   And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Ye have seen all that the LORD did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land;

   The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles:

   וְלֹא־נָתַןve/LO-na/TANyet has not givenיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלָכֶםla/KHEMyouלֵבleva heartלָדַעַתla/DA/atto knowוְעֵינַיִםve/e/NA/yimand eyesלִרְאוֹתlir/OTto seeוְאׇזְנַיִםve/oz/NA/yimand earsלִשְׁמֹעַlish/MO/ato hearעַדaduntilהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthe dayהַזֶּה׃haz/ZEthis

   Yet the LORD hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day.

   וָאוֹלֵךְva/o/LEKHand I have ledאֶתְכֶםet/KHEMyouאַרְבָּעִיםar/ba/IMfortyשָׁנָהsha/NAyearsבַּמִּדְבָּרbam/mid/BARin the wildernessלֹא־בָלוּlo-va/LUhave not worn outשַׂלְמֹתֵיכֶםsal/mo/te/KHEMyour garmentsמֵעֲלֵיכֶםme/a/le/KHEMon youוְנַעַלְךָve/na/al/KHAand your sandalלֹא־בָלְתָהlo-va/le/TAhas not worn outמֵעַלme/ALonרַגְלֶךָ׃rag/LE/khayour foot

   And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot.

   Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am the LORD your God.

   וַתָּבֹאוּvat/ta/VO/uand when you cameאֶל־הַמָּקוֹםel-ham/ma/KOMto the placeהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisוַיֵּצֵאvay/ye/TSEcame outסִיחֹןSi/CHONSihonמֶלֶךְ־חֶשְׁבּוֹןME/lekh-Chesh/BONthe king of Heshbonוְעוֹגve/OGand Ogמֶלֶךְ־הַבָּשָׁןME/lekh-Hab/ba/SHANthe king of Bashanלִקְרָאתֵנוּlik/ra/TE/nuto meet usלַמִּלְחָמָהlam/mil/cha/MAto battleוַנַּכֵּם׃van/nak/KEMand we struck them

   And when ye came unto this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, came out against us unto battle, and we smote them:

   וַנִּקַּחvan/nik/KACHand we tookאֶת־אַרְצָםet-ar/TSAMtheir landוַנִּתְּנָהּvan/nit/te/NAand we gave itלְנַחֲלָהle/na/cha/LAas an inheritanceלָראוּבֵנִיlaR/u/ve/NIto the Reubenitesוְלַגָּדִיve/Lag/ga/DIand to the Gaditesוְלַחֲצִיve/la/cha/TSIand to the half ofשֵׁבֶטSHE/vetthe tribe ofהַמְנַשִּׁי׃Ham/nash/SHIof the Manassites

   And we took their land, and gave it for an inheritance unto the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to the half tribe of Manasseh.

   וּשְׁמַרְתֶּםu/she/mar/TEMtherefore keepאֶת־דִּבְרֵיet-div/REthe words ofהַבְּרִיתhab/be/RITthe covenantהַזֹּאתhaz/ZOTthisוַעֲשִׂיתֶםva/a/si/TEMand doאֹתָםo/TAMthemלְמַעַןle/MA/anso thatתַּשְׂכִּילוּtas/KI/luyou may prosper inאֵת־כׇּל־אֲשֶׁרet-kol-a/SHERall thatתַּעֲשׂוּן׃ta/a/SUNyou do

   Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do.

   אַתֶּםat/TEMyouנִצָּבִיםnits/tsa/VIMare standingהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthis dayכֻּלְּכֶםkul/le/KHEMall of youלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיכֶםe/lo/he/KHEMyour Godרָאשֵׁיכֶםra/she/KHEMyour headsשִׁבְטֵיכֶםshiv/te/KHEMyour tribesזִקְנֵיכֶםzik/ne/KHEMyour eldersוְשֹׁטְרֵיכֶםve/shot/re/KHEMand your officersכֹּלkolallאִישׁishthe men ofיִשְׂרָאֵל׃Yis/ra/ELIsrael

   Ye stand this day all of you before the LORD your God; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel,

    טַפְּכֶםtap/pe/KHEMyour little onesנְשֵׁיכֶםne/she/KHEMyour wivesוְגֵרְךָve/ger/KHAand your strangerאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwho isבְּקֶרֶבbe/KE/revin the midst ofמַחֲנֶיךָma/cha/NE/khayour campמֵחֹטֵבme/cho/TEVfrom the hewer ofעֵצֶיךָe/TSE/khayour woodעַדadtoשֹׁאֵבsho/EVthe drawer ofמֵימֶיךָ׃me/ME/khayour water

    Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water:

    לְעׇבְרְךָle/ov/re/KHAthat you should enterבִּבְרִיתbiv/RITinto the covenant ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godוּבְאָלָתוֹu/ve/a/la/TOand into His oathאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godכֹּרֵתko/RETmakesעִמְּךָim/me/KHAwith youהַיּוֹם׃hay/YOMthis day

    That thou shouldest enter into covenant with the LORD thy God, and into his oath, which the LORD thy God maketh with thee this day:

12. 12

    לְמַעַןle/MA/anso thatהָקִים־אֹתְךָha/KIM-ot/KHAHe may establish youהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthis dayלוֹloas Hisלְעָםle/AMpeopleוְהוּאve/HUand that Heיִהְיֶה־לְּךָyih/YE-le/KHAmay be to youלֵאלֹהִיםle/lo/HIMGodכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERasדִּבֶּר־לָךְdib/BER-lakhHe has spoken to youוְכַאֲשֶׁרve/kha/a/SHERand asנִשְׁבַּעnish/BAsworeלַאֲבֹתֶיךָla/a/vo/TE/khato your fathersלְאַבְרָהָםle/Av/ra/HAMto Abrahamלְיִצְחָקle/Yits/CHAKto Isaacוּלְיַעֲקֹב׃u/Le/ya/a/KOVand to Jacob

    That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

    וְלֹאve/LOand notאִתְּכֶםit/te/KHEMwith youלְבַדְּכֶםle/vad/de/KHEMaloneאָנֹכִיa/no/KHIIכֹּרֵתko/RETmakeאֶת־הַבְּרִיתet-hab/be/RITthe covenantהַזֹּאתhaz/ZOTthisוְאֶת־הָאָלָהve/ET-ha/a/LAand the oathהַזֹּאת׃haz/ZOTthis

    Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;

14. 14

    כִּיkibutאֶת־אֲשֶׁרet-a/SHERwith him whoיֶשְׁנוֹyesh/NOisפֹּהpohereעִמָּנוּim/MA/nuwith usעֹמֵדo/MEDstandingהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthis dayלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵינוּe/lo/HE/nuour Godוְאֵתve/ETand withאֲשֶׁרa/SHERhim whoאֵינֶנּוּe/NEN/nuis notפֹּהpohereעִמָּנוּim/MA/nuwith usהַיּוֹם׃hay/YOMthis day

    But with him that standeth here with us this day before the LORD our God, and also with him that is not here with us this day:

15. 15

    כִּי־אַתֶּםki-at/TEMfor youיְדַעְתֶּםye/da/TEMknowאֵת־אֲשֶׁר־יָשַׁבְנוּet-a/SHER-ya/SHAV/nuhow we dweltבְּאֶרֶץbe/E/retsin the land ofמִצְרָיִםMits/RA/yimEgyptוְאֵתve/ETandאֲשֶׁר־עָבַרְנוּa/SHER-a/VAR/nuhow we passedבְּקֶרֶבbe/KE/revthrough the midst ofהַגּוֹיִםhag/go/YIMthe nationsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichעֲבַרְתֶּם׃a/var/TEMyou passed through

    (For ye know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which ye passed by;

16. 16

    וַתִּרְאוּvat/tir/Uand you have seenאֶת־שִׁקּוּצֵיהֶםet-shik/ku/tse/HEMtheir detestable thingsוְאֵתve/ETandגִּלֻּלֵיהֶםgil/lu/le/HEMtheir idolsעֵץetswoodוָאֶבֶןva/E/venand stoneכֶּסֶףKE/sefsilverוְזָהָבve/za/HAVand goldאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhich wereעִמָּהֶם׃im/ma/HEMwith them

    And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among them:)

17. 17

    פֶּן־יֵשׁpen-yeshlest there beבָּכֶםba/KHEMamong youאִישׁisha manאוֹ־אִשָּׁהo-ish/SHAor a womanאוֹoorמִשְׁפָּחָהmish/pa/CHAa familyאוֹ־שֵׁבֶטo-SHE/vetor tribeאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoseלְבָבוֹle/va/VOhis heartפֹנֶהfo/NEturns awayהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthis dayמֵעִםme/IMfromיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵינוּe/lo/HE/nuour Godלָלֶכֶתla/LE/khetto goלַעֲבֹדla/a/VODto serveאֶת־אֱלֹהֵיet-e/lo/HEthe gods ofהַגּוֹיִםhag/go/YIMthe nationsהָהֵםha/HEMthoseפֶּן־יֵשׁpen-yeshlest there beבָּכֶםba/KHEMamong youשֹׁרֶשׁSHO/resha rootפֹּרֶהpo/REbearingרֹאשׁroshgallוְלַעֲנָה׃ve/la/a/NAand wormwood

    Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;

18. 18

    וְהָיָהve/ha/YAand it shall beבְּשׇׁמְעוֹbe/shom/Owhen he hearsאֶת־דִּבְרֵיet-div/REthe words ofהָאָלָהha/a/LAthe curseהַזֹּאתhaz/ZOTthisוְהִתְבָּרֵךְve/hit/ba/REKHthat he bless himselfבִּלְבָבוֹbil/va/VOin his heartלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingשָׁלוֹםsha/LOMpeaceיִהְיֶה־לִּיyih/YE-liI shall haveכִּיkithoughבִּשְׁרִרוּתbish/ri/RUTin the stubbornness ofלִבִּיlib/BImy heartאֵלֵךְe/LEKHI walkלְמַעַןle/MA/anso asסְפוֹתse/FOTto addהָרָוָהha/ra/VAthe watered groundאֶת־הַצְּמֵאָה׃et-hats/tse/me/Ato the thirsty

    And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:

19. 19

    לֹא־יֹאבֶהlo-yo/VEwill not be willingיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDסְלֹחַse/LO/achto pardonלוֹlohimכִּיkibutאָזazthenיֶעְשַׁןye/SHANshall smokeאַף־יְהֹוָהaf-Adonaithe anger of the LORDוְקִנְאָתוֹve/kin/a/TOand His jealousyבָּאִישׁba/ISHagainst the manהַהוּאha/HUthatוְרָבְצָהve/RAV/tsaand shall restבּוֹboon himכׇּל־הָאָלָהkol-ha/a/LAall the curseהַכְּתוּבָהhak/ke/tu/VAthat is writtenבַּסֵּפֶרbas/SE/ferin the bookהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisוּמָחָהu/ma/CHAand shall blot outיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶת־שְׁמוֹet-she/MOhis nameמִתַּחַתmit/TA/chatfrom underהַשָּׁמָיִם׃hash/sha/MA/yimthe heavens

    The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven.

20. 20

    וְהִבְדִּילוֹve/hiv/di/LOand shall separate himיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלְרָעָהle/ra/Afor evilמִכֹּלmik/KOLout of allשִׁבְטֵיshiv/TEthe tribes ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelכְּכֹלke/KHOLaccording to allאָלוֹתa/LOTthe curses ofהַבְּרִיתhab/be/RITthe covenantהַכְּתוּבָהhak/ke/tu/VAthat are writtenבְּסֵפֶרbe/SE/ferin the book ofהַתּוֹרָהhat/to/RAthe lawהַזֶּה׃haz/ZEthis

    And the LORD shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law:

21. 21

    וְאָמַרve/a/MARand shall sayהַדּוֹרhad/DORthe generationהָאַחֲרוֹןha/a/cha/RONto comeבְּנֵיכֶםbe/ne/KHEMyour childrenאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoיָקוּמוּya/KU/mushall rise upמֵאַחֲרֵיכֶםme/a/cha/re/KHEMafter youוְהַנׇּכְרִיve/han/nokh/RIand the foreignerאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoיָבֹאya/VOshall comeמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsfrom the land ofרְחוֹקָהre/cho/KAfarוְרָאוּve/ra/Uwhen they seeאֶת־מַכּוֹתet-mak/KOTthe plagues ofהָאָרֶץha/A/retslandהַהִואha/HIVthatוְאֶת־תַּחֲלֻאֶיהָve/ET-ta/cha/lu/E/haand its sicknessesאֲשֶׁר־חִלָּהa/SHER-chil/LAwith which has afflictedיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבָּהּ׃bait

    So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the LORD hath laid upon it;

