   הוֹדוּho/DUgive thanksלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDכִּי־טוֹבki-tovfor He is goodכִּיkiforלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverחַסְדּוֹ׃chas/DOHis kindness

   O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.

   יֹאמַר־נָאyo/MAR-nalet now sayיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelכִּיkithatלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverחַסְדּוֹ׃chas/DOHis kindness

   Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

   יֹאמְרוּ־נָאyo/me/RU-nalet now sayבֵית־אַהֲרֹןvet-A/ha/RONthe house of Aaronכִּיkithatלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverחַסְדּוֹ׃chas/DOHis kindness

   Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

   יֹאמְרוּ־נָאyo/me/RU-nalet now sayיִרְאֵיyir/Ethose who fearיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDכִּיkithatלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverחַסְדּוֹ׃chas/DOHis kindness

   Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

   מִן־הַמֵּצַרmin-ham/me/TSARout of my distressקָרָאתִיka/RA/tiI called uponיָּהּyathe LORDעָנָנִיa/NA/nianswered meבַמֶּרְחָבvam/mer/CHAVin a broad placeיָהּ׃yathe LORD

   I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place.

   יְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלִיliis for meלֹאlonotאִירָאi/RAwill I fearמַה־יַּעֲשֶׂהma-ya/a/SEwhat can doלִיlito meאָדָם׃a/DAMman

   The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

7. 7

   יְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלִיliis for meבְּעֹזְרָיbe/oz/RAYamong my helpersוַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iאֶרְאֶהer/Ewill lookבְשֹׂנְאָי׃ve/son/AYupon those who hate me

   The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.

   טוֹבtovbetterלַחֲסוֹתla/cha/SOTto take refugeבַּיהֹוָהba-Adonaiin the LORDמִבְּטֹחַmib/be/TO/achthan to trustבָּאָדָם׃ba/a/DAMin man

   It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

   טוֹבtovbetterלַחֲסוֹתla/cha/SOTto take refugeבַּיהֹוָהba-Adonaiin the LORDמִבְּטֹחַmib/be/TO/achthan to trustבִּנְדִיבִים׃bin/di/VIMin princes

   It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

10. 10

    כׇּל־גּוֹיִםkol-go/YIMall nationsסְבָבוּנִיse/va/VU/nisurrounded meבְּשֵׁםbe/SHEMin the name ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDכִּיkisurelyאֲמִילַם׃a/mi/LAMI will cut them off

    All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.

11. 11

    סַבּוּנִיsab/BU/nithey surrounded meגַם־סְבָבוּנִיgam-se/va/VU/niyes they surrounded meבְּשֵׁםbe/SHEMin the name ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDכִּיkisurelyאֲמִילַם׃a/mi/LAMI will cut them off

    They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

12. 12

    סַבּוּנִיsab/BU/nithey surrounded meכִדְבוֹרִיםkhid/vo/RIMlike beesדֹּעֲכוּdo/a/KHUthey were extinguishedכְּאֵשׁke/ESHas the fire ofקוֹצִיםko/TSIMthornsבְּשֵׁםbe/SHEMin the name ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDכִּיkisurelyאֲמִילַם׃a/mi/LAMI will cut them off

    They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

13. 13

    דַּחֹהda/CHOpushדְחִיתַנִיde/chi/TA/niyou pushed meלִנְפֹּלlin/POLthat I might fallוַיהֹוָהve-Adonaiand the LORDעֲזָרָנִי׃a/za/RA/nihelped me

    Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.

14. 14

    עׇזִּיoz/ZImy strengthוְזִמְרָתve/zim/RATand songיָהּyathe LORDוַיְהִי־לִיvay/HI-liand He has become for meלִישׁוּעָה׃li/shu/Asalvation

    The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.

