   Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the LORD thy God: for in the month of Abib the LORD thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.

   וְזָבַחְתָּve/za/vach/TAyou shall therefore sacrificeפֶּסַחPE/sachthe passoverלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godצֹאןtsonof the flockוּבָקָרu/va/KARand the herdבַּמָּקוֹםbam/ma/KOMin the placeאֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַרa/SHER-yiv/CHARwhich shall chooseיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלְשַׁכֵּןle/shak/KENto make dwellשְׁמוֹshe/MOHis nameשָׁם׃shamthere

   Thou shalt therefore sacrifice the passover unto the LORD thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the LORD shall choose to place his name there.

   Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.

   וְלֹא־יֵרָאֶהve/LO-ye/ra/Eand there shall be no seenלְךָle/KHAwith youשְׂאֹרse/ORleavenבְּכׇל־גְּבֻלְךָbe/KHOL-ge/vul/KHAin all your territoryשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysוְלֹא־יָלִיןve/LO-ya/LINneither shall remain all nightמִן־הַבָּשָׂרmin-hab/ba/SARany of the fleshאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichתִּזְבַּחtiz/BACHyou sacrificedבָּעֶרֶבba/E/revin the eveningבַּיּוֹםbay/YOMon the dayהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstלַבֹּקֶר׃lab/BO/keruntil the morning

   And there shall be no leavened bread seen with thee in all thy coast seven days; neither shall there any thing of the flesh, which thou sacrificedst the first day at even, remain all night until the morning.

   Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee:

   כִּיkibutאִם־אֶל־הַמָּקוֹםim-el-ham/ma/KOMat the placeאֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַרa/SHER-yiv/CHARwhich shall chooseיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godלְשַׁכֵּןle/shak/KENto make dwellשְׁמוֹshe/MOHis nameשָׁםshamthereתִּזְבַּחtiz/BACHyou shall sacrificeאֶת־הַפֶּסַחet-hap/PE/sachthe passoverבָּעָרֶבba/A/revat eveningכְּבוֹאke/VOat the going down ofהַשֶּׁמֶשׁhash/SHE/meshthe sunמוֹעֵדmo/EDat the season ofצֵאתְךָtse/te/KHAthat you came forthמִמִּצְרָיִם׃mim/Mits/RA/yimout of Egypt

   But at the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to place his name in, there thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the season that thou camest forth out of Egypt.

   וּבִשַּׁלְתָּu/vish/shal/TAand you shall roast itוְאָכַלְתָּve/a/khal/TAand eat itבַּמָּקוֹםbam/ma/KOMin the placeאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichיִבְחַרyiv/CHARshall chooseיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godבּוֹboitוּפָנִיתָu/fa/NI/taand you shall turnבַבֹּקֶרvab/BO/kerin the morningוְהָלַכְתָּve/ha/lakh/TAand goלְאֹהָלֶיךָ׃le/o/ha/LE/khato your tents

   And thou shalt roast and eat it in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose: and thou shalt turn in the morning, and go unto thy tents.

8. 8

   שֵׁשֶׁתSHE/shetsixיָמִיםya/MIMdaysתֹּאכַלto/KHALyou shall eatמַצּוֹתmats/TSOTunleavened breadוּבַיּוֹםu/vay/YOMand on the dayהַשְּׁבִיעִיhash/she/vi/Ithe seventhעֲצֶרֶתa/TSE/reta solemn assemblyלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godלֹאlonotתַעֲשֶׂהta/a/SEshall you doמְלָאכָה׃me/la/KHAany work

   Six days thou shalt eat unleavened bread: and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to the LORD thy God: thou shalt do no work therein.

9. 9

   שִׁבְעָהshiv/Asevenשָׁבֻעֹתsha/vu/OTweeksתִּסְפׇּר־לָךְtis/POR-lakhyou shall number to yourselfמֵהָחֵלme/ha/CHELfrom when you beginחֶרְמֵשׁcher/MESHthe sickleבַּקָּמָהbak/ka/MAto the standing grainתָּחֵלta/CHELyou shall beginלִסְפֹּרlis/PORto numberשִׁבְעָהshiv/Asevenשָׁבֻעוֹת׃sha/vu/OTweeks

   Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee: begin to number the seven weeks from such time as thou beginnest to put the sickle to the corn.

