   Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

   בֶּן־אָדָםben-a/DAMson of manשִׂיםsimsetפָּנֶיךָpa/NE/khayour faceדֶּרֶךְDE/rekhtowardתֵּימָנָהte/MA/nathe southוְהַטֵּףve/hat/TEFand drop your wordאֶל־דָּרוֹםel-da/ROMtoward the southוְהִנָּבֵאve/hin/na/VEand prophesyאֶל־יַעַרel-YA/aragainst the forest ofהַשָּׂדֶהhas/sa/DEthe field ofנֶגֶב׃NE/gevthe south

   Son of man, set thy face toward the south, and drop thy word toward the south, and prophesy against the forest of the south field;

   וְאָמַרְתָּve/a/mar/TAand sayלְיַעַרle/YA/arto the forest ofהַנֶּגֶבhan/NE/gevthe southשְׁמַעshe/MAhearדְּבַר־יְהֹוָהde/VAR-Adonaithe word of the LORDכֹּה־אָמַרko-a/MARthus saysאֲדֹנָיa/do/NAYthe LordיֱהֹוִהAdonaiGODהִנְנִיhin/NIbehold Iמַצִּית־בְּךָmats/TSIT-be/KHAwill kindle in youאֵשׁeshfireוְאׇכְלָהve/okh/LAand it shall devourבְךָve/KHAin youכׇל־עֵץ־לַחkhol-ets-lachevery green treeוְכׇל־עֵץve/KHOL-etsand every treeיָבֵשׁya/VESHdryלֹא־תִכְבֶּהlo-tikh/BEshall not be quenchedלַהֶבֶתla/HE/vetthe flameשַׁלְהֶבֶתshal/HE/vetblazingוְנִצְרְבוּ־בָהּve/nits/re/VU-vaand shall be scorched by itכׇּל־פָּנִיםkol-pa/NIMall facesמִנֶּגֶבmin/NE/gevfrom the southצָפוֹנָה׃tsa/FO/nato the north

   And say to the forest of the south, Hear the word of the LORD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will kindle a fire in thee, and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and every dry tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, and all faces from the south to the north shall be burned therein.

   וְרָאוּve/ra/Uand shall seeכׇּל־בָּשָׂרkol-ba/SARall fleshכִּיkithatאֲנִיa/NIIיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבִּעַרְתִּיהָbi/ar/TI/haI have kindled itלֹאlonotתִּכְבֶּה׃tikh/BEit shall be quenched

   And all flesh shall see that I the LORD have kindled it: it shall not be quenched.

   וָאֹמַרva/o/MARand I saidאֲהָהּa/HAalasאֲדֹנָיa/do/NAYO LordיֱהֹוִהAdonaiGODהֵמָּהHEM/matheyאֹמְרִיםom/RIMsayלִיlito meהֲלֹאha/LOis notמְמַשֵּׁלme/mash/SHELa maker ofמְשָׁלִיםme/sha/LIMparablesהוּא׃huhe

   Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! they say of me, Doth he not speak parables?

   וַיְהִיvay/HIand it came to passדְבַר־יְהֹוָהde/VAR-Adonaithe word of the LORDאֵלַיe/LAYto meלֵאמֹר׃le/MORsaying

   And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

   בֶּן־אָדָםben-a/DAMson of manשִׂיםsimsetפָּנֶיךָpa/NE/khayour faceאֶל־יְרוּשָׁלַ͏ִםel-Ye/ru/sha/LA/yimtoward Jerusalemוְהַטֵּףve/hat/TEFand drop your wordאֶל־מִקְדָּשִׁיםel-mik/da/SHIMtoward the holy placesוְהִנָּבֵאve/hin/na/VEand prophesyאֶל־אַדְמַתel-ad/MATagainst the land ofיִשְׂרָאֵל׃Yis/ra/ELIsrael

   Son of man, set thy face toward Jerusalem, and drop thy word toward the holy places, and prophesy against the land of Israel,

   וְאָמַרְתָּve/a/mar/TAand sayלְאַדְמַתle/ad/MATto the land ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelכֹּהkothusאָמַרa/MARsaysיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDהִנְנִיhin/NIbehold Iאֵלַיִךְe/LA/yikhagainst youוְהוֹצֵאתִיve/ho/tse/TIand will drawחַרְבִּיchar/BImy swordמִתַּעְרָהּmit/ta/RAfrom its sheathוְהִכְרַתִּיve/hikh/rat/TIand cut offמִמֵּךְmim/MEKHfrom youצַדִּיקtsad/DIKthe righteousוְרָשָׁע׃ve/ra/SHAand the wicked

   And say to the land of Israel, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth my sword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked.

