   Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Thou art permitted to speak for thyself. Then Paul stretched forth the hand, and answered for himself:

   מְאַשֵּׁרme/ash/SHERcount blessedאֲנִיa/NIIנַפְשִׁיnaf/SHImy soulהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhO kingאַגְרִפַּסAg/rip/PASAgrippaכִּיkibecauseלְפָנֶיךָle/fa/NE/khabefore youאֶצְטַדֵּקets/tad/DEKI will defend myselfהַיּוֹםhay/YOMtodayעַל־כֹּלal-kolconcerning allאֲשֶׁר־שֹׂטְנִיםa/SHER-sot/NIMwhich accuseאֹתִיo/TImeהַיְּהוּדִים׃hay/Ye/hu/DIMthe Jews

   I think myself happy, king Agrippa, because I shall answer for myself this day before thee touching all the things whereof I am accused of the Jews:

   כִּיkiforאַתָּהat/TAyouיֹדֵעַyo/DE/aknowהֵיטֵבhe/TEVwellכׇּל־הַחֻקּוֹתkol-ha/chuk/KOTall the statutesוְהַשְּׁאֵלוֹתve/hash/she/e/LOTand the questionsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat areבֵּיןbenamongהַיְּהוּדִיםhay/Ye/hu/DIMthe Jewsוְעַל־כֵּןve/AL-kenand thereforeאֶשְׁאֲלָהesh/a/LAI askמֵאִתְּךָme/it/te/KHAof youלִשְׁמֹעַlish/MO/ato hearאֹתִיo/TImeכְּאֹרֶךְke/O/rekhwith length ofרוּחֶךָ׃ru/CHE/khayour spirit

   Especially because I know thee to be expert in all customs and questions which are among the Jews: wherefore I beseech thee to hear me patiently.

   הִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdדַּרְכִּיdar/KImy wayמִנְּעוּרַיmin/ne/u/RAYfrom my youthאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatהִתְהַלַּכְתִּי־בָהּhit/hal/LAKH/ti-vaI walked inמֵאָזme/AZfrom the firstבְּתוֹךְbe/TOKHamongעַמִּיam/MImy peopleוּבִירוּשָׁלָיִםu/Vi/ru/sha/LA/yimand in Jerusalemיֹדְעִיםyod/IMknowאוֹתָהּo/TAitכׇּל־הַיְּהוּדִים׃kol-Hay/ye/hu/DIMall the Jews

   My manner of life from my youth, which was at the first among mine own nation at Jerusalem, know all the Jews;

   כִּיkiforמִיָּמִיםmiy/ya/MIMfrom daysרִאשׁוֹנִיםri/sho/NIMfirstיְדָעוּנִיye/da/U/niknew meאִם־יִרְצוּim-yir/TSUif they are willingלְהָעִידle/ha/IDtestifyכִּיkithatכְּפָרוּשׁke/Fa/RUSHas a Phariseeחָיִיתִיcha/yi/TII livedעַל־פִּיal-piaccording toהַכַּתhak/KATthe sectהַמַּקְפֶּדֶתham/mak/PE/detthat is strictבְּיוֹתֵרbe/yo/TERmostבַּעֲבוֹדָתֵנוּ׃ba/a/vo/da/te/NUin our worship

   Which knew me from the beginning, if they would testify, that after the most straitest sect of our religion I lived a Pharisee.

   וְעַתָּהve/at/TAand nowאֲנִיa/NIIעֹמֵדo/MEDstandלְהִשָּׁפֵטle/hish/sha/FETto be judgedעַל־תִּקְוַתal-tik/VATfor the hope ofהַהַבְטָחָהha/hav/ta/CHAthe promiseאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichהִבְטִיחָהּhiv/ti/CHApromised itהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodאֶת־אֲבוֹתֵינוּ׃et-a/vo/TE/nuto our fathers

   And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God unto our fathers:

   וַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERand whichשְׁנֵים־עָשָׂרshe/NEM-a/SARtwelveשְׁבָטֵינוּshe/va/te/NUour tribesמְיַחֲלִיםme/ya/cha/LIMhopeלְהַגִּיעַle/hag/GI/ato reachלָהּlaitבְּעָבְדָםbe/a/ve/DAMas they serveאֶת־הָאֱלֹהִיםet-ha/e/lo/HIMGodתָּמִידta/MIDcontinuallyיוֹמָםyo/MAMby dayוָלַיְלָהva/LAY/laand nightעַל־דְּבַרal-de/VARon account ofהַתִּקְוָהhat/tik/VAthe hopeהַזֹּאתhaz/ZOTthisהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhO kingאַגְרִפַּסAg/rip/PASAgrippaהַיְּהוּדִיםhay/Ye/hu/DIMthe Jewsשֹׂטְנִיםsot/NIMaccuseאֹתִי׃o/TIme

   Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving God day and night, hope to come. For which hope's sake, king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews.

