    וַיְדַבֵּרand spokeיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהto Mosesלֵּאמֹר׃saying

    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

    דַּבֵּרspeakאֶל־בְּנֵיunto the sons ofיִשְׂרָאֵלIsraelוְאָמַרְתָּand sayאֲלֵהֶםunto themאִישׁa manכִּיifיַפְלִאmakes a specialנֶדֶרa vowבְּעֶרְכְּךָby your valuationנְפָשֹׁתof personsלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

    Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

    וְהָיָהand beעֶרְכְּךָyour valuationהַזָּכָרthe maleמִבֶּןfrom a son ofעֶשְׂרִיםtwentyשָׁנָהyearsוְעַדand untoבֶּן־שִׁשִּׁיםson of sixtyשָׁנָהyearsוְהָיָהand beעֶרְכְּךָyour valuationחֲמִשִּׁיםfiftyשֶׁקֶלshekels ofכֶּסֶףsilverבְּשֶׁקֶלby the shekel ofהַקֹּדֶשׁ׃the sanctuary

    And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

    וְאִם־נְקֵבָהand if a femaleהִואsheוְהָיָהand beעֶרְכְּךָyour valuationשְׁלֹשִׁיםthirtyשָׁקֶל׃shekels

    And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

    וְאִםand ifמִבֶּן־חָמֵשׁfrom a son of fiveשָׁנִיםyearsוְעַדand untoבֶּן־עֶשְׂרִיםson of twentyשָׁנָהyearsוְהָיָהand beעֶרְכְּךָyour valuationהַזָּכָרthe maleעֶשְׂרִיםtwentyשְׁקָלִיםshekelsוְלַנְּקֵבָהand for the femaleעֲשֶׂרֶתtenשְׁקָלִים׃shekels

    And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

    וְאִםand ifמִבֶּן־חֹדֶשׁfrom a son of a month ofוְעַדand untoבֶּן־חָמֵשׁson of fiveשָׁנִיםyearsוְהָיָהand beעֶרְכְּךָyour valuationהַזָּכָרthe maleחֲמִשָּׁהfiveשְׁקָלִיםshekelsכָּסֶףsilverוְלַנְּקֵבָהand for the femaleעֶרְכְּךָyour valuationשְׁלֹשֶׁתthreeשְׁקָלִיםshekelsכָּסֶף׃silver

    And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

    וְאִםand ifמִבֶּן־שִׁשִּׁיםfrom a son of sixtyשָׁנָהyearsוָמַעְלָהand upwardsאִם־זָכָרif maleוְהָיָהand beעֶרְכְּךָyour valuationחֲמִשָּׁה־עָשָׂרfifteenשָׁקֶלshekelsוְלַנְּקֵבָהand for the femaleעֲשָׂרָהtenשְׁקָלִים׃shekels

    And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

    וְאִם־מָךְand if he is too poorהוּאitמֵעֶרְכֶּךָyour than valuationוְהֶעֱמִידוֹand he will station himלִפְנֵיbeforeהַכֹּהֵןthe priestוְהֶעֱרִיךְand he will evaluateאֹתוֹhimהַכֹּהֵןthe priestעַל־פִּיaccording toאֲשֶׁרwhichתַּשִּׂיגit will reachיַדthe hand ofהַנֹּדֵרthe one who vowsיַעֲרִיכֶנּוּhe will evaluate himהַכֹּהֵן׃the priest

    But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

    וְאִם־בְּהֵמָהand if beastאֲשֶׁרwhichיַקְרִיבוּthey offerמִמֶּנָּהfrom itקׇרְבָּןofferingלַיהֹוָהto the LORDכֹּלallאֲשֶׁרwhichיִתֵּןshall giveמִמֶּנּוּfrom himלַיהֹוָהto the LORDיִהְיֶה־קֹּדֶשׁ׃he shall be a holy thing

    And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

    לֹאnotיַחֲלִיפֶנּוּhe will substitute itוְלֹא־יָמִירand not he will exchangeאֹתוֹhimטוֹבgoodבְּרָעfor badאוֹ־רַעor evilבְּטוֹבfor goodוְאִם־הָמֵרand if indeedיָמִירhe will exchangeבְּהֵמָהbeastבִּבְהֵמָהlivestockוְהָיָה־הוּאand it shall beוּתְמוּרָתוֹand its substituteיִהְיֶה־קֹּדֶשׁ׃he shall be a holy thing

    He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

    וְאִםand ifכׇּל־בְּהֵמָהall beastטְמֵאָהuncleanאֲשֶׁרwhichלֹא־יַקְרִיבוּnot they offerמִמֶּנָּהfrom itקׇרְבָּןofferingלַיהֹוָהto the LORDוְהֶעֱמִידand he will stationאֶת־הַבְּהֵמָהthe livestockלִפְנֵיbeforeהַכֹּהֵן׃the priest

    And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:

  12. 12

    וְהֶעֱרִיךְand he will evaluateהַכֹּהֵןthe priestאֹתָהּitבֵּיןbetweenטוֹבgoodוּבֵיןand betweenרָעevilכְּעֶרְכְּךָaccording your to valuationהַכֹּהֵןthe priestכֵּןthusיִהְיֶה׃shall be

    And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.

