   Hezekiah began to reign when he was five and twenty years old, and he reigned nine and twenty years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Abijah, the daughter of Zechariah.

   And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that David his father had done.

   הוּאhuheבַשָּׁנָהvash/sha/NAin the yearהָרִאשׁוֹנָהha/ri/sho/NAthe firstלְמׇלְכוֹle/mol/KHOof his reignבַּחֹדֶשׁba/CHO/deshin the monthהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstפָּתַחpa/TACHopenedאֶת־דַּלְתוֹתet-dal/TOTthe doors ofבֵּית־יְהֹוָהbet-Adonaithe house of the LORDוַיְחַזְּקֵם׃vay/chaz/ze/KEMand repaired them

   He in the first year of his reign, in the first month, opened the doors of the house of the LORD, and repaired them.

   וַיָּבֵאvay/ya/VEand he broughtאֶת־הַכֹּהֲנִיםet-hak/ko/ha/NIMthe priestsוְאֶת־הַלְוִיִּםve/ET-hal/viy/YIMand the Levitesוַיַּאַסְפֵםvay/ya/as/FEMand gathered themלִרְחוֹבlir/CHOVinto the square ofהַמִּזְרָח׃ham/miz/RACHthe east

   And he brought in the priests and the Levites, and gathered them together into the east street,

   וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidלָהֶםla/HEMto themשְׁמָעוּנִיshe/ma/U/nihear meהַלְוִיִּםHal/viy/YIMO Levitesעַתָּהat/TAnowהִתְקַדְּשׁוּhit/kad/de/SHUsanctify yourselvesוְקַדְּשׁוּve/kad/de/SHUand consecrateאֶת־בֵּיתet-betthe house ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEthe God ofאֲבֹתֵיכֶםa/vo/te/KHEMyour fathersוְהוֹצִיאוּve/ho/TSI/uand carry outאֶת־הַנִּדָּהet-han/nid/DAthe filthמִן־הַקֹּדֶשׁ׃min-hak/KO/deshfrom the holy place

   And said unto them, Hear me, ye Levites, sanctify now yourselves, and sanctify the house of the LORD God of your fathers, and carry forth the filthiness out of the holy place.

   כִּי־מָעֲלוּki-ma/a/LUfor have transgressedאֲבֹתֵינוּa/vo/TE/nuour fathersוְעָשׂוּve/a/SUand doneהָרַעha/RAevilבְּעֵינֵיbe/e/NEin the eyes ofיְהֹוָה־אֱלֹהֵינוּAdonai-e/lo/HE/nuthe LORD our Godוַיַּעַזְבֻהוּvay/ya/az/VU/huand have forsaken Himוַיַּסֵּבּוּvay/yas/SEB/buand turned awayפְנֵיהֶםfe/ne/HEMtheir facesמִמִּשְׁכַּןmim/mish/KANfrom the dwelling ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDוַיִּתְּנוּ־עֹרֶף׃vay/yit/te/NU-O/refand turned their backs

   For our fathers have trespassed, and done that which was evil in the eyes of the LORD our God, and have forsaken him, and have turned away their faces from the habitation of the LORD, and turned their backs.

   גַּםgamalsoסָגְרוּsa/ge/RUthey have shutדַּלְתוֹתdal/TOTthe doors ofהָאוּלָםha/u/LAMthe porchוַיְכַבּוּvay/khab/BUand put outאֶת־הַנֵּרוֹתet-han/ne/ROTthe lampsוּקְטֹרֶתu/ke/TO/retand incenseלֹאlonotהִקְטִירוּhik/TI/ruhave they burnedוְעֹלָהve/o/LAand a burnt offeringלֹא־הֶעֱלוּlo-he/e/LUhave not offeredבַקֹּדֶשׁvak/KO/deshin the holy placeלֵאלֹהֵיle/lo/HEto the God ofיִשְׂרָאֵל׃Yis/ra/ELIsrael

   Also they have shut up the doors of the porch, and put out the lamps, and have not burned incense nor offered burnt offerings in the holy place unto the God of Israel.

