1. 1

   וָאֶשְׁמַעva/esh/MAand I heardקוֹלkola voiceגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatמִן־הַהֵיכָלmin-ha/he/KHALout of the templeאֹמֵרo/MERsayingאֶל־שִׁבְעַתel-shiv/ATto the sevenהַמַּלְאָכִיםham/mal/a/KHIMangelsלְכוּle/KHUgoוַהֲרִיקוּva/ha/ri/KUand emptyאֶת־קַעֲרֹתet-ka/a/ROTthe bowls ofחֲמַתcha/MATthe wrath ofהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodאָרְצָה׃AR/tsaon the earth

   And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

   וַיֵּלֶךְvay/YE/lekhand wentהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstוַיָּרֶקvay/YA/rekand emptiedאֶת־קַעֲרָתוֹet-ka/a/ra/TOhis bowlעַל־הָאָרֶץal-ha/A/retsupon the earthוַיִּפֹּלvay/yip/POLand fellשְׁחִיןshe/CHINa boilרַעraevilוְכָבֵדve/kha/VEDand grievousעַל־הָאֲנָשִׁיםal-ha/a/na/SHIMon the menאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichעֲלֵיהֶםa/le/HEMon themתָּוtavthe mark ofהַחַיָּהha/chay/YAthe beastוְעַל־הַמִּשְׁתַּחֲוִיםve/AL-ham/mish/ta/cha/VIMand on those who bow downלְצַלְמָהּ׃le/tsal/MAto its image

   And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.

   וַיָּרֶקvay/YA/rekand emptiedהַמַּלְאָךְham/mal/AKHthe angelהַשֵּׁנִיhash/she/NIthe secondאֶת־קַעֲרָתוֹet-ka/a/ra/TOhis bowlעַל־הַיָּםal-hay/YAMupon the seaוַיְהִיvay/HIand it becameכְּדַםke/DAMlike the blood ofהַמֵּתham/METthe deadוַתָּמׇתvat/TA/motand diedכׇּל־נֶפֶשׁkol-NE/feshevery soulחַיָּהchay/YAlivingאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat isבַּיָּם׃bay/YAMin the sea

   And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

   וַיָּרֶקvay/YA/rekand emptiedהַמַּלְאָךְham/mal/AKHthe angelהַשְּׁלִישִׁיhash/she/li/SHIthe thirdאֶת־קַעֲרָתוֹet-ka/a/ra/TOhis bowlעַל־הַנְּהָרוֹתal-han/ne/ha/ROTon the riversוְעַל־מַעְיְנוֹתve/AL-ma/ye/NOTand on the springs ofהַמָּיִםham/MA/yimwatersוַיִּהְיוּvay/yih/YUand they becameלְדָם׃le/DAMblood

   And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

   וָאֶשְׁמַעva/esh/MAand I heardאֶת־מַלְאַךְet-mal/AKHthe angel ofהַמַּיִםham/MA/yimthe watersאֹמֵרo/MERsayingצַדִּיקtsad/DIKrighteousאַתָּהat/TAare Youהָאָדוֹןha/a/DONO Lordאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichאַתָּהat/TAYou areוַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERandהָיִיתָha/YI/tawereוַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERandתִּהְיֶהtih/YEwill beכִּי־כֵןki-khenfor soשָׁפָטְתָּ׃sha/fat/TAYou have judged

   And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

6. 6

   כִּיkiforדַּםdamthe blood ofקְדֹשִׁיםke/do/SHIMsaintsוּנְבִיאִיםu/ne/vi/IMand prophetsשָׁפָכוּsha/fa/KHUthey have shedוְדָםve/DAMand bloodהִשְׁקִיתָםhish/ki/TAMYou have given them to drinkכִּיkiforרְאוּיִםre/u/YIMworthyהֵם׃hemthey are

   For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

   וָאֶשְׁמַעva/esh/MAand I heardאַחֵרa/CHERanotherמִן־הַמִּזְבֵּחַmin-ham/miz/BE/achfrom the altarאֹמֵרo/MERsayingכֵּןkensoהָאָדוֹןha/a/DONO Lordאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodצְבָאוֹתtse/va/OTof hostsאֱמֶתe/METtrueוָצֶדֶקva/TSE/dekand righteousמִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ׃mish/pa/TE/khaare Your judgments

   And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

8. 8

   וַיָּרֶקvay/YA/rekand emptiedהַמַּלְאָךְham/mal/AKHthe angelהָרְבִיעִיha/re/vi/Ifourthאֶת־קַעֲרָתוֹet-ka/a/ra/TOhis bowlעַל־הַשֶּׁמֶשׁal-hash/SHE/meshon the sunוַיִּנָּתֵןvay/yin/na/TENand was givenלוֹloto itשִׁלְטוֹןshil/TONauthorityלְלַהֵטle/la/HETto scorchאֶת־הָאֲנָשִׁיםet-ha/a/na/SHIMthe menבָּאֵשׁ׃ba/ESHwith fire

