   Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.

   Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

   Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up; and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up.

   Then an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and languages,

   בְּעִדָּנָאbe/id/da/NAat the timeדִּי־תִשְׁמְעוּןdi-tish/me/UNthat you hearקָלkalthe sound ofקַרְנָאkar/NAthe hornמַשְׁרוֹקִיתָאmash/ro/ki/TAthe pipe(קיתרס)kayataras[קַתְרוֹס]kat/ROSlyreשַׂבְּכָאsab/be/KHAtrigonפְסַנְתֵּרִיןfe/san/te/RINharpסוּמְפֹּנְיָאsum/pon/YAbagpipeוְכֹלve/KHOLand allזְנֵיze/NEkinds ofזְמָרָאze/ma/RAmusicתִּפְּלוּןtip/pe/LUNyou shall fall downוְתִסְגְּדוּןve/tis/ge/DUNand worshipלְצֶלֶםle/TSE/lemthe image ofדַּהֲבָאda/ha/VAgoldדִּיdithatהֲקֵיםha/KEMhas set upנְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרNe/vu/khad/nets/TSARNebuchadnezzarמַלְכָּא׃mal/KAthe king

   That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king hath set up:

   וּמַן־דִּי־לָאu/MAN-di-laand whoever does notיִפֵּלyip/PELfall downוְיִסְגֻּדve/yis/GUDand worshipבַּהּ־שַׁעֲתָאba-sha/a/TAin that hourיִתְרְמֵאyit/re/MEwill be thrownלְגוֹא־אַתּוּןle/GO-at/TUNinto the midst of the furnace ofנוּרָאnu/RAfireיָקִדְתָּא׃ya/kid/TAburning

   And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.

   Therefore at that time, when all the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.

   כׇּל־קֳבֵלkol-ko/VELbecause ofדְּנָהde/NAthisבֵּהּ־זִמְנָאbe-zim/NAat that timeקְרִבוּke/RI/vucame nearגֻּבְרִיןguv/RINmenכַּשְׂדָּאִיןKas/da/INChaldeanוַאֲכַלוּva/a/KHA/luand denouncedקַרְצֵיהוֹןkar/tse/HONthemדִּיdiwho wereיְהוּדָיֵא׃Ye/hu/da/YEthe Jews

   Wherefore at that time certain Chaldeans came near, and accused the Jews.

9. 9

   עֲנוֹa/NOthey answeredוְאָמְרִיןve/a/me/RINand saidלִנְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרLin/vu/khad/nets/TSARto Nebuchadnezzarמַלְכָּאmal/KAthe kingמַלְכָּאmal/KAO kingלְעָלְמִיןle/a/le/MINforeverחֱיִי׃che/YIlive

   They spake and said to the king Nebuchadnezzar, O king, live for ever.

    Thou, O king, hast made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image:

11. 11

    וּמַן־דִּי־לָאu/MAN-di-laand whoever does notיִפֵּלyip/PELfall downוְיִסְגֻּדve/yis/GUDand worshipיִתְרְמֵאyit/re/MEwill be thrownלְגוֹא־אַתּוּןle/GO-at/TUNinto the midst of the furnace ofנוּרָאnu/RAfireיָקִדְתָּא׃ya/kid/TAburning

    And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth, that he should be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace.

    אִיתַיi/TAYthere areגֻּבְרִיןguv/RINmenיְהוּדָאיִןYe/hu/da/YINJewishדִּי־מַנִּיתָdi-man/NI/tawhom you have appointedיָתְהוֹןya/te/HONthemעַל־עֲבִידַתal-a/vi/DATover the administration ofמְדִינַתme/di/NATthe province ofבָּבֶלBa/VELBabylonשַׁדְרַךְShad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoגֻּבְרַיָּאguv/ray/YAmenאִלֵּךְil/LEKHtheseלָא־שָׂמוּla-SA/muhave not paid(עליך)layakh[עֲלָךְ]a/LAKHyouמַלְכָּאmal/KAO kingטְעֵםte/EMregard[לֵאלָהָךְ]le/la/HAKHyour godsלָאlanotפָלְחִיןfa/le/CHINthey serveוּלְצֶלֶםu/le/TSE/lemand the image ofדַּהֲבָאda/ha/VAgoldדִּיdithatהֲקֵימְתָּha/KEM/tayou have set upלָאlanotסָגְדִין׃sa/ge/DINthey worship

