   וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesבֹּאbogo inאֶל־פַּרְעֹהel-Par/Oto Pharaohוְדִבַּרְתָּve/dib/bar/TAand tellאֵלָיוe/LAYVto himכֹּה־אָמַרko-a/MARthus saysיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEthe God ofהָעִבְרִיםha/Iv/RIMthe Hebrewsשַׁלַּחshal/LACHlet goאֶת־עַמִּיet-am/MImy peopleוְיַעַבְדֻנִי׃ve/ya/av/DU/nithat they may serve me

   Then the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

   כִּיkiforאִם־מָאֵןim-ma/ENif refuseאַתָּהat/TAyouלְשַׁלֵּחַle/shal/LE/achto let them goוְעוֹדְךָve/od/KHAand will stillמַחֲזִיקma/cha/ZIKholdבָּם׃bamthem

   For if thou refuse to let them go, and wilt hold them still,

   הִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdיַד־יְהֹוָהyad-Adonaithe hand of the LORDהוֹיָהho/YAisבְּמִקְנְךָbe/mik/ne/KHAupon your livestockאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhich isבַּשָּׂדֶהbas/sa/DEin the fieldבַּסּוּסִיםbas/su/SIMupon the horsesבַּחֲמֹרִיםba/cha/mo/RIMupon the donkeysבַּגְּמַלִּיםbag/ge/mal/LIMupon the camelsבַּבָּקָרbab/ba/KARupon the herdוּבַצֹּאןu/vats/TSONand upon the flockדֶּבֶרDE/vera pestilenceכָּבֵדka/VEDgrievousמְאֹד׃me/ODexceedingly

   Behold, the hand of the LORD is upon thy cattle which is in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep: there shall be a very grievous murrain.

   וְהִפְלָהve/hif/LAand shall severיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבֵּיןbenbetweenמִקְנֵהmik/NEthe livestock ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelוּבֵיןu/VENand betweenמִקְנֵהmik/NEthe livestock ofמִצְרָיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptוְלֹאve/LOand notיָמוּתya/MUTshall dieמִכׇּל־לִבְנֵיmik/KOL-liv/NEof all that is of the children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelדָּבָר׃da/VARa thing

   And the LORD shall sever between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt: and there shall nothing die of all that is the children's of Israel.

   וַיָּשֶׂםvay/YA/semand appointedיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDמוֹעֵדmo/EDa set timeלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingמָחָרma/CHARtomorrowיַעֲשֶׂהya/a/SEshall doיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDהַדָּבָרhad/da/VARthe thingהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisבָּאָרֶץ׃ba/A/retsin the land

   And the LORD appointed a set time, saying, To morrow the LORD shall do this thing in the land.

   וַיַּעַשׂvay/YA/asand didיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶת־הַדָּבָרet-had/da/VARthe thingהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisמִמׇּחֳרָתmim/mo/cho/RATon the morrowוַיָּמׇתvay/YA/motand diedכֹּלkolallמִקְנֵהmik/NEthe livestock ofמִצְרָיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptוּמִמִּקְנֵהu/mim/mik/NEbut of the livestock ofבְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵלve/NE-yis/ra/ELthe children of Israelלֹא־מֵתlo-metdied notאֶחָד׃e/CHADone

   And the LORD did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died: but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one.

   וַיִּשְׁלַחvay/yish/LACHand sentפַּרְעֹהPar/OPharaohוְהִנֵּהve/hin/NEand beholdלֹא־מֵתlo-metthere was not deadמִמִּקְנֵהmim/mik/NEof the livestock ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelעַד־אֶחָדad-e/CHADeven oneוַיִּכְבַּדvay/yikh/BADand was hardenedלֵבlevthe heart ofפַּרְעֹהPar/OPharaohוְלֹאve/LOand notשִׁלַּחshil/LACHwould he let goאֶת־הָעָם׃et-ha/AMthe people

   And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go.

   וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesוְאֶל־אַהֲרֹןve/EL-a/ha/RONand to Aaronקְחוּke/CHUtakeלָכֶםla/KHEMfor yourselvesמְלֹאme/LOthe fill ofחׇפְנֵיכֶםchof/ne/KHEMyour handsפִּיחַPI/achsoot ofכִּבְשָׁןkiv/SHANthe furnaceוּזְרָקוֹu/ze/ra/KOand let sprinkle itמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesהַשָּׁמַיְמָהhash/sha/MAY/matoward heavenלְעֵינֵיle/e/NEin the sight ofפַרְעֹה׃Far/OPharaoh

   And the LORD said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.

