    וַיְהִיand it came to passבַּיּוֹםin the dayהַשְּׁמִינִיthe eighthקָרָאcalledמֹשֶׁהMosesלְאַהֲרֹןto Aaronוּלְבָנָיוand for his sonsוּלְזִקְנֵיand the elders ofיִשְׂרָאֵל׃Israel

    And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;

    וַיֹּאמֶרand saidאֶל־אַהֲרֹןto Aaronקַח־לְךָtake for yourselfעֵגֶלa calf ofבֶּן־בָּקָרyoung of the herdלְחַטָּאתto a sin offeringוְאַיִלand a ramלְעֹלָהto a burnt offeringתְּמִימִםwithout blemishוְהַקְרֵבand offerלִפְנֵיbeforeיְהֹוָה׃the LORD

    And he said unto Aaron, Take thee a young calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the LORD.

    וְאֶל־בְּנֵיand sons ofיִשְׂרָאֵלIsraelתְּדַבֵּרyou shall speakלֵאמֹרsayingקְחוּtakeשְׂעִיר־עִזִּיםa male goat of goatsלְחַטָּאתto a sin offeringוְעֵגֶלand a calfוָכֶבֶשׂand a lambבְּנֵי־שָׁנָהsons of a yearתְּמִימִםwithout blemishלְעֹלָה׃to a burnt offering

    And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;

    וְשׁוֹרand an oxוָאַיִלand a ramלִשְׁלָמִיםto peace offeringsלִזְבֹּחַto offerלִפְנֵיbeforeיְהֹוָהthe LORDוּמִנְחָהand a grain offeringבְּלוּלָהmixedבַשָּׁמֶןwith the oilכִּיbecauseהַיּוֹםthe dayיְהֹוָהthe LORDנִרְאָהappearedאֲלֵיכֶם׃unto you

    Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; and a meat offering mingled with oil: for to day the LORD will appear unto you.

    וַיִּקְחוּand they tookאֵת־אֲשֶׁרwhichצִוָּהcommandedמֹשֶׁהMosesאֶל־פְּנֵיto the face ofאֹהֶלthe tent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationוַיִּקְרְבוּand they drew nearכׇּל־הָעֵדָהall the congregationוַיַּעַמְדוּand stoodלִפְנֵיbeforeיְהֹוָה׃the LORD

    And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.

    וַיֹּאמֶרand saidמֹשֶׁהMosesזֶהthisהַדָּבָרthe thingאֲשֶׁר־צִוָּהwhich commandedיְהֹוָהthe LORDתַּעֲשׂוּyou shall doוְיֵרָאand shall appearאֲלֵיכֶםunto youכְּבוֹדthe glory ofיְהֹוָה׃the LORD

    And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded that ye should do: and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.

    וַיֹּאמֶרand saidמֹשֶׁהMosesאֶל־אַהֲרֹןto Aaronקְרַבdraw nearאֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַto the altarוַעֲשֵׂהand doאֶת־חַטָּאתְךָyour sin offeringוְאֶת־עֹלָתֶךָand your burnt offeringוְכַפֵּרand make atonementבַּעַדְךָfor yourselfוּבְעַדand forהָעָםthe peopleוַעֲשֵׂהand doאֶת־קׇרְבַּןthe offering ofהָעָםthe peopleוְכַפֵּרand make atonementבַּעֲדָםfor themכַּאֲשֶׁרasצִוָּהcommandedיְהֹוָה׃the LORD

    And Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and for the people: and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded.

    וַיִּקְרַבand drew nearאַהֲרֹןAaronאֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַto the altarוַיִּשְׁחַטand he slaughteredאֶת־עֵגֶלa calf ofהַחַטָּאתthe sinאֲשֶׁר־לוֹ׃which he has

    Aaron therefore went unto the altar, and slew the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.

    וַיַּקְרִבוּand they presentedבְּנֵיthe sons ofאַהֲרֹןAaronאֶת־הַדָּםthe bloodאֵלָיוto himוַיִּטְבֹּלand dippedאֶצְבָּעוֹhis fingerבַּדָּםin the bloodוַיִּתֵּןand gaveעַל־קַרְנוֹתupon the horns ofהַמִּזְבֵּחַthe altarוְאֶת־הַדָּםand the bloodיָצַקhe pouredאֶל־יְסוֹדto foundationהַמִּזְבֵּחַ׃the altar

    And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:

    וְאֶת־הַחֵלֶבand the fatוְאֶת־הַכְּלָיֹתand the kidneysוְאֶת־הַיֹּתֶרֶתand the lobeמִן־הַכָּבֵדfrom the liverמִן־הַחַטָּאתfrom the sinהִקְטִירhe burnedהַמִּזְבֵּחָהon the altarכַּאֲשֶׁרasצִוָּהcommandedיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶת־מֹשֶׁה׃Moses

    But the fat, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.

  11. 11

    וְאֶת־הַבָּשָׂרand the fleshוְאֶת־הָעוֹרand the skinשָׂרַףhe burnedבָּאֵשׁby fireמִחוּץwithoutלַמַּחֲנֶה׃the camp

    And the flesh and the hide he burnt with fire without the camp.

    וַיִּשְׁחַטand he slaughteredאֶת־הָעֹלָהthe burnt offeringוַיַּמְצִאוּand they brought forwardבְּנֵיthe sons ofאַהֲרֹןAaronאֵלָיוto himאֶת־הַדָּםthe bloodוַיִּזְרְקֵהוּand he sprinkled itעַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַupon the altarסָבִיב׃all around

    And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.