    There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

    בֵּאדַיִןbe/DA/yinthenנְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרNe/vu/khad/nets/TSARNebuchadnezzarבִּרְגַזbir/GAZin rageוַחֲמָאva/cha/MAand furyאֲמַרa/MARcommandedלְהַיְתָיָהle/hay/ta/YAto bringלְשַׁדְרַךְLe/shad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoבֵּאדַיִןbe/DA/yinthenגֻּבְרַיָּאguv/ray/YAthe menאִלֵּךְil/LEKHtheseהֵיתָיוּhe/TA/yuwere broughtקֳדָםko/DAMbeforeמַלְכָּא׃mal/KAthe king

    Then Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego. Then they brought these men before the king.

    עָנֵהa/NEansweredנְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרNe/vu/khad/nets/TSARNebuchadnezzarוְאָמַרve/a/MARand saidלְהוֹןle/HONto themהַצְדָּאhats/DAis it trueשַׁדְרַךְShad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoלֵאלָהַיle/la/HAYto my godsלָאlanotאִיתֵיכוֹןi/te/KHONyou doפָּלְחִיןpa/le/CHINserveוּלְצֶלֶםu/le/TSE/lemand the image ofדַּהֲבָאda/ha/VAgoldדִּיdithatהֲקֵימֶתha/KE/metI have set upלָאlanotסָגְדִין׃sa/ge/DINworship

    Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up?

15. 15

    כְּעַןke/ANnowהֵןhenifאִיתֵיכוֹןi/te/KHONyou areעֲתִידִיןa/ti/DINreadyדִּיdithatבְעִדָּנָאve/id/da/NAat the timeדִּי־תִשְׁמְעוּןdi-tish/me/UNthat you hearקָלkalthe sound ofקַרְנָאkar/NAthe hornמַשְׁרוֹקִיתָאmash/ro/ki/TAthe pipe(קיתרס)kayataras[קַתְרוֹס]kat/ROSlyreשַׂבְּכָאsab/be/KHAtrigonפְּסַנְתֵּרִיןpe/san/te/RINharpוְסוּמְפֹּנְיָהve/sum/pon/YAand bagpipeוְכֹלve/KHOLand allזְנֵיze/NEkinds ofזְמָרָאze/ma/RAmusicתִּפְּלוּןtip/pe/LUNyou fall downוְתִסְגְּדוּןve/tis/ge/DUNand worshipלְצַלְמָאle/tsal/MAthe imageדִי־עַבְדֵתdi-av/DETthat I have madeוְהֵןve/HENbut ifלָאlanotתִסְגְּדוּןtis/ge/DUNyou worshipבַּהּ־שַׁעֲתָאba-sha/a/TAin that hourתִתְרְמוֹןtit/re/MONyou will be thrownלְגוֹא־אַתּוּןle/GO-at/TUNinto the midst of the furnace ofנוּרָאnu/RAfireיָקִדְתָּאya/kid/TAburningוּמַן־הוּאu/MAN-huand who isאֱלָהּe/LAthe godדִּיdiwhoיְשֵׁיזְבִנְכוֹןye/she/ze/vin/KHONhe will deliver youמִן־יְדָי׃min-ye/DAYout of my hands

    Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands?

16. 16

    עֲנוֹa/NOansweredשַׁדְרַךְShad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoוְאָמְרִיןve/a/me/RINand saidלְמַלְכָּאle/mal/KAto the kingנְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרNe/vu/khad/nets/TSARNebuchadnezzarלָא־חַשְׁחִיןla-chash/CHINdo not needאֲנַחְנָאa/NACH/naweעַל־דְּנָהal-de/NAconcerning thisפִּתְגָםpit/GAMa wordלַהֲתָבוּתָךְ׃la/ha/ta/vu/TAKHto answer you

    Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.

