   And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

   וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאֲלֵהֶםa/le/HEMto themאַהֲרֹןA/ha/RONAaronפָּרְקוּpa/re/KUbreak offנִזְמֵיniz/MEthe rings ofהַזָּהָבhaz/za/HAVgoldאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhich areבְּאׇזְנֵיbe/oz/NEin the ears ofנְשֵׁיכֶםne/she/KHEMyour wivesבְּנֵיכֶםbe/ne/KHEMof your sonsוּבְנֹתֵיכֶםu/ve/no/te/KHEMand of your daughtersוְהָבִיאוּve/ha/VI/uand bring themאֵלָי׃e/LAYto me

   And Aaron said unto them, Break off the golden earrings, which are in the ears of your wives, of your sons, and of your daughters, and bring them unto me.

   וַיִּתְפָּרְקוּvay/yit/pa/re/KUand broke offכׇּל־הָעָםkol-ha/AMall the peopleאֶת־נִזְמֵיet-niz/MEthe rings ofהַזָּהָבhaz/za/HAVgoldאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhich wereבְּאׇזְנֵיהֶםbe/oz/ne/HEMin their earsוַיָּבִיאוּvay/ya/VI/uand brought themאֶל־אַהֲרֹן׃el-A/ha/RONto Aaron

   And all the people brake off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them unto Aaron.

   וַיִּקַּחvay/yik/KACHand tookמִיָּדָםmiy/ya/DAMfrom their handוַיָּצַרvay/YA/tsarand fashionedאֹתוֹo/TOitבַּחֶרֶטba/CHE/retwith a graving toolוַיַּעֲשֵׂהוּvay/ya/a/SE/huand he made itעֵגֶלE/gela calf ofמַסֵּכָהmas/se/KHAmoltenוַיֹּאמְרוּvay/yo/me/RUand they saidאֵלֶּהEL/lethese areאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour godsיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELO Israelאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichהֶעֱלוּךָhe/e/LU/khabrought you upמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsout of the land ofמִצְרָיִם׃Mits/RA/yimEgypt

   And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

   וַיַּרְאvay/YARand when sawאַהֲרֹןA/ha/RONAaronוַיִּבֶןvay/YI/venand builtמִזְבֵּחַmiz/BE/achan altarלְפָנָיוle/fa/NAYVbefore itוַיִּקְרָאvay/yik/RAand proclaimedאַהֲרֹןA/ha/RONAaronוַיֹּאמַרvay/yo/MARand saidחַגchaga feastלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDמָחָר׃ma/CHARtomorrow

   And when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it; and Aaron made proclamation, and said, To morrow is a feast to the LORD.

   וַיַּשְׁכִּימוּvay/yash/KI/muand they rose earlyמִמׇּחֳרָתmim/mo/cho/RATon the morrowוַיַּעֲלוּvay/ya/a/LUand offeredעֹלֹתo/LOTburnt offeringsוַיַּגִּשׁוּvay/yag/GI/shuand broughtשְׁלָמִיםshe/la/MIMpeace offeringsוַיֵּשֶׁבvay/YE/shevand sat downהָעָםha/AMthe peopleלֶאֱכֹלle/e/KHOLto eatוְשָׁתוֹve/sha/TOand to drinkוַיָּקֻמוּvay/ya/KU/muand rose upלְצַחֵק׃le/tsa/CHEKto play

   And they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.

   וַיְדַבֵּרvay/dab/BERand spokeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesלֶךְ־רֵדlekh-redgo get downכִּיkiforשִׁחֵתshi/CHEThas corruptedעַמְּךָam/me/KHAyour peopleאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhomהֶעֱלֵיתָhe/e/LE/tayou brought upמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsout of the land ofמִצְרָיִם׃Mits/RA/yimEgypt

   And the LORD said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves:

   סָרוּSA/ruthey have turned asideמַהֵרma/HERquicklyמִן־הַדֶּרֶךְmin-had/DE/rekhout of the wayאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichצִוִּיתִםtsiv/vi/TIMI commanded themעָשׂוּa/SUthey have madeלָהֶםla/HEMthemselvesעֵגֶלE/gela calf ofמַסֵּכָהmas/se/KHAmoltenוַיִּשְׁתַּחֲווּ־לוֹvay/yish/ta/cha/VU-loand have worshiped itוַיִּזְבְּחוּ־לוֹvay/yiz/be/CHU-loand sacrificed to itוַיֹּאמְרוּvay/yo/me/RUand saidאֵלֶּהEL/lethese areאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour godsיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELO Israelאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichהֶעֱלוּךָhe/e/LU/khabrought you upמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsout of the land ofמִצְרָיִם׃Mits/RA/yimEgypt

