   וּמוֹפֵתu/mo/FETand a wonderגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatנִרְאָהnir/Aappearedבַּשָּׁמַיִםbash/sha/MA/yimin heavenאִשָּׁהish/SHAa womanאֲשֶׁר־הַשֶּׁמֶשׁa/SHER-hash/SHE/meshthat the sunלְבוּשָׁהּle/vu/SHAis her clothingוְהַיָּרֵחַve/hay/ya/RE/achand the moonתַּחַתTA/chatunderרַגְלֶיהָrag/LE/haher feetוְעַל־רֹאשָׁהּve/AL-ro/SHAand on her headעֲטֶרֶתa/TE/reta crown ofשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרshe/NEM-a/SARtwelveכּוֹכָבִים׃ko/kha/VIMstars

   And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

   וְהִיאve/HIand sheהָרָהha/RApregnantוַתִּזְעַקvat/tiz/AKand she cried outבַּחֲבָלֶיהָba/cha/va/LE/hain her labor painsוּבְצִירֵיu/ve/tsi/REand in the pangs ofלִדְתָּהּ׃lid/TAto give birth

   And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

   וַיֵּרָאvay/ye/RAand appearedמוֹפֵתmo/FETa wonderאַחֵרa/CHERanotherבַּשָּׁמַיִםbash/sha/MA/yimin heavenוְהִנֵּהve/hin/NEand beholdתַּנִּיןtan/NINa dragonגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatאָדֹםa/DOMredוְלוֹve/LOand he hadשִׁבְעָהshiv/Asevenרָאשִׁיםra/SHIMheadsוְעֶשֶׂרve/E/serand tenקְרָנַיִםke/ra/NA/yimhornsוְעַל־רָאשָׁיוve/AL-ra/SHAYVand on his headsשִׁבְעָהshiv/Asevenכְתָרִים׃khe/ta/RIMdiadems

   And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

   וּזְנָבוֹu/ze/na/VOand his tailסָחַבsa/CHAVdraggedשְׁלִישִׁיתshe/li/SHITa third ofכּוֹכְבֵיKOKH/vethe stars ofהַשָּׁמַיִםhash/sha/MA/yimheavenוַיַּשְׁלִיכֵםvay/yash/li/KHEMand threw themאָרְצָהAR/tsato the earthוַיִּתְיַצֵּבvay/yit/yats/TSEVand stoodהַתַּנִּיןhat/tan/NINthe dragonלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeהָאִשָּׁהha/ish/SHAthe womanאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoהִקְרִיבָהhik/RI/vadrew nearלָלֶדֶתla/LE/detto give birthלֶאֱכֹלle/e/KHOLto eatאֶת־יַלְדָּהּet-yal/DAher childכְּהִוָּלְדוֹ׃ke/hiv/va/le/DOwhen it was born

   And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

   וַתֵּלֶדvat/TE/ledand she boreבֵּןbena sonזָכָרza/KHARa maleאֲשֶׁר־יִרְעֶהa/SHER-yir/Ewho will shepherdכׇל־הַגּוֹיִםkhol-hag/go/YIMall the nationsבְּשֵׁבֶטbe/SHE/vetwith a rod ofבַּרְזֶלbar/ZELironוַיֻּקַּחvay/yuk/KACHand was takenיַלְדָּהּyal/DAher childאֶל־הָאֱלֹהִיםel-ha/e/lo/HIMto Godוְאֶל־כִּסְאוֹ׃ve/EL-kis/Oand to His throne

   And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

   וְהָאִשָּׁהve/ha/ish/SHAand the womanבָּרְחָהba/re/CHAfledהַמִּדְבָּרָהham/mid/BA/rato the wildernessאֲשֶׁר־שָׁםa/SHER-shamwhereהוּכַן־לָהּhu/KHAN-lawas prepared for herמָקוֹםma/KOMa placeמֵאֵתme/ETbyאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodלְמַעַןle/MA/anso thatיְכַלְכְּלוּהָye/khal/ke/lu/HAthey may sustain herשָׁםshamthereאֶלֶףE/lefa thousandמָאתַיִםma/TA/yimtwo hundredוְשִׁשִּׁיםve/shish/SHIMand sixtyיוֹם׃yomdays

