Leviticus 2 וַיִּקְרָא פרק ב׳

1. 1

   וְנֶפֶשׁand a soulכִּי־תַקְרִיבwhen it offersקׇרְבַּןan offering ofמִנְחָהa grain offeringלַיהֹוָהto the LORDסֹלֶתfine flourיִהְיֶהshall beקׇרְבָּנוֹhis offeringוְיָצַקand he will pourעָלֶיהָupon itשֶׁמֶןoilוְנָתַןand he shall putעָלֶיהָupon itלְבֹנָה׃frankincense

   And when any will offer a meat offering unto the LORD, his offering shall be of fine flour; and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense thereon:

   וֶהֱבִיאָהּand he will bring itאֶל־בְּנֵיunto the sons ofאַהֲרֹןAaronהַכֹּהֲנִיםthe priestsוְקָמַץand he will take a handfulמִשָּׁםfrom thereמְלֹאfullness ofקֻמְצוֹhis handfulמִסׇּלְתָּהּfrom its fine flourוּמִשַּׁמְנָהּand of its oilעַלuponכׇּל־לְבֹנָתָהּall its frankincenseוְהִקְטִירand shall burnהַכֹּהֵןthe priestאֶת־אַזְכָּרָתָהּits memorial offeringהַמִּזְבֵּחָהon the altarאִשֵּׁהa fire offeringרֵיחַaroma ofנִיחֹחַsoothingלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

   And he shall bring it to Aaron's sons the priests: and he shall take thereout his handful of the flour thereof, and of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof; and the priest shall burn the memorial of it upon the altar, to be an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD:

3. 3

   וְהַנּוֹתֶרֶתand the remainderמִן־הַמִּנְחָהfrom the grain offeringלְאַהֲרֹןto Aaronוּלְבָנָיוand for his sonsקֹדֶשׁholyקׇדָשִׁיםof holiesמֵאִשֵּׁיfrom the fire offerings ofיְהֹוָה׃the LORD

   And the remnant of the meat offering shall be Aaron's and his sons': it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.

4. 4

   וְכִיand whenתַקְרִבyou offerקׇרְבַּןan offering ofמִנְחָהa grain offeringמַאֲפֵהa baked item ofתַנּוּרan ovenסֹלֶתfine flourחַלּוֹתcakes ofמַצֹּתunleavened breadבְּלוּלֹתmixedבַּשֶּׁמֶןwith the oilוּרְקִיקֵיand wafers ofמַצּוֹתunleavened breadמְשֻׁחִיםanointedבַּשָּׁמֶן׃with the oil

   And if thou bring an oblation of a meat offering baken in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.

5. 5

   וְאִם־מִנְחָהand if a grain offeringעַל־הַמַּחֲבַתupon the baking trayקׇרְבָּנֶךָyour offeringסֹלֶתfine flourבְּלוּלָהmixedבַשֶּׁמֶןwith the oilמַצָּהunleavened breadתִהְיֶה׃it shall be

   And if thy oblation be a meat offering baken in a pan, it shall be of fine flour unleavened, mingled with oil.

6. 6

   פָּתוֹתcrumblingאֹתָהּitפִּתִּיםcrumbsוְיָצַקְתָּand you shall pourעָלֶיהָupon itשָׁמֶןoilמִנְחָהa grain offeringהִוא׃it is

   Thou shalt part it in pieces, and pour oil thereon: it is a meat offering.

7. 7

   וְאִם־מִנְחַתand if grain offering ofמַרְחֶשֶׁתa baking panקׇרְבָּנֶךָyour offeringסֹלֶתfine flourבַּשֶּׁמֶןwith the oilתֵּעָשֶׂה׃it shall be made

   And if thy oblation be a meat offering baken in the fryingpan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.

8. 8

   וְהֵבֵאתָand you will bringאֶת־הַמִּנְחָהthe grain offeringאֲשֶׁרwhichיֵעָשֶׂהshall be doneמֵאֵלֶּהof theseלַיהֹוָהto the LORDוְהִקְרִיבָהּand he will present itאֶל־הַכֹּהֵןto the priestוְהִגִּישָׁהּand he will bring near itאֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ׃to the altar

   And thou shalt bring the meat offering that is made of these things unto the LORD: and when it is presented unto the priest, he shall bring it unto the altar.