10. 10

    וְעָשִׂיתָve/a/SI/taand you shall keepחַגchagthe feast ofשָׁבֻעוֹתsha/vu/OTweeksלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godמִסַּתmis/SATwith a tribute ofנִדְבַתnid/VATa freewill offering ofיָדְךָya/de/KHAyour handאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichתִּתֵּןtit/TENyou shall giveכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERasיְבָרֶכְךָye/va/rekh/KHAhas blessed youיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָ׃e/lo/HE/khayour God

    And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD thy God with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give unto the Lord thy God, according as the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:

11. 11

    וְשָׂמַחְתָּve/sa/mach/TAand you shall rejoiceלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godאַתָּהat/TAyouוּבִנְךָu/vin/KHAand your sonוּבִתֶּךָu/vit/TE/khaand your daughterוְעַבְדְּךָve/av/de/KHAand your manservantוַאֲמָתֶךָva/a/ma/TE/khaand your maidservantוְהַלֵּוִיve/hal/Le/VIand the Leviteאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat isבִּשְׁעָרֶיךָbish/a/RE/khawithin your gatesוְהַגֵּרve/hag/GERand the strangerוְהַיָּתוֹםve/hay/ya/TOMand the fatherlessוְהָאַלְמָנָהve/ha/al/ma/NAand the widowאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwho areבְּקִרְבֶּךָbe/kir/BE/khaamong youבַּמָּקוֹםbam/ma/KOMin the placeאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichיִבְחַרyiv/CHARshall chooseיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godלְשַׁכֵּןle/shak/KENto make dwellשְׁמוֹshe/MOHis nameשָׁם׃shamthere

    And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there.

12. 12

    וְזָכַרְתָּve/za/khar/TAand you shall rememberכִּי־עֶבֶדki-E/vedthat a slaveהָיִיתָha/YI/tayou wereבְּמִצְרָיִםbe/Mits/RA/yimin Egyptוְשָׁמַרְתָּve/sha/mar/TAand you shall observeוְעָשִׂיתָve/a/SI/taand doאֶת־הַחֻקִּיםet-ha/chuk/KIMthe statutesהָאֵלֶּה׃ha/EL/lethese

    And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt: and thou shalt observe and do these statutes.

13. 13

    חַגchagthe feast ofהַסֻּכֹּתhas/suk/KOTboothsתַּעֲשֶׂהta/a/SEyou shall keepלְךָle/KHAfor yourselfשִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysבְּאׇסְפְּךָbe/os/pe/KHAwhen you gatherמִגׇּרְנְךָmig/gor/ne/KHAfrom your threshing floorוּמִיִּקְבֶךָ׃u/miy/yik/VE/khaand from your wine press

    Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine:

14. 14

    וְשָׂמַחְתָּve/sa/mach/TAand you shall rejoiceבְּחַגֶּךָbe/chag/GE/khain your feastאַתָּהat/TAyouוּבִנְךָu/vin/KHAand your sonוּבִתֶּךָu/vit/TE/khaand your daughterוְעַבְדְּךָve/av/de/KHAand your manservantוַאֲמָתֶךָva/a/ma/TE/khaand your maidservantוְהַלֵּוִיve/hal/Le/VIand the Leviteוְהַגֵּרve/hag/GERand the strangerוְהַיָּתוֹםve/hay/ya/TOMand the fatherlessוְהָאַלְמָנָהve/ha/al/ma/NAand the widowאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwho areבִּשְׁעָרֶיךָ׃bish/a/RE/khawithin your gates

    And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates.

15. 15

    שִׁבְעַתshiv/ATsevenיָמִיםya/MIMdaysתָּחֹגta/CHOGyou shall keep a feastלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godבַּמָּקוֹםbam/ma/KOMin the placeאֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַרa/SHER-yiv/CHARwhich shall chooseיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDכִּיkibecauseיְבָרֶכְךָye/va/rekh/KHAshall bless youיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godבְּכֹלbe/KHOLin allתְּבוּאָתְךָte/vu/a/te/KHAyour produceוּבְכֹלu/ve/KHOLand in allמַעֲשֵׂהma/a/SEthe work ofיָדֶיךָya/DE/khayour handsוְהָיִיתָve/ha/YI/tatherefore you shall beאַךְakhsurelyשָׂמֵחַ׃sa/ME/achrejoicing

    Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose: because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.