   וַיְהִיvay/HItherefore wasקֶצֶףKE/tsefthe wrath ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDעַל־יְהוּדָהal-Ye/hu/DAupon Judahוִירוּשָׁלָ͏ִםVi/ru/sha/LA/yimand Jerusalemוַיִּתְּנֵםvay/yit/te/NEMand He has made them(לזועה)lazavh[לְזַעֲוָה]le/za/a/VAa terrorלְשַׁמָּהle/sham/MAan astonishmentוְלִשְׁרֵקָהve/lish/re/KAand a hissingכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERasאַתֶּםat/TEMyouרֹאִיםro/IMseeבְּעֵינֵיכֶם׃be/e/ne/KHEMwith your eyes

   Wherefore the wrath of the LORD was upon Judah and Jerusalem, and he hath delivered them to trouble, to astonishment, and to hissing, as ye see with your eyes.

   וְהִנֵּהve/hin/NEand beholdנָפְלוּna/fe/LUhave fallenאֲבוֹתֵינוּa/vo/TE/nuour fathersבֶּחָרֶבbe/CHA/revby the swordוּבָנֵינוּu/va/NE/nuand our sonsוּבְנוֹתֵינוּu/ve/no/TE/nuand our daughtersוְנָשֵׁינוּve/na/SHE/nuand our wivesבַּשְּׁבִיbash/she/VIare in captivityעַל־זֹאת׃al-zotfor this

   For, lo, our fathers have fallen by the sword, and our sons and our daughters and our wives are in captivity for this.

10. 10

    עַתָּהat/TAnowעִם־לְבָבִיim-le/va/VIit is in my heartלִכְרוֹתlikh/ROTto makeבְּרִיתbe/RITa covenantלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaiwith the LORDאֱלֹהֵיe/lo/HEthe God ofיִשְׂרָאֵלYis/ra/ELIsraelוְיָשֹׁבve/ya/SHOVthat may turn awayמִמֶּנּוּmim/MEN/nufrom usחֲרוֹןcha/RONthe fierceness ofאַפּוֹ׃ap/POHis anger

    Now it is in mine heart to make a covenant with the LORD God of Israel, that his fierce wrath may turn away from us.

11. 11

    בָּנַיba/NAYmy sonsעַתָּהat/TAnowאַל־תִּשָּׁלוּal-tish/sha/LUdo not be negligentכִּי־בָכֶםki-va/KHEMfor youבָּחַרba/CHARhas chosenיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלַעֲמֹדla/a/MODto standלְפָנָיוle/fa/NAYVbefore Himלְשׇׁרְתוֹle/shor/TOto minister to Himוְלִהְיוֹתve/lih/YOTand that you should beלוֹloHisמְשָׁרְתִיםme/sha/re/TIMministersוּמַקְטִרִים׃u/mak/ti/RIMand burn incense

    My sons, be not now negligent: for the LORD hath chosen you to stand before him, to serve him, and that ye should minister unto him, and burn incense.

    Then the Levites arose, Mahath the son of Amasai, and Joel the son of Azariah, of the sons of the Kohathites: and of the sons of Merari, Kish the son of Abdi, and Azariah the son of Jehalelel: and of the Gershonites; Joah the son of Zimmah, and Eden the son of Joah:

13. 13

    וּמִן־בְּנֵיu/MIN-be/NEand of the sons ofאֱלִיצָפָןE/li/tsa/FANElizaphanשִׁמְרִיShim/RIShimri[וִיעִיאֵל]Vi/i/ELand Jeielוּמִן־בְּנֵיu/MIN-be/NEand of the sons ofאָסָףA/SAFAsaphזְכַרְיָהוּZe/khar/YA/huZechariahוּמַתַּנְיָהוּ׃u/Mat/tan/YA/huand Mattaniah

    And of the sons of Elizaphan; Shimri, and Jeiel: and of the sons of Asaph; Zechariah, and Mattaniah:

14. 14

    וּמִן־בְּנֵיu/MIN-be/NEand of the sons ofהֵימָןHe/MANHeman[יְחִיאֵל]Ye/chi/ELJehielוְשִׁמְעִיve/Shim/Iand Shimeiוּמִן־בְּנֵיu/MIN-be/NEand of the sons ofיְדוּתוּןYe/du/TUNJeduthunשְׁמַעְיָהShe/ma/YAShemaiahוְעֻזִּיאֵל׃ve/Uz/zi/ELand Uzziel

    And of the sons of Heman; Jehiel, and Shimei: and of the sons of Jeduthun; Shemaiah, and Uzziel.

