    וַיְדַבֵּרand spokeיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהto Mosesוְאֶל־אַהֲרֹןand Aaronלֵאמֹר׃saying

    And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

    נָשֹׂאtakeאֶת־רֹאשׁhead ofבְּנֵיthe sons ofקְהָתKohathמִתּוֹךְfrom the midst ofבְּנֵיthe sons ofלֵוִיLeviלְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָםto their familiesלְבֵיתto the house ofאֲבֹתָם׃their fathers

    Take the sum of the sons of Kohath from among the sons of Levi, after their families, by the house of their fathers,

    מִבֶּןfrom a son ofשְׁלֹשִׁיםthirtyשָׁנָהyearsוָמַעְלָהand upwardsוְעַדand untoבֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁיםson of fiftyשָׁנָהyearsכׇּל־בָּאall that comesלַצָּבָאfor the serviceלַעֲשׂוֹתto doמְלָאכָהa workבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵד׃the congregation

    From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.

    זֹאתthisעֲבֹדַתthe service ofבְּנֵי־קְהָתsons of Kohathבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationקֹדֶשׁholyהַקֳּדָשִׁים׃the holy things

    This shall be the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, about the most holy things:

  5. 5

    וּבָאand comeאַהֲרֹןAaronוּבָנָיוand his sonsבִּנְסֹעַwhen sets outהַמַּחֲנֶהthe campוְהוֹרִדוּand they will take downאֵת־פָּרֹכֶתthe veil ofהַמָּסָךְthe curtainוְכִסּוּ־בָהּand they will cover with itאֵת־אֲרֹןthe ark ofהָעֵדֻת׃the testimony

    And when the camp setteth forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering vail, and cover the ark of testimony with it:

    וְנָתְנוּand they shall putעָלָיוupon itכְּסוּיa covering ofעוֹרa skin ofתַּחַשׁbadgerוּפָרְשׂוּand they will spread outבֶגֶד־כְּלִילa cloth wholly ofתְּכֵלֶתviolet stuffמִלְמָעְלָהfrom aboveוְשָׂמוּand they will put inבַּדָּיו׃its poles

    And shall put thereon the covering of badgers' skins, and shall spread over it a cloth wholly of blue, and shall put in the staves thereof.

    וְעַלand uponשֻׁלְחַןthe table ofהַפָּנִיםthe presenceיִפְרְשׂוּthey will spread outבֶּגֶדgarmentתְּכֵלֶתviolet stuffוְנָתְנוּand they shall putעָלָיוupon itאֶת־הַקְּעָרֹתthe dishesוְאֶת־הַכַּפֹּתand the pansוְאֶת־הַמְּנַקִּיֹּתand the bowlsוְאֵתandקְשׂוֹתthe jugs ofהַנָּסֶךְthe drink offeringוְלֶחֶםand breadהַתָּמִידthe continualעָלָיוupon itיִהְיֶה׃shall be

    And upon the table of shewbread they shall spread a cloth of blue, and put thereon the dishes, and the spoons, and the bowls, and covers to cover withal: and the continual bread shall be thereon:

    וּפָרְשׂוּand they will spread outעֲלֵיהֶםupon themבֶּגֶדgarmentתּוֹלַעַתthe scarlet stuff ofשָׁנִיa scarlet threadוְכִסּוּand they will coverאֹתוֹitבְּמִכְסֵהwith a covering ofעוֹרa skin ofתָּחַשׁbadgerוְשָׂמוּand they will put inאֶת־בַּדָּיו׃its poles

    And they shall spread upon them a cloth of scarlet, and cover the same with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put in the staves thereof.

    וְלָקְחוּand they will takeבֶּגֶדgarmentתְּכֵלֶתviolet stuffוְכִסּוּand they will coverאֶת־מְנֹרַתa lampstand ofהַמָּאוֹרthe lightוְאֶת־נֵרֹתֶיהָand its lampsוְאֶת־מַלְקָחֶיהָand its tongsוְאֶת־מַחְתֹּתֶיהָand its fire pansוְאֵתandכׇּל־כְּלֵיall vessels ofשַׁמְנָהּits oilאֲשֶׁרwhichיְשָׁרְתוּ־לָהּthey minister with itבָּהֶם׃in them

    And they shall take a cloth of blue, and cover the candlestick of the light, and his lamps, and his tongs, and his snuffdishes, and all the oil vessels thereof, wherewith they minister unto it:

    וְנָתְנוּand they shall putאֹתָהּitוְאֶת־כׇּל־כֵּלֶיהָand all its articlesאֶל־מִכְסֵהto the covering ofעוֹרa skin ofתָּחַשׁbadgerוְנָתְנוּand they shall putעַל־הַמּוֹט׃upon the carrying frame

    And they shall put it and all the vessels thereof within a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put it upon a bar.