15. 15

    קוֹלkolthe voice ofרִנָּהrin/NAjoyful shoutingוִישׁוּעָהvi/shu/Aand salvationבְּאׇהֳלֵיbe/o/ho/LEin the tents ofצַדִּיקִיםtsad/di/KIMthe righteousיְמִיןye/MINthe right hand ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDעֹשָׂהo/SAdoesחָיִל׃CHA/yilvaliantly

    The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

16. 16

    יְמִיןye/MINthe right hand ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDרוֹמֵמָהro/me/MAis exaltedיְמִיןye/MINthe right hand ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDעֹשָׂהo/SAdoesחָיִל׃CHA/yilvaliantly

    The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

17. 17

    לֹא־אָמוּתlo-a/MUTI shall not dieכִּי־אֶחְיֶהki-ech/YEbut I shall liveוַאֲסַפֵּרva/a/sap/PERand declareמַעֲשֵׂיma/a/SEthe works ofיָהּ׃yathe LORD

    I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.

18. 18

    יַסֹּרyas/SORchastenיִסְּרַנִּיyis/se/RAN/nihas chastened meיָּהּyathe LORDוְלַמָּוֶתve/lam/MA/vetbut to deathלֹאlonotנְתָנָנִי׃ne/ta/NA/nihas He given me over

    The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.

19. 19

    פִּתְחוּ־לִיpit/CHU-liopen to meשַׁעֲרֵי־צֶדֶקsha/a/RE-TSE/dekthe gates of righteousnessאָבֹא־בָםa/VO-vamI will enter themאוֹדֶהo/DEI will give thanks toיָהּ׃yathe LORD

    Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD:

20. 20

    זֶה־הַשַּׁעַרze-hash/SHA/arthis is the gateלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaiof the LORDצַדִּיקִיםtsad/di/KIMthe righteousיָבֹאוּya/VO/ushall enterבוֹ׃vothrough it

    This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.

21. 21

    אוֹדְךָod/KHAI will give You thanksכִּיkiforעֲנִיתָנִיa/ni/TA/niYou have answered meוַתְּהִי־לִיvat/te/HI-liand have become myלִישׁוּעָה׃li/shu/Asalvation

    I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.

22. 22

    אֶבֶןE/vena stoneמָאֲסוּma/a/SUrejectedהַבּוֹנִיםhab/bo/NIMthe buildersהָיְתָהha/ye/TAhas becomeלְרֹאשׁle/ROSHthe head ofפִּנָּה׃pin/NAthe corner

    The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.

23. 23

    מֵאֵתme/ETfromיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDהָיְתָהha/ye/TAhas comeזֹּאתzotthisהִיאhiit isנִפְלָאתnif/LATmarvelousבְּעֵינֵינוּ׃be/e/NE/nuin our eyes

    This is the LORD's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

24. 24

    זֶה־הַיּוֹםze-hay/YOMthis is the dayעָשָׂהa/SAhas madeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDנָגִילָהna/GI/lawe will rejoiceוְנִשְׂמְחָהve/nis/me/CHAand be gladבוֹ׃voin it

    This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

25. 25

    אָנָּאan/NApleaseיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDהוֹשִׁיעָהho/SHI/asaveנָּאnanowאָנָּאan/NApleaseיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDהַצְלִיחָהhats/li/CHAgive successנָּא׃nanow

    Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.

26. 26

    בָּרוּךְba/RUKHblessed isהַבָּאhab/BAhe who comesבְּשֵׁםbe/SHEMin the name ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבֵּרַכְנוּכֶםbe/rakh/nu/KHEMwe bless youמִבֵּיתmib/BETfrom the house ofיְהֹוָה׃Adonaithe LORD

    Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.

27. 27

    אֵלelGod isיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDוַיָּאֶרvay/YA/erand He has given lightלָנוּLA/nuto usאִסְרוּ־חַגis/RU-chagbind the festal sacrificeבַּעֲבֹתִיםba/a/vo/TIMwith cordsעַד־קַרְנוֹתad-kar/NOTto the horns ofהַמִּזְבֵּחַ׃ham/miz/BE/achthe altar

    God is the LORD, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

28. 28

    אֵלִיe/LImy Godאַתָּהat/TAYou areוְאוֹדֶךָּve/o/DEK/kaand I will give You thanksאֱלֹהַיe/lo/HAYmy Godאֲרוֹמְמֶךָּ׃a/rom/MEK/kaI will extol You

    Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee.

29. 29

    הוֹדוּho/DUgive thanksלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDכִּי־טוֹבki-tovfor He is goodכִּיkiforלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverחַסְדּוֹ׃chas/DOHis kindness