   וְהָיָהve/ha/YAand it shall becomeלְאָבָקle/a/VAKsmall dustעַלaloverכׇּל־אֶרֶץkol-E/retsall the land ofמִצְרָיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptוְהָיָהve/ha/YAand it shall becomeעַל־הָאָדָםal-ha/a/DAMupon manוְעַל־הַבְּהֵמָהve/AL-hab/be/he/MAand upon beastלִשְׁחִיןlish/CHINa boilפֹּרֵחַpo/RE/achbreaking forthאֲבַעְבֻּעֹתa/va/bu/OTwith blainsבְּכׇל־אֶרֶץbe/KHOL-E/retsin all the land ofמִצְרָיִם׃Mits/RA/yimEgypt

   And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.

    וַיִּקְחוּvay/yik/CHUand they tookאֶת־פִּיחַet-PI/achthe soot ofהַכִּבְשָׁןhak/kiv/SHANthe furnaceוַיַּעַמְדוּvay/ya/am/DUand stoodלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeפַרְעֹהFar/OPharaohוַיִּזְרֹקvay/yiz/ROKand sprinkledאֹתוֹo/TOitמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesהַשָּׁמָיְמָהhash/sha/MAY/matoward heavenוַיְהִיvay/HIand it becameשְׁחִיןshe/CHINa boilאֲבַעְבֻּעֹתa/va/bu/OTwith blainsפֹּרֵחַpo/RE/achbreaking forthבָּאָדָםba/a/DAMupon manוּבַבְּהֵמָה׃u/vab/be/he/MAand upon beast

    And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast.

    וְלֹא־יָכְלוּve/LO-ya/khe/LUand could notהַחַרְטֻמִּיםha/char/tum/MIMthe magiciansלַעֲמֹדla/a/MODto standלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesמִפְּנֵיmip/pe/NEbecause ofהַשְּׁחִיןhash/she/CHINthe boilכִּי־הָיָהki-ha/YAfor wasהַשְּׁחִיןhash/she/CHINthe boilבַּחַרְטֻמִּםba/char/tum/MIMupon the magiciansוּבְכׇל־מִצְרָיִם׃u/ve/KHOL-mits/RA/yimand in all Egypt

    And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians.

12. 12

    וַיְחַזֵּקvay/chaz/ZEKand hardenedיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶת־לֵבet-levthe heart ofפַּרְעֹהPar/OPharaohוְלֹאve/LOand notשָׁמַעsha/MAhe hearkenedאֲלֵהֶםa/le/HEMto themכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERasדִּבֶּרdib/BERhad saidיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁה׃el-Mo/SHEto Moses

    And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had spoken unto Moses.

13. 13

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesהַשְׁכֵּםhash/KEMrise earlyבַּבֹּקֶרbab/BO/kerin the morningוְהִתְיַצֵּבve/hit/yats/TSEVand standלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeפַרְעֹהFar/OPharaohוְאָמַרְתָּve/a/mar/TAand sayאֵלָיוe/LAYVto himכֹּה־אָמַרko-a/MARthus saysיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEthe God ofהָעִבְרִיםha/Iv/RIMthe Hebrewsשַׁלַּחshal/LACHlet goאֶת־עַמִּיet-am/MImy peopleוְיַעַבְדֻנִי׃ve/ya/av/DU/nithat they may serve me

    And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

14. 14

    כִּיkiforבַּפַּעַםbap/PA/amat the timeהַזֹּאתhaz/ZOTthisאֲנִיa/NIIשֹׁלֵחַsho/LE/achwill sendאֶת־כׇּל־מַגֵּפֹתַיet-kol-mag/ge/fo/TAYall my plaguesאֶל־לִבְּךָel-lib/be/KHAupon your heartוּבַעֲבָדֶיךָu/va/a/va/DE/khaand upon your servantsוּבְעַמֶּךָu/ve/am/ME/khaand upon your peopleבַּעֲבוּרba/a/VURthatתֵּדַעte/DAyou may knowכִּיkithatאֵיןenthere is noneכָּמֹנִיka/MO/nilike meבְּכׇל־הָאָרֶץ׃be/KHOL-ha/A/retsin all the earth

    For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth.