   They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

   וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesרָאִיתִיra/I/tiI have seenאֶת־הָעָםet-ha/AMthe peopleהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisוְהִנֵּהve/hin/NEand beholdעַם־קְשֵׁה־עֹרֶףam-ke/SHE-O/refa stiff-necked peopleהוּא׃huit is

   And the LORD said unto Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people:

10. 10

    וְעַתָּהve/at/TAand nowהַנִּיחָהhan/NI/chalet aloneלִּיlimeוְיִחַר־אַפִּיve/YI/char-ap/PIthat my anger may burnבָהֶםva/HEMagainst themוַאֲכַלֵּםva/a/khal/LEMand I may consume themוְאֶעֱשֶׂהve/e/e/SEand I will makeאוֹתְךָot/KHAyouלְגוֹיle/GOYa nationגָּדוֹל׃ga/DOLgreat

    Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation.

    וַיְחַלvay/CHALand besoughtמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesאֶת־פְּנֵיet-pe/NEthe face ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהָיוe/lo/HAYVhis Godוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidלָמָהla/MAwhyיְהֹוָהAdonaiO LORDיֶחֱרֶהye/che/REdoes burnאַפְּךָap/pe/KHAYour angerבְּעַמֶּךָbe/am/ME/khaagainst Your peopleאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhomהוֹצֵאתָho/TSE/taYou brought outמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsout of the land ofמִצְרַיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptבְּכֹחַbe/KHO/achwith powerגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatוּבְיָדu/ve/YADand with a handחֲזָקָה׃cha/za/KAmighty

    And Moses besought the LORD his God, and said, LORD, why doth thy wrath wax hot against thy people, which thou hast brought forth out of the land of Egypt with great power, and with a mighty hand?

12. 12

    לָמָּהLAM/mawhyיֹאמְרוּyo/me/RUshould sayמִצְרַיִםMits/RA/yimthe Egyptiansלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingבְּרָעָהbe/ra/Afor evilהוֹצִיאָםho/tsi/AMdid He bring them outלַהֲרֹגla/ha/ROGto slayאֹתָםo/TAMthemבֶּהָרִיםbe/ha/RIMin the mountainsוּלְכַלֹּתָםu/le/khal/lo/TAMand to consume themמֵעַלme/ALfromפְּנֵיpe/NEthe face ofהָאֲדָמָהha/a/da/MAthe earthשׁוּבshuvturnמֵחֲרוֹןme/cha/RONfrom the fierceness ofאַפֶּךָap/PE/khaYour angerוְהִנָּחֵםve/hin/na/CHEMand relentעַל־הָרָעָהal-ha/ra/Aof the evilלְעַמֶּךָ׃le/am/ME/khaagainst Your people

    Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, and say, For mischief did he bring them out, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from thy fierce wrath, and repent of this evil against thy people.

    זְכֹרze/KHORrememberלְאַבְרָהָםLe/av/ra/HAMAbrahamלְיִצְחָקLe/yits/CHAKIsaacוּלְיִשְׂרָאֵלu/Le/yis/ra/ELand Israelעֲבָדֶיךָa/va/DE/khaYour servantsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERto whomנִשְׁבַּעְתָּnish/BA/taYou sworeלָהֶםla/HEMto themבָּךְbakhby Yourselfוַתְּדַבֵּרvat/te/dab/BERand saidאֲלֵהֶםa/le/HEMto themאַרְבֶּהar/BEI will multiplyאֶת־זַרְעֲכֶםet-zar/a/KHEMyour seedכְּכוֹכְבֵיke/khokh/VEas the stars ofהַשָּׁמָיִםhash/sha/MA/yimheavenוְכׇל־הָאָרֶץve/KHOL-ha/A/retsand all the earthהַזֹּאתhaz/ZOTthisאֲשֶׁרa/SHERto whomאָמַרְתִּיa/MAR/tiI have spoken ofאֶתֵּןet/TENI will giveלְזַרְעֲכֶםle/zar/a/KHEMto your seedוְנָחֲלוּve/na/cha/LUand they shall inherit itלְעֹלָם׃le/o/LAMfor ever

    Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, thy servants, to whom thou swarest by thine own self, and saidst unto them, I will multiply your seed as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have spoken of will I give unto your seed, and they shall inherit it for ever.

    וַיִּנָּחֶםvay/yin/NA/chemand relentedיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDעַל־הָרָעָהal-ha/ra/Aof the evilאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichדִּבֶּרdib/BERHe saidלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto doלְעַמּוֹ׃le/am/MOto His people

    And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.

