   To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah.

   רָצִיתָra/TSI/taYou have shown favor toיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDאַרְצֶךָar/TSE/khaYour landשַׁבְתָּSHAV/taYou have restored(שבות)shavavat[שְׁבִית]she/VITthe captivity ofיַעֲקֹב׃Ya/a/KOVJacob

   LORD, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.

   נָשָׂאתָna/SA/taYou have forgivenעֲוֺןa/VONthe iniquity ofעַמֶּךָam/ME/khaYour peopleכִּסִּיתָkis/SI/taYou have coveredכׇל־חַטָּאתָםkhol-chat/ta/TAMall their sinסֶלָה׃SE/laSelah

   Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.

   אָסַפְתָּa/SAF/taYou have withdrawnכׇל־עֶבְרָתֶךָkhol-ev/ra/TE/khaall Your wrathהֱשִׁיבוֹתָhe/shi/VO/taYou have turnedמֵחֲרוֹןme/cha/RONfrom the burning ofאַפֶּךָ׃ap/PE/khaYour anger

   Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.

   שׁוּבֵנוּshu/ve/NUrestore usאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEthe God ofיִשְׁעֵנוּyish/E/nuour salvationוְהָפֵרve/ha/FERand breakכַּעַסְךָka/as/KHAYour indignationעִמָּנוּ׃im/MA/nutoward us

   Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease.

   הַלְעוֹלָםhal/o/LAMforeverתֶּאֱנַף־בָּנוּte/e/NAF-BA/nuwill You be angry with usתִּמְשֹׁךְtim/SHOKHwill You draw outאַפְּךָap/pe/KHAYour angerלְדֹרle/DORto generationוָדֹר׃va/DORand generation

   Wilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?

   הֲלֹא־אַתָּהha/LO-at/TAwill You notתָּשׁוּבta/SHUVagainתְּחַיֵּנוּte/chay/YE/nuand revive usוְעַמְּךָve/am/me/KHAthat Your peopleיִשְׂמְחוּ־בָךְ׃yis/me/CHU-vakhmay rejoice in You

   Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?

   הַרְאֵנוּhar/E/nushow usיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDחַסְדֶּךָchas/DE/khaYour kindnessוְיֶשְׁעֲךָve/yesh/a/KHAand Your salvationתִּתֶּן־לָנוּ׃tit/TEN-LA/nugrant us

   Shew us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation.

   אֶשְׁמְעָהesh/me/AI will hearמַה־יְדַבֵּרma-ye/dab/BERwhat will speakהָאֵלha/ELGodיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDכִּיkiforיְדַבֵּרye/dab/BERHe will speakשָׁלוֹםsha/LOMpeaceאֶל־עַמּוֹel-am/MOto His peopleוְאֶל־חֲסִידָיוve/EL-cha/si/DAYVand to His faithful onesוְאַל־יָשׁוּבוּve/AL-ya/SHU/vubut let them not turn againלְכִסְלָה׃le/khis/LAto folly

   I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.

    אַךְakhsurelyקָרוֹבka/ROVis nearלִירֵאָיוli/re/AYVto those who fear Himיִשְׁעוֹyish/OHis salvationלִשְׁכֹּןlish/KONthat may dwellכָּבוֹדka/VODgloryבְּאַרְצֵנוּ׃be/ar/TSE/nuin our land

    Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.

11. 11

    חֶסֶד־וֶאֱמֶתCHE/sed-ve/e/METkindness and truthנִפְגָּשׁוּnif/GA/shuare met togetherצֶדֶקTSE/dekrighteousnessוְשָׁלוֹםve/sha/LOMand peaceנָשָׁקוּ׃na/SHA/kuhave kissed

    Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

12. 12

    אֱמֶתe/METtruthמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsout of the earthתִּצְמָחtits/MACHshall spring upוְצֶדֶקve/TSE/dekand righteousnessמִשָּׁמַיִםmish/sha/MA/yimfrom heavenנִשְׁקָף׃nish/KAFshall look down

    Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.

    גַּם־יְהֹוָהgam-Adonaialso the LORDיִתֵּןyit/TENwill giveהַטּוֹבhat/TOVwhat is goodוְאַרְצֵנוּve/ar/TSE/nuand our landתִּתֵּןtit/TENshall yieldיְבוּלָהּ׃ye/vu/LAher increase

    Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.

    צֶדֶקTSE/dekrighteousnessלְפָנָיוle/fa/NAYVbefore Himיְהַלֵּךְye/hal/LEKHshall goוְיָשֵׂםve/ya/SEMand will makeלְדֶרֶךְle/DE/rekha way forפְּעָמָיו׃pe/a/MAYVHis steps

    Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.