15. 15

    כִּיkiforעַתָּהat/TAnowשָׁלַחְתִּיsha/LACH/tiI had put forthאֶת־יָדִיet-ya/DImy handוָאַךְva/AKHand smittenאוֹתְךָot/KHAyouוְאֶת־עַמְּךָve/ET-am/me/KHAand your peopleבַּדָּבֶרbad/DA/verwith pestilenceוַתִּכָּחֵדvat/tik/ka/CHEDand you would have been cut offמִן־הָאָרֶץ׃min-ha/A/retsfrom the earth

    For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth.

16. 16

    וְאוּלָםve/u/LAMbutבַּעֲבוּרba/a/VURfor the sake ofזֹאתzotthisהֶעֱמַדְתִּיךָhe/e/mad/TI/khahave I raised you upבַּעֲבוּרba/a/VURtoהַרְאֹתְךָhar/ot/KHAshow youאֶת־כֹּחִיet-ko/CHImy powerוּלְמַעַןu/le/MA/anand thatסַפֵּרsap/PERmay be declaredשְׁמִיshe/MImy nameבְּכׇל־הָאָרֶץ׃be/KHOL-ha/A/retsin all the earth

    And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

17. 17

    עוֹדְךָod/KHAyet do youמִסְתּוֹלֵלmis/to/LELexalt yourselfבְּעַמִּיbe/am/MIagainst my peopleלְבִלְתִּיle/vil/TIthat you will notשַׁלְּחָם׃shal/le/CHAMlet them go

    As yet exaltest thou thyself against my people, that thou wilt not let them go?

18. 18

    הִנְנִיhin/NIbehold Iמַמְטִירmam/TIRwill cause to rainכָּעֵתka/ETabout this timeמָחָרma/CHARtomorrowבָּרָדba/RADhailכָּבֵדka/VEDgrievousמְאֹדme/ODexceedinglyאֲשֶׁרa/SHERsuch asלֹא־הָיָהlo-ha/YAhas not beenכָמֹהוּkha/MO/huthe likeבְּמִצְרַיִםbe/Mits/RA/yimin Egyptלְמִן־הַיּוֹםle/MIN-hay/YOMsince the dayהִוָּסְדָהֿhiv/va/se/DAit was foundedוְעַד־עָתָּה׃ve/AD-AT/taeven until now

    Behold, to morrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in Egypt since the foundation thereof even until now.

19. 19

    וְעַתָּהve/at/TAand nowשְׁלַחshe/LACHsendהָעֵזha/EZgather inאֶת־מִקְנְךָet-mik/ne/KHAyour livestockוְאֵתve/ETandכׇּל־אֲשֶׁרkol-a/SHERall thatלְךָle/KHAyou haveבַּשָּׂדֶהbas/sa/DEin the fieldכׇּל־הָאָדָםkol-ha/a/DAMevery manוְהַבְּהֵמָהve/hab/be/he/MAand beastאֲשֶׁר־יִמָּצֵאa/SHER-yim/ma/TSEwhich shall be foundבַשָּׂדֶהvas/sa/DEin the fieldוְלֹאve/LOand shall not beיֵאָסֵףye/a/SEFbroughtהַבַּיְתָהhab/BAY/tahomeוְיָרַדve/ya/RADshall come downעֲלֵהֶםa/le/HEMupon themהַבָּרָדhab/ba/RADthe hailוָמֵתוּ׃va/ME/tuand they shall die

    Send therefore now, and gather thy cattle, and all that thou hast in the field; for upon every man and beast which shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die.

    הַיָּרֵאhay/ya/REhe who fearedאֶת־דְּבַרet-de/VARthe word ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDמֵעַבְדֵיme/av/DEamong the servants ofפַּרְעֹהPar/OPharaohהֵנִיסhe/NISmade fleeאֶת־עֲבָדָיוet-a/va/DAYVhis servantsוְאֶת־מִקְנֵהוּve/ET-mik/NE/huand his livestockאֶל־הַבָּתִּים׃el-hab/bat/TIMto the houses

    He that feared the word of the LORD among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses:

21. 21

    וַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERand he thatלֹא־שָׂםlo-samset notלִבּוֹlib/BOhis heartאֶל־דְּבַרel-de/VARto the word ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDוַיַּעֲזֹבvay/ya/a/ZOVand leftאֶת־עֲבָדָיוet-a/va/DAYVhis servantsוְאֶת־מִקְנֵהוּve/ET-mik/NE/huand his livestockבַּשָּׂדֶה׃bas/sa/DEin the field

    And he that regarded not the word of the LORD left his servants and his cattle in the field.

