   הַלְלוּ־יָהּHAL/lu-yapraise the LORDהַלְלוּHAL/lupraiseעַבְדֵיav/DEO you servants ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDהַלְלוּHAL/lupraiseאֶת־שֵׁםet-shemthe name ofיְהֹוָה׃Adonaithe LORD

   Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.

   יְהִיye/HIlet beשֵׁםshemthe name ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDמְבֹרָךְme/vo/RAKHblessedמֵעַתָּהme/at/TAfrom this timeוְעַד־עוֹלָם׃ve/AD-o/LAMand for evermore

   Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.

   מִמִּזְרַח־שֶׁמֶשׁmim/miz/RACH-SHE/meshfrom the rising of the sunעַד־מְבוֹאוֹad-me/vo/Oto its going downמְהֻלָּלme/hul/LALis to be praisedשֵׁםshemthe name ofיְהֹוָה׃Adonaithe LORD

   From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD's name is to be praised.

   רָםramhighעַל־כׇּל־גּוֹיִםal-kol-go/YIMabove all nationsיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDעַלalaboveהַשָּׁמַיִםhash/sha/MA/yimthe heavensכְּבוֹדוֹ׃ke/vo/DOHis glory

   The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

   מִיmiwhoכַּיהֹוָהke-Adonaiis like the LORDאֱלֹהֵינוּe/lo/HE/nuour Godהַמַּגְבִּיהִיham/mag/bi/HIwho is seated on highלָשָׁבֶת׃la/SHA/vetto sit

   Who is like unto the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high,

   הַמַּשְׁפִּילִיham/mash/pi/LIwho looks far downלִרְאוֹתlir/OTto beholdבַּשָּׁמַיִםbash/sha/MA/yimin the heavensוּבָאָרֶץ׃u/va/A/retsand in the earth

   Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!

   מְקִימִיme/ki/MIwho raisesמֵעָפָרme/a/FARout of the dustדָּלdalthe poorמֵאַשְׁפֹּתme/ash/POTfrom the ash heapיָרִיםya/RIMHe liftsאֶבְיוֹן׃ev/YONthe needy

   He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;

   לְהוֹשִׁיבִיle/ho/shi/VIto seat himעִם־נְדִיבִיםim-ne/di/VIMwith princesעִםimwithנְדִיבֵיne/di/VEthe princes ofעַמּוֹ׃am/MOHis people

   That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.

   מוֹשִׁיבִיmo/shi/VIwho settlesעֲקֶרֶתa/KE/retthe barren womanהַבַּיִתhab/BA/yitin a homeאֵם־הַבָּנִיםem-hab/ba/NIMa mother of childrenשְׂמֵחָהse/me/CHAjoyfulהַלְלוּ־יָהּ׃HAL/lu-yapraise the LORD

   He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.
