   לַמְנַצֵּחַlam/nats/TSE/achto the chief musicianשִׁירshira songמִזְמוֹרmiz/MORa psalmהָרִיעוּha/RI/umake a joyful noiseלֵאלֹהִיםle/lo/HIMto Godכׇּל־הָאָרֶץ׃kol-ha/A/retsall the earth

   To the chief Musician, A Song or Psalm. Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:

   זַמְּרוּzam/me/RUsing praise toכְבוֹד־שְׁמוֹkhe/VOD-she/MOthe glory of His nameשִׂימוּSI/mumakeכָבוֹדkha/VODgloriousתְּהִלָּתוֹ׃te/hil/la/TOHis praise

   Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious.

   אִמְרוּim/RUsayלֵאלֹהִיםle/lo/HIMto Godמַה־נּוֹרָאma-no/RAhow awesome areמַעֲשֶׂיךָma/a/SE/khaYour worksבְּרֹבbe/ROVthrough the greatness ofעֻזְּךָuz/ze/KHAYour powerיְכַחֲשׁוּye/kha/cha/SHUshall cringeלְךָle/KHAbefore Youאֹיְבֶיךָ׃oy/VE/khaYour enemies

   Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.

   כׇּל־הָאָרֶץkol-ha/A/retsall the earthיִשְׁתַּחֲווּyish/ta/cha/VUshall worshipלְךָle/KHAYouוִיזַמְּרוּ־לָךְvi/zam/me/RU-lakhand sing praise to Youיְזַמְּרוּye/zam/me/RUthey shall sing toשִׁמְךָshim/KHAYour nameסֶלָה׃SE/laSelah

   All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah.

   לְכוּle/KHUcomeוּרְאוּu/re/Uand seeמִפְעֲלוֹתmif/a/LOTthe works ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodנוֹרָאno/RAawesome isעֲלִילָהa/li/LAin deedעַל־בְּנֵיal-be/NEtoward the sons ofאָדָם׃a/DAMman

   Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.

   הָפַךְha/FAKHHe turnedיָםyamthe seaלְיַבָּשָׁהle/yab/ba/SHAinto dry landבַּנָּהָרban/na/HARthrough the riverיַעַבְרוּya/av/RUthey passedבְרָגֶלve/RA/gelon footשָׁםshamthereנִשְׂמְחָה־בּוֹ׃nis/me/CHA-bodid we rejoice in Him

   He turned the sea into dry land: they went through the flood on foot: there did we rejoice in him.

   מֹשֵׁלmo/SHELHe rulesבִּגְבוּרָתוֹbig/vu/ra/TOwith His powerעוֹלָםo/LAMforeverעֵינָיוe/NAYVHis eyesבַּגּוֹיִםbag/go/YIMon the nationsתִּצְפֶּינָהtits/PE/nakeep watchהַסּוֹרְרִיםhas/sor/RIMthe rebelliousאַל־[יָרוּמוּ]al-ya/RU/mulet them not exalt(ירימו)yarayamavלָמוֹLA/mothemselvesסֶלָה׃SE/laSelah

   He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.

   בָּרְכוּba/re/KHUO blessעַמִּיםam/MIMyou peoplesאֱלֹהֵינוּe/lo/HE/nuour Godוְהַשְׁמִיעוּve/hash/MI/uand make to be heardקוֹלkolthe voice ofתְּהִלָּתוֹ׃te/hil/la/TOHis praise

   O bless our God, ye people, and make the voice of his praise to be heard:

   הַשָּׂםhas/SAMwho keepsנַפְשֵׁנוּnaf/SHE/nuour soulבַּחַיִּיםba/chay/YIMin lifeוְלֹא־נָתַןve/LO-na/TANand has not allowedלַמּוֹטlam/MOTto be movedרַגְלֵנוּ׃rag/LE/nuour foot

   Which holdeth our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.