22. 22

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesנְטֵהne/TEstretch outאֶת־יָדְךָet-ya/de/KHAyour handעַל־הַשָּׁמַיִםal-hash/sha/MA/yimtoward heavenוִיהִיvi/HIthat there may beבָרָדva/RADhailבְּכׇל־אֶרֶץbe/KHOL-E/retsin all the land ofמִצְרָיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptעַל־הָאָדָםal-ha/a/DAMupon manוְעַל־הַבְּהֵמָהve/AL-hab/be/he/MAand upon beastוְעַלve/ALand uponכׇּל־עֵשֶׂבkol-E/sevevery herb ofהַשָּׂדֶהhas/sa/DEthe fieldבְּאֶרֶץbe/E/retsin the land ofמִצְרָיִם׃Mits/RA/yimEgypt

    And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.

    וַיֵּטvay/YETand stretched outמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesאֶת־מַטֵּהוּet-mat/TE/huhis staffעַל־הַשָּׁמַיִםal-hash/sha/MA/yimtoward heavenוַיהֹוָהve-Adonaiand the LORDנָתַןna/TANsentקֹלֹתko/LOTthundersוּבָרָדu/va/RADand hailוַתִּהֲלַךְvat/TI/ha/lakhand ran alongאֵשׁeshfireאָרְצָהAR/tsaupon the groundוַיַּמְטֵרvay/yam/TERand rainedיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבָּרָדba/RADhailעַל־אֶרֶץal-E/retsupon the land ofמִצְרָיִם׃Mits/RA/yimEgypt

    And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt.

24. 24

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand there wasבָרָדva/RADhailוְאֵשׁve/ESHand fireמִתְלַקַּחַתmit/lak/KA/chatflashingבְּתוֹךְbe/TOKHin the midst ofהַבָּרָדhab/ba/RADthe hailכָּבֵדka/VEDgrievousמְאֹדme/ODexceedinglyאֲשֶׁרa/SHERsuch asלֹא־הָיָהlo-ha/YAthere was notכָמֹהוּkha/MO/huthe likeבְּכׇל־אֶרֶץbe/KHOL-E/retsin all the land ofמִצְרַיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptמֵאָזme/AZsinceהָיְתָהha/ye/TAit becameלְגוֹי׃le/GOYa nation

    So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.

25. 25

    וַיַּךְvay/YAKHand smoteהַבָּרָדhab/ba/RADthe hailבְּכׇל־אֶרֶץbe/KHOL-E/retsin all the land ofמִצְרַיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptאֵת־כׇּל־אֲשֶׁרet-kol-a/SHERall thatבַּשָּׂדֶהbas/sa/DEin the fieldמֵאָדָםme/a/DAMboth manוְעַד־בְּהֵמָהve/AD-be/he/MAand beastוְאֵתve/ETandכׇּל־עֵשֶׂבkol-E/sevevery herb ofהַשָּׂדֶהhas/sa/DEthe fieldהִכָּהhik/KAsmoteהַבָּרָדhab/ba/RADthe hailוְאֶת־כׇּל־עֵץve/ET-kol-etsand every tree ofהַשָּׂדֶהhas/sa/DEthe fieldשִׁבֵּר׃shib/BERbroke

    And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field.

    רַקrakonlyבְּאֶרֶץbe/E/retsin the land ofגֹּשֶׁןGO/shenGoshenאֲשֶׁר־שָׁםa/SHER-shamwhere wereבְּנֵיbe/NEthe children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelלֹאlonoהָיָהha/YAwas thereבָּרָד׃ba/RADhail

    Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.

27. 27

    וַיִּשְׁלַחvay/yish/LACHand sentפַּרְעֹהPar/OPharaohוַיִּקְרָאvay/yik/RAand calledלְמֹשֶׁהle/Mo/SHEfor Mosesוּלְאַהֲרֹןu/Le/a/ha/RONand for Aaronוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאֲלֵהֶםa/le/HEMto themחָטָאתִיcha/TA/tiI have sinnedהַפָּעַםhap/PA/amthis timeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDהַצַּדִּיקhats/tsad/DIKis righteousוַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iוְעַמִּיve/am/MIand my peopleהָרְשָׁעִים׃ha/re/sha/IMare wicked

    And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: the LORD is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.

28. 28

    הַעְתִּירוּha/TI/ruentreatאֶל־יְהֹוָהel-Adonaito the LORDוְרַבve/RAVfor it is enoughמִהְיֹתmih/YOTthat there be no moreקֹלֹתko/LOTthunderings ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodוּבָרָדu/va/RADand hailוַאֲשַׁלְּחָהva/a/shal/le/CHAand I will let goאֶתְכֶםet/KHEMyouוְלֹאve/LOand notתֹסִפוּןto/si/FUNshall you continueלַעֲמֹד׃la/a/MODto stay

    Intreat the LORD (for it is enough) that there be no more mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer.