   יַעַןYA/anbecauseאֲשֶׁר־הִכְרַתִּיa/SHER-hikh/RAT/tithat I will cut offמִמֵּךְmim/MEKHfrom youצַדִּיקtsad/DIKthe righteousוְרָשָׁעve/ra/SHAand the wickedלָכֵןla/KHENthereforeתֵּצֵאte/TSEshall go outחַרְבִּיchar/BImy swordמִתַּעְרָהּmit/ta/RAfrom its sheathאֶל־כׇּל־בָּשָׂרel-kol-ba/SARagainst all fleshמִנֶּגֶבmin/NE/gevfrom the southצָפוֹן׃tsa/FONto the north

   Seeing then that I will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh from the south to the north:

    וְיָדְעוּve/ya/de/Uand they shall knowכׇּל־בָּשָׂרkol-ba/SARall fleshכִּיkithatאֲנִיa/NIIיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDהוֹצֵאתִיho/TSE/tihave drawnחַרְבִּיchar/BImy swordמִתַּעְרָהּmit/ta/RAfrom its sheathלֹאlonotתָשׁוּבta/SHUVit shall returnעוֹד׃odagain

    That all flesh may know that I the LORD have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not return any more.

11. 11

    וְאַתָּהve/at/TAand youבֶן־אָדָםven-a/DAMson of manהֵאָנַחhe/a/NACHsighבְּשִׁבְרוֹןbe/shiv/RONwith the breaking ofמׇתְנַיִםmot/NA/yimloinsוּבִמְרִירוּתu/vim/ri/RUTand with bitternessתֵּאָנַחte/a/NACHsighלְעֵינֵיהֶם׃le/e/ne/HEMbefore their eyes

    Sigh therefore, thou son of man, with the breaking of thy loins; and with bitterness sigh before their eyes.

    וְהָיָהve/ha/YAand it shall beכִּי־יֹאמְרוּki-yo/me/RUwhen they sayאֵלֶיךָe/LE/khato youעַל־מָהal-mawhyאַתָּהat/TAare youנֶאֱנָחne/e/NACHsighingוְאָמַרְתָּve/a/mar/TAthen you shall sayאֶל־שְׁמוּעָהel-she/mu/Abecause of the newsכִי־בָאָהkhi-va/Afor it comesוְנָמֵסve/na/MESand will meltכׇּל־לֵבkol-levevery heartוְרָפוּve/ra/FUand be feebleכׇל־יָדַיִםkhol-ya/DA/yimall handsוְכִהֲתָהve/khi/ha/TAand be faintכׇל־רוּחַkhol-RU/achevery spiritוְכׇל־בִּרְכַּיִםve/KHOL-bir/KA/yimand all kneesתֵּלַכְנָהte/LAKH/nashall goמַּיִםMA/yimwaterהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdבָאָהva/Ait comesוְנִהְיָתָהve/nih/YA/taand it shall be brought to passנְאֻםne/UMsaysאֲדֹנָיa/do/NAYthe Lordיֱהֹוִה׃AdonaiGOD

    And it shall be, when they say unto thee, Wherefore sighest thou? that thou shalt answer, For the tidings; because it cometh: and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak as water: behold, it cometh, and shall be brought to pass, saith the Lord GOD.

    Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

    בֶּן־אָדָםben-a/DAMson of manהִנָּבֵאhin/na/VEprophesyוְאָמַרְתָּve/a/mar/TAand sayכֹּהkothusאָמַרa/MARsaysאֲדֹנָיa/do/NAYthe Lordאֱמֹרe/MORsayחֶרֶבCHE/reva swordחֶרֶבCHE/reva swordהוּחַדָּהhu/CHAD/dais sharpenedוְגַם־מְרוּטָה׃ve/GAM-me/ru/TAand also polished

    Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the LORD; Say, A sword, a sword is sharpened, and also furbished:

15. 15

    לְמַעַןle/MA/antoטְבֹחַte/VO/achto slaughterטֶבַחTE/vacha slaughterהוּחַדָּהhu/CHAD/dait is sharpenedלְמַעַן־הֱיֵה־לָהּle/MA/an-he/YE-lathat it may haveבָּרָקba/RAKa flashמֹרָטָּהmo/RAT/tait is polishedאוֹoorנָשִׂישׂna/SISshall we make mirthשֵׁבֶטSHE/vetthe rod ofבְּנִיbe/NImy sonמֹאֶסֶתmo/E/setdespisesכׇּל־עֵץ׃kol-etsevery tree

    It is sharpened to make a sore slaughter; it is furbished that it may glitter: should we then make mirth? it contemneth the rod of my son, as every tree.

