֹׁנוֹתha/ri/sho/NOTthe former thingsעָבָרוּ׃a/VA/ruhave passed away

   And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

   וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidהַיֹּשֵׁבhay/Yo/SHEVthe One sittingעַל־הַכִּסֵּאal-hak/kis/SEon the throneהִנְנִיhin/NIbehold Iעֹשֶׂהo/SEmakeהַכֹּלhak/KOLallחָדָשׁcha/DASHnewוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאֵלַיe/LAYto meכְּתֹבke/TOVwriteכִּיkiforהַדְּבָרִיםhad/de/va/RIMthe wordsהָאֵלֶּהha/EL/letheseאֲמִתִּיםa/mit/TIMtrueוְנֶאֱמָנִיםve/ne/e/ma/NIMand faithfulהֵם׃hemare

   And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

   וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאֵלַיe/LAYto meנִהְיָתָהnih/YA/tait has been doneאֲנִיa/NII amהָאָלֶףHa/A/lefAlphaוְהַתָּוve/hat/TAVand Omegaהָרֵאשִׁיתha/re/SHITthe beginningוְהָאַחֲרִיתve/ha/a/cha/RITand the endאֲנִיa/NIIאֶתֵּןet/TENwill giveלַצָּמֵאlats/tsa/MEto the thirstyמִמְּקוֹרmim/me/KORfrom the fountain ofמֵיmethe waters ofהַחַיִּיםha/chay/YIMlifeחִנָּם׃chin/NAMfreely

   And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

   הַמְנַצֵּחַham/nats/TSE/achthe one who overcomesיִירַשׁYI/rashwill inheritהַכֹּלhak/KOLallוַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iאֶהְיֶה־לּוֹeh/YE-lowill be to himלֵאלֹהִיםle/lo/HIMGodוְהוּאve/HUand heיִהְיֶה־לִּיyih/YE-liwill be to Meלְבֵן׃le/VENa son

   He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

   אֲבָלa/VALbutרַכֵּיrak/KEthe faint ofהַלֵּבhal/LEVheartוַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERand those whoלֹא־אֵמֻןlo-e/MUNhave no faithבָּםbamin themוְהַנִּתְעָבִיםve/han/nit/a/VIMand the abominableוְהַמְרַצְּחִיםve/ham/rats/tse/CHIMand murderersוְהַזֹּנִיםve/haz/zo/NIMand the fornicatorsוְהַמְכַשְּׁפִיםve/ham/khash/she/FIMand sorcerersוְעֹבְדֵיve/ov/DEand the worshipers ofהָאֱלִילִיםha/e/li/LIMidolsוְכׇל־הַמְכַזְּבִיםve/KHOL-ham/khaz/ze/VIMand all liarsחֶלְקָםchel/KAMtheir portionיִהְיֶהyih/YEwill beבָּאֲגַםba/a/GAMin the lakeהַבֹּעֵרhab/bo/ERthat burnsבְּאֵשׁbe/ESHwith fireוְגׇפְרִיתve/gof/RITand brimstoneאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatהוּאhuisהַמָּוֶתham/MA/vetthe deathהַשֵּׁנִי׃hash/she/NIsecond

   But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

   וַיָּבֹאvay/ya/VOand cameאֵלַיe/LAYto meאֶחָדe/CHADoneמִשִּׁבְעַתmish/shiv/ATof the sevenהַמַּלְאָכִיםham/mal/a/KHIMangelsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatלָהֶםla/HEMhadשֶׁבַעSHE/vathe sevenהַקְּעָרוֹתhak/ke/a/ROTbowlsהַמְּלֵאוֹתham/me/le/OTfull ofשֶׁבַעSHE/vathe sevenהַמַּכּוֹתham/mak/KOTplaguesהָאַחֲרֹנוֹתha/a/cha/ro/NOTlastוַיְדַבֵּרvay/dab/BERand spokeעִמִּיim/MIwith meלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingבֹּאbocomeהֵנָּהHEN/nahereוְאַרְאֶךָּve/ar/EK/kaand I will show youאֶת־הַכַּלָּהet-hak/kal/LAthe brideאֵשֶׁתE/shetthe wife ofהַשֶּׂה׃has/SEthe Lamb

   And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.