   And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

9. 9

   וַיְלֻהֲטוּvay/lu/ha/TUand were scorchedהָאֲנָשִׁיםha/a/na/SHIMthe menבְּחֹםbe/CHOMwith heatגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatוַיְגַדְּפוּvay/gad/de/FUand they blasphemedאֶת־שֵׁםet-shemthe name ofהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodאֲשֶׁר־לוֹa/SHER-lowho hasשִׁלְטוֹןshil/TONauthorityעַל־הַמַּכּוֹתal-ham/mak/KOTover the plaguesהָאֵלֶּהha/EL/letheseוְלֹאve/LOand notשָׁבוּSHA/vudid they turnלָתֶת־לוֹLA/tet-loto give Himכָּבוֹד׃ka/VODglory

   And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

    וַיָּרֶקvay/YA/rekand emptiedהַמַּלְאָךְham/mal/AKHthe angelהַחֲמִישִׁיha/cha/mi/SHIthe fifthאֶת־קַעֲרָתוֹet-ka/a/ra/TOhis bowlעַל־כִּסֵּאal-kis/SEon the throne ofהַחַיָּהha/chay/YAthe beastוַתְּהִיvat/te/HIand wasמַלְכוּתָהּmal/khu/TAits kingdomמְלֵאָהme/le/Afull ofחֹשֶׁךְCHO/shekhdarknessוַיְנַשְּׁכוּvay/nash/she/KHUand they bitאֶת־לְשׁוֹנָםet-le/sho/NAMtheir tonguesמִכְּאֵב׃mik/ke/EVfrom pain of

    And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,

11. 11

    וַיְגַדְּפוּvay/gad/de/FUand they blasphemedאֶת־אֱלֹהֵיet-e/lo/HEthe God ofהַשָּׁמַיִםhash/sha/MA/yimthe heavensמִמַּכְאֹבָםmim/makh/o/VAMbecause of their painsוּשְׁחִינָםu/she/chi/NAMand their boilsוְלֹאve/LOand notשָׁבוּSHA/vudid they turnמִמַּעֲשֵׂיהֶם׃mim/ma/a/se/HEMfrom their deeds

    And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

12. 12

    וַיָּרֶקvay/YA/rekand emptiedהַמַּלְאָךְham/mal/AKHthe angelהַשִּׁשִּׁיhash/shish/SHIthe sixthאֶת־קַעֲרָתוֹet-ka/a/ra/TOhis bowlעַל־הַנָּהָרal-han/na/HARon the riverהַגָּדוֹלhag/ga/DOLgreatנְהַר־פְּרָתne/HAR-Pe/RATthe river Euphratesוַיֶּחֶרְבוּvay/ye/cher/VUand dried upמֵימָיוme/MAYVits waterלְמַעַןle/MA/anso thatתּוּכַןtu/KHANmay be preparedדֶּרֶךְDE/rekhthe way ofהַמְּלָכִיםham/me/la/KHIMthe kingsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat areמִמִּזְרָח׃mim/miz/RACHfrom the east

    And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

13. 13

    וָאֵרֶאva/E/reand I sawשָׁלֹשׁsha/LOSHthreeרוּחוֹתru/CHOTspiritsטְמֵאוֹתte/me/OTuncleanכִּצְפַרְדְּעִיםkits/far/de/IMlike frogsיֹצְאוֹתyots/OTcoming outמִפִּיmip/PIout of the mouth ofהַתַּנִּיןhat/tan/NINthe dragonוּמִפִּיu/mip/PIand out of the mouth ofהַחַיָּהha/chay/YAthe beastוּמִפִּיu/mip/PIand out of the mouth ofנְבִיאne/VIthe prophet ofהַשֶּׁקֶר׃hash/SHE/kerfalsehood

    And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

14. 14

    כִּיkiforרוּחוֹתru/CHOTthe spirits ofהַשֵּׁדִיםhash/she/DIMthe demonsהֵנָּהHEN/nathey areוְהֵןve/HENand theyעֹשׂוֹתo/SOTdoingמוֹפְתִיםmof/TIMwondersוְיֹצְאוֹתve/yots/OTand going outאֶל־מַלְכֵיel-mal/KHEto the kings ofאֶרֶץE/retsthe earthוְתֵבֵלve/te/VELand the worldכֻּלָּהּkul/LAall of itלְאָסְפָםle/a/se/FAMto gather themלְמִלְחֶמֶתle/mil/CHE/metfor the battle ofהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthe dayהַהוּאha/HUthatהַגָּדוֹלhag/ga/DOLgreatיוֹםyomthe day ofאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEthe God ofהַצְּבָאוֹת׃hats/tse/va/OThosts