15. 15

    וַיַּאַסְפוּvay/ya/as/FUand they gatheredאֶת־אֲחֵיהֶםet-a/che/HEMtheir brothersוַיִּתְקַדְּשׁוּvay/yit/kad/de/SHUand sanctified themselvesוַיָּבֹאוּvay/ya/VO/uand they cameכְמִצְוַת־הַמֶּלֶךְkhe/mits/VAT-ham/ME/lekhaccording to the commandment of the kingבְּדִבְרֵיbe/div/REby the words ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלְטַהֵרle/ta/HERto cleanseבֵּיתbetthe house ofיְהֹוָה׃Adonaithe LORD

    And they gathered their brethren, and sanctified themselves, and came, according to the commandment of the king, by the words of the LORD, to cleanse the house of the LORD.

16. 16

    וַיָּבֹאוּvay/ya/VO/uand cameהַכֹּהֲנִיםhak/ko/ha/NIMthe priestsלִפְנִימָהlif/NI/mainto the inner part ofבֵית־יְהֹוָהvet-Adonaithe house of the LORDלְטַהֵרle/ta/HERto cleanseוַיּוֹצִיאוּvay/yo/TSI/uand they brought outאֵת־כׇּל־הַטֻּמְאָהet-kol-hat/tum/Aall the uncleannessאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatמָצְאוּma/tse/Uthey foundבְּהֵיכַלbe/he/KHALin the temple ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDלַחֲצַרla/cha/TSARinto the court ofבֵּיתbetthe house ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDוַיְקַבְּלוּvay/kab/be/LUand took itהַלְוִיִּםHal/viy/YIMthe Levitesלְהוֹצִיאle/ho/TSIto carry it outלְנַחַל־קִדְרוֹןle/NA/chal-kid/RONto the brook Kidronחוּצָה׃CHU/tsaoutside

    And the priests went into the inner part of the house of the LORD, to cleanse it, and brought out all the uncleanness that they found in the temple of the LORD into the court of the house of the LORD. And the Levites took it, to carry it out abroad into the brook Kidron.

17. 17

    וַיָּחֵלּוּvay/ya/CHEL/luand they beganבְּאֶחָדbe/e/CHADon the firstלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstלְקַדֵּשׁle/kad/DESHto sanctifyוּבְיוֹםu/ve/YOMand on dayשְׁמוֹנָהshe/mo/NAeightלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthבָּאוּBA/uthey cameלְאוּלָםle/u/LAMto the porch ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDוַיְקַדְּשׁוּvay/kad/de/SHUand they sanctifiedאֶת־בֵּית־יְהֹוָהet-bet-Adonaithe house of the LORDלְיָמִיםle/ya/MIMin daysשְׁמוֹנָהshe/mo/NAeightוּבְיוֹםu/ve/YOMand on dayשִׁשָּׁה־עָשָׂרshish/SHA-a/SARsixteenלַחֹדֶשׁla/CHO/deshof the monthהָרִאשׁוֹןha/ri/SHONthe firstכִּלּוּ׃kil/LUthey finished

    Now they began on the first day of the first month to sanctify, and on the eighth day of the month came they to the porch of the LORD: so they sanctified the house of the LORD in eight days; and in the sixteenth day of the first month they made an end.

18. 18

    וַיָּבוֹאוּvay/ya/VO/uand they cameפְנִימָהfe/NI/mainאֶל־חִזְקִיָּהוּel-Chiz/kiy/YA/huto Hezekiahהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingוַיֹּאמְרוּvay/yo/me/RUand they saidטִהַרְנוּti/HAR/nuwe have cleansedאֶת־כׇּל־בֵּיתet-kol-betall the house ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֶת־מִזְבַּחet-miz/BACHthe altar ofהָעוֹלָהha/o/LAburnt offeringוְאֶת־כׇּל־כֵּלָיוve/ET-kol-ke/LAYVand all its vesselsוְאֶת־שֻׁלְחַןve/ET-shul/CHANand the table ofהַמַּעֲרֶכֶתham/ma/a/RE/khetthe rowוְאֶת־כׇּל־כֵּלָיו׃ve/ET-kol-ke/LAYVand all its vessels

    Then they went in to Hezekiah the king, and said, We have cleansed all the house of the LORD, and the altar of burnt offering, with all the vessels thereof, and the shewbread table, with all the vessels thereof.

