   מִזְמוֹרa psalmלְדָוִדof Davidהָבוּascribeלַיהֹוָהto the LORDבְּנֵיthe sons ofאֵלִיםthe mightyהָבוּascribeלַיהֹוָהto the LORDכָּבוֹדgloryוָעֹז׃and strength

   A Psalm of David. Give unto the LORD, O ye mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength.

2. 2

   הָבוּascribeלַיהֹוָהto the LORDכְּבוֹדthe glory due toשְׁמוֹHis nameהִשְׁתַּחֲווּworshipלַיהֹוָהto the LORDבְּהַדְרַת־קֹדֶשׁ׃in the beauty of holiness

   Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

   קוֹלthe voice ofיְהֹוָהthe LORDעַל־הַמָּיִםupon the watersאֵל־הַכָּבוֹדthe God of gloryהִרְעִיםthundersיְהֹוָהthe LORDעַל־מַיִםover the watersרַבִּים׃many

   The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD is upon many waters.

   קוֹל־יְהֹוָהthe voice of the LORDבַּכֹּחַis powerfulקוֹלthe voice ofיְהֹוָהthe LORDבֶּהָדָר׃is full of majesty

   The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.

   קוֹלthe voice ofיְהֹוָהthe LORDשֹׁבֵרbreaksאֲרָזִיםcedarsוַיְשַׁבֵּרyes breaks in piecesיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶת־אַרְזֵיthe cedars ofהַלְּבָנוֹן׃Lebanon

   The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

   וַיַּרְקִידֵםHe makes them skipכְּמוֹ־עֵגֶלlike a calfלְבָנוֹןLebanonוְשִׂרְיֹןand Sirionכְּמוֹlikeבֶן־רְאֵמִים׃a young wild ox

   He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

   קוֹל־יְהֹוָהthe voice of the LORDחֹצֵבdividesלַהֲבוֹתthe flames ofאֵשׁ׃fire

   The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire.

8. 8

   קוֹלthe voice ofיְהֹוָהthe LORDיָחִילshakesמִדְבָּרthe wildernessיָחִילshakesיְהֹוָהthe LORDמִדְבַּרthe Wilderness ofקָדֵשׁ׃Kadesh

   The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

   קוֹלthe voice ofיְהֹוָהthe LORDיְחוֹלֵלmakes to calveאַיָּלוֹתthe hindsוַיֶּחֱשֹׂףand strips bareיְעָרוֹתthe forestsוּבְהֵיכָלוֹand in His templeכֻּלּוֹeveryoneאֹמֵרspeaks ofכָּבוֹד׃glory

   The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.

10. 10

    יְהֹוָהthe LORDלַמַּבּוּלat the Floodיָשָׁבsat enthronedוַיֵּשֶׁבand sitsיְהֹוָהthe LORDמֶלֶךְas Kingלְעוֹלָם׃forever

    The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever.

11. 11

    יְהֹוָהthe LORDעֹזstrengthלְעַמּוֹto His peopleיִתֵּןgivesיְהֹוָהthe LORDיְבָרֵךְwill blessאֶת־עַמּוֹHis peopleבַשָּׁלוֹם׃with peace

    The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.