    For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

15. 15

    הִנְנִיhin/NIbehold Iבָאvacomeכַּגַּנָּבkag/gan/NAVlike a thiefאַשְׁרֵיash/REblessed isהַשֹּׁקֵדhash/sho/KEDthe one who keeps watchוְשֹׁמֵרve/sho/MERand keepsאֶת־בְּגָדָיוet-be/ga/DAYVhis garmentsפֶּן־יֵלֵךְpen-ye/LEKHlest he walkעָרֹםa/ROMnakedוְרָאוּve/ra/Uand they seeאֶת־בׇּשְׁתּוֹ׃et-bosh/TOhis shame

    Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

16. 16

    וַיֶּאֱסֹףvay/ye/e/SOFand he gatheredאֹתָםo/TAMthemאֶל־הַמָּקוֹםel-ham/ma/KOMto the placeהַנִּקְרָאhan/nik/RAthat is calledבִּלְשׁוֹןbil/SHONin the tongueעִבְרִיתIv/RITHebrewהַרHarMountמְגִדּוֹן׃Me/gid/DONMegiddo

    And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

17. 17

    וַיָּרֶקvay/YA/rekand emptiedהַמַּלְאָךְham/mal/AKHthe angelהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Iseventhאֶת־קַעֲרָתוֹet-ka/a/ra/TOhis bowlאֶל־הָאֲוִירel-ha/a/VIRinto the airוַיֵּצֵאvay/ye/TSEand came outקוֹלkola voiceגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatמֵהֵיכַלme/he/KHALfrom the temple ofהַשָּׁמַיִםhash/sha/MA/yimthe heavensמִן־הַכִּסֵּאmin-hak/kis/SEfrom the throneלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingנִהְיָתָה׃nih/YA/tait has been done

    And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

18. 18

    וַיִּהְיוּvay/yih/YUand there wereקֹלוֹתko/LOTvoicesוּרְעָמִיםu/re/a/MIMand thundersוּבְרָקִיםu/ve/ra/KIMand lightningsוַיְהִיvay/HIand there wasרַעַשׁRA/ashan earthquakeגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatאֲשֶׁרa/SHERsuch asלֹא־הָיָהlo-ha/YAwas notכָמֹהוּkha/MO/hulike itלְמִן־הֱיוֹתle/MIN-he/YOTsince there wasאָדָםa/DAMmenעַל־הָאָרֶץal-ha/A/retsupon the earthכִּיkisoגָדוֹלga/DOLmightyהָרַעַשׁha/RA/ashthe earthquakeעַד־מְאֹד׃ad-me/ODexceedingly

    And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

19. 19

    וְהָעִירve/ha/IRand the cityהַגְּדוֹלָהhag/ge/do/LAgreatנֶחְלְקָהnech/le/KAwas dividedלִשְׁלֹשָׁהlish/lo/SHAinto threeחֲלָקִיםcha/la/KIMpartsוַתִּפֹּלְנָהvat/tip/POL/naand fellעָרֵיa/REthe cities ofהַגּוֹיִםhag/go/YIMthe nationsוַתִּזָּכֵרvat/tiz/za/KHERand was rememberedבָּבֶלBa/VELBabylonהַגְּדוֹלָהhag/ge/do/LAgreatלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodלָתֶת־לָהּLA/tet-lato give herכּוֹסkosthe cup ofיֵיןyenthe wine ofחֲרוֹןcha/RONthe fierceness ofאַפּוֹ׃ap/POHis anger

    And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

20. 20

    וַיָּנׇסvay/YA/nosand fledכׇּל־אִיkol-ievery islandוְהֶהָרִיםve/he/ha/RIMand the mountainsלֹאlonotנִמְצָאוּ׃nim/TSA/uwere found

    And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

21. 21

    וּבָרָדu/va/RADand hailגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatיָרַדya/RADcame downמִן־הַשָּׁמַיִםmin-hash/sha/MA/yimout of heavenעַל־הָאֲנָשִׁיםal-ha/a/na/SHIMon the menוּמִשְׁקַלu/mish/KALand the weight ofכׇּל־אֶבֶןkol-E/venevery stoneכְּכִכָּרke/khik/KARlike a talentוַיְגַדְּפוּvay/gad/de/FUand blasphemedהָאֲנָשִׁיםha/a/na/SHIMthe menאֶת־הָאֱלֹהִיםet-ha/e/lo/HIMGodעַל־אֹדוֹתal-o/DOTbecause ofמַכַּתmak/KATthe plague ofהַבָּרָדhab/ba/RADthe hailכִּיkiforגְדוֹלָהge/do/LAgreatמַכָּתוֹmak/ka/TOits plagueמְאֹד׃me/ODvery

    And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