19. 19

    וְאֵתve/ETandכׇּל־הַכֵּלִיםkol-hak/ke/LIMall the vesselsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatהִזְנִיחַhiz/NI/achhad cast awayהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingאָחָזA/CHAZAhazבְּמַלְכוּתוֹbe/mal/khu/TOin his reignבְּמַעֲלוֹbe/ma/a/LOin his transgressionהֵכַנּוּhe/KHAN/nuwe have preparedוְהִקְדָּשְׁנוּve/hik/DASH/nuand sanctifiedוְהִנָּםve/hin/NAMand behold they areלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeמִזְבַּחmiz/BACHthe altar ofיְהֹוָה׃Adonaithe LORD

    Moreover all the vessels, which king Ahaz in his reign did cast away in his transgression, have we prepared and sanctified, and, behold, they are before the altar of the LORD.

20. 20

    וַיַּשְׁכֵּםvay/yash/KEMand he rose earlyיְחִזְקִיָּהוּYe/chiz/kiy/YA/huHezekiahהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingוַיֶּאֱסֹףvay/ye/e/SOFand he gatheredאֵת־שָׂרֵיet-sa/REthe princes ofהָעִירha/IRthe cityוַיַּעַלvay/YA/aland went up toבֵּיתbetthe house ofיְהֹוָה׃Adonaithe LORD

    Then Hezekiah the king rose early, and gathered the rulers of the city, and went up to the house of the LORD.

21. 21

    וַיָּבִיאוּvay/ya/VI/uand broughtפָרִים־שִׁבְעָהfa/RIM-shiv/Aseven bullsוְאֵילִיםve/e/LIMand ramsשִׁבְעָהshiv/Asevenוּכְבָשִׂיםu/khe/va/SIMand lambsשִׁבְעָהshiv/Asevenוּצְפִירֵיu/tse/fi/REand male goats ofעִזִּיםiz/ZIMthe goatsשִׁבְעָהshiv/Asevenלְחַטָּאתle/chat/TATfor a sin offeringעַל־הַמַּמְלָכָהal-ham/mam/la/KHAfor the kingdomוְעַל־הַמִּקְדָּשׁve/AL-ham/mik/DASHand for the sanctuaryוְעַל־יְהוּדָהve/AL-ye/hu/DAand for Judahוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand he commandedלִבְנֵיliv/NEthe sons ofאַהֲרֹןA/ha/RONAaronהַכֹּהֲנִיםhak/ko/ha/NIMthe priestsלְהַעֲלוֹתle/ha/a/LOTto offer themעַל־מִזְבַּחal-miz/BACHon the altar ofיְהֹוָה׃Adonaithe LORD

    And they brought seven bullocks, and seven rams, and seven lambs, and seven he goats, for a sin offering for the kingdom, and for the sanctuary, and for Judah. And he commanded the priests the sons of Aaron to offer them on the altar of the LORD.

22. 22

    וַיִּשְׁחֲטוּvay/yish/cha/TUand they slaughteredהַבָּקָרhab/ba/KARthe bullsוַיְקַבְּלוּvay/kab/be/LUand receivedהַכֹּהֲנִיםhak/ko/ha/NIMthe priestsאֶת־הַדָּםet-had/DAMthe bloodוַיִּזְרְקוּvay/yiz/re/KUand sprinkledהַמִּזְבֵּחָהham/miz/BE/chaon the altarוַיִּשְׁחֲטוּvay/yish/cha/TUand they slaughteredהָאֵלִיםha/e/LIMthe ramsוַיִּזְרְקוּvay/yiz/re/KUand sprinkledהַדָּםhad/DAMthe bloodהַמִּזְבֵּחָהham/miz/BE/chaon the altarוַיִּשְׁחֲטוּvay/yish/cha/TUand they slaughteredהַכְּבָשִׂיםhak/ke/va/SIMthe lambsוַיִּזְרְקוּvay/yiz/re/KUand sprinkledהַדָּםhad/DAMthe bloodהַמִּזְבֵּחָה׃ham/miz/BE/chaon the altar

    So they killed the bullocks, and the priests received the blood, and sprinkled it on the altar: likewise, when they had killed the rams, they sprinkled the blood upon the altar: they killed also the lambs, and they sprinkled the blood upon the altar.

