1. 1

   וְעַל־דְּבַרnow-concerningגִּבּוּיthe-gathering-ofהַצְּדָקָהthe-collectionלְעֶזְרַתfor-the-help-ofהַקְּדוֹשִׁיםthe-saintsכַּאֲשֶׁרasתִּקַּנְתִּיI-have-given-orderלַקְּהִלּוֹתto-the-churchesאֲשֶׁרwhichבְּגָלַטְיָאin-Galatiaכֵּןeven-soתַּעֲשׂוּdoגַּם־אַתֶּם׃you-also

   Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.

2. 2

   בְּכׇל־אֶחָדupon-every-first-dayבַּשַּׁבָּתof-the-weekאִישׁeveryאִישׁoneמִכֶּםof-youכַּאֲשֶׁרasתַּשִּׂיגhath-prosperedיָדוֹhis-handיַנִּיחַlet-him-layאֶצְלוֹby-himוְיֶאֱצֹרin-storeלְמַעַןthatאֲשֶׁרwhenאָבֹאI-comeוְלֹאthere-be-noיִקָּבֵץgatheringעוֹד׃then

   Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

3. 3

   וַאֲנִיand-when-Iאָבֹאcomeוַאֲשֶׁרwhomsoeverתִּמְצְאוּyou-shall-findנֶאֱמָנִיםfaithfulאֶשְׁלַחwill-I-sendאֹתָםthemעִם־אִגְּרוֹתwith-lettersלְהָבִיאto-bringאֶת־נִדְבַתְכֶםyour-liberalityלִירוּשָׁלָיִם׃unto-Jerusalem

   And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.

4. 4

   וְאִם־חָשׁוּבand-if-meetהוּאit-beשֶׁאֵלֵךְthat-I-goגַּםalsoאָנִיIאִתִּיwith-meיֵלֵכוּ׃they-shall-go

   And if it be meet that I go also, they shall go with me.

5. 5

   וַאֲנִיnow-Iאָבֹאwill-comeאֲלֵיכֶםunto-youאַחֲרֵיwhenעׇבְרִיI-pass-throughאֶת־מַקְדּוֹנְיָאMacedoniaכִּיforאֶת־מַקְדּוֹנְיָאMacedoniaאֶעֱבֹרָה׃I-do-pass-through

   Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I do pass through Macedonia.

6. 6

   וְאוּלַיand-it-may-beאֵשֵׁבI-will-abideעִמָּכֶםwith-youיָמִיםsomeאֲחָדִיםdaysאוֹyea-andכׇּל־יְמֵיall-the-days-ofהַסְּתָוthe-winterלְמַעַןthatתְּלַוֻּנִיyou-may-bring-me-on-my-journeyאֶל־אֲשֶׁרwhithersoeverאֵלֵךְI-goשָׁמָּה׃thither

   And it may be that I will abide, yea, and winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey whithersoever I go.

7. 7

   כִּיforכָעֵתnowאֵיןnotרְצוֹנִיmy-will-isשֶׁאֶרְאֶהto-seeאֶתְכֶםyouכְּעֹבֵרin-passingבְּתוֹכֲכֶםthrough-youכִּי־אֲקַוֶּהbut-I-trustלָשֶׁבֶתto-tarryאֶצְלְכֶםwith-youיָמִיםa-whileאִם־יִתֵּןif-permitהָאָדוֹן׃the-Lord

   For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.

8. 8

   אֲבָלbutאֵשֵׁבI-will-tarryבְּאֶפְסוֹסat-Ephesusעַד־חַגuntil-the-feastהַשָּׁבוּעוֹת׃of-Pentecost

   But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.

9. 9

   כִּי־נִפְתַּחfor-is-openedלִיunto-meפֶּתַחa-doorגָּדוֹלgreatוְרַב־פְּעָלִיםand-effectualוְהַמִּתְקוֹמֲמִיםand-there-are-adversariesרַבִּים׃many

   For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.

10. 10

    וְכִיnow-ifיָבוֹאcomeאֲלֵיכֶםunto-youטִימוֹתִיּוֹסTimotheusרְאוּ־נָאseeשֶׁיִּהְיֶהthat-he-may-beעִמָּכֶםwith-youבְּלִיwithoutפָחַדfearכִּי־מְלֶאכֶתfor-the-work-ofיְהוָֹהthe-Lordהוּאheעֹשֶׂהworkethכָּמוֹנִי׃as-I-also

    Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do.

11. 11

    עַל־כֵּןthereforeאִישׁlet-no-manאַל־יִבֶזdespiseאֹתוֹhimוְשַׁלְּחֻהוּbut-conduct-him-forthבְשָׁלוֹםin-peaceלְמַעַןthatיָבֹאhe-may-comeאֵלָיunto-meכִּיforאֲחַכֶּה־לּוֹI-look-for-himאֲנִיIוְהָאַחִים׃and-the-brethren

    Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me: for I look for him with the brethren.