15. 15

    וַיִּפֶןvay/YI/fenand turnedוַיֵּרֶדvay/YE/redand went downמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesמִן־הָהָרmin-ha/HARfrom the mountainוּשְׁנֵיu/she/NEand the twoלֻחֹתlu/CHOTtablets ofהָעֵדֻתha/e/DUTthe testimonyבְּיָדוֹbe/ya/DOin his handלֻחֹתlu/CHOTtabletsכְּתֻבִיםke/tu/VIMwrittenמִשְּׁנֵיmish/she/NEon bothעֶבְרֵיהֶםev/re/HEMtheir sidesמִזֶּהmiz/ZEon this sideוּמִזֶּהu/miz/ZEand on thatהֵםhemwere theyכְּתֻבִים׃ke/tu/VIMwritten

    And Moses turned, and went down from the mount, and the two tables of the testimony were in his hand: the tables were written on both their sides; on the one side and on the other were they written.

    וְהַלֻּחֹתve/hal/lu/CHOTand the tabletsמַעֲשֵׂהma/a/SEthe work ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodהֵמָּהHEM/mawereוְהַמִּכְתָּבve/ham/mikh/TAVand the writingמִכְתַּבmikh/TAVthe writing ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodהוּאhuwasחָרוּתcha/RUTengravedעַל־הַלֻּחֹת׃al-hal/lu/CHOTupon the tablets

    And the tables were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, graven upon the tables.

    וַיִּשְׁמַעvay/yish/MAand heardיְהוֹשֻׁעַYe/ho/SHU/aJoshuaאֶת־קוֹלet-kolthe noise ofהָעָםha/AMthe peopleבְּרֵעֹהbe/re/Oas they shoutedוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesקוֹלkola noise ofמִלְחָמָהmil/cha/MAwarבַּמַּחֲנֶה׃bam/ma/cha/NEin the camp

    And when Joshua heard the noise of the people as they shouted, he said unto Moses, There is a noise of war in the camp.

18. 18

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאֵיןenit is notקוֹלkolthe voice ofעֲנוֹתa/NOTthem that shout forגְּבוּרָהge/vu/RAmasteryוְאֵיןve/ENneither is itקוֹלkolthe voice ofעֲנוֹתa/NOTthem that cry forחֲלוּשָׁהcha/lu/SHAbeing overcomeקוֹלkolthe voice ofעַנּוֹתan/NOTsingingאָנֹכִיa/no/KHIIשֹׁמֵעַ׃sho/ME/ahear

    And he said, It is not the voice of them that shout for mastery, neither is it the voice of them that cry for being overcome: but the noise of them that sing do I hear.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it came to passכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERas soon asקָרַבka/RAVhe came nearאֶל־הַמַּחֲנֶהel-ham/ma/cha/NEto the campוַיַּרְאvay/YARand sawאֶת־הָעֵגֶלet-ha/E/gelthe calfוּמְחֹלֹתu/me/cho/LOTand the dancingוַיִּחַר־אַףvay/YI/char-afand burned the anger ofמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesוַיַּשְׁלֵךְvay/yash/LEKHand he castמִיָּדָוmiy/ya/DAVout of his handsאֶת־הַלֻּחֹתet-hal/lu/CHOTthe tabletsוַיְשַׁבֵּרvay/shab/BERand brokeאֹתָםo/TAMthemתַּחַתTA/chatunderהָהָר׃ha/HARthe mountain

    And it came to pass, as soon as he came nigh unto the camp, that he saw the calf, and the dancing: and Moses' anger waxed hot, and he cast the tables out of his hands, and brake them beneath the mount.

    וַיִּקַּחvay/yik/KACHand tookאֶת־הָעֵגֶלet-ha/E/gelthe calfאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichעָשׂוּa/SUthey had madeוַיִּשְׂרֹףvay/yis/ROFand burnt itבָּאֵשׁba/ESHin the fireוַיִּטְחַןvay/yit/CHANand ground itעַדadtoאֲשֶׁר־דָּקa/SHER-dakpowderוַיִּזֶרvay/YI/zerand scattered itעַל־פְּנֵיal-pe/NEupon the face ofהַמַּיִםham/MA/yimthe watersוַיַּשְׁקְvay/YASHKand made drink of itאֶת־בְּנֵיet-be/NEthe children ofיִשְׂרָאֵל׃Yis/ra/ELIsrael

    And he took the calf which they had made, and burnt it in the fire, and ground it to powder, and strawed it upon the water, and made the children of Israel drink of it.

