   כִּי־הִנֵּהki-hin/NEfor beholdהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthe dayבָּאbacomesבֹּעֵרbo/ERthat shall burnכַּתַּנּוּרkat/tan/NURas an ovenוְהָיוּve/ha/YUand shall beכׇל־זֵדִיםkhol-ze/DIMall the proudוְכׇל־עֹשֵׂהve/KHOL-o/SEand all that doesרִשְׁעָהrish/Ainiquityקַשׁkashstubbleוְלִהַטve/li/HATand shall burn upאֹתָםo/TAMthemהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthe dayהַבָּאhab/BAthat comesאָמַרa/MARsaidיְהֹוָהAdonaiAdonaiצְבָאוֹתTse/va/OTof Hostsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichלֹא־יַעֲזֹבlo-ya/a/ZOVshall leave neitherלָהֶםla/HEMto themשֹׁרֶשׁSHO/reshrootוְעָנָף׃ve/a/NAFnor branch

   For behold, the day cometh that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble; and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of Hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

   וְזָרַחve/za/RACHshall ariseלָכֶםla/KHEMto youיִרְאֵיyir/Ethat fearשְׁמִיshe/MImy nameבֶּן־צְדָקָהben-Tse/da/KASon of Righteousnessוּמַרְפֵּאu/mar/PEwith healingבִּכְנָפָיוbikh/na/FAYVin his wingsוִיצָאתֶםvi/tsa/TEMand you shall go forthוּפִשְׁתֶּםu/fish/TEMand you shall grow upכְּעֶגְלֵיke/eg/LEas calvesמַרְבֵּק׃mar/BEKof the stall

   But unto you that fear my name, shall the Son of Righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth and grow up as calves in the stall.

   וְעַסּוֹתֶםve/as/so/TEMand you shall tread downרְשָׁעִיםre/sha/IMthe wickedכִּי־יִהְיוּki-yih/YUfor they shall beאֵפֶרE/ferashesתַּחַתTA/chatunderכַּפּוֹתkap/POTthe solesרַגְלֵיכֶםrag/le/KHEMof your feetבַּיּוֹםbay/YOMin the dayאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichאֲנִיa/NIIעֹשֶׂהo/SEdoאָמַרa/MARsaidיְהֹוָהAdonaiAdonaiצְבָאוֹת׃Tse/va/OTof Hosts

   And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of Hosts.

   זִכְרוּzikh/RUrememberתּוֹרַתto/RATthe lawמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEof Mosesעַבְדִּיav/DImy servantאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichצִוִּיתִיtsiv/VI/tiI commandedאוֹתוֹo/TOunto himבְחֹרֵבve/Cho/REVin Horebעַל־כׇּל־יִשְׂרָאֵלal-Kol-yis/ra/ELfor all Israelחֻקִּיםchuk/KIMthe statutesוּמִשְׁפָּטִים׃u/mish/pa/TIMand judgments

   Remember ye the law of Moses, my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

   הִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdאָנֹכִיa/no/KHIIשֹׁלֵחַsho/LE/achwill sendלָכֶםla/KHEMto youאֵת־אֵלִיָּהet-E/liy/YAElijahהַנָּבִיאhan/na/VIthe prophetלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeבּוֹאbocomingיוֹםyomof the dayיְהֹוָהAdonaiAdonaiהַגָּדוֹלhag/ga/DOLthe greatוְהַנּוֹרָא׃ve/han/no/RAand dreadful

   Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord;

   וְהֵשִׁיבve/he/SHIVand he shall turnלֵבlevthe heartאָבוֹתa/VOTof the fathersעַל־בָּנִיםal-ba/NIMto the childrenוְלֵבve/LEVand the heartבָּנִיםba/NIMof the childrenעַל־אֲבוֹתָםal-a/vo/TAMto their fathersפֶּן־אָבוֹאpen-a/VOlest I comeוְהִכֵּיתִיve/hik/ke/TIand smiteאֶת־הָאָרֶץet-ha/A/retsthe earthחֵרֶם׃CHE/remwith a curse

   And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