    וְעַלand uponמִזְבַּחthe altar ofהַזָּהָבthe goldיִפְרְשׂוּthey will spread outבֶּגֶדgarmentתְּכֵלֶתviolet stuffוְכִסּוּand they will coverאֹתוֹitבְּמִכְסֵהwith a covering ofעוֹרa skin ofתָּחַשׁbadgerוְשָׂמוּand they will put inאֶת־בַּדָּיו׃its poles

    And upon the golden altar they shall spread a cloth of blue, and cover it with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put to the staves thereof:

  12. 12

    וְלָקְחוּand they will takeאֶת־כׇּל־כְּלֵיall vessels ofהַשָּׁרֵתthe serviceאֲשֶׁרwhichיְשָׁרְתוּ־בָםthey minister in themבַּקֹּדֶשׁin the sanctuaryוְנָתְנוּand they shall putאֶל־בֶּגֶדto garmentתְּכֵלֶתviolet stuffוְכִסּוּand they will coverאוֹתָםthemבְּמִכְסֵהwith a covering ofעוֹרa skin ofתָּחַשׁbadgerוְנָתְנוּand they shall putעַל־הַמּוֹט׃upon the carrying frame

    And they shall take all the instruments of ministry, wherewith they minister in the sanctuary, and put them in a cloth of blue, and cover them with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put them on a bar:

  13. 13

    וְדִשְּׁנוּand they will take away the ashes fromאֶת־הַמִּזְבֵּחַthe altarוּפָרְשׂוּand they will spread outעָלָיוupon itבֶּגֶדgarmentאַרְגָּמָן׃purple

    And they shall take away the ashes from the altar, and spread a purple cloth thereon:

    וְנָתְנוּand they shall putעָלָיוupon itאֶת־כׇּל־כֵּלָיוall its vesselsאֲשֶׁרwhichיְשָׁרְתוּthey ministerעָלָיוupon itבָּהֶםin themאֶת־הַמַּחְתֹּתthe fire pansאֶת־הַמִּזְלָגֹתthe forksוְאֶת־הַיָּעִיםand the shovelsוְאֶת־הַמִּזְרָקֹתand the bowlsכֹּלallכְּלֵיvessels ofהַמִּזְבֵּחַthe altarוּפָרְשׂוּand they will spread outעָלָיוupon itכְּסוּיa covering ofעוֹרa skin ofתַּחַשׁbadgerוְשָׂמוּand they will put inבַדָּיו׃its poles

    And they shall put upon it all the vessels thereof, wherewith they minister about it, even the censers, the fleshhooks, and the shovels, and the basons, all the vessels of the altar; and they shall spread upon it a covering of badgers' skins, and put to the staves of it.

    וְכִלָּהand shall finishאַהֲרֹן־וּבָנָיוAaron and his sonsלְכַסֹּתto coverאֶת־הַקֹּדֶשׁthe sanctuaryוְאֶת־כׇּל־כְּלֵיand all vessels ofהַקֹּדֶשׁthe sanctuaryבִּנְסֹעַwhen sets outהַמַּחֲנֶהthe campוְאַחֲרֵי־כֵןand after thusיָבֹאוּcomeבְנֵי־קְהָתsons of Kohathלָשֵׂאתto bearוְלֹא־יִגְּעוּand not they will touchאֶל־הַקֹּדֶשׁto the sanctuaryוָמֵתוּand they will dieאֵלֶּהtheseמַשָּׂאthe burden ofבְנֵי־קְהָתsons of Kohathבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵד׃the congregation

    And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.

    וּפְקֻדַּתand the oversight ofאֶלְעָזָרEleazarבֶּן־אַהֲרֹןson of Aaronהַכֹּהֵןthe priestשֶׁמֶןoilהַמָּאוֹרthe lightוּקְטֹרֶתand the incense ofהַסַּמִּיםthe perfumeוּמִנְחַתand the grain offering ofהַתָּמִידthe continualוְשֶׁמֶןand oil ofהַמִּשְׁחָהthe anointingפְּקֻדַּתthe oversight ofכׇּל־הַמִּשְׁכָּןall the tabernacleוְכׇל־אֲשֶׁר־בּוֹand all that is in itבְּקֹדֶשׁin the holy place ofוּבְכֵלָיו׃and with its equipment

    And to the office of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest pertaineth the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the anointing oil, and the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof.

