   עַל־כֵּןal-kenthereforeאַחַיa/CHAYmy brothersיְדִידַיye/di/DAYmy belovedוְהַנִּכְסָפִיםve/han/nikh/sa/FIMand longed forשִׂמְחָתִיsim/cha/TImy joyוַעֲטַרְתִּיva/a/tar/TIand my crownכֵּןkensoעִמְדוּim/DUstandבָאָדוֹןva/a/DONin the Lordיְדִידָי׃ye/di/DAYmy beloved

   Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.

   מֵאַבְהוֹדִיָּהMe/av/ho/diy/YAEuodiasאֲנִיa/NIIמְבַקֵּשׁme/vak/KESHaskוּמִסּוּנְטִיכִיu/Mis/sun/ti/KHIand Syntycheאֲנִיa/NIIמְבַקֵּשׁme/vak/KESHaskלִהְיוֹתlih/YOTto beלֵב־אֶחָדlev-e/CHADof one heartבָּאָדוֹן׃ba/a/DONin the Lord

   I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.

   וְגַםve/GAMand alsoמִמְּךָmim/me/KHAyouאֲנִיa/NIIמְבַקֵּשׁme/vak/KESHaskחֲבֵרִיcha/ve/RImy companionבָעֹלva/OLin the yokeהַנֶּאֱמָןhan/ne/e/MANfaithfulעֲזֹרa/ZORhelpלַנָּשִׁיםlan/na/SHIMthe womenהָהֵנָּהha/HEN/nathoseאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoseעָמְלוּa/me/LUlaboredעִמָּדִיim/ma/DIwith meבַּבְּשׂוֹרָהbab/be/so/RAin the gospelעִם־קְלִימִיסim-Ke/li/MISwith Clementגַּםgamalsoוְעִם־שְׁאָרve/IM-she/ARand with the rest ofעֹזְרַיoz/RAYmy helpersאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoseשְׁמוֹתָםshe/mo/TAMnamesבְּסֵפֶרbe/SE/ferin the book ofהַחַיִּים׃ha/chay/YIMlife

   And I entreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.

   שִׂמְחוּsim/CHUrejoiceבָאָדוֹןva/a/DONin the Lordתָּמִידta/MIDalwaysוְעוֹדve/ODand againאֹמַרo/MARI sayשִׂמְחוּ׃sim/CHUrejoice

   Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

   עַנְוַתְכֶםan/vat/KHEMyour gentlenessתִּוָּדַעtiv/va/DAlet be knownלְכׇל־אָדָםle/KHOL-a/DAMto all menהָאָדוֹןha/a/DONthe Lordקָרוֹב׃ka/ROVis near

   Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

6. 6

   אַל־תִּדְאֲגוּal-tid/a/GUdo not worryלְכׇל־דָּבָרle/KHOL-da/VARin everythingכִּיkibutאִם־בְּכׇל־דָּבָרim-be/KHOL-da/VARrather in everythingבִּתְפִלָּהbit/fil/LAby prayerוּבִתְחִנָּהu/vit/chin/NAand with supplicationבְּתוֹדָהbe/to/DAwith thanksgivingתִּוָּדַעְנָהtiv/va/da/NAlet be made knownמִשְׁאֲלוֹתֵיכֶםmish/a/lo/te/KHEMyour requestsלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeהָאֱלֹהִים׃ha/e/lo/HIMGod

   Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

   וּשְׁלוֹםu/she/LOMand the peace ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodהַנַּעֲלֶהhan/na/a/LEthat surpassesעַל־כׇּל־שֵׂכֶלal-kol-SE/khelabove all understandingיִנְצֹרyin/TSORwill guardאֶת־לְבַבְכֶםet-le/vav/KHEMyour heartsוְאֶת־מַחְשְׁבוֹתֵיכֶםve/ET-mach/she/vo/te/KHEMand your thoughtsבַּמָּשִׁיחַbam/Ma/SHI/achin the Messiahיֵשׁוּעַ׃Ye/SHU/aJesus