10. 10

    וַיִּשָּׂאֵנִיvay/yis/sa/E/niand he carried meבָרוּחַVa/RU/achin the Spiritאֶל־הַרel-harto a mountainגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatוְגָבֹהַּve/ga/VO/ahand highוַיַּרְאֵנִיvay/yar/E/niand he showed meאֶת־הָעִירet-ha/IRthe cityהַגְּדוֹלָהhag/ge/do/LAgreatיְרוּשָׁלַיִםYe/ru/sha/LA/yimJerusalemהַקְּדוֹשָׁהhak/ke/do/SHAholyיֹרֶדֶתyo/RE/detcoming downמִן־הַשָּׁמַיִםmin-hash/sha/MA/yimfrom heavenמֵאֵתme/ETfromהָאֱלֹהִים׃ha/e/lo/HIMGod

    And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

11. 11

    וְעָלֶיהָve/a/LE/haand on herכְּבוֹדke/VODthe glory ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodוּמְאוֹרָהּu/me/o/RAand her lightכְּאֶבֶןke/E/venlike a stoneיְקָרָהye/ka/RApreciousמְאֹדme/ODveryכְּאֶבֶןke/E/venlike a stone ofיָשְׁפֵהya/she/FEjasperבָּרָהba/RAclearכַּקֶּרַח׃kak/KE/rachlike the ice

    Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;

12. 12

    וְלָהּve/LAand she hasחוֹמָהcho/MAa wallגְּדוֹלָהge/do/LAgreatוּגְבֹהָהu/ge/vo/HAand highוּשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרu/she/NEM-a/SARand twelveשְׁעָרִיםshe/a/RIMgatesלָהּlashe hasוְעַל־הַשְּׁעָרִיםve/AL-hash/she/a/RIMand on the gatesשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרshe/NEM-a/SARtwelveמַלְאָכִיםmal/a/KHIMangelsוְשֵׁמוֹתve/she/MOTand namesכְּתוּבִיםke/tu/VIMwrittenעֲלֵיהֶםa/le/HEMon themוְהֵםve/HEMand they areשְׁמוֹתshe/MOTthe names ofשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרshe/NEM-a/SARthe twelveשִׁבְטֵיshiv/TEtribes ofבְּנֵיbe/NEthe sons ofיִשְׂרָאֵל׃Yis/ra/ELIsrael

    And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:

13. 13

    שְׁעָרִיםshe/a/RIMgatesשְׁלֹשָׁהshe/lo/SHAthreeמִמִּזְרָחmim/miz/RACHon the eastשְׁעָרִיםshe/a/RIMgatesשְׁלֹשָׁהshe/lo/SHAthreeמִצָּפוֹןmits/tsa/FONon the northשְׁעָרִיםshe/a/RIMgatesשְׁלֹשָׁהshe/lo/SHAthreeמִנֶּגֶבmin/NE/gevon the southוּשְׁעָרִיםu/she/a/RIMand gatesשְׁלֹשָׁהshe/lo/SHAthreeמִמַּעֲרָב׃mim/ma/a/RAVon the west

    On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.

