   לַמְנַצֵּחַto the chief musicianלִבְנֵי־קֹרַחunto the sons of Korahמִזְמוֹר׃a psalm

   To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah.

2. 2

   כׇּל־הָעַמִּיםall you peoplesתִּקְעוּ־כָףclap your handsהָרִיעוּshoutלֵאלֹהִיםto Godבְּקוֹלthe voice ofרִנָּה׃triumph

   O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

   כִּי־יְהֹוָהfor the LORDעֶלְיוֹןMost Highנוֹרָאis terribleמֶלֶךְa Kingגָּדוֹלgreatעַל־כׇּל־הָאָרֶץ׃upon all the earth

   For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.

   יַדְבֵּרHe subduesעַמִּיםpeoplesתַּחְתֵּינוּunder usוּלְאֻמִּיםand nationsתַּחַתunderרַגְלֵינוּ׃our feet

   He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.

   יִבְחַר־לָנוּHe chooses for usאֶת־נַחֲלָתֵנוּour inheritanceאֶת־גְּאוֹןthe pride ofיַעֲקֹבJacobאֲשֶׁר־אָהֵבwhom He lovesסֶלָה׃Selah

   He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.

   עָלָהis gone upאֱלֹהִיםGodבִּתְרוּעָהwith a shoutיְהֹוָהthe LORDבְּקוֹלwith the sound ofשׁוֹפָר׃a shofar

   God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.

   זַמְּרוּsing praisesאֱלֹהִיםto Godזַמֵּרוּsing praisesזַמְּרוּsing praisesלְמַלְכֵּנוּto our kingזַמֵּרוּ׃sing praises

   Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.

   כִּיforמֶלֶךְthe King ofכׇּל־הָאָרֶץall the earthאֱלֹהִיםGod isזַמְּרוּsing praisesמַשְׂכִּיל׃a maskil

   For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

9. 9

   מָלַךְreignsאֱלֹהִיםGodעַל־גּוֹיִםover the nationsאֱלֹהִיםGodיָשַׁבsitsעַל־כִּסֵּאupon the throne ofקׇדְשׁוֹ׃His holiness

   God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.

    נְדִיבֵיthe nobles ofעַמִּיםpeoplesנֶאֱסָפוּare gathered togetherעַםthe people ofאֱלֹהֵיthe God ofאַבְרָהָםAbrahamכִּיforלֵאלֹהִיםto God belongמָגִנֵּי־אֶרֶץthe shields of the earthמְאֹדgreatlyנַעֲלָה׃He is exalted

    The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.
