    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

    דַּבֵּרdab/BERspeakאֶל־בְּנֵיel-be/NEto the children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelוְאָמַרְתָּve/a/mar/TAand sayאֲלֵהֶםa/le/HEMto themמוֹעֲדֵיmo/a/DEthe appointed feasts ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֲשֶׁר־תִּקְרְאוּa/SHER-tik/re/Uwhich you shall proclaimאֹתָםo/TAMthemמִקְרָאֵיmik/ra/Econvocations ofקֹדֶשׁKO/deshholinessאֵלֶּהEL/letheseהֵםhemthey areמוֹעֲדָי׃mo/a/DAYmy appointed feasts

    Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.

    שֵׁשֶׁתSHE/shetsixיָמִיםya/MIMdaysתֵּעָשֶׂהte/a/SEshall be doneמְלָאכָהme/la/KHAworkוּבַיּוֹםu/vay/YOMand on the dayהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhשַׁבַּתshab/BATa sabbath ofשַׁבָּתוֹןshab/ba/TONsolemn restמִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁmik/RA-KO/desha holy convocationכׇּל־מְלָאכָהkol-me/la/KHAany workלֹאlonotתַעֲשׂוּta/a/SUyou shall doשַׁבָּתshab/BATa sabbathהִואhivit isלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDבְּכֹלbe/KHOLin allמוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם׃mosh/vo/te/KHEMyour dwelling places

    Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.

    אֵלֶּהEL/letheseמוֹעֲדֵיmo/a/DEthe appointed feasts ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDמִקְרָאֵיmik/ra/Econvocations ofקֹדֶשׁKO/deshholinessאֲשֶׁר־תִּקְרְאוּa/SHER-tik/re/Uwhich you shall proclaimאֹתָםo/TAMthemבְּמוֹעֲדָם׃be/mo/a/DAMin their seasons

    These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.

    בַּחֹדֶשׁba/CHO/deshin the monthהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstבְּאַרְבָּעָה־עָשָׂרbe/ar/ba/A-a/SARon the fourteenthלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthבֵּיןbenbetweenהָעַרְבָּיִםha/ar/BA/yimthe two eveningsפֶּסַחPE/sachis the passoverלַיהֹוָה׃la-Adonaithe LORD's

    In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD's passover.

    וּבַחֲמִשָּׁה־עָשָׂרu/va/cha/mish/SHA-a/SARand on the fifteenthיוֹםyomdayלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisחַגchagis the feast ofהַמַּצּוֹתham/mats/TSOTthe unleavened breadלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysמַצּוֹתmats/TSOTunleavened breadתֹּאכֵלוּ׃to/KHE/luyou shall eat

    And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.

    בַּיּוֹםbay/YOMon the dayהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstמִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁmik/RA-KO/desha holy convocationיִהְיֶהyih/YEshall beלָכֶםla/KHEMto youכׇּל־מְלֶאכֶתkol-me/LE/khetany work ofעֲבֹדָהa/vo/DAlaborלֹאlonotתַעֲשׂוּ׃ta/a/SUyou shall do

    In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

    וְהִקְרַבְתֶּםve/hik/rav/TEMand you shall offerאִשֶּׁהish/SHEan offering by fireלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysבַּיּוֹםbay/YOMon the dayהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhמִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁmik/RA-KO/desha holy convocationכׇּל־מְלֶאכֶתkol-me/LE/khetany work ofעֲבֹדָהa/vo/DAlaborלֹאlonotתַעֲשׂוּ׃ta/a/SUyou shall do

    But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD seven days: in the seventh day is an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

    דַּבֵּרdab/BERspeakאֶל־בְּנֵיel-be/NEto the children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelוְאָמַרְתָּve/a/mar/TAand sayאֲלֵהֶםa/le/HEMto themכִּי־תָבֹאוּki-ta/VO/uwhen you comeאֶל־הָאָרֶץel-ha/A/retsinto the landאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichאֲנִיa/NIIנֹתֵןno/TENgiveלָכֶםla/KHEMto youוּקְצַרְתֶּםu/ke/tsar/TEMand shall reapאֶת־קְצִירָהּet-ke/tsi/RAits harvestוַהֲבֵאתֶםva/ha/ve/TEMthen you shall bringאֶת־עֹמֶרet-O/mera sheaf ofרֵאשִׁיתre/SHITthe first ofקְצִירְכֶםke/tsi/re/KHEMyour harvestאֶל־הַכֹּהֵן׃el-hak/ko/HENto the priest

    Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:

    וְהֵנִיףve/he/NIFand he shall waveאֶת־הָעֹמֶרet-ha/O/merthe sheafלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלִרְצֹנְכֶםlir/tson/KHEMfor your acceptanceמִמׇּחֳרַתmim/mo/cho/RATon the day afterהַשַּׁבָּתhash/shab/BATthe sabbathיְנִיפֶנּוּye/ni/FEN/nuhe shall wave itהַכֹּהֵן׃hak/ko/HENthe priest

    And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

    וַעֲשִׂיתֶםva/a/si/TEMand you shall offerבְּיוֹםbe/YOMon the dayהֲנִיפְכֶםha/ni/fe/KHEMyou waveאֶת־הָעֹמֶרet-ha/O/merthe sheafכֶּבֶשׂKE/vesa lambתָּמִיםta/MIMwithout blemishבֶּן־שְׁנָתוֹben-she/na/TOa year oldלְעֹלָהle/o/LAfor a burnt offeringלַיהֹוָה׃la-Adonaito the LORD

    And ye shall offer that day when ye wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering unto the LORD.

    וּמִנְחָתוֹu/min/cha/TOand its grain offeringשְׁנֵיshe/NEtwoעֶשְׂרֹנִיםes/ro/NIMtenthsסֹלֶתSO/letof fine flourבְּלוּלָהbe/lu/LAmixedבַשֶּׁמֶןvash/SHE/menwith oilאִשֶּׁהish/SHEan offering by fireלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDרֵיחַRE/acharoma ofנִיחֹחַni/CHO/achsoothingוְנִסְכֹּהve/nis/KOand its drink offeringיַיִןYA/yinof wineרְבִיעִתre/vi/ITa fourth ofהַהִין׃ha/HINthe hin

    And the meat offering thereof shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD for a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of an hin.

    וְלֶחֶםve/LE/chemand breadוְקָלִיve/ka/LIand parched grainוְכַרְמֶלve/khar/MELand new grainלֹאlonotתֹאכְלוּto/khe/LUyou shall eatעַד־עֶצֶםad-E/tsemuntil the selfsameהַיּוֹםhay/YOMdayהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisעַדaduntilהֲבִיאֲכֶםha/vi/a/KHEMyou have broughtאֶת־קׇרְבַּןet-kor/BANthe offering ofאֱלֹהֵיכֶםe/lo/he/KHEMyour Godחֻקַּתchuk/KATa statuteעוֹלָםo/LAMfor everלְדֹרֹתֵיכֶםle/do/ro/te/KHEMfor your generationsבְּכֹלbe/KHOLin allמֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם׃mosh/vo/te/KHEMyour dwelling places

    And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

    וּסְפַרְתֶּםu/se/far/TEMand you shall countלָכֶםla/KHEMfor yourselvesמִמׇּחֳרַתmim/mo/cho/RATfrom the day afterהַשַּׁבָּתhash/shab/BATthe sabbathמִיּוֹםmiy/YOMfrom the dayהֲבִיאֲכֶםha/vi/a/KHEMthat you broughtאֶת־עֹמֶרet-O/merthe sheaf ofהַתְּנוּפָהhat/te/nu/FAthe wave offeringשֶׁבַעSHE/vasevenשַׁבָּתוֹתshab/ba/TOTsabbathsתְּמִימֹתte/mi/MOTcompleteתִּהְיֶינָה׃tih/YE/nathey shall be

    And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:

    עַדaduntilמִמׇּחֳרַתmim/mo/cho/RATthe day afterהַשַּׁבָּתhash/shab/BATthe sabbathהַשְּׁבִיעִתhash/she/vi/ITseventhתִּסְפְּרוּtis/pe/RUyou shall countחֲמִשִּׁיםcha/mish/SHIMfiftyיוֹםyomdaysוְהִקְרַבְתֶּםve/hik/rav/TEMand you shall offerמִנְחָהmin/CHAa grain offeringחֲדָשָׁהcha/da/SHAnewלַיהֹוָה׃la-Adonaito the LORD

    Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.