23. 23

    וַיַּגִּישׁוּvay/yag/GI/shuand they brought nearאֶת־שְׂעִירֵיet-se/i/REthe male goats ofהַחַטָּאתha/chat/TATthe sin offeringלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingוְהַקָּהָלve/hak/ka/HALand the assemblyוַיִּסְמְכוּvay/yis/me/KHUand they laidיְדֵיהֶםye/de/HEMtheir handsעֲלֵיהֶם׃a/le/HEMupon them

    And they brought forth the he goats for the sin offering before the king and the congregation; and they laid their hands upon them:

24. 24

    וַיִּשְׁחָטוּםvay/yish/cha/TUMand slaughtered themהַכֹּהֲנִיםhak/ko/ha/NIMthe priestsוַיְחַטְּאוּvay/chat/te/Uand made a sin offering withאֶת־דָּמָםet-da/MAMtheir bloodהַמִּזְבֵּחָהham/miz/BE/chaon the altarלְכַפֵּרle/khap/PERto make atonementעַל־כׇּל־יִשְׂרָאֵלal-Kol-yis/ra/ELfor all Israelכִּיkiforלְכׇל־יִשְׂרָאֵלle/KHOL-yis/ra/ELfor all Israelאָמַרa/MARsaidהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingהָעוֹלָהha/o/LAthe burnt offeringוְהַחַטָּאת׃ve/ha/chat/TATand the sin offering

    And the priests killed them, and they made reconciliation with their blood upon the altar, to make an atonement for all Israel: for the king commanded that the burnt offering and the sin offering should be made for all Israel.

    וַיַּעֲמֵדvay/ya/a/MEDand he stationedאֶת־הַלְוִיִּםet-Hal/viy/YIMthe Levitesבֵּיתbetin the house ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDבִּמְצִלְתַּיִםbim/tsil/TA/yimwith cymbalsבִּנְבָלִיםbin/va/LIMwith harpsוּבְכִנֹּרוֹתu/ve/khin/no/ROTand with lyresבְּמִצְוַתbe/mits/VATaccording to the commandment ofדָּוִידDa/VIDDavidוְגָדve/GADand Gadחֹזֵה־הַמֶּלֶךְcho/ZE-ham/ME/lekhthe seer of the kingוְנָתָןve/Na/TANand Nathanהַנָּבִיאhan/na/VIthe prophetכִּיkiforבְיַד־יְהֹוָהve/YAD-Adonaiby the hand of the LORDהַמִּצְוָהham/mits/VAwas the commandmentבְּיַד־נְבִיאָיו׃be/YAD-ne/vi/AYVby the hand of His prophets

    And he set the Levites in the house of the LORD with cymbals, with psalteries, and with harps, according to the commandment of David, and of Gad the king's seer, and Nathan the prophet: for so was the commandment of the LORD by his prophets.

    וַיַּעַמְדוּvay/ya/am/DUand stoodהַלְוִיִּםHal/viy/YIMthe Levitesבִּכְלֵיbikh/LEwith instruments ofדָוִידDa/VIDDavidוְהַכֹּהֲנִיםve/hak/ko/ha/NIMand the priestsבַּחֲצֹצְרוֹת׃ba/cha/tsots/ROTwith the trumpets

    And the Levites stood with the instruments of David, and the priests with the trumpets.