    וַיְדַבֵּרand spokeיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהto Mosesוְאֶל־אַהֲרֹןand Aaronלֵאמֹר׃saying

    And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

  18. 18

    אַל־תַּכְרִיתוּdo not cut offאֶת־שֵׁבֶטthe tribe ofמִשְׁפְּחֹתthe families ofהַקְּהָתִיthe Kohathitesמִתּוֹךְfrom the midst ofהַלְוִיִּם׃the Levites

    Cut ye not off the tribe of the families of the Kohathites from among the Levites:

  19. 19

    וְזֹאתand thisעֲשׂוּdoלָהֶםto themוְחָיוּand they will liveוְלֹאand notיָמֻתוּthey will dieבְּגִשְׁתָּםwhen they draw nearאֶת־קֹדֶשׁholyהַקֳּדָשִׁיםthe holy thingsאַהֲרֹןAaronוּבָנָיוand his sonsיָבֹאוּcomeוְשָׂמוּand they will put inאוֹתָםthemאִישׁanyאִישׁmanעַל־עֲבֹדָתוֹupon his serviceוְאֶל־מַשָּׂאוֹ׃and to his burden

    But thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden:

  20. 20

    וְלֹא־יָבֹאוּand not comeלִרְאוֹתto seeכְּבַלַּעas a swallowingאֶת־הַקֹּדֶשׁthe sanctuaryוָמֵתוּ׃and they will die

    But they shall not go in to see when the holy things are covered, lest they die.

  21. 21

    וַיְדַבֵּרand spokeיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהto Mosesלֵּאמֹר׃saying

    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

  22. 22

    נָשֹׂאtakeאֶת־רֹאשׁhead ofבְּנֵיthe sons ofגֵרְשׁוֹןGershonגַּם־הֵםalso theyלְבֵיתto the house ofאֲבֹתָםtheir fathersלְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם׃to their families

    Take also the sum of the sons of Gershon, throughout the houses of their fathers, by their families;

    מִבֶּןfrom a son ofשְׁלֹשִׁיםthirtyשָׁנָהyearsוָמַעְלָהand upwardsעַדuntilבֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁיםson of fiftyשָׁנָהyearsתִּפְקֹדyou will appointאוֹתָםthemכׇּל־הַבָּאall that comesלִצְבֹאto serveצָבָאan armyלַעֲבֹדto serveעֲבֹדָהlaborבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵד׃the congregation

    From thirty years old and upward until fifty years old shalt thou number them; all that enter in to perform the service, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.

  24. 24

    זֹאתthisעֲבֹדַתthe service ofמִשְׁפְּחֹתthe families ofהַגֵּרְשֻׁנִּיthe Gershonitesלַעֲבֹדto serveוּלְמַשָּׂא׃and for carrying

    This is the service of the families of the Gershonites, to serve, and for burdens:

  25. 25

    וְנָשְׂאוּand they will bearאֶת־יְרִיעֹתthe curtains ofהַמִּשְׁכָּןthe tabernacleוְאֶת־אֹהֶלand tent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationמִכְסֵהוּits coveringוּמִכְסֵהand a covering ofהַתַּחַשׁthe badgerאֲשֶׁר־עָלָיוwhich is upon itמִלְמָעְלָהfrom aboveוְאֶת־מָסַךְand the curtain ofפֶּתַחthe door ofאֹהֶלthe tent ofמוֹעֵד׃the congregation

    And they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the covering of the badgers' skins that is above upon it, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,

  26. 26

    וְאֵתandקַלְעֵיthe hangings ofהֶחָצֵרthe courtyardוְאֶת־מָסַךְand the curtain ofפֶּתַחthe door ofשַׁעַרthe gate ofהֶחָצֵרthe courtyardאֲשֶׁרwhichעַל־הַמִּשְׁכָּןupon the tabernacleוְעַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַand upon the altarסָבִיבall aroundוְאֵתandמֵיתְרֵיהֶםtheir ropesוְאֶת־כׇּל־כְּלֵיand all vessels ofעֲבֹדָתָםtheir serviceוְאֵתandכׇּל־אֲשֶׁרall thatיֵעָשֶׂהshall be doneלָהֶםto themוְעָבָדוּ׃and they will serve

    And the hangings of the court, and the hanging for the door of the gate of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the altar round about, and their cords, and all the instruments of their service, and all that is made for them: so shall they serve.