  13. 13

    וְאִם־גָּאֹלand if indeed he redeemsיִגְאָלֶנָּהhe will redeem itוְיָסַףand he will addחֲמִישִׁתוֹits fifthעַל־עֶרְכֶּךָ׃upon your valuation

    But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

  14. 14

    וְאִישׁand a manכִּי־יַקְדִּשׁif he will sanctifyאֶת־בֵּיתוֹhis houseקֹדֶשׁholyלַיהֹוָהto the LORDוְהֶעֱרִיכוֹand he will evaluate itהַכֹּהֵןthe priestבֵּיןbetweenטוֹבgoodוּבֵיןand betweenרָעevilכַּאֲשֶׁרasיַערִיךְhe will evaluateאֹתוֹhimהַכֹּהֵןthe priestכֵּןthusיָקוּם׃it shall stand

    And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

  15. 15

    וְאִם־הַמַּקְדִּישׁand if the one who sanctifiesיִגְאַלhe shall be redeemedאֶת־בֵּיתוֹhis houseוְיָסַףand he will addחֲמִישִׁיתa fifth part ofכֶּסֶף־עֶרְכְּךָyour money valuationעָלָיוupon himוְהָיָהand beלוֹ׃to him

    And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

  16. 16

    וְאִםand ifמִשְּׂדֵהsome of the field ofאֲחֻזָּתוֹhis possessionיַקְדִּישׁhe will sanctifyאִישׁa manלַיהֹוָהto the LORDוְהָיָהand beעֶרְכְּךָyour valuationלְפִיaccording toזַרְעוֹhis seedזֶרַעseedחֹמֶרa homer ofשְׂעֹרִיםbarleyבַּחֲמִשִּׁיםon fiftyשֶׁקֶלshekels ofכָּסֶף׃silver

    And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

  17. 17

    אִם־מִשְּׁנַתif from the year ofהַיֹּבֵלthe jubileeיַקְדִּישׁhe will sanctifyשָׂדֵהוּhis fieldכְּעֶרְכְּךָaccording your to valuationיָקוּם׃it shall stand

    If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

  18. 18

    וְאִם־אַחַרand if afterהַיֹּבֵלthe jubileeיַקְדִּישׁhe will sanctifyשָׂדֵהוּhis fieldוְחִשַּׁב־לוֹand he will calculate himהַכֹּהֵןthe priestאֶת־הַכֶּסֶףthe moneyעַל־פִּיaccording toהַשָּׁנִיםthe yearsהַנּוֹתָרֹתthe ones remainingעַדuntilשְׁנַתyear ofהַיֹּבֵלthe jubileeוְנִגְרַעand it will be deductedמֵעֶרְכֶּךָ׃your than valuation

    But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

  19. 19

    וְאִם־גָּאֹלand if indeed he redeemsיִגְאַלhe shall be redeemedאֶת־הַשָּׂדֶהthe fieldהַמַּקְדִּישׁthe one who sanctifiesאֹתוֹhimוְיָסַףand he will addחֲמִשִׁיתthe fifth part ofכֶּסֶף־עֶרְכְּךָyour money valuationעָלָיוupon himוְקָםand it shall standלוֹ׃to him

    And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

  20. 20

    וְאִם־לֹאand if notיִגְאַלhe shall be redeemedאֶת־הַשָּׂדֶהthe fieldוְאִם־מָכַרand if he soldאֶת־הַשָּׂדֶהthe fieldלְאִישׁfor a manאַחֵרotherלֹאnotיִגָּאֵלhe shall be redeemedעוֹד׃any more

    And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

  21. 21

    וְהָיָהand beהַשָּׂדֶהthe fieldבְּצֵאתוֹwhen it goes outבַיֹּבֵלin the jubileeקֹדֶשׁholyלַיהֹוָהto the LORDכִּשְׂדֵהlike the field ofהַחֵרֶםthe devoted thingלַכֹּהֵןto the priestתִּהְיֶהshall beאֲחֻזָּתוֹ׃his possession

    But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

  22. 22

    וְאִםand ifאֶת־שְׂדֵהthe field ofמִקְנָתוֹits purchase priceאֲשֶׁרwhichלֹאnotמִשְּׂדֵהsome of the field ofאֲחֻזָּתוֹhis possessionיַקְדִּישׁhe will sanctifyלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