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand commandedחִזְקִיָּהוּChiz/kiy/YA/huHezekiahלְהַעֲלוֹתle/ha/a/LOTto offerהָעֹלָהha/o/LAthe burnt offeringלְהַמִּזְבֵּחַle/ham/miz/BE/achon the altarוּבְעֵתu/ve/ETand whenהֵחֵלhe/CHELbeganהָעוֹלָהha/o/LAthe burnt offeringהֵחֵלhe/CHELbeganשִׁיר־יְהֹוָהshir-Adonaithe song of the LORDוְהַחֲצֹצְרוֹתve/ha/cha/tsots/ROTand the trumpetsוְעַל־יְדֵיve/AL-ye/DEand accompanied byכְּלֵיke/LEthe instruments ofדָּוִידDa/VIDDavidמֶלֶךְ־יִשְׂרָאֵל׃ME/lekh-Yis/ra/ELthe king of Israel

    And Hezekiah commanded to offer the burnt offering upon the altar. And when the burnt offering began, the song of the LORD began also with the trumpets, and with the instruments ordained by David king of Israel.

28. 28

    וְכׇל־הַקָּהָלve/KHOL-hak/ka/HALand all the assemblyמִשְׁתַּחֲוִיםmish/ta/cha/VIMworshipedוְהַשִּׁירve/hash/SHIRand the songמְשׁוֹרֵרme/sho/RERsangוְהַחֲצֹצְרוֹתve/ha/cha/tsots/ROTand the trumpets(מחצצרים)machatsatsarayam[מַחְצְרִים]mach/tse/RIMsoundedהַכֹּלhak/KOLall thisעַדaduntilלִכְלוֹתlikh/LOTwas finishedהָעֹלָה׃ha/o/LAthe burnt offering

    And all the congregation worshipped, and the singers sang, and the trumpeters sounded: and all this continued until the burnt offering was finished.

29. 29

    וּכְכַלּוֹתu/khe/khal/LOTand when they had finishedלְהַעֲלוֹתle/ha/a/LOTofferingכָּרְעוּka/re/Ubowedהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingוְכׇל־הַנִּמְצְאִיםve/KHOL-han/nim/tse/IMand all who were presentאִתּוֹit/TOwith himוַיִּשְׁתַּחֲווּ׃vay/yish/ta/cha/VUand they worshiped

    And when they had made an end of offering, the king and all that were present with him bowed themselves, and worshipped.

30. 30

    וַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand commandedיְחִזְקִיָּהוּYe/chiz/kiy/YA/huHezekiahהַמֶּלֶךְham/ME/lekhthe kingוְהַשָּׂרִיםve/has/sa/RIMand the princesלַלְוִיִּםLal/viy/YIMto the Levitesלְהַלֵּלle/hal/LELto praiseלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaithe LORDבְּדִבְרֵיbe/div/REwith the words ofדָוִידDa/VIDDavidוְאָסָףve/A/SAFand Asaphהַחֹזֶהha/cho/ZEthe seerוַיְהַלְלוּvay/hal/LUand they praisedעַד־לְשִׂמְחָהad-le/sim/CHAwith gladnessוַיִּקְּדוּvay/yik/ke/DUand bowedוַיִּשְׁתַּחֲווּ׃vay/yish/ta/cha/VUand they worshiped

    Moreover Hezekiah the king and the princes commanded the Levites to sing praise unto the LORD with the words of David, and of Asaph the seer. And they sang praises with gladness, and they bowed their heads and worshipped.

31. 31

    וַיַּעַןvay/YA/anand he answeredיְחִזְקִיָּהוּYe/chiz/kiy/YA/huHezekiahוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidעַתָּהat/TAnowמִלֵּאתֶםmil/le/TEMyou have filledיֶדְכֶםyed/KHEMyour handלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDגֹּשׁוּGO/shudraw nearוְהָבִיאוּve/ha/VI/uand bringזְבָחִיםze/va/CHIMsacrificesוְתוֹדוֹתve/to/DOTand thank offeringsלְבֵיתle/VETto the house ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDוַיָּבִיאוּvay/ya/VI/uand broughtהַקָּהָלhak/ka/HALthe assemblyזְבָחִיםze/va/CHIMsacrificesוְתוֹדוֹתve/to/DOTand thank offeringsוְכׇל־נְדִיבve/KHOL-ne/DIVand all who were willing ofלֵבlevheartעֹלוֹת׃o/LOTburnt offerings

    Then Hezekiah answered and said, Now ye have consecrated yourselves unto the LORD, come near and bring sacrifices and thank offerings into the house of the LORD. And the congregation brought in sacrifices and thank offerings; and as many as were of a free heart burnt offerings.