   And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

   וַתְּהִיvat/te/HIand there wasמִלְחָמָהmil/cha/MAwarבַּשָּׁמַיִםbash/sha/MA/yimin heavenמִיכָאֵלMi/kha/ELMichaelוּמַלְאָכָיוu/mal/a/KHAYVand his angelsנִלְחֲמוּnil/cha/MUfoughtבַּתַּנִּיןbat/tan/NINagainst the dragonוְהַתַּנִּיןve/hat/tan/NINand the dragonנִלְחַםnil/CHAMfoughtוּמַלְאָכָיו׃u/mal/a/KHAYVand his angels

   And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

   וְלֹאve/LOand notיָכֹלוּya/KHO/luprevailedוְגַםve/GAMand alsoמְקוֹמָםme/ko/MAMtheir placeלֹא־נִמְצָאlo-nim/TSAwas not foundעוֹדodany moreבַּשָּׁמָיִם׃bash/sha/MA/yimin heaven

   And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

   וַיֻּשְׁלַךְvay/yush/LAKHand was thrown downהַתַּנִּיןhat/tan/NINthe dragonהַגָּדוֹלhag/ga/DOLgreatהַנָּחָשׁhan/na/CHASHthe serpentהַקַּדְמוֹנִיhak/kad/mo/NIancientהַנִּקְרָאhan/nik/RAthat is calledהַמַּלְשִׁיןham/Mal/SHINthe Slandererוְהַשָּׂטָןve/has/Sa/TANand Satanהַמַּשִּׁיאham/mash/SHIwho deceivesאֶת־כׇּל־הָעוֹלָםet-kol-ha/o/LAMthe whole worldהֻשְׁלַךְhush/LAKHwas thrown downאָרְצָהAR/tsainto the earthוּמַלְאָכָיוu/mal/a/KHAYVand his angelsהֻשְׁלְכוּhush/le/KHUwere thrownעִמּוֹ׃im/MOwith him

   And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

    וָאֶשְׁמַעva/esh/MAand I heardקוֹלkola voiceגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatאֹמֵרo/MERsayingבַּשָּׁמַיִםbash/sha/MA/yimin heavenעַתָּהat/TAnowבָאָהva/Ahas comeהַיְשׁוּעָהhay/shu/Asalvationוְהָעֹזve/ha/OZand strengthוּמַלְכוּתu/mal/KHUTand the kingdom ofאֱלֹהֵינוּe/lo/HE/nuour Godוְשִׁלְטוֹןve/shil/TONand the authority ofמְשִׁיחוֹMe/shi/CHOHis Messiahכִּיkiforהֻשְׁלַךְhush/LAKHis thrown downשֹׂטֵןso/TENthe accuser ofאַחֵינוּa/CHE/nuour brothersהָעֹמֵדha/o/MEDwho standsלְשִׂטְנָםle/sit/NAMto accuse themלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeאֱלֹהֵינוּe/lo/HE/nuour Godיוֹמָםyo/MAMby dayוָלָיְלָה׃va/LAY/laand night

    And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

11. 11

    וְהֵםve/HEMand theyכְּבָשֻׁהוּke/va/shu/HUovercame himבְדַם־הַשֶּׂהve/DAM-has/SEby the blood of the Lambוּבִדְבַרu/vid/VARand by the word ofעֵדוּתָםe/du/TAMtheir testimonyוְלֹא־אָהֲבוּve/LO-A/ha/vuand they did not loveאֶת־נַפְשָׁםet-naf/SHAMtheir soulעַד־הַמָּוֶת׃ad-ham/MA/vetuntil death