   מַדּוּעַmad/DU/awhyיִפָּלֵאyip/pa/LEis it too wonderfulבְעֵינֵיכֶםve/e/ne/KHEMin your eyesכִּיkithatהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodיְחַיֶּהye/chay/YErevivesמֵתִים׃me/TIMthe dead

   Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?

   הֵןhenindeedבְּלִבִּיbe/lib/BIin my heartאֲנִיa/NIIחָשַׁבְתִּיcha/SHAV/tithoughtכִּיkithatעָלַיa/LAYon meלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto doרַבּוֹתrab/BOTmany thingsנֶגֶדNE/gedagainstאֶת־שֵׁםet-shemthe name ofיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusהַנָּצְרִי׃han/Na/tse/RIof Nazareth

   I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

    כַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERasעָשִׂיתִיa/SI/tiI didבִירוּשָׁלָיִםVi/ru/sha/LA/yimin Jerusalemוְגַם־קְדוֹשִׁיםve/GAM-ke/do/SHIMand also saintsרַבִּיםrab/BIMmanyאֲנִיa/NIIהִסְגַּרְתִּיhis/gar/TIshut upלְבָתֵּיle/vat/TEin houses ofכְלָאִיםkhe/la/IMprisonבָּרְשׁוּתba/re/SHUTby the authorityאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichקִבַּלְתִּיkib/bal/TII receivedמֵאֵתme/ETfromרָאשֵׁיra/SHEthe chiefs ofהַכֹּהֲנִיםhak/ko/ha/NIMthe priestsוְעִםve/IMand withהוֹרְגֵיהֶםhor/ge/HEMtheir killersרָצִיתִי׃ra/tsi/TII agreed

    Which thing I also did in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against them.

    וּבְכׇל־בָּתֵּיu/ve/KHOL-bat/TEand in all the houses ofהַכְּנֶסֶתhak/ke/NE/setassemblyיִסַּרְתִּיyis/SAR/tiI punishedאֹתָםo/TAMthemפְּעָמִיםpe/a/MIMtimesרַבּוֹתrab/BOTmanyוַאֲנַסְתִּיםva/a/nas/TIMand compelled themלְגַדֵּףle/gad/DEFto blasphemeוָאֶתְהוֹלֲלָהva/et/ho/la/LAand I ragedבָּםbamagainst themעַדadevenמְאֹדme/ODgreatlyוָאֶרְדְּפֵםva/er/de/FEMI persecuted themעַד־לֶעָרִיםad-le/a/RIMeven to the citiesאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat areחוּצָהCHU/tsaoutsideלָאָרֶץ׃la/A/retsthe land

    And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it came to passבְּלֶכְתִּיbe/lekh/TIas I wentעַל־הַדָּבָרal-had/da/VARon the matterהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisלְדַמָּשֶׂקle/Dam/MA/sekto Damascusבִּרְשׁוּתbir/SHUTwith the authority ofרָאשֵׁיra/SHEthe chiefs ofהַכֹּהֲנִיםhak/ko/ha/NIMthe priestsוּבְמִצְוָתָם׃u/ve/mits/va/TAMand commission

    Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests,

    וָאֵרֶאva/E/reand I sawאֲדֹנִיa/do/NImy lordהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingלְעֵתle/ETat the time ofצׇהֳרַיִםtso/ho/RA/yimnoonבַּדָּרֶךְbad/DA/rekhon the wayוְהִנֵּהve/hin/NEand beholdאוֹרora lightצַחtsachbrightמִזֹּהַרmiz/ZO/harmore than the brightness ofהַשֶּׁמֶשׁhash/SHE/meshthe sunאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichמִשָּׁמַיִםmish/sha/MA/yimfrom heavenנָגַהּna/GAshoneמִסָּבִיבmis/sa/VIVall aroundעָלַיa/LAYon meוְעַלve/ALand onהַהֹלְכִיםha/hol/KHIMthose goingאִתִּי׃it/TIwith me

    At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.