14. 14

    וּלְחוֹמַתu/le/cho/MATand the wall ofהָעִירha/IRthe cityשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרshe/NEM-a/SARhas twelveמוֹסָדוֹתmo/sa/DOTfoundationsוַעֲלֵיהֶםva/a/le/HEMand on themשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרshe/NEM-a/SARtwelveשֵׁמוֹתshe/MOTnamesלִשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרlish/NEM-a/SARof the twelveשְׁלִיחֵיshe/li/CHEapostles ofהַשֶּׂה׃has/SEthe Lamb

    And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

15. 15

    וְלַמְדַבֵּרve/lam/dab/BERand to the one who spokeעִמִּיim/MIwith meקְנֵהke/NEwas a reed ofזָהָבza/HAVgoldלָמֹדla/MODto measureאֶת־הָעִירet-ha/IRthe cityוְאֶת־שְׁעָרֶיהָve/ET-she/a/RE/haand its gatesוְאֶת־חוֹמָתָהּ׃ve/ET-cho/ma/TAand its wall

    And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.

16. 16

    וְהָעִירve/ha/IRand the cityמְרֻבָּעַתme/rub/BA/atis squareוְאׇרְכָּהּve/or/KAand its lengthכְּרׇחְבָּהּke/roch/BAis as its breadthוַיָּמׇדvay/YA/modand he measuredאֶת־הָעִירet-ha/IRthe cityבַּקָּנֶהbak/ka/NEwith the reedשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרshe/NEM-a/SARtwelveאֶלֶףE/lefthousandרִיסrisstadiaאׇרְכָּהּor/KAits lengthוְרׇחְבָּהּve/roch/BAand its breadthוְקוֹמָתָהּve/ko/ma/TAand its heightמִדָּהmid/DAmeasureאַחַתa/CHAToneלָהֶם׃la/HEMis to them

    And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.

17. 17

    וַיָּמׇדvay/YA/modand he measuredאֶת־חוֹמָתָהּet-cho/ma/TAits wallמֵאָהme/Aa hundredוְאַרְבָּעִיםve/ar/ba/IMand fortyוְאַרְבַּעve/ar/BAand fourאַמּוֹתam/MOTcubitsבְּמִדַּתbe/mid/DATaccording to the measure ofאִישׁisha manאֲשֶׁר־הִיאa/SHER-hithat isמִדַּתmid/DATthe measure ofהַמַּלְאָךְ׃ham/mal/AKHthe angel

    And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.

18. 18

    וּבִנְיַןu/vin/YANand the building ofחוֹמָתָהּcho/ma/TAits wallיָשְׁפֵהya/she/FEjasperוְהָעִירve/ha/IRand the cityזָהָבza/HAVgoldטָהוֹרta/HORpureכִּזְכוֹכִיתkiz/kho/KHITlike glassזַכָּה׃zak/KAclear

    And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.

19. 19

    וּמוֹסְדוֹתu/mos/DOTand the foundations ofחוֹמַתcho/MATthe wall ofהָעִירha/IRthe cityמְצֻפּוֹתme/tsup/POTwere overlaidכׇּל־אֶבֶןkol-E/venwith every stoneיְקָרָהye/ka/RApreciousהַמּוֹסָדham/mo/SADthe foundationהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONfirstיָשְׁפֵהya/she/FEjasperהַשֵּׁנִיhash/she/NIthe secondסַפִּירsap/PIRsapphireהַשְּׁלִישִׁיhash/she/li/SHIthe thirdשְׁבוֹshe/VOagateהָרְבִיעִיha/re/vi/Ithe fourthנֹפֶךְ׃NO/fekhemerald

    And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;

20. 20

    הַחֲמִישִׁיha/cha/mi/SHIthe fifthשֹׁהַםSHO/hamonyxהַשִּׁשִּׁיhash/shish/SHIthe sixthאֹדֶםO/demsardiusהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhיָהֲלֹםya/ha/LOMdiamondהַשְּׁמִינִיhash/she/mi/NIthe eighthתַרְשִׁישׁtar/SHISHberylהַתְּשִׁיעִיhat/te/shi/Ithe ninthפִטְדָהfit/DAtopazהָעֲשִׂירִיha/a/si/RIthe tenthבָּרֶקֶתba/RE/ketcarbuncleאַחַד־הֶעָשָׂרa/CHAD-he/a/SARthe eleventhלֶשֶׁםLE/shemjacinthשְׁנֵים־הֶעָשָׂרshe/NEM-he/a/SARthe twelfthאַחְלָמָה׃ach/la/MAamethyst

    The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.

