   וַיְדַבֵּרand spokeיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהto Mosesלֵּאמֹר׃saying

   And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

   רְאֵהbeholdקָרָאתִיI have calledבְשֵׁםin the name ofבְּצַלְאֵלBezaleelבֶּן־אוּרִיson of Uriבֶן־חוּרson of Hurלְמַטֵּהof the tribe ofיְהוּדָה׃Judah

   See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:

   וָאֲמַלֵּאand I have filledאֹתוֹhimרוּחַthe spirit ofאֱלֹהִיםGodבְּחׇכְמָהin wisdomוּבִתְבוּנָהand with understandingוּבְדַעַתand with knowledgeוּבְכׇל־מְלָאכָה׃and in all work

   And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

   לַחְשֹׁבto designמַחֲשָׁבֹתdesignsלַעֲשׂוֹתto doבַּזָּהָבin the goldוּבַכֶּסֶףand in the silverוּבַנְּחֹשֶׁת׃and in the bronze

   To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,

   וּבַחֲרֹשֶׁתand in carving ofאֶבֶןstoneלְמַלֹּאתfor settingוּבַחֲרֹשֶׁתand in carving ofעֵץwoodלַעֲשׂוֹתto doבְּכׇל־מְלָאכָה׃in all work

   And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.

   וַאֲנִיand IהִנֵּהbeholdנָתַתִּיI have givenאִתּוֹwith himאֵת־אׇהֳלִיאָבAholiabבֶּן־אֲחִיסָמָךְson of Ahisamachלְמַטֵּה־דָןof the tribe of Danוּבְלֵבand in the heart ofכׇּל־חֲכַם־לֵבevery skillful of heartנָתַתִּיI have givenחׇכְמָהwisdomוְעָשׂוּand they shall makeאֵת־כׇּל־אֲשֶׁרall whichצִוִּיתִךָ׃I commanded you

   And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee;

   אֵת־אֹהֶלtent ofמוֹעֵדthe congregationוְאֶת־הָאָרֹןand the arkלָעֵדֻתfor the testimonyוְאֶת־הַכַּפֹּרֶתand the mercy seatאֲשֶׁרwhichעָלָיוupon itוְאֵתandכׇּל־כְּלֵיall vessels ofהָאֹהֶל׃the tent

   The tabernacle of the congregation, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the tabernacle,

   וְאֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָןand the tableוְאֶת־כֵּלָיוand its vesselsוְאֶת־הַמְּנֹרָהand the lampstandהַטְּהֹרָהthe pureוְאֶת־כׇּל־כֵּלֶיהָand all its vesselsוְאֵתandמִזְבַּחthe altar ofהַקְּטֹרֶת׃the incense

   And the table and his furniture, and the pure candlestick with all his furniture, and the altar of incense,

   וְאֶת־מִזְבַּחand the altar ofהָעֹלָהthe burnt offeringוְאֶת־כׇּל־כֵּלָיוand all its vesselsוְאֶת־הַכִּיּוֹרand the laverוְאֶת־כַּנּוֹ׃and its base

   And the altar of burnt offering with all his furniture, and the laver and his foot,

    וְאֵתandבִּגְדֵיgarments ofהַשְּׂרָדthe woven materialוְאֶת־בִּגְדֵיand garments ofהַקֹּדֶשׁthe sanctuaryלְאַהֲרֹןto Aaronהַכֹּהֵןthe priestוְאֶת־בִּגְדֵיand garments ofבָנָיוhis sonsלְכַהֵן׃to serve as priests

    And the cloths of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest's office,

    וְאֵתandשֶׁמֶןoil ofהַמִּשְׁחָהthe anointingוְאֶת־קְטֹרֶתand the incense ofהַסַּמִּיםthe perfumeלַקֹּדֶשׁfor the sanctuaryכְּכֹלaccording to allאֲשֶׁר־צִוִּיתִךָwhich I commanded youיַעֲשׂוּ׃they shall do

    And the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded thee shall they do.

    וַיֹּאמֶרand saidיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהto Mosesלֵּאמֹר׃saying

    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

    וְאַתָּהand youדַּבֵּרspeakאֶל־בְּנֵיunto the sons ofיִשְׂרָאֵלIsraelלֵאמֹרsayingאַךְbutאֶת־שַׁבְּתֹתַיmy sabbathsתִּשְׁמֹרוּyou will observeכִּיforאוֹתa signהִואit isבֵּינִיbetween meוּבֵינֵיכֶםand between youלְדֹרֹתֵיכֶםfor your generationsלָדַעַתto knowכִּיthatאֲנִיIיְהֹוָהthe LORDמְקַדִּשְׁכֶם׃who sanctifies you

    Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.

14. 14

    וּשְׁמַרְתֶּםand you shall keepאֶת־הַשַּׁבָּתthe sabbathכִּיbecauseקֹדֶשׁholyהִואit isלָכֶםto youמְחַלְלֶיהָthose who profane itמוֹתsurelyיוּמָתhe shall be put to deathכִּיbecauseכׇּל־הָעֹשֶׂהeveryone who doesבָהּin itמְלָאכָהa workוְנִכְרְתָהand shall be cut offהַנֶּפֶשׁthe soulהַהִואthatמִקֶּרֶבfrom the midst ofעַמֶּיהָ׃her people

    Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

    שֵׁשֶׁתsixיָמִיםdaysיֵעָשֶׂהshall be doneמְלָאכָהa workוּבַיּוֹםand in the dayהַשְּׁבִיעִיthe seventhשַׁבַּתa sabbath ofשַׁבָּתוֹןa sabbath observanceקֹדֶשׁholyלַיהֹוָהto the LORDכׇּל־הָעֹשֶׂהeveryone who doesמְלָאכָהa workבְּיוֹםin the day ofהַשַּׁבָּתthe sabbathמוֹתsurelyיוּמָת׃he shall be put to death

    Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

16. 16

    וְשָׁמְרוּand they will keepבְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵלsons of Israelאֶת־הַשַּׁבָּתthe sabbathלַעֲשׂוֹתto doאֶת־הַשַּׁבָּתthe sabbathלְדֹרֹתָםfor their generationsבְּרִיתcovenant ofעוֹלָם׃eternal

    Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.

17. 17

    בֵּינִיbetween meוּבֵיןand betweenבְּנֵיthe sons ofיִשְׂרָאֵלIsraelאוֹתa signהִואit isלְעֹלָםfor everכִּי־שֵׁשֶׁתbecause six ofיָמִיםdaysעָשָׂהmadeיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶת־הַשָּׁמַיִםthe heavensוְאֶת־הָאָרֶץand the landוּבַיּוֹםand in the dayהַשְּׁבִיעִיthe seventhשָׁבַתHe restedוַיִּנָּפַשׁ׃and He was refreshed

    It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

18. 18

    וַיִּתֵּןand gaveאֶל־מֹשֶׁהto Mosesכְּכַלֹּתוֹwhen he finishedלְדַבֵּרto speakאִתּוֹwith himבְּהַרon the mount ofסִינַיSinaiשְׁנֵיtwoלֻחֹתtablets ofהָעֵדֻתthe testimonyלֻחֹתtablets ofאֶבֶןstoneכְּתֻבִיםwrittenבְּאֶצְבַּעwith the finger ofאֱלֹהִים׃God

    And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