  13. 13

    וְאֶת־הָעֹלָהand the burnt offeringהִמְצִיאוּthey brought forwardאֵלָיוto himלִנְתָחֶיהָinto its piecesוְאֶת־הָרֹאשׁand the headוַיַּקְטֵרand he burnedעַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ׃upon the altar

    And they presented the burnt offering unto him, with the pieces thereof, and the head: and he burnt them upon the altar.

  14. 14

    וַיִּרְחַץand he washedאֶת־הַקֶּרֶבthe entrailsוְאֶת־הַכְּרָעָיִםand the legsוַיַּקְטֵרand he burnedעַל־הָעֹלָהupon the burnt offeringהַמִּזְבֵּחָה׃on the altar

    And he did wash the inwards and the legs, and burnt them upon the burnt offering on the altar.

  15. 15

    וַיַּקְרֵבand he presentedאֵת־קׇרְבַּןthe offering ofהָעָםthe peopleוַיִּקַּחand tookאֶת־שְׂעִירa male goat ofהַחַטָּאתthe sinאֲשֶׁרwhichלָעָםto the peopleוַיִּשְׁחָטֵהוּand he slaughtered itוַיְחַטְּאֵהוּand he made a sin offering itכָּרִאשׁוֹן׃according to the first

    And he brought the people's offering, and took the goat, which was the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as the first.

  16. 16

    וַיַּקְרֵבand he presentedאֶת־הָעֹלָהthe burnt offeringוַיַּעֲשֶׂהָand he offered itכַּמִּשְׁפָּט׃according to the ordinance

    And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according to the manner.

  17. 17

    וַיַּקְרֵבand he presentedאֶת־הַמִּנְחָהthe grain offeringוַיְמַלֵּאand he filledכַפּוֹhis palmמִמֶּנָּהfrom itוַיַּקְטֵרand he burnedעַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַupon the altarמִלְּבַדbesidesעֹלַתthe burnt offering ofהַבֹּקֶר׃the morning

    And he brought the meat offering, and took an handful thereof, and burnt it upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning.

  18. 18

    וַיִּשְׁחַטand he slaughteredאֶת־הַשּׁוֹרthe oxוְאֶת־הָאַיִלand the ramזֶבַחsacrificeהַשְּׁלָמִיםthe peace offeringאֲשֶׁרwhichלָעָםto the peopleוַיַּמְצִאוּand they brought forwardבְּנֵיthe sons ofאַהֲרֹןAaronאֶת־הַדָּםthe bloodאֵלָיוto himוַיִּזְרְקֵהוּand he sprinkled itעַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַupon the altarסָבִיב׃all around

    He slew also the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about,

  19. 19

    וְאֶת־הַחֲלָבִיםand the fatמִן־הַשּׁוֹרfrom the oxוּמִן־הָאַיִלand from the ramהָאַלְיָהthe fat tailוְהַמְכַסֶּהand the coveringוְהַכְּלָיֹתand the kidneysוְיֹתֶרֶתand the lobe ofהַכָּבֵד׃the liver

    And the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covereth the inwards, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver:

  20. 20

    וַיָּשִׂימוּand they putאֶת־הַחֲלָבִיםthe fatעַל־הֶחָזוֹתupon the breastsוַיַּקְטֵרand he burnedהַחֲלָבִיםthe fatהַמִּזְבֵּחָה׃on the altar

    And they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the fat upon the altar:

  21. 21

    וְאֵתandהֶחָזוֹתthe breastsוְאֵתandשׁוֹקthe thigh ofהַיָּמִיןthe rightהֵנִיףhe wavedאַהֲרֹןAaronתְּנוּפָהa wave offeringלִפְנֵיbeforeיְהֹוָהthe LORDכַּאֲשֶׁרasצִוָּהcommandedמֹשֶׁה׃Moses

    And the breasts and the right shoulder Aaron waved for a wave offering before the LORD; as Moses commanded.

  22. 22

    וַיִּשָּׂאand lifted upאַהֲרֹןAaronאֶת־יָדָוhis handאֶל־הָעָםto the peopleוַיְבָרְכֵםand he blessed themוַיֵּרֶדand he descendedמֵעֲשֹׂתfrom doingהַחַטָּאתthe sinוְהָעֹלָהand the burnt offeringוְהַשְּׁלָמִים׃and the peace offerings

    And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and peace offerings.

  23. 23

    וַיָּבֹאand cameמֹשֶׁהMosesוְאַהֲרֹןand Aaronאֶל־אֹהֶלto the tent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationוַיֵּצְאוּand they departedוַיְבָרְכוּand they blessedאֶת־הָעָםthe peopleוַיֵּרָאand appearedכְבוֹד־יְהֹוָהthe glory of the LORDאֶל־כׇּל־הָעָם׃to all the people

    And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people.

  24. 24

    וַתֵּצֵאand came outאֵשׁfireמִלִּפְנֵיfrom the presence ofיְהֹוָהthe LORDוַתֹּאכַלand it consumedעַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַupon the altarאֶת־הָעֹלָהthe burnt offeringוְאֶת־הַחֲלָבִיםand the fatוַיַּרְאand sawכׇּל־הָעָםall the peopleוַיָּרֹנּוּand they shoutedוַיִּפְּלוּand they fellעַל־פְּנֵיהֶם׃upon their faces

    And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
