   לַמְנַצֵּחַlam/nats/TSE/achto the chief musicianעַל־מוּתal-Mutupon Muth-לַבֵּןlab/BENlabbenמִזְמוֹרmiz/MORa psalmלְדָוִד׃le/Da/VIDof David

   To the chief Musician upon Muthlabben, A Psalm of David.

2. 2

   אוֹדֶהo/DEI will praiseיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבְּכׇל־לִבִּיbe/KHOL-lib/BIwith my whole heartאֲסַפְּרָהa/sap/pe/RAI will tell ofכׇּל־נִפְלְאוֹתֶיךָ׃kol-nif/le/o/TE/khaall Your wondrous works

   I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.

3. 3

   אֶשְׂמְחָהes/me/CHAI will rejoiceוְאֶעֶלְצָהve/e/el/TSAand I will exultבָךְvakhin Youאֲזַמְּרָהa/zam/me/RAI will sing praises toשִׁמְךָshim/KHAYour nameעֶלְיוֹן׃El/YONMost High

   I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.

4. 4

   בְּשׁוּב־אוֹיְבַיbe/SHUV-oy/VAYwhen my enemies are turnedאָחוֹרa/CHORbackיִכָּשְׁלוּyik/ka/she/LUthey stumbleוְיֹאבְדוּve/yo/ve/DUand perishמִפָּנֶיךָ׃mip/pa/NE/khafrom Your presence

   When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.

   כִּי־עָשִׂיתָki-a/SI/tafor You have maintainedמִשְׁפָּטִיmish/pa/TImy judgmentוְדִינִיve/di/NIand my causeיָשַׁבְתָּya/SHAV/taYou sitלְכִסֵּאle/khis/SEon the throneשׁוֹפֵטsho/FETjudgingצֶדֶק׃TSE/dekrighteously

   For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right.

   גָּעַרְתָּga/AR/taYou have rebukedגוֹיִםgo/YIMnationsאִבַּדְתָּib/BAD/taYou have destroyedרָשָׁעra/SHAthe wickedשְׁמָםshe/MAMtheir nameמָחִיתָma/CHI/taYou have blotted outלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverוָעֶד׃va/EDand ever

   Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.

   הָאוֹיֵבha/o/YEVthe enemyתַּמּוּTAM/muare finishedחֳרָבוֹתcho/ra/VOTin ruinsלָנֶצַחla/NE/tsachforeverוְעָרִיםve/a/RIMand citiesנָתַשְׁתָּna/TASH/taYou have plucked upאָבַדa/VADhas perishedזִכְרָםzikh/RAMtheir memoryהֵמָּה׃HEM/maeven they

   O thou enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and thou hast destroyed cities; their memorial is perished with them.

8. 8

   וַיהֹוָהve-Adonaiand the LORDלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverיֵשֵׁבye/SHEVsits enthronedכּוֹנֵןko/NENHe has preparedלַמִּשְׁפָּטlam/mish/PATfor judgmentכִּסְאוֹ׃kis/OHis throne

   But the LORD shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.

9. 9

   וְהוּאve/HUand Heיִשְׁפֹּט־תֵּבֵלyish/POT-te/VELshall judge the worldבְּצֶדֶקbe/TSE/dekin righteousnessיָדִיןya/DINshall judgeלְאֻמִּיםle/um/MIMpeoplesבְּמֵישָׁרִים׃be/me/sha/RIMwith equity

   And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.

10. 10

    וִיהִיvi/HIand will beיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDמִשְׂגָּבmis/GAVa refugeלַדָּךְlad/DAKHfor the oppressedמִשְׂגָּבmis/GAVa refugeלְעִתּוֹתle/it/TOTin times ofבַּצָּרָה׃bats/tsa/RAof trouble

    The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

11. 11

    וְיִבְטְחוּve/yiv/te/CHUand will trustבְךָve/KHAin Youיוֹדְעֵיyod/Ethose who knowשְׁמֶךָshe/ME/khaYour nameכִּיkiforלֹא־עָזַבְתָּlo-a/ZAV/taYou have not forsakenדֹרְשֶׁיךָdor/SHE/khathose who seek Youיְהֹוָה׃AdonaiO LORD

    And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.

