    וַיְדַבֵּרand spokeיְהֹוָהthe LORDאֶל־מֹשֶׁהto Mosesלֵּאמֹר׃saying

    And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

  2. 2

    דַּבֵּרspeakאֶל־בְּנֵיunto the sons ofיִשְׂרָאֵלIsraelוְיִקְחוּ־לִיthat they bring Meתְּרוּמָהan offeringמֵאֵתfromכׇּל־אִישׁevery manאֲשֶׁרwhichיִדְּבֶנּוּgives it willinglyלִבּוֹhis heartתִּקְחוּyou shall takeאֶת־תְּרוּמָתִי׃My offering

    Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.

    וְזֹאתand thisהַתְּרוּמָהthe offeringאֲשֶׁרwhichתִּקְחוּyou shall takeמֵאִתָּםof themזָהָבgoldוָכֶסֶףand silverוּנְחֹשֶׁת׃and brass

    And this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass,

    וּתְכֵלֶתand blueוְאַרְגָּמָןand purpleוְתוֹלַעַתand scarletשָׁנִיof scarletוְשֵׁשׁand fine linenוְעִזִּים׃and goats' hair

    And blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair,

    וְעֹרֹתand skins ofאֵילִםramsמְאׇדָּמִיםdyed redוְעֹרֹתand skins ofתְּחָשִׁיםbadgersוַעֲצֵיand wood ofשִׁטִּים׃acacia

    And rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and shittim wood,

    שֶׁמֶןoilלַמָּאֹרfor the lightבְּשָׂמִיםspicesלְשֶׁמֶןfor the oil ofהַמִּשְׁחָהanointingוְלִקְטֹרֶתand for the incense ofהַסַּמִּים׃sweet

    Oil for the light, spices for anointing oil, and for sweet incense,

    אַבְנֵי־שֹׁהַםstones of onyxוְאַבְנֵיand stones ofמִלֻּאִיםto be setלָאֵפֹדfor the ephodוְלַחֹשֶׁן׃and in the breastplate

    Onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.

    וְעָשׂוּand let them makeלִיMeמִקְדָּשׁa sanctuaryוְשָׁכַנְתִּיand I will dwellבְּתוֹכָם׃among them

    And let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.

    כְּכֹלaccording to allאֲשֶׁרwhichאֲנִיIמַרְאֶהshowאוֹתְךָyouאֵת־תַּבְנִיתthe pattern ofהַמִּשְׁכָּןthe tabernacleוְאֵתandתַּבְנִיתthe pattern ofכׇּל־כֵּלָיוall the instruments thereofוְכֵןand soתַּעֲשׂוּ׃shall you make

    According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.

    וְעָשׂוּand they shall makeאֲרוֹןthe ark ofעֲצֵיwood ofשִׁטִּיםacaciaאַמָּתַיִםtwo cubitsוָחֵצִיand halfאׇרְכּוֹits lengthוְאַמָּהand a cubitוָחֵצִיand halfרׇחְבּוֹits breadthוְאַמָּהand a cubitוָחֵצִיand halfקֹמָתוֹ׃the height of it

    And they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

    וְצִפִּיתָand you shall overlayאֹתוֹitזָהָבgoldטָהוֹרpureמִבַּיִתwithinוּמִחוּץand withoutתְּצַפֶּנּוּshall you overlay itוְעָשִׂיתָand shall makeעָלָיוupon itזֵרa crown ofזָהָבgoldסָבִיב׃all around

    And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it, and shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about.

    וְיָצַקְתָּand you shall castלּוֹfor itאַרְבַּעfourטַבְּעֹתrings ofזָהָבgoldוְנָתַתָּהand put themעַלuponאַרְבַּעfourפַּעֲמֹתָיוthe corners thereofוּשְׁתֵּיand twoטַבָּעֹתringsעַל־צַלְעוֹin the side of itהָאֶחָתthe oneוּשְׁתֵּיand twoטַבָּעֹתringsעַל־צַלְעוֹin the other side of itהַשֵּׁנִית׃the second

    And thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put them in the four corners thereof; and two rings shall be in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it.

    וְעָשִׂיתָand you shall makeבַדֵּיstaves ofעֲצֵיwood ofשִׁטִּיםacaciaוְצִפִּיתָand you will overlayאֹתָםthemזָהָב׃gold

    And thou shalt make staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.

  14. 14

    וְהֵבֵאתָand you shall putאֶת־הַבַּדִּיםthe stavesבַּטַּבָּעֹתinto the ringsעַלuponצַלְעֹתthe sides ofהָאָרֹןthe arkלָשֵׂאתto bearאֶת־הָאָרֹןthe arkבָּהֶם׃with them

    And thou shalt put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.

  15. 15

    בְּטַבְּעֹתin the rings ofהָאָרֹןthe arkיִהְיוּshall beהַבַּדִּיםthe stavesלֹאnotיָסֻרוּshall they be takenמִמֶּנּוּ׃from it

    The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it.

  16. 16

    וְנָתַתָּand you shall putאֶל־הָאָרֹןinto the arkאֵת־הָעֵדֻתthe testimonyאֲשֶׁרwhichאֶתֵּןI shall giveאֵלֶיךָ׃to you

    And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.

