   אָמֵןa/MENverilyכֹּהkothusאָמַרa/MARsaysיְהוָהAdonaithe Lordלָכֶםla/KHEMunto youרֵעַיre/AYmy friendsסִידְנִיSi/de/NISidneyוְיוֹסֵףve/Yo/SEFand Josephמִשְׁפְּחוֹתֵיכֶםmish/pe/cho/te/KHEMyour familiesשָׁלוֹםsha/LOMare wellבְּיָדַיbe/ya/DAYin my handsהֵםhemthey areוְאֶעֱשֶׂהve/e/e/SEand I will doלָהֶםla/HEMwith themכַּטּוֹבkat/TOVas is goodבְּעֵינַיbe/e/NAYin my eyesכִּיkiforבִיviin meכׇּל־הַכֹּחַ׃kol-hak/KO/achthere is all power

   Verily, thus saith the Lord unto you, my friends Sidney and Joseph, your families are well; they are in mine hands, and I will do with them as seemeth me good; for in me there is all power.

   לָכֵןla/KHENthereforeלְכוּle/KHUfollowאַחֲרָיa/cha/RAYmeוְשִׁמְעוּve/shim/Uand listen toלָעֵצָהla/e/TSAthe counselאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichאֶתֵּןet/TENI shall giveלָכֶם׃la/KHEMyou

   Therefore, follow me, and listen to the counsel which I shall give unto you.

   הִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdוְהֵןve/HENand loיֶשׁ־לִיyesh-liI haveעַםampeopleרַבravmuchבַּמָּקוֹםbam/ma/KOMin placeהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisבַּסְּבִיבוֹתbas/se/vi/VOTin the regions round aboutוּפֶתַחu/FE/tachand a doorמוֹעִילmo/ILeffectualיִפָּתַחyip/PA/tachshall be openedבַּסְּבִיבוֹתbas/se/vi/VOTin the regions round aboutבָּאָרֶץba/A/retsin landהַמִּזְרָחִיתham/miz/ra/CHITeasternהַזֹּאת׃haz/ZOTthis

   Behold, and lo, I have much people in this place, in the regions round about; and an effectual door shall be opened in the regions round about in this eastern land.

   לָכֵןla/KHENthereforeאֲנִיa/NIIיְהוָהAdonaithe Lordהִנַּחְתִּיhin/nach/TIsufferedאֶתְכֶםet/KHEMyouלָבוֹאla/VOto comeאֶל־הַמָּקוֹםel-ham/ma/KOMunto placeהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisכִּיkiforכֵןkhenthusנָכוֹןna/KHONexpedientהָיָהha/YAit wasבִּיbiin meלִישׁוּעַתli/shu/ATfor the salvationנְפָשׁוֹת׃ne/fa/SHOTof souls

   Therefore, I, the Lord, have suffered you to come unto this place; for thus it was expedient in me for the salvation of souls.

   לָכֵןla/KHENthereforeאָמֵןa/MENverilyאֲנִיa/NIIאֹמֵרo/MERsayלָכֶםla/KHEMunto youהָרִימוּha/RI/mulift upקוֹלְכֶםkol/KHEMyour voicesאֶל־הָעָםel-ha/AMunto peopleהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisדַּבְּרוּdab/be/RUspeakהַמַּחֲשָׁבוֹתham/ma/cha/sha/VOTthe thoughtsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatאָשִׂיםa/SIMI shall putבְּלִבְּכֶםbe/lib/be/KHEMinto your heartsוְלֹאve/LOand notתֵבֹשׁוּte/VO/shuyou shall be confoundedלִפְנֵיlif/NEbeforeאֲנָשִׁים׃a/na/SHIMmen

   Therefore, verily I say unto you, lift up your voices unto this people; speak the thoughts that I shall put into your hearts, and you shall not be confounded before men;

   כִּיkiforיִנָּתֵןyin/na/TENit shall be givenלָכֶםla/KHEMyouבַּשָּׁעָהbash/sha/Ain the hourהַהִיאha/HIthat veryאָכֵןa/KHENyeaבָּרֶגַעba/RE/gain the momentהַהוּאha/HUthat veryמַהmawhatתֹּאמֵרוּ׃to/me/RUyou shall say

   For it shall be given you in the very hour, yea, in the very moment, what ye shall say.