    עַל־פִּיaccording toאַהֲרֹןAaronוּבָנָיוand his sonsתִּהְיֶהshall beכׇּל־עֲבֹדַתall the service ofבְּנֵיthe sons ofהַגֵּרְשֻׁנִּיthe Gershonitesלְכׇל־מַשָּׂאָםto all their burdensוּלְכֹלand to everyעֲבֹדָתָםtheir serviceוּפְקַדְתֶּםand you shall assignעֲלֵהֶםon themבְּמִשְׁמֶרֶתin the charge ofאֵת־כׇּל־מַשָּׂאָם׃all their burdens

    At the appointment of Aaron and his sons shall be all the service of the sons of the Gershonites, in all their burdens, and in all their service: and ye shall appoint unto them in charge all their burdens.

    זֹאתthisעֲבֹדַתthe service ofמִשְׁפְּחֹתthe families ofבְּנֵיthe sons ofהַגֵּרְשֻׁנִּיthe Gershonitesבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationוּמִשְׁמַרְתָּםand their dutyבְּיַדin the hand ofאִיתָמָרIthamarבֶּן־אַהֲרֹןson of Aaronהַכֹּהֵן׃the priest

    This is the service of the families of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

    בְּנֵיthe sons ofמְרָרִיMerariלְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָםto their familiesלְבֵית־אֲבֹתָםto the house of their fathersתִּפְקֹדyou will appointאֹתָם׃them

    As for the sons of Merari, thou shalt number them after their families, by the house of their fathers;

    מִבֶּןfrom a son ofשְׁלֹשִׁיםthirtyשָׁנָהyearsוָמַעְלָהand upwardsוְעַדand untoבֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁיםson of fiftyשָׁנָהyearsתִּפְקְדֵםyou will enroll themכׇּל־הַבָּאall that comesלַצָּבָאfor the serviceלַעֲבֹדto serveאֶת־עֲבֹדַתthe service ofאֹהֶלthe tent ofמוֹעֵד׃the congregation

    From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old shalt thou number them, every one that entereth into the service, to do the work of the tabernacle of the congregation.

  31. 31

    וְזֹאתand thisמִשְׁמֶרֶתthe charge ofמַשָּׂאָםtheir burdensלְכׇל־עֲבֹדָתָםto all their serviceבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationקַרְשֵׁיthe frames ofהַמִּשְׁכָּןthe tabernacleוּבְרִיחָיוand its barsוְעַמּוּדָיוand its pillarsוַאֲדָנָיו׃and its bases

    And this is the charge of their burden, according to all their service in the tabernacle of the congregation; the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and sockets thereof,

  32. 32

    וְעַמּוּדֵיand the pillars ofהֶחָצֵרthe courtyardסָבִיבall aroundוְאַדְנֵיהֶםand their basesוִיתֵדֹתָםand their tent pegsוּמֵיתְרֵיהֶםand their ropesלְכׇל־כְּלֵיהֶםto all their vesselsוּלְכֹלand to everyעֲבֹדָתָםtheir serviceוּבְשֵׁמֹתand by namesתִּפְקְדוּyou will enrollאֶת־כְּלֵיvessels ofמִשְׁמֶרֶתthe charge ofמַשָּׂאָם׃their burdens

    And the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords, with all their instruments, and with all their service: and by name ye shall reckon the instruments of the charge of their burden.

    זֹאתthisעֲבֹדַתthe service ofמִשְׁפְּחֹתthe families ofבְּנֵיthe sons ofמְרָרִיMerariלְכׇל־עֲבֹדָתָםto all their serviceבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationבְּיַדin the hand ofאִיתָמָרIthamarבֶּן־אַהֲרֹןson of Aaronהַכֹּהֵן׃the priest

    This is the service of the families of the sons of Merari, according to all their service, in the tabernacle of the congregation, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

    וַיִּפְקֹדand appointedמֹשֶׁהMosesוְאַהֲרֹןand Aaronוּנְשִׂיאֵיand the leaders ofהָעֵדָהthe congregationאֶת־בְּנֵיthe sons ofהַקְּהָתִיthe Kohathitesלְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָםto their familiesוּלְבֵיתand to the house ofאֲבֹתָם׃their fathers

    And Moses and Aaron and the chief of the congregation numbered the sons of the Kohathites after their families, and after the house of their fathers,

    מִבֶּןfrom a son ofשְׁלֹשִׁיםthirtyשָׁנָהyearsוָמַעְלָהand upwardsוְעַדand untoבֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁיםson of fiftyשָׁנָהyearsכׇּל־הַבָּאall that comesלַצָּבָאfor the serviceלַעֲבֹדָהfor serviceבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵד׃the congregation

    From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation:

  36. 36

    וַיִּהְיוּand they wereפְקֻדֵיהֶםtheir enrolled menלְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָםto their familiesאַלְפַּיִםtwo thousandשְׁבַעsevenמֵאוֹתhundredוַחֲמִשִּׁים׃and fifty

    And those that were numbered of them by their families were two thousand seven hundred and fifty.