    וְעָשִׂיתָand doכַפֹּרֶתa mercy seat ofזָהָבgoldטָהוֹרpureאַמָּתַיִםtwo cubitsוָחֵצִיand halfאׇרְכָּהּthe length thereofוְאַמָּהand a cubitוָחֵצִיand halfרׇחְבָּהּ׃the breadth thereof

    And thou shalt make a mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.

  18. 18

    וְעָשִׂיתָand doשְׁנַיִםtwoכְּרֻבִיםcherubimזָהָבgoldמִקְשָׁהof beaten workתַּעֲשֶׂהshall you makeאֹתָםthemמִשְּׁנֵיin the twoקְצוֹתends ofהַכַּפֹּרֶת׃the mercy seat

    And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat.

  19. 19

    וַעֲשֵׂהand makeכְּרוּבa cherubאֶחָדoneמִקָּצָהfrom the endמִזֶּהon the one sideוּכְרוּב־אֶחָדand a cherub oneמִקָּצָהfrom the endמִזֶּהon the other sideמִן־הַכַּפֹּרֶתfrom the mercy seatתַּעֲשׂוּshall you makeאֶת־הַכְּרֻבִיםthe cherubimעַל־שְׁנֵיupon twoקְצוֹתָיו׃the ends thereof

    And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof.

    וְהָיוּand shall stretch forthהַכְּרֻבִיםthe cherubimפֹּרְשֵׂיspreadingכְנָפַיִםtheir wingsלְמַעְלָהon highסֹכְכִיםcoveringבְּכַנְפֵיהֶםwith their wingsעַל־הַכַּפֹּרֶתover the mercy seatוּפְנֵיהֶםand their facesאִישׁoneאֶל־אָחִיוto anotherאֶל־הַכַּפֹּרֶתtoward the mercy seatיִהְיוּshall beפְּנֵיthe faces ofהַכְּרֻבִים׃the cherubim

    And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.

  21. 21

    וְנָתַתָּand you shall putאֶת־הַכַּפֹּרֶתthe mercy seatעַל־הָאָרֹןupon the arkמִלְמָעְלָהaboveוְאֶל־הָאָרֹןand in the arkתִּתֵּןyou shall putאֶת־הָעֵדֻתthe testimonyאֲשֶׁרwhichאֶתֵּןI shall giveאֵלֶיךָ׃to you

    And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee.

    וְנוֹעַדְתִּיand I will meetלְךָfor youשָׁםthereוְדִבַּרְתִּיand I will communeאִתְּךָwith youמֵעַלfrom aboveהַכַּפֹּרֶתthe mercy seatמִבֵּיןfrom betweenשְׁנֵיtwoהַכְּרֻבִיםthe cherubimאֲשֶׁרwhichעַל־אֲרוֹןupon the ark ofהָעֵדֻתthe testimonyאֵת־כׇּל־אֲשֶׁרall thatאֲצַוֶּהI will commandאוֹתְךָyouאֶל־בְּנֵיunto the sons ofיִשְׂרָאֵל׃Israel

    And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

  23. 23

    וְעָשִׂיתָand doשֻׁלְחָןa table ofעֲצֵיwood ofשִׁטִּיםacaciaאַמָּתַיִםtwo cubitsאׇרְכּוֹits lengthוְאַמָּהand a cubitרׇחְבּוֹits breadthוְאַמָּהand a cubitוָחֵצִיand halfקֹמָתוֹ׃the height thereof

    Thou shalt also make a table of shittim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

    וְצִפִּיתָand you will overlayאֹתוֹitזָהָבgoldטָהוֹרpureוְעָשִׂיתָand doלּוֹtheretoזֵרa crown ofזָהָבgoldסָבִיב׃all around

    And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about.

  25. 25

    וְעָשִׂיתָand doלּוֹunto itמִסְגֶּרֶתa rimטֹפַחan hand breadthסָבִיבall aroundוְעָשִׂיתָand doזֵר־זָהָבa golden crownלְמִסְגַּרְתּוֹfor its rimסָבִיב׃all around

    And thou shalt make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about.

  26. 26

    וְעָשִׂיתָand doלּוֹfor itאַרְבַּעfourטַבְּעֹתrings ofזָהָבgoldוְנָתַתָּand you shall putאֶת־הַטַּבָּעֹתthe ringsעַלuponאַרְבַּעfourהַפֵּאֹתcornersאֲשֶׁרwhichלְאַרְבַּעon the fourרַגְלָיו׃feet thereof

    And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof.

  27. 27

    לְעֻמַּתover againstהַמִּסְגֶּרֶתthe borderתִּהְיֶיןָshall beהַטַּבָּעֹתthe ringsלְבָתִּיםfor holdersלְבַדִּיםof the stavesלָשֵׂאתto bearאֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָן׃the table

    Over against the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table.

  28. 28

    וְעָשִׂיתָand doאֶת־הַבַּדִּיםthe stavesעֲצֵיwood ofשִׁטִּיםacaciaוְצִפִּיתָand you will overlayאֹתָםthemזָהָבgoldוְנִשָּׂא־בָםthat may be borne with themאֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָן׃the table

    And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them.