    And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

  23. 23

    וְחִשַּׁב־לוֹand he will calculate himהַכֹּהֵןthe priestאֵת־מִכְסַתthe amount ofהָעֶרְכְּךָthe valuationעַדuntilשְׁנַתyear ofהַיֹּבֵלthe jubileeוְנָתַןand he shall giveאֶת־הָעֶרְכְּךָthe valuationבַּיּוֹםin the dayהַהוּאthatקֹדֶשׁholyלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

    Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

  24. 24

    בִּשְׁנַתin the year ofהַיּוֹבֵלthe jubileeיָשׁוּבhe shall returnהַשָּׂדֶהthe fieldלַאֲשֶׁרunto him whoקָנָהוּhe bought itמֵאִתּוֹfrom himלַאֲשֶׁר־לוֹto him whose it isאֲחֻזַּתpossession ofהָאָרֶץ׃the land

    In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

  25. 25

    וְכׇל־עֶרְכְּךָand all your valuationיִהְיֶהshall beבְּשֶׁקֶלby the shekel ofהַקֹּדֶשׁthe sanctuaryעֶשְׂרִיםtwentyגֵּרָהgerahsיִהְיֶהshall beהַשָּׁקֶל׃the shekel

    And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

  26. 26

    אַךְ־בְּכוֹרbut the firstborn ofאֲשֶׁר־יְבֻכַּרwhich it will be born a firstlingלַיהֹוָהto the LORDבִּבְהֵמָהlivestockלֹא־יַקְדִּישׁnot he will sanctifyאִישׁa manאֹתוֹhimאִם־שׁוֹרif an oxאִם־שֶׂהif a lambלַיהֹוָהto the LORDהוּא׃it

    Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD's.

  27. 27

    וְאִםand ifבַּבְּהֵמָהamong the livestockהַטְּמֵאָהthe uncleanוּפָדָהand he will redeem itבְעֶרְכֶּךָby your valuationוְיָסַףand he will addחֲמִשִׁתוֹits fifthעָלָיוupon himוְאִם־לֹאand if notיִגָּאֵלhe shall be redeemedוְנִמְכַּרand he will be soldבְּעֶרְכֶּךָ׃by your valuation

    And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

  28. 28

    אַךְ־כׇּל־חֵרֶםbut every devoted thingאֲשֶׁרwhichיַחֲרִםhe devotesאִישׁa manלַיהֹוָהto the LORDמִכׇּל־אֲשֶׁר־לוֹof all that is hisמֵאָדָםof manוּבְהֵמָהand of beastsוּמִשְּׂדֵהand from the field ofאֲחֻזָּתוֹhis possessionלֹאnotיִמָּכֵרit will be soldוְלֹאand notיִגָּאֵלhe shall be redeemedכׇּל־חֵרֶםevery devoted thingקֹדֶשׁ־קׇדָשִׁיםholy of holiesהוּאitלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

    Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

  29. 29

    כׇּל־חֵרֶםevery devoted thingאֲשֶׁרwhichיׇחֳרַםis devotedמִן־הָאָדָםfrom the manלֹאnotיִפָּדֶהhe will be redeemedמוֹתsurelyיוּמָת׃he shall be put to death

    None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

  30. 30

    וְכׇל־מַעְשַׂרand all the tithe ofהָאָרֶץthe landמִזֶּרַעfrom the seed ofהָאָרֶץthe landמִפְּרִיof fruit ofהָעֵץthe treeלַיהֹוָהto the LORDהוּאitקֹדֶשׁholyלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

    And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD.

  31. 31

    וְאִם־גָּאֹלand if indeed he redeemsיִגְאַלhe shall be redeemedאִישׁa manמִמַּעַשְׂרוֹany of his titheחֲמִשִׁיתוֹits fifthיֹסֵףmay he addעָלָיו׃upon him

    And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

  32. 32

    וְכׇל־מַעְשַׂרand all the tithe ofבָּקָרthe herdוָצֹאןand the flockכֹּלallאֲשֶׁר־יַעֲבֹרwhich passesתַּחַתunderהַשָּׁבֶטthe rodהָעֲשִׂירִיthe tenthיִהְיֶה־קֹּדֶשׁhe shall be a holy thingלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

    And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

  33. 33

    לֹאnotיְבַקֵּרhe shall searchבֵּין־טוֹבbetween goodלָרַעevilוְלֹאand notיְמִירֶנּוּhe will exchange itוְאִם־הָמֵרand if indeedיְמִירֶנּוּhe will exchange itוְהָיָה־הוּאand it shall beוּתְמוּרָתוֹand its substituteיִהְיֶה־קֹּדֶשׁhe shall be a holy thingלֹאnotיִגָּאֵל׃he shall be redeemed

    He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

  34. 34

    אֵלֶּהtheseהַמִּצְוֺתthe commandmentsאֲשֶׁרwhichצִוָּהcommandedיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶת־מֹשֶׁהMosesאֶל־בְּנֵיunto the sons ofיִשְׂרָאֵלIsraelבְּהַרon the mount ofסִינָי׃Sinai

    These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