16. 16

    וַיִּתֵּןvay/yit/TENand He has givenאֹתָהּo/TAitלְמׇרְטָהֿle/mor/TAto be polishedלִתְפֹּשׂlit/POSthat it may be handledבַּכָּףbak/KAFin the handהִיא־הוּחַדָּהhi-hu/CHAD/dait is sharpenedחֶרֶבCHE/reva swordוְהִיאve/HIand it isמֹרָטָּהmo/RAT/tapolishedלָתֵתla/TETto putאוֹתָהּo/TAitבְּיַד־הוֹרֵג׃be/YAD-ho/REGinto the hand of the slayer

    And he hath given it to be furbished, that it may be handled: this sword is sharpened, and it is furbished, to give it into the hand of the slayer.

17. 17

    זְעַקze/AKcry outוְהֵילֵלve/he/LELand wailבֶּן־אָדָםben-a/DAMson of manכִּי־הִיאki-hifor itהָיְתָהha/ye/TAisבְעַמִּיve/am/MIagainst my peopleהִיאhiit isבְּכׇל־נְשִׂיאֵיbe/KHOL-ne/si/Eagainst all the princes ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelמְגוּרֵיme/gu/REthrownאֶל־חֶרֶבel-CHE/revto the swordהָיוּha/YUthey areאֶת־עַמִּיet-am/MIwith my peopleלָכֵןla/KHENthereforeסְפֹקse/FOKstrikeאֶל־יָרֵךְ׃el-ya/REKHon the thigh

    Cry and howl, son of man: for it shall be upon my people, it shall be upon all the princes of Israel: terrors by reason of the sword shall be upon my people: smite therefore upon thy thigh.

18. 18

    כִּיkiforבֹחַןVO/chanit is a trialוּמָהu/MAand whatאִם־גַּם־שֵׁבֶטim-gam-SHE/vetif even the rodמֹאֶסֶתmo/E/setdespisesלֹאlonotיִהְיֶהyih/YEit shall beנְאֻםne/UMsaysאֲדֹנָיa/do/NAYthe Lordיֱהֹוִה׃AdonaiGOD

    Because it is a trial, and what if the sword contemn even the rod? it shall be no more, saith the Lord GOD.

19. 19

    וְאַתָּהve/at/TAand youבֶן־אָדָםven-a/DAMson of manהִנָּבֵאhin/na/VEprophesyוְהַךְve/HAKHand strikeכַּףkafhandאֶל־כָּףel-kafagainst handוְתִכָּפֵלve/tik/ka/FELand let be doubledחֶרֶבCHE/revthe swordשְׁלִישִׁתָהshe/li/SHI/tathe third timeחֶרֶבCHE/revthe sword ofחֲלָלִיםcha/la/LIMthe slainהִיאhiit isחֶרֶבCHE/revthe sword ofחָלָלcha/LALthe slainהַגָּדוֹלhag/ga/DOLthe greatהַחֹדֶרֶתha/cho/DE/retthat encompassesלָהֶם׃la/HEMthem

    Thou therefore, son of man, prophesy, and smite thine hands together, and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the slain: it is the sword of the great men that are slain, which entereth into their privy chambers.

20. 20

    לְמַעַןle/MA/anthatלָמוּגla/MUGmay meltלֵבlevthe heartוְהַרְבֵּהve/har/BEand be multipliedהַמִּכְשֹׁלִיםham/mikh/sho/LIMthe stumblingsעַלalatכׇּל־שַׁעֲרֵיהֶםkol-sha/a/re/HEMall their gatesנָתַתִּיna/TAT/tiI have setאִבְחַת־חָרֶבiv/CHAT-CHA/revthe point of the swordאָחachahעֲשׂוּיָהa/su/YAit is madeלְבָרָקle/va/RAKto flashמְעֻטָּהme/ut/TAit is wrapped upלְטָבַח׃le/TA/vachfor slaughter

    I have set the point of the sword against all their gates, that their heart may faint, and their ruins be multiplied: ah! it is made bright, it is wrapped up for the slaughter.