17. 17

    הֵןhenifאִיתַיi/TAYit is soאֱלָהַנָאe/la/HA/naour Godדִּי־אֲנַחְנָאdi-a/NACH/nawhom weפָלְחִיןfa/le/CHINserveיָכִלya/KHILis being ableלְשֵׁיזָבוּתַנָאle/she/za/vu/TA/nato deliver usמִן־אַתּוּןmin-at/TUNfrom the furnace ofנוּרָאnu/RAfireיָקִדְתָּאya/kid/TAburningוּמִן־יְדָךְu/MIN-ye/DAKHand from your handמַלְכָּאmal/KAO kingיְשֵׁיזִב׃ye/she/ZIVHe will deliver

    If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

18. 18

    וְהֵןve/HENbut ifלָאlanotיְדִיעַye/DI/aknownלֶהֱוֵא־לָךְle/he/VE-lakhlet it be to youמַלְכָּאmal/KAO kingדִּיdithat[לֵאלָהָךְ]le/la/HAKHyour godsלָא־[אִיתַנָא]la-i/TA/nawe do notפָלְחִיןfa/le/CHINserveוּלְצֶלֶםu/le/TSE/lemand the image ofדַּהֲבָאda/ha/VAgoldדִּיdithatהֲקֵימְתָּha/KEM/tayou have set upלָאlanotנִסְגֻּד׃nis/GUDwill we worship

    But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

    בֵּאדַיִןbe/DA/yinthenנְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרNe/vu/khad/nets/TSARNebuchadnezzarהִתְמְלִיhit/me/LIwas filled withחֱמָאche/MAfuryוּצְלֵםu/tse/LEMand the form ofאַנְפּוֹהִיan/PO/hihis face(אשתנו)shatanav[אֶשְׁתַּנִּי]esh/tan/NIwas changedעַל־שַׁדְרַךְal-Shad/RAKHagainst ShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoעָנֵהa/NEansweredוְאָמַרve/a/MARand saidלְמֵזֵאle/me/ZEto heatלְאַתּוּנָאle/at/tu/NAthe furnaceחַד־שִׁבְעָהchad-shiv/Aseven timesעַלalmore thanדִּיdiwhatחֲזֵהcha/ZEwas fitלְמֵזְיֵהּ׃le/mez/YEto heat it

    Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.

    וּלְגֻבְרִיןu/le/guv/RINand to menגִּבָּרֵי־חַיִלgib/ba/RE-CHA/yilmighty men of valorדִּיdiwho wereבְחַיְלֵהּve/chay/LEin his armyאֲמַרa/MARhe commandedלְכַפָּתָהle/khap/pa/TAto bindלְשַׁדְרַךְLe/shad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoלְמִרְמֵאle/mir/MEto throwלְאַתּוּןle/at/TUNinto the furnace ofנוּרָאnu/RAfireיָקִדְתָּא׃ya/kid/TAburning

    And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.

21. 21

    בֵּאדַיִןbe/DA/yinthenגֻּבְרַיָּאguv/ray/YAthe menאִלֵּךְil/LEKHtheseכְּפִתוּke/FI/tuwere boundבְּסַרְבָּלֵיהוֹןbe/sar/ba/le/HONin their cloaks[פַּטְּשֵׁיהוֹן]pat/te/she/HONtheir tunicsוְכַרְבְּלָתְהוֹןve/khar/be/la/te/HONand their capsוּלְבֻשֵׁיהוֹןu/le/vu/she/HONand their garmentsוּרְמִיוu/re/MIVand were thrownלְגוֹא־אַתּוּןle/GO-at/TUNinto the midst of the furnace ofנוּרָאnu/RAfireיָקִדְתָּא׃ya/kid/TAburning

    Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

22. 22

    כׇּל־קֳבֵלkol-ko/VELbecause ofדְּנָהde/NAthisמִן־דִּיmin-disinceמִלַּתmil/LATthe word ofמַלְכָּאmal/KAthe kingמַחְצְפָהmach/tse/FAwas urgentוְאַתּוּנָאve/at/tu/NAand the furnaceאֵזֵהe/ZEheatedיַתִּירָהyat/ti/RAexceedinglyגֻּבְרַיָּאguv/ray/YAthe menאִלֵּךְil/LEKHtheseדִּיdiwhoהַסִּקוּhas/SI/kuthey took upלְשַׁדְרַךְLe/shad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoקַטִּלkat/TILkilledהִמּוֹןhim/MONthemשְׁבִיבָאshe/vi/VAthe flameדִּיdiofנוּרָא׃nu/RAthe fire

    Therefore because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego.