  17. 17

    מִמּוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶםmim/mosh/vo/te/KHEMout of your dwellingsתָּבִיאּוּta/VI/uyou shall bringלֶחֶםLE/chemloaves ofתְּנוּפָהte/nu/FAwavingשְׁתַּיִםSHTA/yimtwoשְׁנֵיshe/NEof twoעֶשְׂרֹנִיםes/ro/NIMtenthsסֹלֶתSO/letof fine flourתִּהְיֶינָהtih/YE/nathey shall beחָמֵץcha/METSwith leavenתֵּאָפֶינָהte/a/FE/nathey shall be bakedבִּכּוּרִיםbik/ku/RIMfirst fruitsלַיהֹוָה׃la-Adonaito the LORD

    Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals: they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baken with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto the LORD.

    וְהִקְרַבְתֶּםve/hik/rav/TEMand you shall offerעַל־הַלֶּחֶםal-hal/LE/chemwith the breadשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenכְּבָשִׂיםke/va/SIMlambsתְּמִימִםte/mi/MIMwithout blemishבְּנֵיbe/NEagedשָׁנָהsha/NAa yearוּפַרu/FARand a bullבֶּן־בָּקָרben-ba/KARyoung of the herdאֶחָדe/CHADoneוְאֵילִםve/e/LIMand ramsשְׁנָיִםshe/NA/yimtwoיִהְיוּyih/YUthey shall beעֹלָהo/LAa burnt offeringלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDוּמִנְחָתָםu/min/cha/TAMand their grain offeringוְנִסְכֵּיהֶםve/nis/ke/HEMand their drink offeringsאִשֵּׁהish/SHEan offering by fireרֵיחַ־נִיחֹחַRE/ach-ni/CHO/acha soothing aromaלַיהֹוָה׃la-Adonaito the LORD

    And ye shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be for a burnt offering unto the LORD, with their meat offering, and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of sweet savour unto the LORD.

    וַעֲשִׂיתֶםva/a/si/TEMthen you shall offerשְׂעִיר־עִזִּיםse/IR-iz/ZIMa male goatאֶחָדe/CHADoneלְחַטָּאתle/chat/TATfor a sin offeringוּשְׁנֵיu/she/NEand twoכְבָשִׂיםkhe/va/SIMlambsבְּנֵיbe/NEagedשָׁנָהsha/NAa yearלְזֶבַחle/ZE/vachfor a sacrifice ofשְׁלָמִים׃she/la/MIMpeace offerings

    Then ye shall sacrifice one kid of the goats for a sin offering, and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace offerings.

  20. 20

    וְהֵנִיףve/he/NIFand shall waveהַכֹּהֵןhak/ko/HENthe priestאֹתָםo/TAMthemעַלalwithלֶחֶםLE/chemthe bread ofהַבִּכֻּרִיםhab/bik/ku/RIMthe first fruitsתְּנוּפָהte/nu/FAas a wave offeringלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDעַל־שְׁנֵיal-she/NEwith the twoכְּבָשִׂיםke/va/SIMlambsקֹדֶשׁKO/deshholyיִהְיוּyih/YUthey shall beלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDלַכֹּהֵן׃lak/ko/HENfor the priest

    And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering before the LORD, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to the LORD for the priest.

    וּקְרָאתֶםu/ke/ra/TEMand you shall proclaimבְּעֶצֶםbe/E/tsemon the selfsameהַיּוֹםhay/YOMdayהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisמִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁmik/RA-KO/desha holy convocationיִהְיֶהyih/YEshall beלָכֶםla/KHEMto youכׇּל־מְלֶאכֶתkol-me/LE/khetany work ofעֲבֹדָהa/vo/DAlaborלֹאlonotתַעֲשׂוּta/a/SUyou shall doחֻקַּתchuk/KATa statuteעוֹלָםo/LAMfor everבְּכׇל־מוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶםbe/KHOL-mosh/vo/te/KHEMin all your dwelling placesלְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם׃le/do/ro/te/KHEMfor your generations