7. 7

   אַךְakhbutמִצְוָהmits/VAa commandmentנוֹתֵןno/TENI giveלָכֶםla/KHEMyouאֲשֶׁר־כֹּלa/SHER-kolthat whatsoeverאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthingתַּכְרִיזוּtakh/ri/ZUyou shall declareתַּכְרִיזוּtakh/ri/ZUyou shall declareבִשְׁמִיvish/MIin my nameבִּכְבֹדbikh/VODin solemnityלֵבlevof heartבְּרוּחַbe/RU/achin the spiritעֲנָוָהa/na/VAof meeknessבְּכׇל־דָּבָר׃be/KHOL-da/VARin all things

   But a commandment I give unto you, that ye shall declare whatsoever thing ye declare in my name, in solemnity of heart, in the spirit of meekness, in all things.

8. 8

   וְנוֹתֵןve/no/TENand I giveלָכֶםla/KHEMyouהַבְטָחָהhav/ta/CHApromiseזֹאתzotthisאֲשֶׁר־כְּפִיa/SHER-ke/FIthat inasmuch asאֲשֶׁר־תַּעֲשׂוּa/SHER-ta/a/SUyou doכֵןkhenthisרוּחַ־הַקֹּדֶשׁRU/ach-Hak/KO/deshthe Holy Ghostתִּשָּׁפֵךְtish/sha/FEKHshall be shed forthלְהָעִידle/ha/IDin bearing recordעַלaluntoכֹּלkolall thingsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhatsoeverתֹּאמְרוּ׃to/me/RUyou shall say

   And I give unto you this promise, that inasmuch as ye do this the Holy Ghost shall be shed forth in bearing record unto all things whatsoever ye shall say.

9. 9

   וְנָכוֹןve/na/KHONand it is expedientבִּיbiin meאֲשֶׁר־אַתָּהa/SHER-at/TAthat youעַבְדִּיav/DImy servantסִידְנִיSi/de/NISidneyתִּהְיֶהtih/YEshould beלְפֶהle/FEa spokesmanלָעָםla/AMunto peopleהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisאָכֵןa/KHENyeaאָמֵןa/MENverilyאֲסַמֵּךְa/sam/MEKHI will ordainאוֹתְךָot/KHAyouלַקְּרִיאָהlak/ke/ri/Aunto callingהַזֹּאתhaz/ZOTthisגַּםgamevenלִהְיוֹתlih/YOTto beלְפֶהle/FEa spokesmanלְעַבְדִּיle/av/DIunto my servantיוֹסֵף׃Yo/SEFJoseph

   And it is expedient in me that you, my servant Sidney, should be a spokesman unto this people; yea, verily, I will ordain you unto this calling, even to be a spokesman unto my servant Joseph.

10. 10

    וְאֶתֵּןve/et/TENand I will giveלוֹlohimכֹחַKHO/achpowerלִהְיוֹתlih/YOTto beגִּבּוֹרgib/BORmightyבְּעֵדוּת׃be/e/DUTin testimony

    And I will give unto him power to be mighty in testimony.

11. 11

    וְאֶתֵּןve/et/TENand I will giveלְךָle/KHAyouכֹחַKHO/achpowerלִהְיוֹתlih/YOTto beגִּבּוֹרgib/BORmightyבְּפָרֵשׁbe/fa/RESHin expoundingכׇּל־הַכְּתוּבִיםkol-hak/ke/tu/VIMall scripturesלְמַעַןle/MA/anthatתִּהְיֶה־לּוֹtih/YE-loyou may be unto himלְפֶהle/FEa spokesmanוְהוּאve/HUand heיִהְיֶה־לְּךָyih/YE-le/KHAshall be unto youלְמַגִּידle/mag/GIDa revelatorלָדַעַתla/DA/atthat you may knowבְּבִטָּחוֹןbe/vit/ta/CHONthe certaintyכׇּל־הַדְּבָרִיםkol-had/de/va/RIMof all thingsהַנּוֹגְעִיםhan/nog/IMpertaining toלְמַלְכוּתִיle/mal/khu/TImy kingdomבָּאָרֶץ׃ba/a/RETSon the earth

    And I will give unto thee power to be mighty in expounding all scriptures, that thou mayest be a spokesman unto him, and he shall be a revelator unto thee, that thou mayest know the certainty of all things pertaining to the things of my kingdom on the earth.