32. 32

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it came to passמִסְפַּרmis/PARthe number ofהָעֹלָהha/o/LAthe burnt offeringאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatהֵבִיאוּhe/VI/uthey broughtהַקָּהָלhak/ka/HALthe assemblyבָּקָרba/KARbullsשִׁבְעִיםshiv/IMseventyאֵילִיםe/LIMramsמֵאָהme/Aa hundredכְּבָשִׂיםke/va/SIMlambsמָאתָיִםma/TA/yimtwo hundredלְעֹלָהle/o/LAas a burnt offeringלַיהֹוָהla-Adonaito the LORDכׇּל־אֵלֶּה׃kol-EL/leall these

    And the number of the burnt offerings, which the congregation brought, was threescore and ten bullocks, an hundred rams, and two hundred lambs: all these were for a burnt offering to the LORD.

33. 33

    וְהַקֳּדָשִׁיםve/hak/ko/da/SHIMand the consecrated thingsבָּקָרba/KARoxenשֵׁשׁsheshsixמֵאוֹתme/OThundredוְצֹאןve/TSONand sheepשְׁלֹשֶׁתshe/LO/shetthreeאֲלָפִים׃a/la/FIMthousand

    And the consecrated things were six hundred oxen and three thousand sheep.

34. 34

    רַקrakbutהַכֹּהֲנִיםhak/ko/ha/NIMthe priestsהָיוּha/YUwereלִמְעָטlim/ATtoo fewוְלֹאve/LOand notיָכְלוּya/khe/LUcould theyלְהַפְשִׁיטle/haf/SHITto skinאֶת־כׇּל־הָעֹלוֹתet-kol-ha/o/LOTall the burnt offeringsוַיְחַזְּקוּםvay/chaz/ze/KUMso helped themאֲחֵיהֶםa/che/HEMtheir brothersהַלְוִיִּםHal/viy/YIMthe Levitesעַד־כְּלוֹתad-ke/LOTuntil was finishedהַמְּלָאכָהham/me/la/KHAthe workוְעַדve/ADand untilיִתְקַדְּשׁוּyit/kad/de/SHUhad sanctified themselvesהַכֹּהֲנִיםhak/ko/ha/NIMthe priestsכִּיkiforהַלְוִיִּםHal/viy/YIMthe Levitesיִשְׁרֵיyish/REmore upright ofלֵבָבle/VAVheartלְהִתְקַדֵּשׁle/hit/kad/DESHto sanctify themselvesמֵהַכֹּהֲנִים׃me/hak/ko/ha/NIMthan the priests

    But the priests were too few, so that they could not flay all the burnt offerings: wherefore their brethren the Levites did help them, till the work was ended, and until the other priests had sanctified themselves: for the Levites were more upright in heart to sanctify themselves than the priests.

35. 35

    וְגַם־עֹלָהve/GAM-o/LAand also burnt offeringsלָרֹבla/ROVwere in abundanceבְּחֶלְבֵיbe/chel/VEwith the fat ofהַשְּׁלָמִיםhash/she/la/MIMthe peace offeringsוּבַנְּסָכִיםu/van/ne/sa/KHIMand with the drink offeringsלָעֹלָהla/o/LAfor the burnt offeringsוַתִּכּוֹןvat/tik/KONso was set in orderעֲבוֹדַתa/vo/DATthe service ofבֵּית־יְהֹוָה׃bet-Adonaithe house of the LORD

    And also the burnt offerings were in abundance, with the fat of the peace offerings, and the drink offerings for every burnt offering. So the service of the house of the LORD was set in order.

36. 36

    וַיִּשְׂמַחvay/yis/MACHand rejoicedיְחִזְקִיָּהוּYe/chiz/kiy/YA/huHezekiahוְכׇל־הָעָםve/KHOL-ha/AMand all the peopleעַלaloverהַהֵכִיןha/he/KHINwhat had preparedהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodלָעָםla/AMfor the peopleכִּיkibecauseבְּפִתְאֹםbe/fit/OMsuddenlyהָיָהha/YAwas doneהַדָּבָר׃had/da/VARthe thing

    And Hezekiah rejoiced, and all the people, that God had prepared the people: for the thing was done suddenly.