    אֵלֶּהtheseפְקוּדֵיthose who were enrolled ofמִשְׁפְּחֹתthe families ofהַקְּהָתִיthe Kohathitesכׇּל־הָעֹבֵדall who laborבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationאֲשֶׁרwhichפָּקַדenrolledמֹשֶׁהMosesוְאַהֲרֹןand Aaronעַל־פִּיaccording toיְהֹוָהthe LORDבְּיַד־מֹשֶׁה׃in the hand of Moses

    These were they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, which Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

    וּפְקוּדֵיand the enrolled men ofבְּנֵיthe sons ofגֵרְשׁוֹןGershonלְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָםto their familiesוּלְבֵיתand to the house ofאֲבֹתָם׃their fathers

    And those that were numbered of the sons of Gershon, throughout their families, and by the house of their fathers,

    Even those that were numbered of them, throughout their families, by the house of their fathers, were two thousand and six hundred and thirty.

    אֵלֶּהtheseפְקוּדֵיthose who were enrolled ofמִשְׁפְּחֹתthe families ofבְּנֵיthe sons ofגֵרְשׁוֹןGershonכׇּל־הָעֹבֵדall who laborבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationאֲשֶׁרwhichפָּקַדenrolledמֹשֶׁהMosesוְאַהֲרֹןand Aaronעַל־פִּיaccording toיְהֹוָה׃the LORD

    These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, of all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, whom Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD.

    וַיִּהְיוּand they wereפְקֻדֵיהֶםtheir enrolled menלְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָםto their familiesשְׁלֹשֶׁתthreeאֲלָפִיםthousandוּמָאתָיִם׃and two hundred

    Even those that were numbered of them after their families, were three thousand and two hundred.

    אֵלֶּהtheseפְקוּדֵיthose who were enrolled ofמִשְׁפְּחֹתthe families ofבְּנֵיthe sons ofמְרָרִיMerariאֲשֶׁרwhichפָּקַדenrolledמֹשֶׁהMosesוְאַהֲרֹןand Aaronעַל־פִּיaccording toיְהֹוָהthe LORDבְּיַד־מֹשֶׁה׃in the hand of Moses

    These be those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

    כׇּל־הַפְּקֻדִיםall the ones enrolledאֲשֶׁרwhichפָּקַדenrolledמֹשֶׁהMosesוְאַהֲרֹןand Aaronוּנְשִׂיאֵיand the leaders ofיִשְׂרָאֵלIsraelאֶת־הַלְוִיִּםthe Levitesלְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָםto their familiesוּלְבֵיתand to the house ofאֲבֹתָם׃their fathers

    All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron and the chief of Israel numbered, after their families, and after the house of their fathers,

    מִבֶּןfrom a son ofשְׁלֹשִׁיםthirtyשָׁנָהyearsוָמַעְלָהand upwardsוְעַדand untoבֶּן־חֲמִשִּׁיםson of fiftyשָׁנָהyearsכׇּל־הַבָּאall that comesלַעֲבֹדto serveעֲבֹדַתthe service ofעֲבֹדָהlaborוַעֲבֹדַתand a service ofמַשָּׂאthe burden ofבְּאֹהֶלin the tent ofמוֹעֵד׃the congregation

    From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that came to do the service of the ministry, and the service of the burden in the tabernacle of the congregation,

  48. 48

    וַיִּהְיוּand they wereפְּקֻדֵיהֶםtheir enrolled menשְׁמֹנַתeightאֲלָפִיםthousandוַחֲמֵשׁand fiveמֵאוֹתhundredוּשְׁמֹנִים׃and eighty

    Even those that were numbered of them, were eight thousand and five hundred and fourscore.

    עַל־פִּיaccording toיְהֹוָהthe LORDפָּקַדenrolledאוֹתָםthemבְּיַד־מֹשֶׁהin the hand of Mosesאִישׁanyאִישׁmanעַל־עֲבֹדָתוֹupon his serviceוְעַל־מַשָּׂאוֹand upon his burdenוּפְקֻדָיוand his enrolled menאֲשֶׁר־צִוָּהwhich commandedיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶת־מֹשֶׁה׃Moses

    According to the commandment of the LORD they were numbered by the hand of Moses, every one according to his service, and according to his burden: thus were they numbered of him, as the LORD commanded Moses.
