    פּוֹלוֹסPaulהַשָּׁלִיחַthe-apostleלֹאnotמִבְּנֵיfrom-the-sons-ofאָדָםmanוְלֹאand-notעַל־יְדֵיby-means-ofבֶן־אָדָםson-of-manכִּיbutאִםratherעַל־יְדֵיby-means-ofיֵשׁוּעַJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַthe-Messiahוֵאלֹהִיםand-Godהָאָבthe-Fatherאֲשֶׁרwhichהֱעִירוֹraised-Himמִן־הַמֵּתִים׃from-the-dead

    Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;)

    וְכׇל־הָאַחִיםand-all-the-brethrenאֲשֶׁרwhichעִמָּדִיwith-meאֶל־הַקְּהִלּוֹתto-the-churchesאֲשֶׁרwhichבְּגָלַטְיָא׃in-Galatia

    And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia:

    חֶסֶדgraceלָכֶםto-youוְשָׁלוֹםand-peaceמֵאֵתfromהָאֱלֹהִיםthe-Godאָבִינוּour-fatherוּמֵאֵתand-from-withאֲדֹנֵינוּour-LordיֵשׁוּעַJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַ׃the-Messiah

    Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,

    אֲשֶׁר־נָתַןwhose-was-givenאֶת־נַפְשׁוֹhis-lifeעַל־חַטֹּאתֵינוּupon-our-sinsלְחַלְּצֵנוּto-deliver-usמִן־הָעוֹלָםfrom-the-worldהָרָעthat-which-is-evilהַזֶּהthisכִּרְצוֹןaccording-to-the-will-ofאֱלֹהֵינוּour-Godאָבִינוּ׃our-father

    Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

    אֲשֶׁר־לוֹwhomהַכָּבוֹדgloryלְעוֹלְמֵיfor-everעוֹלָמִיםand-ever.אָמֵן׃amen

    To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

    תָּמֵהַּwonderedאֲנִיIכִּי־סַרְתֶּםbecause-you-turned-asideמַהֵרso-quicklyמֵאַחֲרֵיfrom-afterהַקֹּרֵאthe-one-who-calledאֶתְכֶםyouבְּחֶסֶדin-the-grace-ofהַמָּשִׁיחַthe-Messiahלִשְׁמֹעַto-hearאֶל־בְּשׂוֹרָהto-gospelזָרָה׃strange

    I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

    וְהִיאand-she-wasאֵינֶנָּהis-notאַחֶרֶתany-otherרַקonlyיֵשׁthereאֲנָשִׁיםmenהָעֹכְרִיםthe-troublersאֶתְכֶםyouוַחֲפֵצִיםand-willingלַהֲפֹךְto-overthrowאֶת־בְּשׂוֹרַתgood-tidings-ofהַמָּשִׁיחַ׃the-Messiah

    Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.

    אֲבָלbutגַּם־אֲנַחְנוּalso-weאוֹ־מַלְאָךְor-an-angelמִן־הַשָּׁמַיִםfrom-heavenאִם־יָבוֹאif-comesלְבַשֵׂרto-preachאֶתְכֶםyouבְּשׂוֹרָהgospelמִבַּלְעֲדֵיfrom-exceptזֹאתthisאֲשֶׁרwhichבִּשַׂרְנוּwe-preachedאֶתְכֶםyouחֵרֶםdestructionיִהְיֶה׃shall-be

    But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

    כַּאֲשֶׁרAsאָמַרְנוּwe-saidכְבָרalreadyכֵּן־אֹמַרthus-I-sayעַתָּהnowעוֹד־הַפָּעַםonce-againאִישׁa-manכִּי־יְבַשֵׂרwho-preachesאֶתְכֶםyouבְּשׂוֹרָהgospelמִבַּלְעֲדֵיfrom-exceptאֲשֶׁרwhichקִבַּלְתֶּםreceivedחֵרֶםdestructionיִהְיֶה׃shall-be

    As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

    כִּיbecauseהֲמִתְרַצֶּהdo-I-seek-favorאֶל־בְּנֵיunto-the-sons-ofאָדָםmanאָנֹכִיIאוֹorאֶל־הָאֱלֹהִיםunto-Godאִםifהַמְבַקֵּשׁwho-was-seekingאָנֹכִיIלִמְצֹא־חֵןto-find-favorבְּעֵינֵיin-the-eyes-ofבְנֵי־אָדָםthe-sons-of-manהֵןyeaבְּמָצְאִיin-my-findingחֵןfavorבְּעֵינֵיin-the-eyes-ofבְנֵי־אָדָםthe-sons-of-manלֹא־אֶהְיֶהI-will-not-beעֶבֶדthe-servant-ofהַמָּשִׁיחַ׃the-Messiah

    For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

    וּמוֹדִיעַand-making-knownאֲנִיIאֶתְכֶםyouאֶחָיbrothers-myכִּיbecauseהַבְּשׂוֹרָהthe-gospelאֲשֶׁרwhichבִּשַׂרְתִּיI-preachedלֹא־לְאָדָםnot-to-manהִיא׃she

    But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.