21. 21

    וּשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרu/she/NEM-a/SARand the twelveהַשְּׁעָרִיםhash/she/a/RIMgatesשְׁתֵּים־עֶשְׂרֵהshtem-es/REare twelveפְּנִינִיםpe/ni/NIMpearlsכׇּל־שַׁעַרkol-SHA/arevery gateוָשַׁעַרva/SHA/arand gateפְּנִינָהpe/ni/NAa pearlאֶחָתe/CHAToneוּרְחוֹבu/re/CHOVand the street ofהָעִירha/IRthe cityזָהָבza/HAVgoldטָהוֹרta/HORpureכִּזְכוֹכִיתkiz/kho/KHITlike glassבְּהִירָה׃be/hi/RAclear

    And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.

22. 22

    וְהֵיכָלve/he/KHALand a templeלֹא־רָאִיתִיlo-ra/I/tiI did not seeבָהּvain itכִּיkiforהָאָדוֹןha/a/DONthe Lordאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodצְבָאוֹתtse/va/OTof hostsהוּאhuHeוְהַשֶּׂהVe/has/SEand the Lambהֵיכָלָהּ׃he/kha/LAare its temple

    And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

23. 23

    וְאֵיןve/ENand there is noלָעִירla/IRto the cityצֹרֶךְTSO/rekhneedבַּשֶּׁמֶשׁbash/SHE/meshof the sunוּבַיָּרֵחַu/vay/ya/RE/achand of the moonלְהָאִירle/ha/IRto shineבָּהּbain itכִּי־כְבוֹדki-khe/VODfor the glory ofהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodהֵאִירhe/IRgave lightלָהּlato itוְהַשֶּׂהVe/has/SEand the Lambהוּאhuisאוֹרָהּ׃o/RAits light

    And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

24. 24

    וְגוֹיֵיve/go/YEand the nations ofהַנּוֹשָׁעִיםhan/no/sha/IMthe savedיֵלְכוּyel/KHUwill walkלְאוֹרָהּle/o/RAin its lightוּמַלְכֵי־אֶרֶץu/mal/KHE-E/retsand the kings of the earthמְבִיאִיםme/vi/IMbringאֶת־כְּבוֹדָםet-ke/vo/DAMtheir gloryוַהֲדָרָםva/ha/da/RAMand their majestyאֵלֶיהָ׃e/LE/hainto it

    And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

25. 25

    וּשְׁעָרֶיהָu/she/a/RE/haand its gatesיוֹמָםyo/MAMby dayלֹא־יִסָּגֵרוּlo-yis/sa/GE/ruwill not be shutכִּיkiforלַיְלָהLAY/lanightלֹא־יִהְיֶהlo-yih/YEwill not beשָׁם׃shamthere

    And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.

26. 26

    וְהֵבִיאוּve/he/VI/uand they will bringאֵלֶיהָe/LE/hainto itאֶת־כְּבוֹדet-ke/VODthe glory ofהַגּוֹיִםhag/go/YIMthe nationsוַהֲדָרָם׃va/ha/da/RAMand their majesty

    And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.

27. 27

    וְלֹא־יָבוֹאve/LO-ya/VOand will not comeבָהּvainto itכׇּל־מְטַמֵּאkol-me/tam/MEanything that defilesוְעֹשֵׂהve/O/seand one who doesתוֹעֵבָהto/e/VAabominationוָשָׁקֶרva/SHA/kerand falsehoodכִּיkibutאִם־הַכְּתוּבִיםim-hak/ke/tu/VIMrather those writtenבְּסֵפֶרbe/SE/ferin the book ofהַחַיִּיםha/chay/YIMlifeאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat isלַשֶּׂה׃las/SEthe Lamb's

    And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