12. 12

    לָכֵןla/KHENthereforeהוֹסִיפוּho/si/FUcontinueדַּרְכְּכֶםdar/ke/KHEMyour journeyוְיִשְׂמַחve/yis/MACHand let rejoiceלְבַבְכֶםle/vav/KHEMyour heartsכִּיkiforהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdוְהֵןve/HENand loאֲנִיa/NIIאִתְּכֶםit/te/KHEMam with youעַדadeven untoהַקֵּץ׃hak/KETSthe end

    Therefore, continue your journey and let your hearts rejoice; for behold, and lo, I am with you even unto the end.

13. 13

    וְעַתָּהve/at/TAand nowנוֹתֵןno/TENI giveלָכֶםla/KHEMyouדָּבָרda/VARa wordעַל־אוֹדוֹתal-o/DOTconcerningצִיּוֹןTsiy/YONZionצִיּוֹןTsiy/YONZionתִּגָּאֵלtig/ga/ELshall be redeemedאַףafalthoughכִּיkiindeedנוֹסְרָהnos/RAshe is chastenedלַמִּצְעָר׃lam/mits/ARfor a little season

    And now I give unto you a word concerning Zion. Zion shall be redeemed, although she is chastened for a little season.

14. 14

    אַחֶיךָa/CHE/khayour brethrenעֲבָדַיa/va/DAYmy servantsאוֹרְסוֹןOr/SONOrsonהַיְדHaydHydeוְג׳וֹןve/GONand JohnגּוּלְדGuldGouldבְּיָדַיbe/ya/DAYare in my handsוּכְפִיu/khe/FIand inasmuch asאֲשֶׁר־יִשְׁמְרוּa/SHER-yish/me/RUthey keepמִצְוֹתַיmits/vo/TAYmy commandmentsיִוָּשֵׁעוּ׃yiv/va/she/Uthey shall be saved

    Thy brethren, my servants Orson Hyde and John Gould, are in my hands; and inasmuch as they keep my commandments they shall be saved.

15. 15

    לָכֵןla/KHENthereforeיִנָּחֵםyin/na/CHEMlet be comfortedלְבַבְכֶםle/vav/KHEMyour heartsכִּיkiforהַכֹּלhak/KOLall thingsיֵעָשֶׂהye/a/SEshall workיַחְדָּוyach/DAVtogetherלְטוֹבַתle/to/VATfor good toהַהוֹלְכִיםha/hol/KHIMthem that walkבְּיֹשֶׁרbe/YO/sheruprightlyוּלְקִדּוּשׁu/le/kid/DUSHand to the sanctificationהַכְּנֵסִיָּה׃hak/ke/ne/siy/YAof the church

    Therefore, let your hearts be comforted; for all things shall work together for good to them that walk uprightly, and to the sanctification of the church.

16. 16

    כִּיkiforאָקִיםa/KIMI will raise upלִיliunto myselfעַםama peopleטָהוֹרta/HORpureאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatיַעַבְדֵנִיya/av/de/NIwill serve meבְּצֶדֶק׃be/tse/DEKin righteousness

    For I will raise up unto myself a pure people, that will serve me in righteousness;

17. 17

    וְכׇל־הַקּוֹרֵאve/KHOL-hak/ko/REand all that callבְּשֵׁםbe/SHEMupon the nameיְהוָהAdonaiof the Lordוְשׁוֹמֵרve/sho/MERand keepמִצְוֹתָיוmits/vo/TAYVhis commandmentsיִוָּשֵׁעַyiv/va/SHE/ashall be savedכֵּןkeneven soאָמֵן׃a/MENAmen

    And all that call upon the name of the Lord, and keep his commandments, shall be saved. Even so. Amen.