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesאֶל־אַהֲרֹןel-A/ha/RONto Aaronמֶה־עָשָׂהme-a/SAwhat didלְךָle/KHAto youהָעָםha/AMthe peopleהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisכִּי־הֵבֵאתָki-he/VE/tathat you have broughtעָלָיוa/LAYVupon themחֲטָאָהcha/ta/Aa sinגְדֹלָה׃ge/do/LAgreat

    And Moses said unto Aaron, What did this people unto thee, that thou hast brought so great a sin upon them?

22. 22

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאַהֲרֹןA/ha/RONAaronאַל־יִחַרal-YI/charlet not burnאַףafthe anger ofאֲדֹנִיa/do/NImy lordאַתָּהat/TAyouיָדַעְתָּya/DA/tayou knowאֶת־הָעָםet-ha/AMthe peopleכִּיkithatבְרָעve/RAset on evilהוּא׃huthey are

    And Aaron said, Let not the anger of my lord wax hot: thou knowest the people, that they are set on mischief.

23. 23

    וַיֹּאמְרוּvay/yo/me/RUand they saidלִיlito meעֲשֵׂה־לָנוּa/SE-LA/numake usאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMgodsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichיֵלְכוּyel/KHUshall goלְפָנֵינוּle/fa/NE/nubefore usכִּי־זֶהki-zefor thisמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesהָאִישׁha/ISHthe manאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoהֶעֱלָנוּhe/e/LA/nubrought us upמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsout of the land ofמִצְרַיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptלֹאlonotיָדַעְנוּya/DA/nuwe knowמֶה־הָיָהme-HA/yawhat has becomeלוֹ׃loof him

    For they said unto me, Make us gods, which shall go before us: for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

    וָאֹמַרva/o/MARand I saidלָהֶםla/HEMto themלְמִיle/MIwhoever hasזָהָבza/HAVgoldהִתְפָּרָקוּhit/pa/RA/kulet them break it offוַיִּתְּנוּ־לִיvay/yit/te/NU-liso they gave it meוָאַשְׁלִכֵהוּva/ash/li/KHE/huthen I cast itבָאֵשׁva/ESHinto the fireוַיֵּצֵאvay/ye/TSEand there came outהָעֵגֶלha/E/gelthe calfהַזֶּה׃haz/ZEthis

    And I said unto them, Whosoever hath any gold, let them break it off. So they gave it me: then I cast it into the fire, and there came out this calf.

    וַיַּרְאvay/YARand sawמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesאֶת־הָעָםet-ha/AMthe peopleכִּיkithatפָרֻעַfa/RU/ahad broken looseהוּאhutheyכִּי־פְרָעֹהki-fe/ra/Ofor had let them looseאַהֲרֹןA/ha/RONAaronלְשִׁמְצָהle/shim/TSAfor a derisionבְּקָמֵיהֶם׃be/ka/me/HEMamong their enemies

    And when Moses saw that the people were naked; (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies:)

26. 26

    וַיַּעֲמֹדvay/ya/a/MODand stoodמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesבְּשַׁעַרbe/SHA/arin the gate ofהַמַּחֲנֶהham/ma/cha/NEthe campוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidמִיmiwho isלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaion the LORD's sideאֵלָיe/LAYto meוַיֵּאָסְפוּvay/ye/a/se/FUand gathered themselvesאֵלָיוe/LAYVto himכׇּל־בְּנֵיkol-be/NEall the sons ofלֵוִי׃Le/VILevi

    Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the LORD's side? let him come unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.

27. 27

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidלָהֶםla/HEMto themכֹּה־אָמַרko-a/MARthus saysיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEthe God ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelשִׂימוּSI/muputאִישׁ־חַרְבּוֹish-char/BOevery man his swordעַל־יְרֵכוֹal-ye/re/KHOupon his thighעִבְרוּiv/RUgoוָשׁוּבוּva/SHU/vuand returnמִשַּׁעַרmish/SHA/arfrom gateלָשַׁעַרla/SHA/arto gateבַּמַּחֲנֶהbam/ma/cha/NEin the campוְהִרְגוּve/hir/GUand slayאִישׁ־אֶת־אָחִיוish-et-a/CHIVevery man his brotherוְאִישׁve/ISHand every manאֶת־רֵעֵהוּet-re/E/huhis companionוְאִישׁve/ISHand every manאֶת־קְרֹבוֹ׃et-ke/ro/VOhis neighbor

    And he said unto them, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Put every man his sword by his side, and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp, and slay every man his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbour.