12. 12

    וְאַפּוֹלוֹסas-touching-Apollosאָחִינוּour-brotherהִפְצַרְתִּי־בוֹI-greatly-desired-himלָבוֹאto-comeאֲלֵיכֶםunto-youעִם־הָאַחִיםwith-the-brethrenוְלֹא־רָצָהbut-his-will-was-notלָבוֹאto-comeעַתָּהat-this-timeוְיָבוֹאbut-he-will-comeכְּשֶׁיַּעֲלֶהwhen-it-is-convenientבְיָדוֹ׃for-him

    As touching our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.

13. 13

    שִׁקְדוּwatch-youוְעִמְדוּstand-fastבָאֱמוּנָהin-the-faithהִתְאֹשֲׂשׁוּquit-you-like-menוְהִתְחַזָּקוּ׃be-strong

    Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.

14. 14

    וְכׇל־דִּבְרֵיכֶםlet-all-your-thingsיֵעָשׂוּbe-doneבְאַהֲבָה׃with-charity

    Let all your things be done with charity.

15. 15

    וַאֲבַקְשָׁהI-beseechמִכֶּםyouאַחַיbrethrenהֲלֹאnowיְדַעְתֶּםyou-knowאֶת־בֵּיתthe-house-ofאִסְטְפָנָסStephanasשֶׁהוּאthat-it-isרֵאשִׁיתthe-firstfruits-ofאֲכַיָּאAchaiaוַיִּתְּנוּand-they-have-addictedנַפְשָׁםthemselvesלְשֵׁרוּתto-the-ministry-ofהַקְּדֹשִׂים׃the-saints

    I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)

16. 16

    לָכֵןthatהִכָּנְעוּyou-submit-yourselvesגַם־אַתֶּםyou-alsoמִפְּנֵיuntoהָאֲנָשִׁיםthe-menהָהֵםsuchוּמִפְּנֵי־כׇל־אֲשֶׁרand-to-every-one-thatיַעֲבֹדhelpethוְיַעֲמֹלand-laborethעִמָּהֶם׃with-them

    That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with us, and laboureth.

17. 17

    וְהִנְנִיI-amשָׂמֵחַgladבְּבִיאַתof-the-coming-ofאִסְטְפָנָסStephanasוּפָרְטוּנָטוֹסand-Fortunatusוַאֲכַיְקוֹסand-Achaicusכִּיforהֵמָּהtheyמִלְּאוּhave-suppliedאֶת־חֶסְרֹנְכֶם׃that-which-was-lacking-on-your-part

    I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.

18. 18

    וַיָּנִיחוּfor-they-have-refreshedאֶת־רוּחִיmy-spiritוְאֶת־רוּחֲכֶםand-yoursעַל־כֵּןthereforeהַכִּירוּacknowledge-youהָאֲנָשִׁיםthemהָהֵם׃that-are-such

    For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.

19. 19

    הַקְּהִלּוֹתthe-churchesאֲשֶׁרwhichבְּאַסְיָאin-AsiaשֹׁאֲלוֹתsaluteלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶםyouעֲקִילַסAquilaוּפְרִסְקְלָאand-Priscillaוְגַם־הַקְּהִלָּהand-also-the-churchאֲשֶׁרwhichבְּבֵיתָםin-their-houseמַרְבִּיםabundantlyלִשְׁאֹלsaluteלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶםyouבָּאָדוֹן׃in-the-Lord

    The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.

20. 20

    הָאַחִיםthe-brethrenכֻּלָּםallשֹׁאֲלִיםgreetלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶםyouשַׁאֲלוּgreet-youלְשָׁלוֹםin-peaceאִישׁoneאֶת־רֵעֵהוּanotherבַּנְּשִׁיקָהwith-the-kissהַקְּדוֹשָׁה׃holy

    All the brethren greet you. Greet ye one another with an holy kiss.

21. 21

    שֹׁאֵלthe-salutationלִשְׁלוֹמְכֶםof-youבִּכְתָבin-the-writing-ofיָדִיmy-handאֲנִיIפוֹלוֹס׃Paul

    The salutation of me Paul with mine own hand.

22. 22

    מִיwhoeverשֶׁלּאthat-notיֶאֱהַבlovethאֶת־הָאָדוֹןthe-LordיֵשׁוּעַJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַChristיׇחֳרָםlet-him-be-AnathemaמָרַןMaran-אֲתָא׃atha

    If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maran-atha.

23. 23

    חֶסֶדthe-grace-ofיֵשׁוּעַJesusהַמָּשִׁיחַChristאֲדֹנֵינוּour-Lordיְהִיbeעִמָּכֶם׃with-you

    The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

24. 24

    וְאַהֲבָתִיmy-love-be-withאֶת־כֻּלְּכֶםyou-allבַּמָּשִׁיחַin-ChristיֵשׁוּעַJesusאָמֵן׃Amen

    My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen.