    גׇּפְרִיתgof/RITbrimstoneוָמֶלַחva/ME/lachand saltשְׂרֵפָהse/re/FAburningכׇל־אַרְצָהּkhol-ar/TSAall its landלֹאlonotתִזָּרַעtiz/za/RAsownוְלֹאve/LOnorתַצְמִחַtats/MI/achdoes it sproutוְלֹא־יַעֲלֶהve/LO-ya/a/LEnor growsבָהּvaon itכׇּל־עֵשֶׂבkol-E/sevany grassכְּמַהְפֵּכַתke/mah/pe/KHATas the overthrow ofסְדֹםSe/DOMSodomוַעֲמֹרָהva/A/mo/RAand GomorrahאַדְמָהAd/MAAdmah[וּצְבוֹיִם]U/tse/vo/YIMand Zeboimאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichהָפַךְha/FAKHoverthrewיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבְּאַפּוֹbe/ap/POin His angerוּבַחֲמָתוֹ׃u/va/cha/ma/TOand in His wrath

    And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath:

23. 23

    וְאָמְרוּve/a/me/RUand shall sayכׇּל־הַגּוֹיִםkol-hag/go/YIMall the nationsעַל־מֶהal-mewhyעָשָׂהa/SAhas doneיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDכָּכָהKA/khathusלָאָרֶץla/A/retsto landהַזֹּאתhaz/ZOTthisמֶהmewhatחֳרִיcho/RIthe heat ofהָאַףha/AFangerהַגָּדוֹלhag/ga/DOLgreatהַזֶּה׃haz/ZEthis

    Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?

24. 24

    וְאָמְרוּve/a/me/RUthen they shall sayעַלalbecauseאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatעָזְבוּa/ze/VUthey forsookאֶת־בְּרִיתet-be/RITthe covenant ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEthe God ofאֲבֹתָםa/vo/TAMtheir fathersאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichכָּרַתka/RATHe madeעִמָּםim/MAMwith themבְּהוֹצִיאוֹbe/ho/tsi/Owhen He broughtאֹתָםo/TAMthemמֵאֶרֶץme/E/retsfrom the land ofמִצְרָיִם׃Mits/RA/yimEgypt

    Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt:

25. 25

    וַיֵּלְכוּvay/yel/KHUfor they wentוַיַּעַבְדוּvay/ya/av/DUand they servedאֱלֹהִים־אֲחֵרִיםe/lo/HIM-a/che/RIMother godsוַיִּשְׁתַּחֲווּvay/yish/ta/cha/VUand worshipedלָהֶםla/HEMthemאֱלֹהִיםe/lo/HIMgodsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichלֹא־יְדָעוּםlo-ye/da/UMthey had not knownוְלֹאve/LOand notחָלַקcha/LAKHe had allottedלָהֶם׃la/HEMto them

    For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:

26. 26

    וַיִּחַר־אַףvay/YI/char-afand was kindled the anger ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבָּאָרֶץba/A/retsin the landהַהִואha/HIVthatלְהָבִיאle/ha/VIto bringעָלֶיהָa/LE/haupon itאֶת־כׇּל־הַקְּלָלָהet-kol-hak/ke/la/LAall the curseהַכְּתוּבָהhak/ke/tu/VAthat is writtenבַּסֵּפֶרbas/SE/ferin the bookהַזֶּה׃haz/ZEthis

    And the anger of the LORD was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book:

27. 27

    וַיִּתְּשֵׁםvay/yit/te/SHEMand uprooted themיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDמֵעַלme/ALfromאַדְמָתָםad/ma/TAMtheir landבְּאַףbe/AFin angerוּבְחֵמָהu/ve/che/MAand in wrathוּבְקֶצֶףu/ve/KE/tsefand in indignationגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatוַיַּשְׁלִכֵםvay/yash/li/KHEMand cast themאֶל־אֶרֶץel-E/retsinto a landאַחֶרֶתa/CHE/retanotherכַּיּוֹםkay/YOMas the dayהַזֶּה׃haz/ZEthis

    And the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.

    הַנִּסְתָּרֹתhan/nis/ta/ROTthe hidden thingsלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDאֱלֹהֵינוּe/lo/HE/nuour Godוְהַנִּגְלֹתve/han/nig/LOTand the revealed thingsלָׄנׄוּׄLA/nuto usוּׄלְׄבָׄנֵׄיׄנׄוּׄu/le/va/NE/nuand to our childrenעַׄד־עוֹלָםad-o/LAMforeverלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto doאֶת־כׇּל־דִּבְרֵיet-kol-div/REall the words ofהַתּוֹרָהhat/to/RAthe lawהַזֹּאת׃haz/ZOTthis

    The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