    וַיַּעֲשׂוּvay/ya/a/SUand they didבְנֵי־לֵוִיve/NE-le/VIthe sons of Leviכִּדְבַרkid/VARaccording to the word ofמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesוַיִּפֹּלvay/yip/POLand there fellמִן־הָעָםmin-ha/AMof the peopleבַּיּוֹםbay/YOMon the dayהַהוּאha/HUthatכִּשְׁלֹשֶׁתkish/LO/shetabout threeאַלְפֵיal/FEthousandאִישׁ׃ishmen

    And the children of Levi did according to the word of Moses: and there fell of the people that day about three thousand men.

29. 29

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesמִלְאוּmil/Ufillיֶדְכֶםyed/KHEMyour handהַיּוֹםhay/YOMtodayלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDכִּיkiforאִישׁishevery manבִּבְנוֹbiv/NOagainst his sonוּבְאָחִיוu/ve/a/CHIVand against his brotherוְלָתֵתve/la/TETthat may be bestowedעֲלֵיכֶםa/le/KHEMupon youהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthis dayבְּרָכָה׃be/ra/KHAa blessing

    For Moses had said, Consecrate yourselves to day to the LORD, even every man upon his son, and upon his brother; that he may bestow upon you a blessing this day.

30. 30

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it came to passמִמׇּחֳרָתmim/mo/cho/RATon the morrowוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesאֶל־הָעָםel-ha/AMto the peopleאַתֶּםat/TEMyouחֲטָאתֶםcha/ta/TEMyou have sinnedחֲטָאָהcha/ta/Aa sinגְדֹלָהge/do/LAgreatוְעַתָּהve/at/TAand nowאֶעֱלֶהe/e/LEI will go upאֶל־יְהֹוָהel-Adonaito the LORDאוּלַיu/LAYperhapsאֲכַפְּרָהa/khap/pe/RAI may make atonementבְּעַדbe/ADforחַטַּאתְכֶם׃chat/ta/te/KHEMyour sin

    And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses said unto the people, Ye have sinned a great sin: and now I will go up unto the LORD; peradventure I shall make an atonement for your sin.

31. 31

    וַיָּשׇׁבvay/YA/shovand returnedמֹשֶׁהMo/SHEMosesאֶל־יְהֹוָהel-Adonaito the LORDוַיֹּאמַרvay/yo/MARand saidאָנָּאan/NAohחָטָאcha/TAhas sinnedהָעָםha/AMthe peopleהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisחֲטָאָהcha/ta/Aa sinגְדֹלָהge/do/LAgreatוַיַּעֲשׂוּvay/ya/a/SUand have madeלָהֶםla/HEMfor themselvesאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEgods ofזָהָב׃za/HAVgold

    And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold.

32. 32

    וְעַתָּהve/at/TAand nowאִם־תִּשָּׂאim-tis/SAif You will forgiveחַטָּאתָםchat/ta/TAMtheir sinוְאִם־אַיִןve/IM-A/yinand if notמְחֵנִיme/CHE/niblot meנָאnaI prayמִסִּפְרְךָmis/sif/re/KHAout of Your bookאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichכָּתָבְתָּ׃ka/TAV/taYou have written

    Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin—; and if not, blot me, I pray thee, out of thy book which thou hast written.

33. 33

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesמִיmiwhoeverאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoחָטָא־לִיcha/TA-lihas sinned against meאֶמְחֶנּוּem/CHEN/nuhim will I blot outמִסִּפְרִי׃mis/sif/RIout of my book

    And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

34. 34

    וְעַתָּהve/at/TAand nowלֵךְlekhgoנְחֵהne/CHEleadאֶת־הָעָםet-ha/AMthe peopleאֶלeltoאֲשֶׁר־דִּבַּרְתִּיa/SHER-dib/BAR/tithe place of which I have spokenלָךְlakhto youהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdמַלְאָכִיmal/a/KHImy angelיֵלֵךְye/LEKHshall goלְפָנֶיךָle/fa/NE/khabefore youוּבְיוֹםu/ve/YOMnevertheless in the dayפׇּקְדִיpok/DIwhen I visitוּפָקַדְתִּיu/fa/kad/TII will visitעֲלֵהֶםa/le/HEMupon themחַטָּאתָם׃chat/ta/TAMtheir sin

    Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them.

35. 35

    וַיִּגֹּףvay/yig/GOFand plaguedיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶת־הָעָםet-ha/AMthe peopleעַלalbecauseאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatעָשׂוּa/SUthey madeאֶת־הָעֵגֶלet-ha/E/gelthe calfאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichעָשָׂהa/SAhe madeאַהֲרֹן׃A/ha/RONAaron

    And the LORD plagued the people, because they made the calf, which Aaron made.
