   A Psalm of David. LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?

   הוֹלֵךְho/LEKHhe who walksתָּמִיםta/MIMblamelessוּפֹעֵלu/fo/ELand doesצֶדֶקTSE/dekrighteousnessוְדֹבֵרve/do/VERand speaksאֱמֶתe/METtruthבִּלְבָבוֹ׃bil/va/VOin his heart

   He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.

   לֹא־רָגַלlo-ra/GALhe does not slanderעַל־לְשֹׁנוֹal-le/sho/NOwith his tongueלֹא־עָשָׂהlo-a/SAnor has he doneלְרֵעֵהוּle/re/E/huto his fellowרָעָהra/Aevilוְחֶרְפָּהve/cher/PAand a reproachלֹא־נָשָׂאlo-na/SAhe has not taken upעַל־קְרֹבוֹ׃al-ke/ro/VOagainst his relative

   He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

   נִבְזֶהniv/ZEdespisedבְּעֵינָיוbe/e/NAYVin his eyesנִמְאָסnim/ASis the reprobateוְאֶת־יִרְאֵיve/ET-yir/Ebut those who fearיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDיְכַבֵּדye/khab/BEDhe honorsנִשְׁבַּעnish/BAhe swearsלְהָרַעle/ha/RAto his own hurtוְלֹאve/LOand notיָמִר׃ya/MIRhe changes

   In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

   כַּסְפּוֹkas/POhis moneyלֹא־נָתַןlo-na/TANhe does not giveבְּנֶשֶׁךְbe/NE/shekhat interestוְשֹׁחַדve/SHO/chadand a bribeעַל־נָקִיal-na/KIagainst the innocentלֹא־לָקָחlo-la/KACHhe does not takeעֹשֵׂה־אֵלֶּהo/SE-EL/lehe who does these thingsלֹאlonotיִמּוֹטyim/MOTshall he be movedלְעוֹלָם׃le/o/LAMforever

   He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