    שָׁלוֹשׁsha/LOSHthreeפְּעָמִיםpe/a/MIMtimesבַּשָּׁנָהbash/sha/NAin the yearיֵרָאֶהye/ra/Eshall appearכׇל־זְכוּרְךָkhol-ze/khur/KHAall your malesאֶת־פְּנֵיet-pe/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godבַּמָּקוֹםbam/ma/KOMin the placeאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichיִבְחָרyiv/CHARHe shall chooseבְּחַגbe/CHAGat the feast ofהַמַּצּוֹתham/mats/TSOTthe unleavened breadוּבְחַגu/ve/CHAGand at the feast ofהַשָּׁבֻעוֹתhash/sha/vu/OTweeksוּבְחַגu/ve/CHAGand at the feast ofהַסֻּכּוֹתhas/suk/KOTboothsוְלֹאve/LOand notיֵרָאֶהye/ra/Eshall appearאֶת־פְּנֵיet-pe/NEbeforeיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDרֵיקָם׃re/KAMempty

    Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty:

17. 17

    אִישׁishevery manכְּמַתְּנַתke/mat/te/NATaccording to the gift ofיָדוֹya/DOhis handכְּבִרְכַּתke/vir/KATaccording to the blessing ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichנָתַן־לָךְ׃na/TAN-lakhHe has given you

    Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee.

18. 18

    שֹׁפְטִיםshof/TIMjudgesוְשֹׁטְרִיםve/shot/RIMand officersתִּתֶּן־לְךָtit/TEN-le/KHAyou shall appoint for yourselfבְּכׇל־שְׁעָרֶיךָbe/KHOL-she/a/RE/khain all your gatesאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godנֹתֵןno/TENis givingלְךָle/KHAyouלִשְׁבָטֶיךָlish/va/TE/khathroughout your tribesוְשָׁפְטוּve/sha/fe/TUand they shall judgeאֶת־הָעָםet-ha/AMthe peopleמִשְׁפַּט־צֶדֶק׃mish/PAT-TSE/dekwith righteous judgment

    Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

19. 19

    לֹא־תַטֶּהlo-tat/TEyou shall not pervertמִשְׁפָּטmish/PATjudgmentלֹאlonotתַכִּירtak/KIRshall you respectפָּנִיםpa/NIMpersonsוְלֹא־תִקַּחve/LO-tik/KACHnor takeשֹׁחַדSHO/chada bribeכִּיkiforהַשֹּׁחַדhash/SHO/chadthe bribeיְעַוֵּרye/av/VERblindsעֵינֵיe/NEthe eyes ofחֲכָמִיםcha/kha/MIMthe wiseוִיסַלֵּףvi/sal/LEFand pervertsדִּבְרֵיdiv/REthe words ofצַדִּיקִם׃tsad/di/KIMthe righteous

    Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

20. 20

    צֶדֶקTSE/dekjusticeצֶדֶקTSE/dekjusticeתִּרְדֹּףtir/DOFshall you followלְמַעַןle/MA/anthatתִּחְיֶהtich/YEyou may liveוְיָרַשְׁתָּve/ya/rash/TAand possessאֶת־הָאָרֶץet-ha/A/retsthe landאֲשֶׁר־יְהֹוָהa/SHER-Adonaiwhich the LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godנֹתֵןno/TENis givingלָךְ׃lakhto you

    That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

21. 21

    לֹא־תִטַּעlo-tit/TAyou shall not plantלְךָle/KHAfor yourselfאֲשֵׁרָהA/she/RAan Asherahכׇּל־עֵץkol-etsof any treeאֵצֶלE/tselbesideמִזְבַּחmiz/BACHthe altar ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָe/lo/HE/khayour Godאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichתַּעֲשֶׂה־לָּךְ׃ta/a/SE-lakhyou shall make for yourself

    Thou shalt not plant thee a grove of any trees near unto the altar of the LORD thy God, which thou shalt make thee.

22. 22

    וְלֹא־תָקִיםve/LO-ta/KIMneither shall you set upלְךָle/KHAfor yourselfמַצֵּבָהmats/tse/VAa pillarאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichשָׂנֵאsa/NEhatesיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֶיךָ׃e/lo/HE/khayour God

    Neither shalt thou set thee up any image; which the LORD thy God hateth.