21. 21

    הִתְאַחֲדִיhit/a/cha/DIbe sharpהֵימִנִיhe/MI/nigo to the rightהָשִׂימִיha/SI/miset yourselfהַשְׂמִילִיhas/MI/ligo to the leftאָנָהA/nawhereverפָּנַיִךְpa/NA/yikhyour faceמֻעָדוֹת׃mu/a/DOTis set

    Go thee one way or other, either on the right hand, or on the left, whithersoever thy face is set.

22. 22

    וְגַם־אֲנִיve/GAM-a/NII alsoאַכֶּהak/KEwill strikeכַפִּיkhap/PImy handאֶל־כַּפִּיel-kap/PIagainst my handוַהֲנִיחֹתִיva/ha/ni/CHO/tiand I will cause to restחֲמָתִיcha/ma/TImy furyאֲנִיa/NIIיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDדִּבַּרְתִּי׃dib/BAR/tiI have spoken

    I will also smite mine hands together, and I will cause my fury to rest: I the LORD have said it.

23. 23

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it came to passדְבַר־יְהֹוָהde/VAR-Adonaithe word of the LORDאֵלַיe/LAYto meלֵאמֹר׃le/MORsaying

    The word of the LORD came unto me again, saying,

    וְאַתָּהve/at/TAand youבֶן־אָדָםven-a/DAMson of manשִׂים־לְךָsim-le/KHAappoint for yourselfשְׁנַיִםshe/NA/yimtwoדְּרָכִיםde/ra/KHIMwaysלָבוֹאla/VOfor to comeחֶרֶבCHE/revthe sword ofמֶלֶךְ־בָּבֶלME/lekh-Ba/VELthe king of Babylonמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsout of landאֶחָדe/CHADoneיֵצְאוּyets/Ushall come outשְׁנֵיהֶםshe/ne/HEMbothוְיָדve/YADand a signpostבָּרֵאba/REcarveבְּרֹאשׁbe/ROSHat the head ofדֶּרֶךְ־עִירDE/rekh-irthe way to the cityבָּרֵא׃ba/REcarve

    Also, thou son of man, appoint thee two ways, that the sword of the king of Babylon may come: both twain shall come forth out of one land: and choose thou a place, choose it at the head of the way to the city.

25. 25

    דֶּרֶךְDE/rekha wayתָּשִׂיםta/SIMyou shall appointלָבוֹאla/VOfor to comeחֶרֶבCHE/revthe swordאֵת־רַבַּתet-Rab/BATto Rabbah ofבְּנֵי־עַמּוֹןbe/NE-am/MONthe sons of Ammonוְאֶת־יְהוּדָהve/ET-ye/hu/DAand to Judahבִירוּשָׁלַ͏ִםVi/ru/sha/LA/yimin Jerusalemבְּצוּרָה׃be/tsu/RAthe fortified

    Appoint a way, that the sword may come to Rabbath of the Ammonites, and to Judah in Jerusalem the defenced.

26. 26

    כִּי־עָמַדki-a/MADfor standsמֶלֶךְ־בָּבֶלME/lekh-Ba/VELthe king of Babylonאֶל־אֵםel-emat the parting ofהַדֶּרֶךְhad/DE/rekhthe wayבְּרֹאשׁbe/ROSHat the head ofשְׁנֵיshe/NEtwoהַדְּרָכִיםhad/de/ra/KHIMthe roadsלִקְסׇם־קָסֶםlik/SOM-KA/semto practice divinationקִלְקַלkil/KALhe shakesבַּחִצִּיםba/chits/TSIMwith arrowsשָׁאַלsha/ALhe consultsבַּתְּרָפִיםbat/te/ra/FIMthe teraphimרָאָהra/Ahe looksבַּכָּבֵד׃bak/ka/VEDin the liver

    For the king of Babylon stood at the parting of the way, at the head of the two ways, to use divination: he made his arrows bright, he consulted with images, he looked in the liver.

