   יְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDאַל־בְּאַפְּךָal-be/ap/pe/KHAnot in Your angerתוֹכִיחֵנִיto/khi/CHE/nirebuke meוְאַל־בַּחֲמָתְךָve/AL-ba/cha/ma/te/KHAnor in Your hot displeasureתְיַסְּרֵנִי׃te/yas/se/RE/nichasten me

   O LORD, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

   חׇנֵּנִיchon/NE/nibe gracious to meיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDכִּיkiforאֻמְלַל־אָנִיum/LAL-A/niweak am Iרְפָאֵנִיre/fa/E/niheal meיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDכִּיkiforנִבְהֲלוּniv/ha/LUare troubledעֲצָמָי׃a/tsa/MAYmy bones

   Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.

   וְנַפְשִׁיve/naf/SHIand my soulנִבְהֲלָהniv/ha/LAis troubledמְאֹדme/ODgreatly(ואת)vt[וְאַתָּה]ve/at/TAbut YouיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDעַד־מָתָי׃ad-ma/TAYhow long

   My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O LORD, how long?

   שׁוּבָהshu/VAreturnיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDחַלְּצָהchal/le/TSAdeliverנַפְשִׁיnaf/SHImy soulהוֹשִׁיעֵנִיho/shi/E/nioh save meלְמַעַןle/MA/anfor the sake ofחַסְדֶּךָ׃chas/DE/khaYour kindness

   Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies' sake.

   כִּיkiforאֵיןenthere is noבַּמָּוֶתbam/MA/vetin deathזִכְרֶךָzikh/RE/kharemembrance of YouבִּשְׁאוֹלBish/OLin Sheolמִיmiwhoיוֹדֶה־לָּךְ׃yo/DE-lakhwill give You thanks

   For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?

   יָגַעְתִּיya/GA/tiI am wearyבְּאַנְחָתִיbe/an/cha/TIwith my sighingאַשְׂחֶהas/CHEI floodבְכׇל־לַיְלָהve/KHOL-LAY/laall nightמִטָּתִיmit/ta/TImy bedבְּדִמְעָתִיbe/dim/a/TIwith my tearsעַרְשִׂיar/SImy couchאַמְסֶה׃am/SEI drench

   I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.

   עָשְׁשָׁהa/she/SHAwastes awayמִכַּעַסmik/KA/asbecause of griefעֵינִיe/NImy eyeעָתְקָהa/te/KAit grows oldבְּכׇל־צוֹרְרָי׃be/KHOL-tsor/RAYbecause of all my enemies

   Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.

   סוּרוּSU/rudepartמִמֶּנִּיmim/MEN/nifrom meכׇּל־פֹּעֲלֵיkol-PO/a/leall you workers ofאָוֶןA/veniniquityכִּי־שָׁמַעki-sha/MAfor has heardיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDקוֹלkolthe voice ofבִּכְיִי׃bikh/YImy weeping

   Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.

    שָׁמַעsha/MAhas heardיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDתְּחִנָּתִיte/chin/na/TImy supplicationיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDתְּפִלָּתִיte/fil/la/TImy prayerיִקָּח׃yik/KACHwill receive

    The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.

    יֵבֹשׁוּye/VO/shulet be ashamedוְיִבָּהֲלוּve/yib/ba/ha/LUand be troubledמְאֹדme/ODgreatlyכׇּל־אֹיְבָיkol-oy/VAYall my enemiesיָשֻׁבוּya/SHU/vulet them turn backיֵבֹשׁוּye/VO/shuthey shall be ashamedרָגַע׃ra/GAin a moment

    Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.
