   Verily, thus saith the Lord unto you concerning the Apocrypha—There are many things contained therein that are true, and it is mostly translated correctly;

   וְיֵשׁve/YESHthere areדְּבָרִיםde/va/RIMthingsרַבִּיםrab/BIMmanyבָּהֶםba/HEMcontained thereinאֲשֶׁר־אֵינָםa/SHER-e/NAMthat are notאֱמֶתe/METtrueוְהֵםve/HEMwhich areתּוֹסָפוֹתto/sa/FOTinterpolationsמִידֵיMI/deby the handsבְּנֵי־אָדָם׃be/NE-a/DAMof men

   There are many things contained therein that are not true, which are interpolations by the hands of men.

   אָמֵןa/MENverilyאֲנִיa/NIIאֹמֵרo/MERsayלָכֶםla/KHEMunto youכִּיkithatאֵיןenit is notנָכוֹןna/KHONneedfulאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatיְתֻרְגְּמוּye/tur/ge/MUshould be translatedהַסְּפָרִיםhas/se/fa/RIMtheהַחִיצוֹנִים׃Ha/chi/tso/NIMApocrypha

   Verily, I say unto you, that it is not needful that the Apocrypha should be translated.

   לָכֵןla/KHENthereforeהַקּוֹרֵאhak/ko/REwhoso readsבָּהֶםba/HEMitיָבִיןya/VINlet him understandכִּיkiforהָרוּחַha/RU/achthe Spiritמְגַלָּהme/gal/LAmanifestsאֱמֶת׃e/METtruth

   Therefore, whoso readeth it, let him understand, for the Spirit manifesteth truth;

   וְהַנֵּאוֹרve/han/ne/ORand whoso is enlightenedבָּרוּחַba/RU/achby the Spiritיוֹעִילyo/ILshall obtain benefitמֵהֶם׃me/HEMtherefrom

   And whoso is enlightened by the Spirit shall obtain benefit therefrom;

   וַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERand whosoלֹאlonotיְקַבֵּלye/kab/BELreceivesבָּרוּחַba/RU/achby the Spiritלֹאlocannotיוֹעִילyo/ILprofitלָכֵןla/KHENthereforeאֵיןenit is notנָכוֹןna/KHONneedfulכִּיkithatיְתֻרְגַּםye/tur/GAMit should be translatedאָמֵן׃a/MENAmen

   And whoso receiveth not by the Spirit, cannot be benefited. Therefore it is not needful that it should be translated. Amen.
