   יְהֹוָהthe LORDמָלָךְreignsיִרְגְּזוּlet trembleעַמִּיםthe peoplesיֹשֵׁבHe is enthroned uponכְּרוּבִיםthe cherubimתָּנוּטlet quakeהָאָרֶץ׃the earth

   The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.

2. 2

   יְהֹוָהthe LORDבְּצִיּוֹןin Zionגָּדוֹלis greatוְרָםand He is highהוּאHe isעַל־כׇּל־הָעַמִּים׃above all the peoples

   The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.

   יוֹדוּlet them praiseשִׁמְךָYour nameגָּדוֹלgreatוְנוֹרָאand awesomeקָדוֹשׁholyהוּא׃is He

   Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.

4. 4

   וְעֹזand the strength ofמֶלֶךְthe KingמִשְׁפָּטjusticeאָהֵבHe lovesאַתָּהYouכּוֹנַנְתָּYou have establishedמֵישָׁרִיםequityמִשְׁפָּטjusticeוּצְדָקָהand righteousnessבְּיַעֲקֹבin JacobאַתָּהYouעָשִׂיתָ׃have executed

   The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

   רוֹמְמוּexaltיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֱלֹהֵינוּour Godוְהִשְׁתַּחֲווּand worshipלַהֲדֹםat the footstool ofרַגְלָיוHis feetקָדוֹשׁholyהוּא׃is He

   Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.

   מֹשֶׁהMosesוְאַהֲרֹןand Aaronבְּכֹהֲנָיוwere among His priestsוּשְׁמוּאֵלand Samuelבְּקֹרְאֵיamong those who call uponשְׁמוֹHis nameקֹרִאיםthey calledאֶל־יְהֹוָהto the LORDוְהוּאand Heיַעֲנֵם׃answered them

   Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.

   בְּעַמּוּדin the pillar ofעָנָןcloudיְדַבֵּרHe spokeאֲלֵיהֶםto themשָׁמְרוּthey keptעֵדֹתָיוHis testimoniesוְחֹקand the statuteנָתַן־לָמוֹ׃He gave them

   He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.

   יְהֹוָהthe LORDאֱלֹהֵינוּour GodאַתָּהYouעֲנִיתָםyou answered themאֵלa Godנֹשֵׂאwho forgaveהָיִיתָYou wereלָהֶםto themוְנֹקֵםthough You took vengeanceעַל־עֲלִילוֹתָם׃on their doings

   Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.

   רוֹמְמוּexaltיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֱלֹהֵינוּour Godוְהִשְׁתַּחֲווּand worshipלְהַרat the hill ofקׇדְשׁוֹHis holinessכִּי־קָדוֹשׁfor holy isיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֱלֹהֵינוּ׃our God

   Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.