10. 10

    כִּי־בְחַנְתָּנוּki-ve/chan/TA/nufor You have tested usאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMO Godצְרַפְתָּנוּtse/raf/TA/nuYou have refined usכִּצְרׇף־כָּסֶף׃kits/ROF-KA/sefas silver is refined

    For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.

    הֲבֵאתָנוּha/ve/TA/nuYou have brought usבַמְּצוּדָהvam/me/tsu/DAinto the netשַׂמְתָּSAM/taYou have laidמוּעָקָהmu/a/KAa burdenבְמׇתְנֵינוּ׃ve/mot/ne/NUupon our loins

    Thou broughtest us into the net; thou laidst affliction upon our loins.

    הִרְכַּבְתָּhir/KAV/taYou caused to rideאֱנוֹשׁe/NOSHmenלְרֹאשֵׁנוּle/ro/SHE/nuover our headsבָּאנוּ־בָאֵשׁBA/nu-va/ESHwe went through fireוּבַמַּיִםu/vam/MA/yimand through waterוַתּוֹצִיאֵנוּvat/to/tsi/E/nubut You brought us outלָרְוָיָה׃la/re/va/YAto abundance

    Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.

    אָבוֹאa/VOI will come intoבֵיתְךָve/te/KHAYour houseבְעוֹלוֹתve/o/LOTwith burnt offeringsאֲשַׁלֵּםa/shal/LEMI will payלְךָle/KHAto Youנְדָרָי׃ne/da/RAYmy vows

    I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,

14. 14

    אֲשֶׁר־פָּצוּa/SHER-pa/TSUwhich have openedשְׂפָתָיse/fa/TAYmy lipsוְדִבֶּר־פִּיve/dib/BER-piand my mouth has spokenבַּצַּר־לִי׃bats/TSAR-liwhen I was in trouble

    Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.

    עֹלוֹתo/LOTburnt offeringsמֵיחִיםme/CHIMof fatlingsאַעֲלֶה־לָּךְa/a/LE-lakhI will offer to Youעִם־קְטֹרֶתim-ke/TO/retwith the smoke ofאֵילִיםe/LIMramsאֶעֱשֶׂה־בָקָרe/e/SE-va/KARI will offer cattleעִם־עַתּוּדִיםim-at/tu/DIMwith goatsסֶלָה׃SE/laSelah

    I will offer unto thee burnt sacrifices of fatlings, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.

16. 16

    לְכוּ־שִׁמְעוּle/KHU-shim/Ucome and hearוַאֲסַפְּרָהva/a/sap/pe/RAand I will declareכׇּל־יִרְאֵיkol-yir/Eall you who fearאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhatעָשָׂהa/SAHe has doneלְנַפְשִׁי׃le/naf/SHIfor my soul

    Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

17. 17

    אֵלָיוe/LAYVto Himפִּי־קָרָאתִיpi-ka/RA/tiI cried with my mouthוְרוֹמַםve/ro/MAMand He was exaltedתַּחַתTA/chatunderלְשׁוֹנִי׃le/sho/NImy tongue

    I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.

18. 18

    אָוֶןA/venwickednessאִם־רָאִיתִיim-ra/I/tiif I had regardedבְלִבִּיve/lib/BIin my heartלֹאlonotיִשְׁמַעyish/MAwould He have heardאֲדֹנָי׃a/do/NAYthe Lord

    If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:

19. 19

    אָכֵןa/KHENsurelyשָׁמַעsha/MAhas heardאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodהִקְשִׁיבhik/SHIVHe has attendedבְּקוֹלbe/KOLthe voice ofתְּפִלָּתִי׃te/fil/la/TImy prayer

    But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.

20. 20

    בָּרוּךְba/RUKHblessed beאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoלֹא־הֵסִיר־תְּפִלָּתִיlo-he/SIR-te/fil/la/TIhas not turned away my prayerוְחַסְדּוֹve/chas/DOnor His kindnessמֵאִתִּי׃me/it/TIfrom me

    Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.