29. 29

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאֵלָיוe/LAYVto himמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesכְּצֵאתִיke/tse/TIas soon as I am gone out ofאֶת־הָעִירet-ha/IRthe cityאֶפְרֹשׂef/ROSI will spread outאֶת־כַּפַּיet-kap/PAYmy handsאֶל־יְהֹוָהel-Adonaito the LORDהַקֹּלוֹתhak/ko/LOTthe thundersיֶחְדָּלוּןyech/da/LUNshall ceaseוְהַבָּרָדve/hab/ba/RADand the hailלֹאlonotיִהְיֶה־עוֹדyih/YE-odshall there be any moreלְמַעַןle/MA/anthatתֵּדַעte/DAyou may knowכִּיkithatלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaiis the LORD'sהָאָרֶץ׃ha/A/retsthe earth

    And Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto the LORD; and the thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know how that the earth is the LORD's.

30. 30

    וְאַתָּהve/at/TAbut youוַעֲבָדֶיךָva/a/va/DE/khaand your servantsיָדַעְתִּיya/DA/tiI knowכִּיkithatטֶרֶםTE/rembeforeתִּירְאוּןti/re/UNyou will fearמִפְּנֵיmip/pe/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהִים׃e/lo/HIMGod

    But as for thee and thy servants, I know that ye will not yet fear the LORD God.

31. 31

    וְהַפִּשְׁתָּהve/hap/pish/TAand the flaxוְהַשְּׂעֹרָהve/has/se/o/RAand the barleyנֻכָּתָהnuk/KA/tawas smittenכִּיkiforהַשְּׂעֹרָהhas/se/o/RAthe barleyאָבִיבa/VIVwas in the earוְהַפִּשְׁתָּהve/hap/pish/TAand the flaxגִּבְעֹל׃giv/OLwas in bloom

    And the flax and the barley was smitten: for the barley was in the ear, and the flax was bolled.

    וְהַחִטָּהve/ha/chit/TAand the wheatוְהַכֻּסֶּמֶתve/hak/kus/SE/metand the speltלֹאlonotנֻכּוּnuk/KUwere smittenכִּיkiforאֲפִילֹתa/fi/LOTlateהֵנָּה׃HEN/nathey were

    But the wheat and the rie were not smitten: for they were not grown up.

33. 33

    וַיֵּצֵאvay/ye/TSEand went outמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesמֵעִםme/IMfromפַּרְעֹהPar/OPharaohאֶת־הָעִירet-ha/IRout of the cityוַיִּפְרֹשׂvay/yif/ROSand spread outכַּפָּיוkap/PAYVhis handsאֶל־יְהֹוָהel-Adonaito the LORDוַיַּחְדְּלוּvay/yach/de/LUand ceasedהַקֹּלוֹתhak/ko/LOTthe thundersוְהַבָּרָדve/hab/ba/RADand the hailוּמָטָרu/ma/TARand the rainלֹא־נִתַּךְlo-nit/TAKHwas not pouredאָרְצָה׃AR/tsaupon the earth

    And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto the LORD: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.

34. 34

    וַיַּרְאvay/YARand sawפַּרְעֹהPar/OPharaohכִּי־חָדַלki-cha/DALthat had ceasedהַמָּטָרham/ma/TARthe rainוְהַבָּרָדve/hab/ba/RADand the hailוְהַקֹּלֹתve/hak/ko/LOTand the thundersוַיֹּסֶףvay/YO/sefand continuedלַחֲטֹאla/cha/TOto sinוַיַּכְבֵּדvay/yakh/BEDand hardenedלִבּוֹlib/BOhis heartהוּאhuheוַעֲבָדָיו׃va/a/va/DAYVand his servants

    And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants.

35. 35

    וַיֶּחֱזַקvay/ye/che/ZAKand was hardenedלֵבlevthe heart ofפַּרְעֹהPar/OPharaohוְלֹאve/LOand notשִׁלַּחshil/LACHwould he let goאֶת־בְּנֵיet-be/NEthe children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERasדִּבֶּרdib/BERhad spokenיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבְּיַד־מֹשֶׁה׃be/YAD-mo/SHEby the hand of Moses

    And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the LORD had spoken by Moses.
