   נָכוֹןna/KHONis steadfastלִבִּיlib/BImy heartאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMO Godאָשִׁירָהa/SHI/raI will singוַאֲזַמְּרָהva/a/zam/me/RAand will sing praiseאַף־כְּבוֹדִי׃af-ke/vo/DIeven with my glory

   O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.

   עוּרָהU/raawakeהַנֵּבֶלhan/NE/velthe harpוְכִנּוֹרve/khin/NORand lyreאָעִירָהa/I/raI will awakeשָּׁחַר׃SHA/charthe dawn

   Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.

   אוֹדְךָod/KHAI will praise Youבָעַמִּיםva/am/MIMamong the peoplesיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDוַאֲזַמֶּרְךָva/a/zam/mer/KHAand I will sing praise to Youבַּלְאֻמִּים׃bal/um/MIMamong the nations

   I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.

   For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.

   רוּמָהRU/mabe exaltedעַל־שָׁמַיִםal-sha/MA/yimabove the heavensאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMO Godוְעַלve/ALand aboveכׇּל־הָאָרֶץkol-ha/A/retsall the earthכְּבוֹדֶךָ׃ke/vo/DE/khaYour glory

   Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;

   לְמַעַןle/MA/anso thatיֵחָלְצוּןye/cha/le/TSUNmay be deliveredיְדִידֶיךָye/di/DE/khaYour beloved onesהוֹשִׁיעָהho/SHI/asaveיְמִינְךָye/mi/ne/KHAwith Your right handוַעֲנֵנִי׃va/a/NE/niand answer me

   That thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.

   God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

   Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;

    מוֹאָבMo/AVMoabסִירsirthe pot ofרַחְצִיrach/TSImy washingעַל־אֱדוֹםal-E/DOMupon Edomאַשְׁלִיךְash/LIKHwill I castנַעֲלִיna/a/LImy shoeעֲלֵי־פְלֶשֶׁתa/LE-Fe/LE/shetover Philistiaאֶתְרוֹעָע׃et/ro/AI will shout

    Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.

    מִיmiwhoיֹבִלֵנִיyo/vi/le/NIwill bring me intoעִירirthe cityמִבְצָרmiv/TSARfortifiedמִיmiwhoנָחַנִיna/CHA/niwill lead meעַד־אֱדוֹם׃ad-E/DOMto Edom

    Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?

    הֲלֹא־אֱלֹהִיםha/LO-e/lo/HIMis it not You O Godזְנַחְתָּנוּze/nach/TA/nuwho have rejected usוְלֹא־תֵצֵאve/LO-te/TSEand do not go outאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMO Godבְּצִבְאֹתֵינוּ׃be/tsiv/o/TE/nuwith our armies

    Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?

13. 13

    הָבָה־לָּנוּHA/va-LA/nugive usעֶזְרָתez/RAThelpמִצָּרmits/TSARagainst the adversaryוְשָׁוְאve/SHAVfor vain isתְּשׁוּעַתte/shu/ATthe help ofאָדָם׃a/DAMman

    Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.

    בֵּאלֹהִיםbe/lo/HIMin Godנַעֲשֶׂה־חָיִלna/a/SE-CHA/yilwe shall do valiantlyוְהוּאve/HUfor Heיָבוּסya/VUSwill tread downצָרֵינוּ׃tsa/RE/nuour enemies

    Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.