    וַנִּפֹּלvan/nip/POLand fellכֻּלָּנוּkul/LA/nuall of usאָרְצָהAR/tsato the groundוָאֶשְׁמַעva/esh/MAand I heardקוֹלkola voiceמְדַבֵּרme/dab/BERspeakingאֵלַיe/LAYto meבְּלָשׁוֹןbe/la/SHONin the languageעִבְרִיתIv/RITHebrewלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingשָׁאוּלSha/ULSaulשָׁאוּלSha/ULSaulלָמָּהLAM/mawhyתִרְדְּפֵנִיtir/de/fe/NIdo you persecute meקָשֶׁהka/SHEhardלְךָle/KHAfor youלִבְעֹטliv/OTto kickבַּדָּרְבֹנוֹת׃bad/da/re/vo/NOTagainst the goads

    And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

    וָאֹמַרva/o/MARand I saidמִיmiwhoאַתָּהat/TAare youאֲדֹנִיa/do/NImy Lordוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand he saidאָנֹכִיa/no/KHII amיֵשׁוּעַYe/SHU/aJesusאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhomאַתָּהat/TAyouרֹדֵף׃ro/DEFpersecute

    And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.

16. 16

    אֲבָלa/VALbutקוּםkumriseוַעֲמֹדva/a/MODand standעַל־רַגְלֶיךָal-rag/LE/khaon your feetכִּיkibecauseבַּעֲבוּרba/a/VURfor the sake ofזֹאתzotthisנִרְאֵיתִיnir/e/TII have appearedאֵלֶיךָe/LE/khato youבַּעֲבוּרba/a/VURso thatאֲמַנֶּהa/man/NEI may appointאֹתְךָot/KHAyouלִמְשָׁרֵתlim/sha/RETas a ministerוּלְעֵדu/le/EDand as a witnessהַדְּבָרִיםhad/de/va/RIMof the thingsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichרָאִיתָra/I/tayou have seenוַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERand of whatאֵרָאֶהe/ra/EI will appearאֵלֶיךָ׃e/LE/khato you

    But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

    בְּהַצִּילִיbe/hats/tsi/LIdeliveringאוֹתְךָot/KHAyouמִן־הָעָםmin-ha/AMfrom the peopleוּמִן־הַגּוֹיִםu/MIN-hag/go/YIMand from the Gentilesאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatאֶשְׁלָחֲךָesh/la/cha/KHAI send youעַתָּהat/TAnowאֲלֵיהֶם׃a/le/HEMto them

    Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,

18. 18

    לִפְקֹחַlif/KO/achto openאֶת־עֵינֵיהֶםet-e/ne/HEMtheir eyesלְמַעַןle/MA/anso thatיָשׁוּבוּya/SHU/vuthey may turnמֵחֹשֶׁךְme/CHO/shekhfrom darknessלְאוֹרle/ORto lightוּמִיַּדu/miy/YADand from the hand ofהַשָּׂטָןHas/sa/TANSatanאֶל־הָאֱלֹהִיםel-ha/e/lo/HIMto Godוִיקַבְּלוּvi/kab/be/LUand receiveסְלִיחַתse/li/CHATforgiveness ofחֲטָאִיםcha/ta/IMsinsוְנַחֲלָהve/na/cha/LAand inheritanceבְּתוֹךְbe/TOKHamongהַמְקֻדָּשִׁיםham/kud/da/SHIMthose who are sanctifiedבָּאֱמוּנָהba/e/mu/NAby faithאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat isבִּי׃biin me

    To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

    עַל־כֵּןal-kenthereforeהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhO kingאַגְרִפַּסAg/rip/PASAgrippaלֹאlonotהִמְרֵיתִיhim/re/TIdid I rebel againstאֶת־הַמַּרְאֶהet-ham/mar/Eto the visionאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichרָאִיתִיra/I/tiI sawמִן־הַשָּׁמָיִם׃min-hash/sha/MA/yimfrom heaven

    Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:

