   To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm for the sons of Korah.

   מַה־יְּדִידוֹתma-ye/di/DOThow lovely areמִשְׁכְּנוֹתֶיךָmish/ke/no/TE/khaYour dwelling placesיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDצְבָאוֹת׃tse/va/OTof hosts

   How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!

   נִכְסְפָהnikh/se/FAlongsוְגַם־כָּלְתָהve/GAM-ka/le/TAand even faintsנַפְשִׁיnaf/SHImy soulלְחַצְרוֹתle/chats/ROTfor the courts ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלִבִּיlib/BImy heartוּבְשָׂרִיu/ve/sa/RIand my fleshיְרַנְּנוּye/ran/ne/NUsing for joyאֶלeltoאֵל־חָי׃el-chaythe living God

   My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.

   גַּם־צִפּוֹרgam-tsip/POReven the sparrowמָצְאָהma/tse/Ahas foundבַיִתVA/yita houseוּדְרוֹרu/de/RORand the swallowקֵןkena nestלָהּlafor herselfאֲשֶׁר־שָׁתָהa/SHER-SHA/tawhere she has laidאֶפְרֹחֶיהָef/ro/CHE/haher youngאֶת־מִזְבְּחוֹתֶיךָet-miz/be/cho/te/KHAeven Your altarsיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDצְבָאוֹתtse/va/OTof hostsמַלְכִּיMal/KImy Kingוֵאלֹהָי׃ve/lo/HAYand my God

   Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.

   אַשְׁרֵיash/REblessed areיוֹשְׁבֵיyosh/VEthose who dwell inבֵיתֶךָve/TE/khaYour houseעוֹדodeverיְהַלְלוּךָye/hal/LU/khathey will praise Youסֶּלָה׃SE/laSelah

   Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.

   אַשְׁרֵיash/REblessed isאָדָםa/DAMthe manעוֹז־לוֹoz-lowhose strength isבָךְvakhin Youמְסִלּוֹתme/sil/LOTthe highwaysבִּלְבָבָם׃bil/va/VAMare in their heart

   Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.

   עֹבְרֵיOV/repassingבְּעֵמֶקbe/E/mekin the valley ofהַבָּכָאHab/ba/KHABacaמַעְיָןma/YANa springיְשִׁיתוּהוּye/shi/TU/huthey make itגַּם־בְּרָכוֹתgam-be/ra/KHOTalso with blessingsיַעְטֶהya/TEcovers itמוֹרֶה׃mo/REthe early rain

   Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.

   יֵלְכוּyel/KHUthey goמֵחַיִלme/CHA/yilfrom strengthאֶל־חָיִלel-CHA/yilto strengthיֵרָאֶהye/ra/Ehe appearsאֶל־אֱלֹהִיםel-e/lo/HIMbefore Godבְּצִיּוֹן׃be/Tsiy/YONin Zion

   They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.

   יְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodצְבָאוֹתtse/va/OTof hostsשִׁמְעָהshim/Ahearתְפִלָּתִיte/fil/la/TImy prayerהַאֲזִינָהha/a/ZI/nagive earאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEO God ofיַעֲקֹבYa/a/KOVJacobסֶלָה׃SE/laSelah

   O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.

    מָגִנֵּנוּma/gin/NE/nuour shieldרְאֵהre/Ebeholdאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMO Godוְהַבֵּטve/hab/BETand look uponפְּנֵיpe/NEthe face ofמְשִׁיחֶךָ׃me/shi/CHE/khaYour anointed

    Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.

    כִּיkiforטוֹב־יוֹםtov-yombetter is a dayבַּחֲצֵרֶיךָba/cha/tse/RE/khain Your courtsמֵאָלֶףme/A/lefthan a thousandבָּחַרְתִּיba/CHAR/tiI have chosenהִסְתּוֹפֵףhis/to/FEFto stand at the thresholdבְּבֵיתbe/VETin the house ofאֱלֹהַיe/lo/HAYmy Godמִדּוּרmid/DURthan to dwellבְּאׇהֳלֵי־רֶשַׁע׃be/o/ho/LE-RE/shain the tents of wickedness

    For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

    כִּיkiforשֶׁמֶשׁSHE/mesha sunוּמָגֵןu/ma/GENand a shieldיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodחֵןchengraceוְכָבוֹדve/kha/VODand gloryיִתֵּןyit/TENwill giveיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלֹאlonotיִמְנַע־טוֹבyim/NA-tovwill He withhold goodלַהֹלְכִיםla/hol/KHIMfrom those who walkבְּתָמִים׃be/ta/MIMuprightly

    For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

    יְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDצְבָאוֹתtse/va/OTof hostsאַשְׁרֵיash/REblessed isאָדָםa/DAMthe manבֹּטֵחַbo/TE/achwho trustsבָּךְ׃bakhin You

    O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