  29. 29

    וְעָשִׂיתָand doקְּעָרֹתָיוthe dishes thereofוְכַפֹּתָיוand spoons thereofוּקְשׂוֹתָיוand covers thereofוּמְנַקִּיֹּתָיוand bowls thereofאֲשֶׁרwhichיֻסַּךְto cover withalבָּהֵןtherewithזָהָבgoldטָהוֹרpureתַּעֲשֶׂהshall you makeאֹתָם׃them

    And thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and spoons thereof, and covers thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover withal: of pure gold shalt thou make them.

  30. 30

    וְנָתַתָּand you shall putעַל־הַשֻּׁלְחָןupon the tableלֶחֶםbread ofפָּנִיםthe presenceלְפָנַיbefore Meתָּמִיד׃continually

    And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway.

  31. 31

    וְעָשִׂיתָand doמְנֹרַתa candlestick ofזָהָבgoldטָהוֹרpureמִקְשָׁהof beaten workהַמְּנוֹרָהthe candlestickיְרֵכָהּhis shaftוְקָנָהּand his branchגְּבִיעֶיהָhis bowlsכַּפְתֹּרֶיהָhis knopsוּפְרָחֶיהָand his flowersמִמֶּנָּהof the sameיִהְיוּ׃shall be

    And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.

  32. 32

    וְשִׁשָּׁהand sixקָנִיםbranchesיֹצְאִיםcoming outמִצִּדֶּיהָof the sides of itשְׁלֹשָׁהthreeקְנֵיbranches ofמְנֹרָהthe candlestickמִצִּדָּהּout of the sideהָאֶחָדthe oneוּשְׁלֹשָׁהand threeקְנֵיbranches ofמְנֹרָהthe candlestickמִצִּדָּהּout of the other sideהַשֵּׁנִי׃the second

    And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side:

  33. 33

    שְׁלֹשָׁהthreeגְבִעִיםbowlsמְשֻׁקָּדִיםmade like unto almondsבַּקָּנֶהin the branchהָאֶחָדthe oneכַּפְתֹּרa knopוָפֶרַחand a flowerוּשְׁלֹשָׁהand threeגְבִעִיםbowlsמְשֻׁקָּדִיםmade like unto almondsבַּקָּנֶהin the branchהָאֶחָדthe oneכַּפְתֹּרa knopוָפָרַחand a flowerכֵּןthusלְשֵׁשֶׁתin the sixהַקָּנִיםbranchesהַיֹּצְאִיםthat come outמִן־הַמְּנֹרָה׃from the lampstand

    Three bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick.

  34. 34

    וּבַמְּנֹרָהand in the candlestickאַרְבָּעָהfourגְבִעִיםbowlsמְשֻׁקָּדִיםmade like unto almondsכַּפְתֹּרֶיהָhis knopsוּפְרָחֶיהָ׃and his flowers

    And in the candlestick shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers.

  35. 35

    וְכַפְתֹּרand a knopתַּחַתunderשְׁנֵיtwoהַקָּנִיםbranchesמִמֶּנָּהof the sameוְכַפְתֹּרand a knopתַּחַתunderשְׁנֵיtwoהַקָּנִיםbranchesמִמֶּנָּהof the sameוְכַפְתֹּרand a knopתַּחַת־שְׁנֵיunder twoהַקָּנִיםbranchesמִמֶּנָּהof the sameלְשֵׁשֶׁתof the sixהַקָּנִיםbranchesהַיֹּצְאִיםthat come outמִן־הַמְּנֹרָה׃from the lampstand

    And there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick.

  36. 36

    כַּפְתֹּרֵיהֶםtheir knopsוּקְנֹתָםand their branchesמִמֶּנָּהof the sameיִהְיוּshall beכֻּלָּהּall itמִקְשָׁהbeaten work ofאַחַתoneזָהָבgoldטָהוֹר׃pure

    Their knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold.

  37. 37

    וְעָשִׂיתָand doאֶת־נֵרֹתֶיהָthe lamps thereofשִׁבְעָהsevenוְהֶעֱלָהand they shall lightאֶת־נֵרֹתֶיהָthe lamps thereofוְהֵאִירand it shall give lightעַל־עֵבֶרover againstפָּנֶיהָ׃it

    And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it.

  38. 38

    וּמַלְקָחֶיהָand the tongs thereofוּמַחְתֹּתֶיהָand the snuffdishes thereofזָהָבgoldטָהוֹר׃pure

    And the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold.

  39. 39

    כִּכָּרof a talent ofזָהָבgoldטָהוֹרpureיַעֲשֶׂהshall he makeאֹתָהּitאֵת־כׇּל־הַכֵּלִיםwith all the vesselsהָאֵלֶּה׃these

    Of a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels.

  40. 40

    וּרְאֵהand lookוַעֲשֵׂהthat you make themבְּתַבְנִיתָםafter their patternאֲשֶׁר־אַתָּהwhichמׇרְאֶהwas showedבָּהָר׃in the mount

    And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount.
