   וְעַתָּהnowהָאֱמוּנָהfaithהִיאisבִטָּחוֹןthe-assurance-ofהַדְּבָרִיםthe-thingsאֲשֶׁרwhichנְקַוֶּהare-hopedלָהֶםforעֵדוּתthe-evidence-ofהַדְּבָרִיםthe-thingsאֲשֶׁרwhichלֹאnotנִרְאוּ׃are-seen

   Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

   נָשִׁיםwomenקִבְּלוּreceivedאֶת־מֵתֵיהֶןtheir-deadחַיִּיםraised-to-lifeשֵׁנִיתagainוַאֲחֵרִיםand-othersעֻנּוּwere-torturedוְלֹאnotאָבוּacceptingלְהִנָּצֵלdeliveranceלְמַעַןthatיַשִּׂיגוּthey-might-obtainאֶת־הַתְּחִיָּהthe-resurrectionהָרִאשׁוֹנָה׃the-first

   Women received their dead raised to life again; and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain the first resurrection;