9. 9

   וְהֵרִיםand he will lift upהַכֹּהֵןthe priestמִן־הַמִּנְחָהfrom the grain offeringאֶת־אַזְכָּרָתָהּits memorial offeringוְהִקְטִירand shall burnהַמִּזְבֵּחָהon the altarאִשֵּׁהa fire offeringרֵיחַaroma ofנִיחֹחַsoothingלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

   And the priest shall take from the meat offering a memorial thereof, and shall burn it upon the altar: it is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

10. 10

    וְהַנּוֹתֶרֶתand the remainderמִן־הַמִּנְחָהfrom the grain offeringלְאַהֲרֹןto Aaronוּלְבָנָיוand for his sonsקֹדֶשׁholyקׇדָשִׁיםof holiesמֵאִשֵּׁיfrom the fire offerings ofיְהֹוָה׃the LORD

    And that which is left of the meat offering shall be Aaron's and his sons': it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.

11. 11

    כׇּל־הַמִּנְחָהall the grain offeringאֲשֶׁרwhichתַּקְרִיבוּyou will presentלַיהֹוָהto the LORDלֹאnotתֵעָשֶׂהit shall be madeחָמֵץleavenedכִּיforכׇל־שְׂאֹרall leavenוְכׇל־דְּבַשׁand all honeyלֹא־תַקְטִירוּnot you shall burnמִמֶּנּוּfrom itאִשֶּׁהa fire offeringלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

    No meat offering, which ye shall bring unto the LORD, shall be made with leaven: for ye shall burn no leaven, nor any honey, in any offering of the LORD made by fire.

12. 12

    קׇרְבַּןofferingרֵאשִׁיתthe beginning ofתַּקְרִיבוּyou will presentאֹתָםthemלַיהֹוָהto the LORDוְאֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַand the altarלֹא־יַעֲלוּnot they shall go upלְרֵיחַto an aroma ofנִיחֹחַ׃soothing

    As for the oblation of the firstfruits, ye shall offer them unto the LORD: but they shall not be burnt on the altar for a sweet savour.

13. 13

    וְכׇל־קׇרְבַּןand every offering ofמִנְחָתְךָyour grain offeringבַּמֶּלַחwith the saltתִּמְלָחyou will saltוְלֹאand notתַשְׁבִּיתyou shall let be lackingמֶלַחsaltבְּרִיתcovenant ofאֱלֹהֶיךָyour Godמֵעַלfrom uponמִנְחָתֶךָyour grain offeringעַלuponכׇּל־קׇרְבָּנְךָevery your offeringתַּקְרִיבyou will bring nearמֶלַח׃salt

    And every oblation of thy meat offering shalt thou season with salt; neither shalt thou suffer the salt of the covenant of thy God to be lacking from thy meat offering: with all thine offerings thou shalt offer salt.

14. 14

    וְאִם־תַּקְרִיבand if you will bring nearמִנְחַתthe grain offering ofבִּכּוּרִיםthe firstfruitsלַיהֹוָהto the LORDאָבִיבyoung barley earsקָלוּיroastedבָּאֵשׁby fireגֶּרֶשׂgroats ofכַּרְמֶלfresh grainתַּקְרִיבyou will bring nearאֵת־מִנְחַתthe grain offering ofבִּכּוּרֶיךָ׃your first fruits

    And if thou offer a meat offering of thy firstfruits unto the LORD, thou shalt offer for the meat offering of thy firstfruits green ears of corn dried by the fire, even corn beaten out of full ears.

15. 15

    וְנָתַתָּand you shall putעָלֶיהָupon itשֶׁמֶןoilוְשַׂמְתָּand you will putעָלֶיהָupon itלְבֹנָהfrankincenseמִנְחָהa grain offeringהִוא׃it is

    And thou shalt put oil upon it, and lay frankincense thereon: it is a meat offering.

16. 16

    וְהִקְטִירand shall burnהַכֹּהֵןthe priestאֶת־אַזְכָּרָתָהּits memorial offeringמִגִּרְשָׂהּfrom its groatsוּמִשַּׁמְנָהּand of its oilעַלuponכׇּל־לְבֹנָתָהּall its frankincenseאִשֶּׁהa fire offeringלַיהֹוָה׃to the LORD

    And the priest shall burn the memorial of it, part of the beaten corn thereof, and part of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof: it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