    And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

    וּבְקֻצְרְכֶםu/ve/kuts/re/KHEMand when you harvestאֶת־קְצִירet-ke/TSIRthe harvest ofאַרְצְכֶםar/tse/KHEMyour landלֹא־תְכַלֶּהlo-te/khal/LEyou shall not wholly reapפְּאַתpe/ATthe corner ofשָׂדְךָsa/de/KHAyour fieldבְּקֻצְרֶךָbe/kuts/RE/khawhen you reapוְלֶקֶטve/LE/ketand the gleanings ofקְצִירְךָke/tsi/re/KHAyour harvestלֹאlonotתְלַקֵּטte/lak/KETyou shall gatherלֶעָנִיle/a/NIfor the poorוְלַגֵּרve/lag/GERand for the strangerתַּעֲזֹבta/a/ZOVyou shall leaveאֹתָםo/TAMthemאֲנִיa/NII amיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃e/lo/he/KHEMyour God

    And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the LORD your God.

    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

  24. 24

    דַּבֵּרdab/BERspeakאֶל־בְּנֵיel-be/NEto the children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingבַּחֹדֶשׁba/CHO/deshin the monthהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhבְּאֶחָדbe/e/CHADon the firstלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthיִהְיֶהyih/YEshall beלָכֶםla/KHEMto youשַׁבָּתוֹןshab/ba/TONa solemn restזִכְרוֹןzikh/RONa memorial ofתְּרוּעָהte/ru/Ablowing of trumpetsמִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁ׃mik/RA-KO/desha holy convocation

    Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

    כׇּל־מְלֶאכֶתkol-me/LE/khetany work ofעֲבֹדָהa/vo/DAlaborלֹאlonotתַעֲשׂוּta/a/SUyou shall doוְהִקְרַבְתֶּםve/hik/rav/TEMand you shall offerאִשֶּׁהish/SHEan offering by fireלַיהֹוָה׃la-Adonaito the LORD

    Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

    וַיְדַבֵּרvay/dab/BERand spokeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesלֵּאמֹר׃le/MORsaying

    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

  27. 27

    אַךְakhbutבֶּעָשׂוֹרbe/a/SORon the tenthלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisיוֹםyomthe day ofהַכִּפֻּרִיםhak/kip/pu/RIMatonementהוּאhuit isמִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁmik/RA-KO/desha holy convocationיִהְיֶהyih/YEshall beלָכֶםla/KHEMto youוְעִנִּיתֶםve/in/ni/TEMand you shall afflictאֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶםet-naf/sho/te/KHEMyour soulsוְהִקְרַבְתֶּםve/hik/rav/TEMand you shall offerאִשֶּׁהish/SHEan offering by fireלַיהֹוָה׃la-Adonaito the LORD

    Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

    וְכׇל־מְלָאכָהve/KHOL-me/la/KHAand any workלֹאlonotתַעֲשׂוּta/a/SUyou shall doבְּעֶצֶםbe/E/tsemon the selfsameהַיּוֹםhay/YOMdayהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisכִּיkiforיוֹםyoma day ofכִּפֻּרִיםkip/pu/RIMatonementהוּאhuit isלְכַפֵּרle/khap/PERto make atonementעֲלֵיכֶםa/le/KHEMfor youלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃e/lo/he/KHEMyour God

    And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.

    כִּיkiforכׇל־הַנֶּפֶשׁkhol-han/NE/feshwhatever soulאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatלֹא־תְעֻנֶּהlo-te/un/NEis not afflictedבְּעֶצֶםbe/E/tsemon the selfsameהַיּוֹםhay/YOMdayהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisוְנִכְרְתָהve/nikh/re/TAand shall be cut offמֵעַמֶּיהָ׃me/am/ME/hafrom its people

    For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.