27. 27

    בִּימִינוֹbi/mi/NOin his right handהָיָהha/YAisהַקֶּסֶםhak/KE/semthe divinationיְרוּשָׁלַ͏ִםYe/ru/sha/LA/yimfor Jerusalemלָשׂוּםla/SUMto setכָּרִיםka/RIMbattering ramsלִפְתֹּחַlif/TO/achto openפֶּהpethe mouthבְּרֶצַחbe/RE/tsachfor slaughterלְהָרִיםle/ha/RIMto lift upקוֹלkolthe voiceבִּתְרוּעָהbit/ru/Awith shoutingלָשׂוּםla/SUMto setכָּרִיםka/RIMbattering ramsעַל־שְׁעָרִיםal-she/a/RIMagainst the gatesלִשְׁפֹּךְlish/POKHto cast upסֹלְלָהsol/LAa moundלִבְנוֹתliv/NOTto buildדָּיֵק׃da/YEKa siege wall

    At his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to appoint captains, to open the mouth in the slaughter, to lift up the voice with shouting, to appoint battering rams against the gates, to cast a mount, and to build a fort.

28. 28

    וְהָיָהve/ha/YAand it shall beלָהֶםla/HEMto them[כִּקְסׇם־]שָׁוְאkik/SOM-shavas a false divinationבְּעֵינֵיהֶםbe/e/ne/HEMin their eyesשְׁבֻעֵיshe/vu/Eswornשְׁבֻעוֹתshe/vu/OToathsלָהֶםla/HEMto themוְהוּא־מַזְכִּירve/HU-maz/KIRbut he will bring to remembranceעָוֺןa/VONiniquityלְהִתָּפֵשׂ׃le/hit/ta/FESthat they may be taken

    And it shall be unto them as a false divination in their sight, to them that have sworn oaths: but he will call to remembrance the iniquity, that they may be taken.

    לָכֵןla/KHENthereforeכֹּה־אָמַרko-a/MARthus saysאֲדֹנָיa/do/NAYthe LordיֱהֹוִהAdonaiGODיַעַןYA/anbecauseהַזְכַּרְכֶםhaz/kar/KHEMyou have made rememberedעֲוֺנְכֶםa/vo/ne/KHEMyour iniquityבְּהִגָּלוֹתbe/hig/ga/LOTin that are uncoveredפִּשְׁעֵיכֶםpish/e/KHEMyour transgressionsלְהֵרָאוֹתle/he/ra/OTso that appearחַטֹּאותֵיכֶםchat/to/te/KHEMyour sinsבְּכֹלbe/KHOLin allעֲלִילוֹתֵיכֶםa/li/lo/te/KHEMyour doingsיַעַןYA/anbecauseהִזָּכֶרְכֶםhiz/za/kher/KHEMyou are rememberedבַּכַּףbak/KAFwith the handתִּתָּפֵשׂוּ׃tit/ta/FE/suyou shall be taken

    Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are discovered, so that in all your doings your sins do appear; because, I say, that ye are come to remembrance, ye shall be taken with the hand.

30. 30

    וְאַתָּהve/at/TAand youחָלָלcha/LALprofaneרָשָׁעra/SHAwickedנְשִׂיאne/SIprince ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelאֲשֶׁר־בָּאa/SHER-bawhose has comeיוֹמוֹyo/MOdayבְּעֵתbe/ETin the time ofעֲוֺןa/VONiniquity ofקֵץ׃ketsthe end

    And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end,

31. 31

    כֹּהkothusאָמַרa/MARsaysאֲדֹנָיa/do/NAYthe LordיֱהֹוִהAdonaiGODהָסִירha/SIRremoveהַמִּצְנֶפֶתham/mits/NE/fetthe turbanוְהָרִיםve/ha/RIMand take offהָעֲטָרָהha/a/ta/RAthe crownזֹאתzotthisלֹא־זֹאתlo-zotnot thisהַשָּׁפָלָהhash/sha/FA/lathe lowהַגְבֵּהַּhag/BE/ahexaltוְהַגָּבֹהַּve/hag/ga/VO/ahand the highהַשְׁפִּיל׃hash/PILabase

    Thus saith the Lord GOD; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high.

32. 32

    עַוָּהav/VAa ruinעַוָּהav/VAa ruinעַוָּהav/VAa ruinאֲשִׂימֶנָּהa/si/MEN/naI will make itגַּם־זֹאתgam-zotthis alsoלֹאlonotהָיָהha/YAshall beעַד־בֹּאad-bountil comesאֲשֶׁר־לוֹa/SHER-lohe whose isהַמִּשְׁפָּטham/mish/PATthe rightוּנְתַתִּיו׃u/ne/tat/TIVand I will give it

    I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.

