   A Psalm of David. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

   מַטֵּה־עֻזְּךָmat/TE-uz/ze/KHAthe rod of Your strengthיִשְׁלַחyish/LACHshall sendיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDמִצִּיּוֹןmits/Tsiy/YONout of Zionרְדֵהre/DEruleבְּקֶרֶבbe/KE/revin the midst ofאֹיְבֶיךָ׃oy/VE/khaYour enemies

   The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

   עַמְּךָam/me/KHAYour peopleנְדָבֹתne/da/VOTwill be freewill offeringsבְּיוֹםbe/YOMin the day ofחֵילֶךָche/LE/khaYour powerבְּהַדְרֵי־קֹדֶשׁbe/had/RE-KO/deshin holy arrayמֵרֶחֶםme/RE/chemfrom the womb ofמִשְׁחָרmish/CHARthe dawnלְךָle/KHAYours isטַלtalthe dew ofיַלְדֻתֶיךָ׃yal/du/TE/khaYour youth

   Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

   נִשְׁבַּעnish/BAhas swornיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDוְלֹאve/LOand notיִנָּחֵםyin/na/CHEMwill He relentאַתָּה־כֹהֵןat/TA-kho/HENYou are a priestלְעוֹלָםle/o/LAMforeverעַל־דִּבְרָתִיal-div/ra/TIafter the manner ofמַלְכִּי־צֶדֶק׃Mal/KI-TSE/dekMelchizedek

   The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

   אֲדֹנָיa/do/NAYthe Lordעַל־יְמִינְךָal-ye/mi/ne/KHAat Your right handמָחַץMA/chatswill crushבְּיוֹם־אַפּוֹbe/YOM-ap/POin the day of His wrathמְלָכִים׃me/la/KHIMkings

   The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.

   יָדִיןya/DINHe shall judgeבַּגּוֹיִםbag/go/YIMamong the nationsמָלֵאma/LEHe fillsגְוִיּוֹתge/viy/YOTdead bodiesמָחַץMA/chatsHe crushesרֹאשׁroshthe headעַל־אֶרֶץal-E/retsover a landרַבָּה׃rab/BAwide

   He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.

   מִנַּחַלmin/NA/chalof the brookבַּדֶּרֶךְbad/DE/rekhin the wayיִשְׁתֶּהyish/TEHe will drinkעַל־כֵּןal-kenthereforeיָרִיםya/RIMHe will lift upרֹאשׁ׃roshthe head

   He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.