  30. 30

    וְכׇל־הַנֶּפֶשׁve/KHOL-han/NE/feshand whatever soulאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatתַּעֲשֶׂהta/a/SEdoesכׇּל־מְלָאכָהkol-me/la/KHAany workבְּעֶצֶםbe/E/tsemon the selfsameהַיּוֹםhay/YOMdayהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisוְהַאֲבַדְתִּיve/ha/a/vad/TIand I will destroyאֶת־הַנֶּפֶשׁet-han/NE/feshthe soulהַהִואha/HIVthatמִקֶּרֶבmik/KE/revfrom amongעַמָּהּ׃am/MAits people

    And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.

    כׇּל־מְלָאכָהkol-me/la/KHAany workלֹאlonotתַעֲשׂוּta/a/SUyou shall doחֻקַּתchuk/KATa statuteעוֹלָםo/LAMfor everלְדֹרֹתֵיכֶםle/do/ro/te/KHEMfor your generationsבְּכֹלbe/KHOLin allמֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם׃mosh/vo/te/KHEMyour dwelling places

    Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

    שַׁבַּתshab/BATa sabbath ofשַׁבָּתוֹןshab/ba/TONsolemn restהוּאhuit isלָכֶםla/KHEMto youוְעִנִּיתֶםve/in/ni/TEMand you shall afflictאֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶםet-naf/sho/te/KHEMyour soulsבְּתִשְׁעָהbe/tish/Aon the ninthלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthבָּעֶרֶבba/E/revat eveningמֵעֶרֶבme/E/revfrom eveningעַד־עֶרֶבad-E/revuntil eveningתִּשְׁבְּתוּtish/be/TUyou shall restשַׁבַּתְּכֶם׃shab/bat/te/KHEMyour sabbath

    It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.

    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

    דַּבֵּרdab/BERspeakאֶל־בְּנֵיel-be/NEto the children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingבַּחֲמִשָּׁה־עָשָׂרba/cha/mish/SHA-a/SARon the fifteenthיוֹםyomdayלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisחַגchagthe feast ofהַסֻּכּוֹתhas/suk/KOTboothsשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysלַיהֹוָה׃la-Adonaito the LORD

    Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the LORD.

    בַּיּוֹםbay/YOMon the dayהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstמִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁmik/RA-KO/desha holy convocationכׇּל־מְלֶאכֶתkol-me/LE/khetany work ofעֲבֹדָהa/vo/DAlaborלֹאlonotתַעֲשׂוּ׃ta/a/SUyou shall do

    On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

    שִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysתַּקְרִיבוּtak/RI/vuyou shall offerאִשֶּׁהish/SHEan offering by fireלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDבַּיּוֹםbay/YOMon the dayהַשְּׁמִינִיhash/she/mi/NIthe eighthמִקְרָא־קֹדֶשׁmik/RA-KO/desha holy convocationיִהְיֶהyih/YEshall beלָכֶםla/KHEMto youוְהִקְרַבְתֶּםve/hik/rav/TEMand you shall offerאִשֶּׁהish/SHEan offering by fireלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDעֲצֶרֶתa/TSE/reta solemn assemblyהִואhivit isכׇּל־מְלֶאכֶתkol-me/LE/khetany work ofעֲבֹדָהa/vo/DAlaborלֹאlonotתַעֲשׂוּ׃ta/a/SUyou shall do

    Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein.

    אֵלֶּהEL/letheseמוֹעֲדֵיmo/a/DEthe appointed feasts ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֲשֶׁר־תִּקְרְאוּa/SHER-tik/re/Uwhich you shall proclaimאֹתָםo/TAMthemמִקְרָאֵיmik/ra/Econvocations ofקֹדֶשׁKO/deshholinessלְהַקְרִיבle/hak/RIVto offerאִשֶּׁהish/SHEan offering by fireלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDעֹלָהo/LAa burnt offeringוּמִנְחָהu/min/CHAand a grain offeringזֶבַחZE/vacha sacrificeוּנְסָכִיםu/ne/sa/KHIMand drink offeringsדְּבַר־יוֹםde/VAR-yomthe day's portionבְּיוֹמוֹ׃be/yo/MOon its day

    These are the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day:

    מִלְּבַדmil/le/VADbesidesשַׁבְּתֹתshab/be/TOTthe sabbaths ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDוּמִלְּבַדu/mil/le/VADand besidesמַתְּנוֹתֵיכֶםmat/te/no/te/KHEMyour giftsוּמִלְּבַדu/mil/le/VADand besidesכׇּל־נִדְרֵיכֶםkol-nid/re/KHEMall your vowsוּמִלְּבַדu/mil/le/VADand besidesכׇּל־נִדְבֹתֵיכֶםkol-nid/vo/te/KHEMall your freewill offeringsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichתִּתְּנוּtit/te/NUyou shall giveלַיהֹוָה׃la-Adonaito the LORD

    Beside the sabbaths of the LORD, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto the LORD.