    וְאַתָּהve/at/TAand youבֶן־אָדָםven-a/DAMson of manהִנָּבֵאhin/na/VEprophesyוְאָמַרְתָּve/a/mar/TAand sayכֹּהkothusאָמַרa/MARsaysאֲדֹנָיa/do/NAYthe LordיֱהֹוִהAdonaiGODאֶל־בְּנֵיel-be/NEconcerning the sons ofעַמּוֹןAm/MONAmmonוְאֶל־חֶרְפָּתָםve/EL-cher/pa/TAMand concerning their reproachוְאָמַרְתָּve/a/mar/TAand sayחֶרֶבCHE/reva swordחֶרֶבCHE/reva swordפְּתוּחָהpe/tu/CHAis drawnלְטֶבַחle/TE/vachfor the slaughterמְרוּטָהme/ru/TAit is polishedלְהָכִילle/ha/KHILto consumeלְמַעַןle/MA/anthat it mayבָּרָק׃ba/RAKflash

    And thou, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning the Ammonites, and concerning their reproach; even say thou, The sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is furbished, to consume because of the glittering:

34. 34

    בַּחֲזוֹתba/cha/ZOTwhile they seeלָךְlakhfor youשָׁוְאshavfalsehoodבִּקְסׇם־לָךְbik/SOM-lakhwhile they divine for youכָּזָבka/ZAVa lieלָתֵתla/TETto bringאוֹתָךְo/TAKHyouאֶל־צַוְּארֵיel-tsav/ve/REon the necks ofחַלְלֵיchal/LEthe slain ofרְשָׁעִיםre/sha/IMthe wickedאֲשֶׁר־בָּאa/SHER-bawhose has comeיוֹמָםyo/MAMdayבְּעֵתbe/ETin the time ofעֲוֺןa/VONiniquity ofקֵץ׃ketsthe end

    Whiles they see vanity unto thee, whiles they divine a lie unto thee, to bring thee upon the necks of them that are slain, of the wicked, whose day is come, when their iniquity shall have an end.

35. 35

    הָשַׁבha/SHAVreturn itאֶל־תַּעְרָהּel-ta/RAto its sheathבִּמְקוֹםbim/KOMin the placeאֲשֶׁר־נִבְרֵאתa/SHER-niv/RETwhere you were createdבְּאֶרֶץbe/E/retsin the land ofמְכֻרוֹתַיִךְme/khu/ro/TA/yikhyour originאֶשְׁפֹּטesh/POTwill I judgeאֹתָךְ׃o/TAKHyou

    Shall I cause it to return into his sheath? I will judge thee in the place where thou wast created, in the land of thy nativity.

36. 36

    וְשָׁפַכְתִּיve/sha/fakh/TIand I will pour outעָלַיִךְa/LA/yikhon youזַעְמִיza/MImy indignationבְּאֵשׁbe/ESHwith the fire ofעֶבְרָתִיev/ra/TImy wrathאָפִיחַa/FI/achI will blowעָלָיִךְa/LA/yikhagainst youוּנְתַתִּיךְu/ne/tat/TIKHand deliver youבְּיַדbe/YADinto the hand ofאֲנָשִׁיםa/na/SHIMmenבֹּעֲרִיםbo/a/RIMbrutishחָרָשֵׁיcha/ra/SHEskillfulמַשְׁחִית׃mash/CHITto destroy

    And I will pour out mine indignation upon thee, I will blow against thee in the fire of my wrath, and deliver thee into the hand of brutish men, and skilful to destroy.

37. 37

    לָאֵשׁla/ESHfor the fireתִּהְיֶהtih/YEyou shall beלְאׇכְלָהle/okh/LAfuelדָּמֵךְda/MEKHyour bloodיִהְיֶהyih/YEshall beבְּתוֹךְbe/TOKHin the midst ofהָאָרֶץha/A/retsthe landלֹאlonotתִזָּכֵרִיtiz/za/KHE/riyou shall be rememberedכִּיkiforאֲנִיa/NIIיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDדִּבַּרְתִּי׃dib/BAR/tiI have spoken

    Thou shalt be for fuel to the fire; thy blood shall be in the midst of the land; thou shalt be no more remembered: for I the LORD have spoken it.