12. 12

    זַמְּרוּzam/me/RUsingלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDיֹשֵׁבyo/SHEVwho dwells inצִיּוֹןTsiy/YONZionהַגִּידוּhag/GI/dudeclareבָעַמִּיםva/am/MIMamong the peoplesעֲלִילוֹתָיו׃a/li/lo/TAYVHis deeds

    Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.

13. 13

    כִּי־דֹרֵשׁki-do/RESHfor He avengesדָּמִיםda/MIMbloodאוֹתָםo/TAMthemזָכָרza/KHARHe remembersלֹא־שָׁכַחlo-sha/KHACHHe does not forgetצַעֲקַתtsa/a/KATthe cry of(עניים)nayayam[עֲנָוִים]׃a/na/VIMthe humble

    When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble.

14. 14

    חָנְנֵנִיcha/ne/NE/nibe gracious to meיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDרְאֵהre/Ebeholdעׇנְיִיon/YImy afflictionמִשֹּׂנְאָיmis/son/AYfrom those who hate meמְרוֹמְמִיme/rom/MIYou who lift me upמִשַּׁעֲרֵיmish/SHA/a/refrom the gates ofמָוֶת׃MA/vetdeath

    Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:

15. 15

    לְמַעַןle/MA/anso thatאֲסַפְּרָהa/sap/pe/RAI may tell ofכׇּל־תְּהִלָּתֶיךָkol-te/hil/la/TE/khaall Your praisesבְּשַׁעֲרֵיbe/sha/a/REin the gates ofבַת־צִיּוֹןvat-Tsiy/YONthe daughter of Zionאָגִילָהa/GI/laI will rejoiceבִּישׁוּעָתֶךָ׃bi/shu/a/TE/khain Your salvation

    That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation.

16. 16

    טָבְעוּta/ve/Uhave sunk downגוֹיִםgo/YIMnationsבְּשַׁחַתbe/SHA/chatin the pitעָשׂוּa/SUthat they have madeבְּרֶשֶׁת־זוּbe/RE/shet-zuin the net whichטָמָנוּta/MA/nuthey hidנִלְכְּדָהnil/ke/DAis caughtרַגְלָם׃rag/LAMtheir own foot

    The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

17. 17

    נוֹדַעno/DAis knownיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDמִשְׁפָּטmish/PATjudgmentעָשָׂהa/SAwhich He executesבְּפֹעַלbe/FO/alin the work ofכַּפָּיוkap/PAYVhis own handsנוֹקֵשׁno/KESHis snaredרָשָׁעra/SHAthe wickedהִגָּיוֹןHig/ga/YONHiggaionסֶלָה׃SE/laSelah

    The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

18. 18

    יָשׁוּבוּya/SHU/vushall be turnedרְשָׁעִיםre/sha/IMthe wickedלִשְׁאוֹלָהLish/O/lato Sheolכׇּל־גּוֹיִםkol-go/YIMall nationsשְׁכֵחֵיshe/khe/CHEthat forgetאֱלֹהִים׃e/lo/HIMGod

    The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

19. 19

    כִּיkiforלֹאlonotלָנֶצַחla/NE/tsachforeverיִשָּׁכַחyish/sha/KHACHshall be forgottenאֶבְיוֹןev/YONthe needyתִּקְוַתtik/VATthe hope of(ענוים)navayam[עֲנִיִּים]a/niy/YIMthe poorתֹּאבַדto/VADshall perishלָעַד׃la/ADforever

    For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.

20. 20

    קוּמָהku/MAariseיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDאַל־יָעֹזal-ya/OZdo not let prevailאֱנוֹשׁe/NOSHmanיִשָּׁפְטוּyish/sha/fe/TUlet be judgedגוֹיִםgo/YIMnationsעַל־פָּנֶיךָ׃al-pa/NE/khabefore You

    Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.

21. 21

    שִׁיתָהshi/TAputיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDמוֹרָהmo/RAterrorלָהֶםla/HEMin themיֵדְעוּyed/Ulet knowגוֹיִםgo/YIMnationsאֱנוֹשׁe/NOSHmanהֵמָּהHEM/mathey areסֶּלָה׃SE/laSelah

    Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.