    אַךְakhbutבַּחֲמִשָּׁה־עָשָׂרba/cha/mish/SHA-a/SARon the fifteenthיוֹםyomdayלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhבְּאׇסְפְּכֶםbe/os/pe/KHEMwhen you have gathered inאֶת־תְּבוּאַתet-te/vu/ATthe produce ofהָאָרֶץha/A/retsthe landתָּחֹגּוּta/CHOG/guyou shall keepאֶת־חַג־יְהֹוָהet-chag-Adonaithe feast of the LORDשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysבַּיּוֹםbay/YOMon the dayהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstשַׁבָּתוֹןshab/ba/TONa solemn restוּבַיּוֹםu/vay/YOMand on the dayהַשְּׁמִינִיhash/she/mi/NIthe eighthשַׁבָּתוֹן׃shab/ba/TONa solemn rest

    Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath.

    וּלְקַחְתֶּםu/le/kach/TEMand you shall takeלָכֶםla/KHEMfor yourselvesבַּיּוֹםbay/YOMon the dayהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstפְּרִיpe/RIthe fruit ofעֵץetstreesהָדָרha/DARgoodlyכַּפֹּתkap/POTbranches ofתְּמָרִיםte/ma/RIMpalm treesוַעֲנַףva/a/NAFand boughs ofעֵץ־עָבֹתets-a/VOTleafy treesוְעַרְבֵי־נָחַלve/ar/VE-NA/chaland willows of the brookוּשְׂמַחְתֶּםu/se/mach/TEMand you shall rejoiceלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיכֶםe/lo/he/KHEMyour Godשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִים׃ya/MIMdays

    And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.

  41. 41

    וְחַגֹּתֶםve/chag/go/TEMand you shall keepאֹתוֹo/TOitחַגchaga feastלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysבַּשָּׁנָהbash/sha/NAin the yearחֻקַּתchuk/KATa statuteעוֹלָםo/LAMfor everלְדֹרֹתֵיכֶםle/do/ro/te/KHEMfor your generationsבַּחֹדֶשׁba/CHO/deshin the monthהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhתָּחֹגּוּta/CHOG/guyou shall keepאֹתוֹ׃o/TOit

    And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.

  42. 42

    בַּסֻּכֹּתbas/suk/KOTin boothsתֵּשְׁבוּtesh/VUyou shall dwellשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysכׇּל־הָאֶזְרָחkol-ha/ez/RACHall the nativeבְּיִשְׂרָאֵלbe/Yis/ra/ELin Israelיֵשְׁבוּyesh/VUshall dwellבַּסֻּכֹּת׃bas/suk/KOTin booths

    Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:

    לְמַעַןle/MA/anthatיֵדְעוּyed/Umay knowדֹרֹתֵיכֶםdo/ro/te/KHEMyour generationsכִּיkithatבַסֻּכּוֹתvas/suk/KOTin boothsהוֹשַׁבְתִּיho/SHAV/tiI made dwellאֶת־בְּנֵיet-be/NEthe children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelבְּהוֹצִיאִיbe/ho/tsi/Iwhen I brought outאוֹתָםo/TAMthemמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsout of the land ofמִצְרָיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptאֲנִיa/NII amיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃e/lo/he/KHEMyour God

    That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

  44. 44

    וַיְדַבֵּרvay/dab/BERand declaredמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesאֶת־מֹעֲדֵיet-mo/a/DEthe appointed feasts ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־בְּנֵיel-be/NEto the children ofיִשְׂרָאֵל׃Yis/ra/ELIsrael

    And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of the LORD.
