וַיְדַבֵּרvay/dab/BERand spokeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesלֵּאמֹר׃le/MORsaying
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

רְאֵהre/Eseeקָרָאתִיka/RA/tiI have calledבְשֵׁםve/SHEMin the name ofבְּצַלְאֵלBe/tsal/ELBezaleelבֶּן־אוּרִיben-U/RIthe son of Uriבֶן־חוּרven-Churthe son of Hurלְמַטֵּהle/mat/TEof the tribe ofיְהוּדָה׃Ye/hu/DAJudah
See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:

וָאֲמַלֵּאva/a/mal/LEand I have filledאֹתוֹo/TOhimרוּחַRU/achwith the spirit ofאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMGodבְּחׇכְמָהbe/chokh/MAin wisdomוּבִתְבוּנָהu/vit/vu/NAand in understandingוּבְדַעַתu/ve/DA/atand in knowledgeוּבְכׇל־מְלָאכָה׃u/ve/KHOL-me/la/KHAand in all manner of workmanship
And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

לַחְשֹׁבlach/SHOVto deviseמַחֲשָׁבֹתma/cha/sha/VOTdesignsלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto workבַּזָּהָבbaz/za/HAVin goldוּבַכֶּסֶףu/vak/KE/sefand in silverוּבַנְּחֹשֶׁת׃u/van/ne/CHO/shetand in bronze
To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,

וּבַחֲרֹשֶׁתu/va/cha/RO/shetand in cutting ofאֶבֶןE/venstoneלְמַלֹּאתle/mal/LOTto set themוּבַחֲרֹשֶׁתu/va/cha/RO/shetand in carving ofעֵץetswoodלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto workבְּכׇל־מְלָאכָה׃be/KHOL-me/la/KHAin all manner of workmanship
And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.

וַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdנָתַתִּיna/TAT/tihave givenאִתּוֹit/TOwith himאֵת־אׇהֳלִיאָבet-O/ho/li/AVAholiabבֶּן־אֲחִיסָמָךְben-A/chi/sa/MAKHthe son of Ahisamachלְמַטֵּה־דָןle/Mat/TE-danof the tribe of Danוּבְלֵבu/ve/LEVand in the hearts ofכׇּל־חֲכַם־לֵבkol-cha/KHAM-levall that are wise of heartנָתַתִּיna/TAT/tiI have putחׇכְמָהchokh/MAwisdomוְעָשׂוּve/a/SUthat they may makeאֵת־כׇּל־אֲשֶׁרet-kol-a/SHERall thatצִוִּיתִךָ׃tsiv/vi/TI/khaI commanded you
And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee;

אֵת־אֹהֶלet-O/helthe tent ofמוֹעֵדmo/EDmeetingוְאֶת־הָאָרֹןve/ET-ha/a/RONand the arkלָעֵדֻתla/e/DUTof the testimonyוְאֶת־הַכַּפֹּרֶתve/ET-hak/kap/PO/retand the mercy seatאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat isעָלָיוa/LAYVupon itוְאֵתve/ETandכׇּל־כְּלֵיkol-ke/LEall the furnishings ofהָאֹהֶל׃ha/O/helthe tent
The tabernacle of the congregation, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the tabernacle,

וְאֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָןve/ET-hash/shul/CHANand the tableוְאֶת־כֵּלָיוve/ET-ke/LAYVand its vesselsוְאֶת־הַמְּנֹרָהve/ET-ham/me/no/RAand the lampstandהַטְּהֹרָהhat/te/ho/RApureוְאֶת־כׇּל־כֵּלֶיהָve/ET-kol-ke/LE/haand all its vesselsוְאֵתve/ETandמִזְבַּחmiz/BACHthe altar ofהַקְּטֹרֶת׃hak/ke/TO/retthe incense
And the table and his furniture, and the pure candlestick with all his furniture, and the altar of incense,

וְאֶת־מִזְבַּחve/ET-miz/BACHand the altar ofהָעֹלָהha/o/LAthe burnt offeringוְאֶת־כׇּל־כֵּלָיוve/ET-kol-ke/LAYVand all its vesselsוְאֶת־הַכִּיּוֹרve/ET-hak/kiy/YORand the laverוְאֶת־כַּנּוֹ׃ve/ET-kan/NOand its base
And the altar of burnt offering with all his furniture, and the laver and his foot,

וְאֵתve/ETandבִּגְדֵיbig/DEthe garments ofהַשְּׂרָדhas/se/RADthe woven workוְאֶת־בִּגְדֵיve/ET-big/DEand the garments ofהַקֹּדֶשׁhak/KO/deshholinessלְאַהֲרֹןle/A/ha/RONfor Aaronהַכֹּהֵןhak/ko/HENthe priestוְאֶת־בִּגְדֵיve/ET-big/DEand the garments ofבָנָיוva/NAYVhis sonsלְכַהֵן׃le/kha/HENto serve as priests
And the cloths of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest's office,

וְאֵתve/ETandשֶׁמֶןSHE/menthe oil ofהַמִּשְׁחָהham/mish/CHAanointingוְאֶת־קְטֹרֶתve/ET-ke/TO/retand the incense ofהַסַּמִּיםhas/sam/MIMsweet spicesלַקֹּדֶשׁlak/KO/deshfor the holy placeכְּכֹלke/KHOLaccording to allאֲשֶׁר־צִוִּיתִךָa/SHER-tsiv/vi/TI/khathat I have commanded youיַעֲשׂוּ׃ya/a/SUthey shall do
And the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded thee shall they do.

וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesלֵּאמֹר׃le/MORsaying
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

וְאַתָּהve/at/TAand youדַּבֵּרdab/BERspeakאֶל־בְּנֵיel-be/NEto the children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingאַךְakhsurelyאֶת־שַׁבְּתֹתַיet-shab/be/to/TAYmy sabbathsתִּשְׁמֹרוּtish/MO/ruyou shall keepכִּיkiforאוֹתota signהִואhivit isבֵּינִיbe/NIbetween meוּבֵינֵיכֶםu/ve/ne/KHEMand between youלְדֹרֹתֵיכֶםle/do/ro/te/KHEMfor your generationsלָדַעַתla/DA/atto knowכִּיkithatאֲנִיa/NII amיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDמְקַדִּשְׁכֶם׃me/kad/dish/KHEMwho sanctifies you
Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.

וּשְׁמַרְתֶּםu/she/mar/TEMand you shall keepאֶת־הַשַּׁבָּתet-hash/shab/BATthe sabbathכִּיkiforקֹדֶשׁKO/deshholyהִואhivit isלָכֶםla/KHEMto youמְחַלְלֶיהָme/chal/LE/haeveryone who profanes itמוֹתmotdieיוּמָתyu/MAThe shall be put to deathכִּיkiforכׇּל־הָעֹשֶׂהkol-ha/o/SEwhoever doesבָהּvain itמְלָאכָהme/la/KHAworkוְנִכְרְתָהve/nikh/re/TAand shall be cut offהַנֶּפֶשׁhan/NE/feshthe soulהַהִואha/HIVthatמִקֶּרֶבmik/KE/revfrom the midst ofעַמֶּיהָ׃am/ME/haits people
Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

שֵׁשֶׁתSHE/shetsixיָמִיםya/MIMdaysיֵעָשֶׂהye/a/SEshall be doneמְלָאכָהme/la/KHAworkוּבַיּוֹםu/vay/YOMbut on the dayהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhשַׁבַּתshab/BATa sabbath ofשַׁבָּתוֹןshab/ba/TONrestקֹדֶשׁKO/deshholyלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDכׇּל־הָעֹשֶׂהkol-ha/o/SEwhoever doesמְלָאכָהme/la/KHAworkבְּיוֹםbe/YOMon the day ofהַשַּׁבָּתhash/shab/BATthe sabbathמוֹתmotdieיוּמָת׃yu/MAThe shall be put to death
Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

וְשָׁמְרוּve/sha/me/RUwherefore shall keepבְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵלve/NE-yis/ra/ELthe children of Israelאֶת־הַשַּׁבָּתet-hash/shab/BATthe sabbathלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto observeאֶת־הַשַּׁבָּתet-hash/shab/BATthe sabbathלְדֹרֹתָםle/do/ro/TAMfor their generationsבְּרִיתbe/RITa covenantעוֹלָם׃o/LAMeverlasting
Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.

בֵּינִיbe/NIbetween meוּבֵיןu/VENand betweenבְּנֵיbe/NEthe children ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelאוֹתota signהִואhivit isלְעֹלָםle/o/LAMfor everכִּי־שֵׁשֶׁתki-SHE/shetfor in sixיָמִיםya/MIMdaysעָשָׂהa/SAmadeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶת־הַשָּׁמַיִםet-hash/sha/MA/yimthe heavensוְאֶת־הָאָרֶץve/ET-ha/A/retsand the earthוּבַיּוֹםu/vay/YOMand on the dayהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhשָׁבַתsha/VATHe restedוַיִּנָּפַשׁ׃vay/yin/na/FASHand He was refreshed
It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

וַיִּתֵּןvay/yit/TENand He gaveאֶל־מֹשֶׁהel-Mo/SHEto Mosesכְּכַלֹּתוֹke/khal/lo/TOwhen He had finishedלְדַבֵּרle/dab/BERspeakingאִתּוֹit/TOwith himבְּהַרbe/HARupon mountסִינַיSi/NAYSinaiשְׁנֵיshe/NEtwoלֻחֹתlu/CHOTtablets ofהָעֵדֻתha/e/DUTthe testimonyלֻחֹתlu/CHOTtablets ofאֶבֶןE/venstoneכְּתֻבִיםke/tu/VIMwrittenבְּאֶצְבַּעbe/ets/BAwith the finger ofאֱלֹהִים׃e/lo/HIMGod
And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