    And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

    עַל־כֵּןal-kenthereforeשִׂמְחוּsim/CHUrejoiceשָׁמַיִםsha/MA/yimO heavensוְשֹׁכְנֵיהֶםve/shokh/ne/HEMand those who dwell in themאוֹיoywoeלְיֹשְׁבֵיle/yosh/VEto the inhabitants ofהָאָרֶץha/A/retsthe earthוְהַיָּםve/hay/YAMand the seaכִּי־יָרַדki-YA/radfor has come downאֲלֵיכֶםa/le/KHEMto youהַמַּלְשִׁיןham/mal/SHINthe slandererבְּחֵמָהbe/che/MAin wrathגְדוֹלָהge/do/LAgreatבְּדַעְתּוֹbe/da/TOknowingכִּיkithatעֵתettimeמְעַטme/ATlittleלוֹ׃lohe has

    Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it wasכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERwhenרָאָהra/Asawהַתַּנִּיןhat/tan/NINthe dragonכִּיkithatהֻשְׁלַךְhush/LAKHhe was thrown downאָרְצָהAR/tsato the earthוַיִּרְדֹּףvay/yir/DOFhe pursuedאֶת־הָאִשָּׁהet-ha/ish/SHAthe womanאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoיָלְדָהya/le/DAboreאֶת־הַבֵּןet-hab/BENthe sonהַזָּכָר׃haz/za/KHARthe male

    And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

14. 14

    וַיֻּתְּנוּvay/yut/te/NUand were givenלָאִשָּׁהla/ish/SHAto the womanשְׁתֵּיshtetwoכַנְפֵיkhan/FEthe wings ofהַנֶּשֶׁרhan/NE/sherthe eagleהַגָּדוֹלhag/ga/DOLgreatלָעוּףla/UFto flyהַמִּדְבָּרָהham/mid/BA/rainto the wildernessאֶל־מְקוֹמָהּel-me/ko/MAto her placeאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhereתְּכֻלְכַּל־שָׁםte/khul/KAL-shamshe is sustained thereמוֹעֵדmo/EDa timeמוֹעֲדִיםmo/a/DIMtimesוָחֵצִיva/CHE/tsiand halfמִפְּנֵיmip/pe/NEfrom beforeהַנָּחָשׁ׃han/na/CHASHthe serpent

    And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

    וַיַּשְׁלֵךְvay/yash/LEKHand threwהַנָּחָשׁhan/na/CHASHthe serpentמִפִּיוmip/PIVfrom his mouthמַיִםMA/yimwaterכְּנָהָרke/na/HARlike a riverאַחֲרֵיa/cha/REafterהָאִשָּׁהha/ish/SHAthe womanלְשָׁטְפָהּle/sha/te/FAto sweep her awayבַּנָּהָר׃ban/na/HARwith the river

    And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.

16. 16

    וַתַּעֲזֹרvat/ta/a/ZORand helpedהָאָרֶץha/A/retsthe earthאֶת־הָאִשָּׁהet-ha/ish/SHAthe womanוַתִּפְתַּחvat/tif/TACHand openedהָאָרֶץha/A/retsthe earthאֶת־פִּיהָet-PI/haits mouthוַתִּבְלַעvat/tiv/LAand swallowedאֶת־הַנָּהָרet-han/na/HARthe riverאֲשֶׁר־הִשְׁלִיךְa/SHER-hish/LIKHthat threwהַתַּנִּיןhat/tan/NINthe dragonמִפִּיו׃mip/PIVfrom his mouth

    And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

    וַיִּקְצֹףvay/yik/TSOFand was enragedהַתַּנִּיןhat/tan/NINthe dragonעַל־הָאִשָּׁהal-ha/ish/SHAat the womanוַיֵּלֶךְvay/YE/lekhand wentלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto makeמִלְחָמָהmil/cha/MAwarעִם־שְׁאֵרִיתim-she/e/RITwith the remnant ofזַרְעָהּzar/Aher seedהַשֹּׁמְרִיםhash/shom/RIMwho keepאֶת־מִצְוֹתet-mits/VOTthe commandments ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodוַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERand whoseלָהֶםla/HEMhaveעֵדוּתe/DUTthe testimony ofיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַ׃ham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiah

    And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