20. 20

    כִּיkibutאִם־קָרָאתִיim-ka/RA/tiI proclaimedרִאשׁוֹנָהri/sho/NAfirstלְיֹשְׁבֵיle/yosh/VEto the inhabitants ofדַּמֶּשֶׂקDam/ME/sekDamascusוִירוּשָׁלַיִםVi/ru/sha/LA/yimand Jerusalemוּבְכׇל־אֶרֶץu/ve/KHOL-E/retsand in all the land ofיְהוּדָהYe/hu/DAJudaeaוְגַםve/GAMand alsoלַגּוֹיִםlag/Go/YIMto the Gentilesלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingשׁוּבוּSHU/vurepentוּפְנוּu/fe/NUand turnאֶל־הָאֱלֹהִיםel-ha/e/lo/HIMto Godוַעֲשׂוּva/a/SUand doמַעֲשִׂיםma/a/SIMworksרְאוּיִםre/u/YIMfittingלַתְּשׁוּבָה׃lat/te/shu/VAfor repentance

    But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judæa, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

21. 21

    וּבִגְלַלu/vig/LALand because ofהַדָּבָרhad/da/VARthe matterהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisתָּפְשׂוּTAF/suseizedאֹתִיo/TImeהַיְּהוּדִיםhay/Ye/hu/DIMthe Jewsבַּמִּקְדָּשׁbam/mik/DASHin the templeוַיְבַקְשׁוּvay/vak/SHUand soughtלַהֲמִיתֵנִי׃la/ha/mi/TE/nito kill me

    For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me.

22. 22

    וְהָאֱלֹהִיםve/ha/e/lo/HIMand Godהָיָהha/YAwasבְעֶזְרִיve/ez/RImy helpוְעַד־הַיּוֹםve/AD-hay/YOMand until the dayהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisעֹמֵדo/MEDstandאֲנִיa/NIIוּמֵעִידu/me/IDand testifyingלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeקָטֹןka/TONsmallוְגָדוֹלve/ga/DOLand greatוְאֵינֶנִּיve/e/NEN/niand I am notמְדַבֵּרme/dab/BERspeakingדָּבָרda/VARa thingזוּלָתִיzu/la/TIexceptהַדְּבָרִיםhad/de/va/RIMthe thingsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichהִגִּידוּhig/GI/dutoldהַנְּבִיאִיםhan/ne/vi/IMthe prophetsוּמֹשֶׁהu/Mo/SHEand Mosesכִּיkithatיָבֹאוּ׃ya/VO/uwould come

    Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:

23. 23

    כִּיkithatהַמָּשִׁיחַham/Ma/SHI/achthe Messiahיֵעָנֶהye/a/NEwould be afflictedוְיָקוּםve/ya/KUMand would riseרִאשׁוֹןri/SHONfirstמִן־הַמֵּתִיםmin-ham/me/TIMfrom the deadוְיַגִּידve/yag/GIDand will showאוֹרorlightלָעָםla/AMto the peopleוְלַגּוֹיִם׃ve/Lag/go/YIMand to the Gentiles

    That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.

24. 24

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it came to passהוּאhuheמִצְטַדֵּקmits/tad/DEKwas defending himselfבָּזֹאתba/ZOTwith thisוַיִּקְרָאvay/yik/RAand called outפֶסְטוֹסFes/TOSFestusבְּקוֹלbe/KOLwith a voiceגָּדוֹלga/DOLloudלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingהִנְּךָhin/ne/KHAbehold youמִשְׁתַּגֵּעַmish/tag/GE/aare madפּוֹלוֹסPo/LOSPaulרֹבrovmuchהַסֵּפֶרhas/SE/ferlearningהֱבִיאֲךָhe/vi/a/KHAhas brought youלְשִׁגָּעוֹן׃le/shig/ga/ONmad

    And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad.

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidפּוֹלוֹסPo/LOSPaulאֵינֶנִּיe/NEN/niI am notמְשֻׁגָּעme/shug/GAmadפֶּסְטוֹסPes/TOSFestusהָאַדִּירha/ad/DIRmost excellentכִּיkibutאִם־דִּבְרֵיim-div/REthe words ofאֱמֶתe/METtruthוָטַעַםva/TA/amand senseאַבִּיעַ׃ab/BI/aI pour forth

    But he said, I am not mad, most noble Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness.

    כִּיkiforהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingיוֹדֵעַyo/DE/aknowsאֶת־אֵלֶּהet-EL/lethese thingsוְעַל־זֹאתve/AL-zotand for thisבְּבִטָּחוֹןbe/vit/ta/CHONwith confidenceאֲנִיa/NIIמְדַבֵּרme/dab/BERspeakאֵלָיוe/LAYVto himכִּיkiforאֶחְשֹׁבech/SHOVI thinkכִּי־לֹאki-lothat noneנֶעְלַםne/LAMare hiddenמִמֶּנּוּmim/MEN/nufrom himדָּבָרda/VARa thingמִן־הַדְּבָרִיםmin-had/de/va/RIMof the thingsהָאֵלֶּהha/EL/letheseכִּיkiforלֹא־בְפִנָּהlo-ve/fin/NAnot in a cornerנֶעֶשְׂתָהne/es/TAwas doneזֹאת׃zotthis

    For the king knoweth of these things, before whom also I speak freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him; for this thing was not done in a corner.

    הַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhO kingאַגְרִפַּסAg/rip/PASAgrippaהֲמַאֲמִיןha/ma/a/MINdo believeאַתָּהat/TAyouבַּנְּבִיאִיםban/ne/vi/IMin the prophetsיָדַעְתִּיya/DA/tiI knowכִּיkithatמַאֲמִיןma/a/MINbelieveאָתָּה׃AT/tayou

    King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest.

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאַגְרִפַּסAg/rip/PASAgrippaאֶל־פּוֹלוֹסel-Po/LOSto Paulעוֹדodyetמְעַטme/ATa littleוּפִתִּיתַנִיu/fit/ti/ta/NIand you will persuade meלִהְיוֹתlih/YOTto beמְשִׁיחִי׃Me/shi/CHIa Christian

    Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidפּוֹלוֹסPo/LOSPaulאֲבַקְשָׁהa/vak/SHAI would prayמֵאֱלֹהִיםme/e/lo/HIMof Godאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatבְּקָרוֹבbe/ka/ROVnearאוֹoorבְרָחוֹקve/ra/CHOKfarלֹאlonotאַתָּהat/TAyouלְבַדְּךָle/vad/de/KHAaloneכִּי־גַםki-gambut alsoכׇּל־הַשֹּׁמְעִיםkol-hash/shom/IMall that hearאוֹתִיo/TImeהַיּוֹםhay/YOMtodayיִהְיוּyih/YUwould beכָמוֹנִיkha/MO/nilike meזוּלָתִיzu/la/TIexceptהַמּוֹסֵרוֹתham/mo/se/ROTthe bondsהָאֵלֶּה׃ha/EL/lethese

    And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it came to passבְּדַבְּרוֹbe/dab/be/ROas he spokeהַדָּבָרhad/da/VARthe wordהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisוַיָּקׇםvay/YA/komand roseהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingוְהַהֶגְמוֹןve/ha/heg/MONand the governorוּבֶרְנִיקָהu/Ver/ni/KAand Berniceוְהַיֹּשְׁבִיםve/hay/yosh/VIMand those sittingאִתָּם׃it/TAMwith them

    And when he had thus spoken, the king rose up, and the governor, and Bernice, and they that sat with them:

    וַיָּבֹאוּvay/ya/VO/uand they wentהַחַדְרָהha/CHAD/rainto the chamberוַיְדַבְּרוּvay/dab/be/RUand they spokeאִישׁisheachאֶל־רֵעֵהוּel-re/E/huto his neighborלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingהָאִישׁha/ISHthe manהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisלֹא־עָשָׂהlo-a/SAhas not doneדָבָרda/VARa thingאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatבּוֹboin himמִשְׁפַּט־מָוֶתmish/PAT-MA/veta sentence of deathאוֹoorמוֹסֵרוֹת׃mo/se/ROTbonds

    And when they were gone aside, they talked between themselves, saying, This man doeth nothing worthy of death or of bonds.

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאַגְרִפַּסAg/rip/PASAgrippaאֶל־פֶּסְטוֹסel-Pes/TOSto Festusהָאִישׁha/ISHthe manהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisיוּכַלyu/KHALcouldלָצֵאתla/TSETgo outחׇפְשִׁיchof/SHIfreeלוּלֵאlu/LEhad he notקָרָאka/RAcalled onאֶת־קֵיסָרet-Ke/SARto Caesarלְדִינוֹ׃le/di/NOfor his case

    Then said Agrippa unto Festus, This man might have been set at liberty, if he had not appealed unto Cæsar.
