Leviticus 12 וַיִּקְרָא פרק י״ב

   וַיְדַבֵּרvay/dab/BERand spokeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesלֵּאמֹר׃le/MORsaying

   And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

   דַּבֵּרdab/BERspeakאֶל־בְּנֵיel-be/NEto the children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingאִשָּׁהish/SHAa womanכִּיkiifתַזְרִיעַtaz/RI/ashe conceivesוְיָלְדָהve/ya/le/DAand bearsזָכָרza/KHARa maleוְטָמְאָהve/ta/me/Athen she shall be uncleanשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysכִּימֵיki/MEas in the days ofנִדַּתnid/DATthe separation ofדְּוֺתָהּde/vo/TAher infirmityתִּטְמָא׃tit/MAshe shall be unclean

   Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean.

   וּבַיּוֹםu/vay/YOMand on the dayהַשְּׁמִינִיhash/she/mi/NIthe eighthיִמּוֹלyim/MOLshall be circumcisedבְּשַׂרbe/SARthe flesh ofעׇרְלָתוֹ׃or/la/TOhis foreskin

   And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.

   וּשְׁלֹשִׁיםu/she/lo/SHIMand thirtyיוֹםyomdaysוּשְׁלֹשֶׁתu/she/LO/shetand threeיָמִיםya/MIMdaysתֵּשֵׁבte/SHEVshe shall continueבִּדְמֵיbid/MEin the blood ofטׇהֳרָהֿto/ho/RAher purificationבְּכׇל־קֹדֶשׁbe/KHOL-KO/deshany holy thingלֹא־תִגָּעlo-tig/GAshe shall not touchוְאֶל־הַמִּקְדָּשׁve/EL-ham/mik/DASHand into the sanctuaryלֹאlonotתָבֹאta/VOshe shall comeעַד־מְלֹאתad-me/LOTuntil are completedיְמֵיye/MEthe days ofטׇהֳרָהּ׃to/ho/RAher purification

   And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled.

   וְאִם־נְקֵבָהve/IM-ne/ke/VAand if a femaleתֵלֵדte/LEDshe bearsוְטָמְאָהve/ta/me/Athen she shall be uncleanשְׁבֻעַיִםshe/vu/A/yimtwo weeksכְּנִדָּתָהּke/nid/da/TAas in her separationוְשִׁשִּׁיםve/shish/SHIMand sixtyיוֹםyomdaysוְשֵׁשֶׁתve/SHE/shetand sixיָמִיםya/MIMdaysתֵּשֵׁבte/SHEVshe shall continueעַל־דְּמֵיal-de/MEin the blood ofטׇהֳרָהֿ׃to/ho/RAher purification

   But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days.

   וּבִמְלֹאתu/vim/LOTand when are completedיְמֵיye/MEthe days ofטׇהֳרָהּto/ho/RAher purificationלְבֵןle/VENfor a sonאוֹoorלְבַתle/VATfor a daughterתָּבִיאta/VIshe shall bringכֶּבֶשׂKE/vesa lambבֶּן־שְׁנָתוֹben-she/na/TOa year oldלְעֹלָהle/o/LAfor a burnt offeringוּבֶן־יוֹנָהu/VEN-yo/NAand a young pigeonאוֹ־תֹרo-toror a turtledoveלְחַטָּאתle/chat/TATfor a sin offeringאֶל־פֶּתַחel-PE/tachto the door ofאֹהֶל־מוֹעֵדO/hel-mo/EDthe tent of meetingאֶל־הַכֹּהֵן׃el-hak/ko/HENto the priest

   And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest:

   וְהִקְרִיבוֹve/hik/ri/VOand he shall offer itלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDוְכִפֶּרve/khip/PERand he shall make atonementעָלֶיהָa/LE/hafor herוְטָהֲרָהֿve/ta/ha/RAand she shall be cleanמִמְּקֹרmim/me/KORfrom the source ofדָּמֶיהָda/ME/haher bloodזֹאתzotthisתּוֹרַתto/RATthe law ofהַיֹּלֶדֶתhay/yo/LE/dether who has borneלַזָּכָרlaz/za/KHARa maleאוֹoorלַנְּקֵבָה׃lan/ne/ke/VAa female

   Who shall offer it before the LORD, and make an atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the issue of her blood. This is the law for her that hath born a male or a female.

8. 8

   וְאִם־לֹאve/IM-loand if notתִמְצָאtim/TSAfindsיָדָהּya/DAher handדֵּיdeenough forשֶׂהsea lambוְלָקְחָהve/la/ke/CHAthen she shall takeשְׁתֵּי־תֹרִיםshte-to/RIMtwo turtledovesאוֹoorשְׁנֵיshe/NEtwoבְּנֵיbe/NEyoungיוֹנָהyo/NApigeonsאֶחָדe/CHADoneלְעֹלָהle/o/LAfor a burnt offeringוְאֶחָדve/e/CHADand oneלְחַטָּאתle/chat/TATfor a sin offeringוְכִפֶּרve/khip/PERand he shall make atonementעָלֶיהָa/LE/hafor herהַכֹּהֵןhak/ko/HENthe priestוְטָהֵרָה׃ve/ta/HE/raand she shall be clean

   And if she be not able to bring a lamb, then she shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons; the one for the burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for her, and she shall be clean.