   And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

   Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

   אֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhatלְמַדְתֶּםle/mad/TEMyou learnedוְקִבַּלְתֶּםve/kib/bal/TEMand receivedוּשְׁמַעְתֶּםu/she/ma/TEMand heardוּרְאִיתֶםu/re/i/TEMand sawבִּיbiin meאֶת־אֵלֶּהet-EL/letheseתַעֲשׂוּta/a/SUdoוֵאלֹהֵיve/lo/HEand the God ofהַשָּׁלוֹםhash/sha/LOMpeaceיִהְיֶהyih/YEwill beעִמָּכֶם׃im/ma/KHEMwith you

   Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

    וַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iשָׂמַחְתִּיsa/MACH/tirejoicedבָאָדוֹןva/a/DONin the Lordמְאֹדme/ODgreatlyכִּיkithatעַתָּהat/TAnowבָּאַחֲרֹנָהba/a/cha/ro/NAat lastשָׁבָהSHA/vaagainוּפָרְחָהu/fa/re/CHAhas flourished againדַּאֲגַתְכֶםda/a/gat/KHEMyour careעָלָיa/LAYfor meאֲשֶׁרa/SHERin whichגַּםgamalsoדֹּאֲגִיםdo/a/GIManxiousהֱיִיתֶםhe/yi/TEMyou wereאַךְakhbutחֲסַרְתֶּםcha/sar/TEMyou lackedעֵת׃ettime

    But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.

11. 11

    לֹאlonotכִּיkiforמִמַּחְסוֹרmim/mach/SORfrom lackאֲדַבֵּרa/dab/BERdo I speakכִּיkiforלָמַדְתִּיla/MAD/tiI have learnedבְּכׇל־אֲשֶׁרbe/KHOL-a/SHERin all thatאֲנִיa/NIIבוֹvoin itלִהְיוֹתlih/YOTto beשָׂמֵחַsa/ME/achcontentבּוֹ׃boin it

    Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.

    יָדַעְתִּיya/DA/tiI knowגַּםgambothלִשְׁפֹּלlish/POLto be brought lowוְיָדַעְתִּיve/ya/DA/tiand I knowלְהוֹתִירle/ho/TIRto have plentyבְּכׇל־מָקוֹםbe/KHOL-ma/KOMin every placeוּבַכֹּלu/vak/KOLand in allלֻמַּדְתִּיlum/mad/TII have been taughtגַּםgambothלִשְׂבֹּעַlis/BO/ato be fullגַּםgamandלִרְעֹבlir/OVto hungerגַּםgambothלְהוֹתִירle/ho/TIRto aboundגַּםgamandלַחֲסֹר׃la/cha/SORto lack

    I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

    אוּכַלu/KHALI can doכֹּלkolallבַּמָּשִׁיחַbam/Ma/SHI/achin the Messiahהַמְחַזְּקֵנִי׃ham/chaz/ze/ke/NIwho strengthens me

    I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

14. 14

    אַךְakhbutהֵיטַבְתֶּםhe/tav/TEMyou did wellלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto doבְּהִתְחַבֶּרְכֶםbe/hit/chab/ber/KHEMin your sharingאֵלַיe/LAYwith meבְּצָרָתִי׃be/tsa/ra/TIin my trouble

    Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.

15. 15

    וְגַםve/GAMalsoאַתֶּםat/TEMyouפִילִיפִּיִּיםFi/lip/piy/YIMPhilippiansיְדַעְתֶּםye/da/TEMknowכִּיkibutבְּרֵאשִׁיתbe/re/SHITin the beginning ofהַבְּשׂוֹרָהhab/be/so/RAthe gospelכְּצֵאתִיke/tse/TIwhen I went outמִמַּקְדּוֹנְיָאmim/Mak/don/YAfrom Macedoniaלֹא־הִתְחַבְּרָהlo-hit/chab/be/RAdid not shareאֵלַיe/LAYwith meקְהִלָּהke/hil/LAa churchאַחַתa/CHAToneבְּתֵתbe/TETin givingוּבְקַחַתu/ve/KA/chatand takingכִּיkibutאִם־אַתֶּםim-at/TEMrather youלְבַדְּכֶם׃le/vad/de/KHEMalone

    Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.

