   Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.

   הַלְלוּהוּhal/LU/hupraise Himכׇל־מַלְאָכָיוkhol-mal/a/KHAYVall His angelsהַלְלוּהוּhal/LU/hupraise Himכׇּל־צְבָאָו׃kol-tse/va/AVall His hosts

   Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.

   Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

   Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.

   יְהַלְלוּye/hal/LUlet them praiseאֶת־שֵׁםet-shemthe name ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDכִּיkiforהוּאhuHeצִוָּהtsiv/VAcommandedוְנִבְרָאוּ׃ve/niv/RA/uand they were created

   Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.

   וַיַּעֲמִידֵםvay/ya/a/mi/DEMand He established themלָעַדla/ADfor everלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverחׇק־נָתַןchok-na/TANHe gave a decreeוְלֹאve/LOand notיַעֲבוֹר׃ya/a/VORshall it pass away

   He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.

   הַלְלוּHAL/lupraiseאֶת־יְהֹוָהet-Adonaithe LORDמִן־הָאָרֶץmin-ha/A/retsfrom the earthתַּנִּינִיםtan/ni/NIMyou sea monstersוְכׇל־תְּהֹמוֹת׃ve/KHOL-te/ho/MOTand all the deeps

   Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:

   אֵשׁeshfireוּבָרָדu/va/RADand hailשֶׁלֶגSHE/legsnowוְקִיטוֹרve/ki/TORand vaporרוּחַRU/achwindסְעָרָהse/a/RAof stormעֹשָׂהo/SAdoingדְבָרוֹ׃de/va/ROHis word

   Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:

   הֶהָרִיםhe/ha/RIMthe mountainsוְכׇל־גְּבָעוֹתve/KHOL-ge/va/OTand all the hillsעֵץetstrees ofפְּרִיpe/RIfruitוְכׇל־אֲרָזִים׃ve/KHOL-a/ra/ZIMand all cedars

   Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:

    הַחַיָּהha/chay/YAthe beastsוְכׇל־בְּהֵמָהve/KHOL-be/he/MAand all cattleרֶמֶשׂRE/mescreeping thingsוְצִפּוֹרve/tsip/PORand birds ofכָּנָף׃ka/NAFwing

    Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:

    מַלְכֵי־אֶרֶץmal/KHE-E/retskings of the earthוְכׇל־לְאֻמִּיםve/KHOL-le/um/MIMand all peoplesשָׂרִיםsa/RIMprincesוְכׇל־שֹׁפְטֵיve/KHOL-SHOF/teand all judges ofאָרֶץ׃A/retsthe earth

    Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:

12. 12

    בַּחוּרִיםba/chu/RIMyoung menוְגַם־בְּתוּלוֹתve/GAM-be/tu/LOTand maidens alsoזְקֵנִיםze/ke/NIMold menעִם־נְעָרִים׃im-ne/a/RIMwith children

    Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:

    יְהַלְלוּye/hal/LUlet them praiseאֶת־שֵׁםet-shemthe name ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDכִּי־נִשְׂגָּבki-nis/GAVfor exalted isשְׁמוֹshe/MOHis nameלְבַדּוֹle/vad/DOaloneהוֹדוֹho/DOHis glory isעַל־אֶרֶץal-E/retsabove the earthוְשָׁמָיִם׃ve/sha/MA/yimand heaven

    Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.

    וַיָּרֶםvay/YA/remand He has raised upקֶרֶןKE/rena hornלְעַמּוֹle/am/MOfor His peopleתְּהִלָּהte/hil/LApraiseלְכׇל־חֲסִידָיוle/KHOL-cha/si/DAYVfor all His faithful onesלִבְנֵיliv/NEof the children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelעַםama peopleקְרֹבוֹke/ro/VOnear to Himהַלְלוּ־יָהּ׃HAL/lu-yapraise the LORD

    He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.