    כִּיbecauseאַףyeaלֹאnotמֵאָדָםfrom-manקִבַּלְתִּיהָI-received-itוְלֹא־מְלֻמֶּדֶתand-not-taughtהִיאsheלִיto-meכִּיbutאִםratherבְּחֶזְיוֹןby-revelation-ofיֵשׁוּעַJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַ׃the-Messiah

    For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

    כִּיbecauseהֲלֹא־שְׁמַעְתֶּםhave-you-not-heardאֶת־דַּרְכִּיmy-wayמִלְּפָנִיםfrom-formerlyבַּדָּתin-the-lawהַיְּהוּדִיתthe-Judeanוְאֵתandאֲשֶׁר־תַּכְלִיתhow-that-beyond-measure-ofרְדִיפָהpersecutionרָדַפְתִּיI-persecutedאֶת־עֲדַתcongregation-ofיְהוָֹהGodוְהֶחֱרַמְתִּיהָ׃and-I-destroyed-it

    For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:

    וָאֱהִיand-I-wasהוֹלֵךְgoingוְחָזֵקand-strongבַּדָּתin-the-lawהַיְּהוּדִיתthe-Judeanעַל־רַבִּיםunto-manyמִבְּנֵיfrom-the-sons-ofגִילִיmy-ageבְּעַמִּיamong-my-peopleבְּקִנְאָתִיbeing-over-zealousהַגְּדוֹלָהthe-greatלְקַבָּלוֹתto-the-traditionsשֶׁל־אֲבוֹתָי׃of-my-fathers

    And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.

    וּכְשֶׁהָיָהand-as-who-wasרָצוֹןthe-good-pleasureמִלִּפְנֵיfrom-the-presence-ofהָאֱלֹהִיםthe-Godהַמַּבְדִּילthe-dividingאֹתִיmeמֵרֶחֶםfrom-the womb ofאִמִּיmy-motherוַיִּקְרָאֵנִיand-he-called-meבְּחַסְדּוֹ׃by-His-grace

    But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,

    לְגַלּוֹתto-revealבִּיin-meאֶת־בְּנוֹhis-sonלְמַעַןin-order-thatאֲבַשְׂרֶנּוּI-might-preach-Himבַּגּוֹיִםby-the-nationsאָזthenלֹאnotנוֹעַצְתִּיI-consultedעִם־בָּשָׂרwith-the-fleshוָדָם׃and-blood

    To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:

    גַּםalsoלֹא־עָלִיתִיnot-I-come-upיְרוּשָׁלַיְמָהJerusalem-towardsאֶל־אֲשֶׁרunto-that-whichהָיוּwereשְׁלִיחִיםapostlesלְפָנָיbefore-Meכִּיbecauseאִם־הָלַכְתִּיif-I-wentלַעֲרָבto-the-Arabiaוּמִשָּׁםand-from-thenceשַׁבְתִּיI-returnedאֶל־דַּמָּשֶׂק׃to-Damascus

    Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.

    אַחֲרֵי־כֵןhereafterמִקֵּץafterשָׁלשׁthreeשָׁנִיםyearsעָלִיתִיI-come-upלִירוּשָׁלַיִםto-Jerusalemלִרְאוֹתto-seeאֶת־כֵּיפָאPeter,וָאֵשֵׁבand-I remainedעִמּוֹwith-himחֲמִשָּׁה־עָשָׂרfifteenיוֹם׃days

    Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.

  19. 19

    וְאַחֵרand-anotherמִן־הַשְּׁלִיחִיםfrom-the-apostlesלֹא־רָאִיתִיnot-I-sawזוּלָתִיexceptאֶת־יַעֲקֹבJamesאֲחִיthe-brother-ofאֲדֹנֵינוּ׃our-Lord

    But other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord's brother.

  20. 20

    וַאֲשֶׁרand-whomאֲנִיIכֹתֵבwritingאֲלֵיכֶםunto-youהִנֵּהbeholdנֶגֶדagainstהָאֱלֹהִיםthe-Godכִּיbecauseלֹאnotאֲכַזֵּב׃lie

    Now the things which I write unto you, behold, before God, I lie not.

    אַחֲרֵי־כֵןhereafterבָּאתִיwhen-I-cameאֶל־גְּלִילוֹתto-the territories ofסוּרְיָאSyriaוְקִילִיקְיָא׃and-Cilicia

    Afterwards I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia;

  22. 22

    וּקְהִלּוֹתand-churchesיְהוּדָהJudaeaאֲשֶׁרwhichבַּמָּשִׁיחַin-the-Messiahהֵנָּהtheyלֹאnotיָדְעוּthey-knewאֶת־פָּנָי׃my-face.

    And was unknown by face unto the churches of Judæa which were in Christ:

    רַק־זֹאתonly-thisבִּלְבַדin-aloneשָׁמְעוּthey-heardכִּי־הָרֹדֵףthat-he-who-persecutedאֹתָנוּusמֵאָזsinceעַתָּהnowמְבַשֵׂרpreachesאֶת־הָאֱמוּנָהthe-faithאֲשֶׁרwhichהֶחֱרִיםhe-destroyedמִלְּפָנִים׃from-before

    But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed.

  24. 24

    וַיְהַלֲלוּand-they praisedבִיin-meאֶת־הָאֱלֹהִים׃God

    And they glorified God in me.