16. 16

    כִּיkiforגַּםgamevenבְּתַסְלוֹנִיקִיbe/Tas/lo/ni/KIin Thessalonicaשְׁלַחְתֶּםshe/lach/TEMyou sentפַּעַםPA/amonceוּשְׁתָּיִםush/TA/yimand twiceלְמַחְסוֹרִי׃le/mach/so/RIfor my need

    For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.

17. 17

    לֹאlonotכִּיkibecauseמְבַקֵּשׁme/vak/KESHI seekאֲנִיa/NIIמַתָּןmat/TANa giftכִּיkibutאִם־מְבַקֵּשׁim-me/vak/KESHrather I seekאֲנִיa/NIIפְּרִיpe/RIfruitאֲשֶׁר־יִרְבֶּהa/SHER-yir/BEthat increasesלְחֶשְׁבֹּנְכֶם׃le/chesh/bon/KHEMto your account

    Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.

18. 18

    וַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iיֶשׁ־לִיyesh-liI haveהַכֹּלhak/KOLallוְהוֹתֵרve/ho/TERand moreמָלֵאma/LEfullאָנִיA/niI amבְּקַחְתִּיbe/kach/TIin takingמִיַּדmiy/YADfrom the hand ofאֶפַּפְרוֹדִיטוֹסEp/paf/ro/di/TOSEpaphroditusאֶת־אֲשֶׁרet-a/SHERwhatשְׁלַחְתֶּםshe/lach/TEMyou sentרֵיחַRE/achan aromaנִיחֹחַni/CHO/achsoothingזֶבַחZE/vacha sacrificeרָצוּיra/TSUYacceptableוְעָרֵבve/a/REVand pleasingלֵאלֹהִים׃le/lo/HIMto God

    But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.

19. 19

    וֵאלֹהַיve/lo/HAYand my Godיְמַלֵּאye/mal/LEwill fillאֶת־כׇּל־מַחְסוֹרְכֶםet-kol-mach/sor/KHEMall your needכְּעׇשְׁרוֹke/osh/ROaccording to His richesבַּכָּבוֹדbak/ka/VODwith the gloryבַּמָּשִׁיחַbam/Ma/SHI/achin the Messiahיֵשׁוּעַ׃Ye/SHU/aJesus

    But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

20. 20

    וְלֵאלֹהִיםve/le/lo/HIMand to Godוְאָבִינוּve/A/VI/nuand our Fatherהַכָּבוֹדhak/ka/VODthe gloryלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMfor everוָעֶדva/EDand everאָמֵן׃a/MENamen

    Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

21. 21

    שַׁאֲלוּsha/a/LUaskלִשְׁלוֹםlish/LOMafter the peace ofכׇּל־קָדוֹשׁkol-ka/DOSHevery saintבַּמָּשִׁיחַbam/Ma/SHI/achin the MessiahיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusהָאַחִיםha/a/CHIMthe brothersאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwho areעִמִּיim/MIwith meשֹׁאֲלִיםsho/a/LIMaskלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶם׃lish/lom/KHEMafter your peace

    Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you.

22. 22

    כׇּל־הַקְּדוֹשִׁיםkol-hak/ke/do/SHIMall the saintsשֹׁאֲלִיםsho/a/LIMaskלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶםlish/lom/KHEMafter your peaceוְיוֹתֵרve/yo/TERand moreאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwho areמִבֵּיתmib/BETfrom the house ofקֵיסָר׃Ke/SARCaesar

    All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Cæsar's household.

23. 23

    חֶסֶדCHE/sedthe grace ofאֲדֹנֵינוּa/do/NE/nuour LordיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiahיְהִיye/HIbeעִם־כֻּלְּכֶםim-kul/le/KHEMwith you allאָמֵן׃a/MENamen

    The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