    וְגֻבְרַיָּאve/guv/ray/YAand the menאִלֵּךְil/LEKHtheseתְּלָתֵּהוֹןte/lat/te/HONthe three of themשַׁדְרַךְShad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoנְפַלוּne/FA/lufellלְגוֹא־אַתּוּן־נוּרָאle/GO-at/TUN-nu/RAinto the midst of the furnace of fireיָקִדְתָּאya/kid/TAburningמְכַפְּתִין׃me/khap/pe/TINbound

    And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

    Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.

25. 25

    עָנֵהa/NEansweredוְאָמַרve/a/MARand saidהָא־אֲנָהha-a/NAbehold Iחָזֵהcha/ZEseeגֻּבְרִיןguv/RINmenאַרְבְּעָהar/be/Afourשְׁרַיִןshe/RA/yinlooseמַהְלְכִיןmah/le/KHINwalkingבְּגוֹא־נוּרָאbe/GO-nu/RAin the midst of the fireוַחֲבָלva/cha/VALand harmלָא־אִיתַיla-i/TAYthere is noבְּהוֹןbe/HONin themוְרֵוֵהּve/re/VEand the appearanceדִּיdiof[רְבִיעָאָה]re/vi/a/Athe fourthדָּמֵהda/MEis likeלְבַר־אֱלָהִין׃le/VAR-e/la/HINa son of the gods

    He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

    בֵּאדַיִןbe/DA/yinthenקְרֵבke/REVcame nearנְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרNe/vu/khad/nets/TSARNebuchadnezzarלִתְרַעlit/RAto the door ofאַתּוּןat/TUNthe furnace ofנוּרָאnu/RAfireיָקִדְתָּאya/kid/TAburningעָנֵהa/NEansweredוְאָמַרve/a/MARand saidשַׁדְרַךְShad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵד־נְגוֹva/A/VED-ne/GOand Abed-negoעַבְדוֹהִיav/DO/hiservantsדִּי־אֱלָהָאdi-e/la/HAof God(עליא)lay[עִלָּאָה]Il/la/Athe Most HighפֻּקוּPU/kucome outוֶאֱתוֹve/e/TOand come hereבֵּאדַיִןbe/DA/yinthenנָפְקִיןna/fe/KINcame outשַׁדְרַךְShad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoמִן־גּוֹאmin-gofrom the midst ofנוּרָא׃nu/RAthe fire

    Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, came forth of the midst of the fire.

27. 27

    וּמִתְכַּנְּשִׁיןu/mit/kan/ne/SHINand gatheredאֲחַשְׁדַּרְפְּנַיָּאa/chash/dar/pe/nay/YAthe satrapsסִגְנַיָּאsig/nay/YAthe prefectsוּפַחֲוָתָאu/fa/cha/va/TAand the governorsוְהַדָּבְרֵיve/had/da/ve/REand the counselors ofמַלְכָּאmal/KAthe kingחָזַיִןcha/ZA/yinsawלְגֻבְרַיָּאle/guv/ray/YAthe menאִלֵּךְil/LEKHtheseדִּיdithatלָא־שְׁלֵטla-she/LEThad no powerנוּרָאnu/RAthe fireבְּגֶשְׁמְהוֹןbe/gesh/me/HONover their bodiesוּשְׂעַרu/se/ARand the hair ofרֵאשְׁהוֹןre/she/HONtheir headלָאlanotהִתְחָרַךְhit/cha/RAKHwas singedוְסַרְבָּלֵיהוֹןve/sar/ba/le/HONand their cloaksלָאlanotשְׁנוֹshe/NOwere changedוְרֵיחַve/RE/achand the smell ofנוּרnurfireלָאlanotעֲדָתa/DAThad passedבְּהוֹן׃be/HONon them

    And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.

    עָנֵהa/NEansweredנְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרNe/vu/khad/nets/TSARNebuchadnezzarוְאָמַרve/a/MARand saidבְּרִיךְbe/RIKHblessed beאֱלָהֲהוֹןe/la/ha/HONtheir Godדִּי־שַׁדְרַךְdi-Shad/RAKHof ShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoדִּי־שְׁלַחdi-she/LACHwho sentמַלְאֲכֵהּmal/a/KHEHis angelוְשֵׁיזִבve/she/ZIVand deliveredלְעַבְדוֹהִיle/av/DO/hiHis servantsדִּיdiwhoהִתְרְחִצוּhit/re/CHI/tsutrustedעֲלוֹהִיa/LO/hiin Himוּמִלַּתu/mil/LATand the word ofמַלְכָּאmal/KAthe kingשַׁנִּיוshan/NIVthey changedוִיהַבוּvi/HA/vuand gave[גֶשְׁמְהוֹן]gesh/me/HONtheir bodiesדִּיdithatלָא־יִפְלְחוּןla-yif/le/CHUNthey might not serveוְלָא־יִסְגְּדוּןve/LA-yis/ge/DUNand not worshipלְכׇל־אֱלָהּle/KHOL-e/LAany godלָהֵןla/HENexceptלֵאלָהֲהוֹן׃le/la/ha/HONto their own God

    Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.

29. 29

    וּמִנִּיu/min/NIand from meשִׂיםsimis madeטְעֵםte/EMa decreeדִּיdithatכׇל־עַםkhol-amevery peopleאֻמָּהum/MAa nationוְלִשָּׁןve/lish/SHANand languageדִּי־יֵאמַרdi-ye/MARthat speaks(שלה)shalah[שָׁלוּ]sha/LUanything amissעַלalagainstאֱלָהֲהוֹןe/la/ha/HONthe Godדִּי־שַׁדְרַךְdi-Shad/RAKHof ShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹאne/GOnegoהַדָּמִיןhad/da/MINin piecesיִתְעֲבֵדyit/a/VEDwill be madeוּבַיְתֵהּu/vay/TEand his houseנְוָלִיne/va/LIa dunghillיִשְׁתַּוֵּהyish/tav/VEit will be madeכׇּל־קֳבֵלkol-ko/VELbecauseדִּיdithatלָאlanotאִיתַיi/TAYthere isאֱלָהּe/LAa godאׇחֳרָןo/cho/RANotherדִּי־יִכֻּלdi-yik/KULwho canלְהַצָּלָהle/hats/tsa/LAdeliverכִּדְנָה׃kid/NAlike this

    Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.

30. 30

    בֵּאדַיִןbe/DA/yinthenמַלְכָּאmal/KAthe kingהַצְלַחhats/LACHpromotedלְשַׁדְרַךְLe/shad/RAKHShadrachמֵישַׁךְMe/SHAKHMeshachוַעֲבֵדva/A/VEDand Abed-נְגוֹne/GOnegoבִּמְדִינַתbim/di/NATin the province ofבָּבֶל׃Ba/VELBabylon

    Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, in the province of Babylon.

31. 31

    נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרNe/vu/khad/nets/TSARNebuchadnezzarמַלְכָּאmal/KAthe kingלְכׇל־עַמְמַיָּאle/KHOL-am/may/YAto all the peoplesאֻמַּיָּאum/may/YAthe nationsוְלִשָּׁנַיָּאve/lish/sha/nay/YAand languagesדִּי־[דָיְרִין]di-da/ye/RINwho dwell(דארין)drayanבְּכׇל־אַרְעָאbe/KHOL-ar/Ain all the earthשְׁלָמְכוֹןshe/la/me/KHONyour peaceיִשְׂגֵּא׃yis/GEbe multiplied

    Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you.

32. 32

    אָתַיָּאa/tay/YAthe signsוְתִמְהַיָּאve/tim/hay/YAand the wondersדִּיdithatעֲבַדa/VADhas doneעִמִּיim/MIwith meאֱלָהָאe/la/HAGod(עליא)lay[עִלָּאָה]Il/la/Athe Most Highשְׁפַרshe/FARit is pleasingקׇדָמַיko/da/MAYbefore meלְהַחֲוָיָה׃le/ha/cha/va/YAto declare

    I thought it good to shew the signs and wonders that the high God hath wrought toward me.

33. 33

    אָתוֹהִיa/TO/hiHis signsכְּמָהke/MAhowרַבְרְבִיןrav/re/VINgreatוְתִמְהוֹהִיve/tim/HO/hiand His wondersכְּמָהke/MAhowתַקִּיפִיןtak/ki/FINmightyמַלְכוּתֵהּmal/khu/TEHis kingdomמַלְכוּתmal/KHUTis a kingdom ofעָלַםa/LAMeternityוְשׇׁלְטָנֵהּve/shol/ta/NEand His dominionעִם־דָּרim-daris with generationוְדָר׃ve/DARand generation

    How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation.
