   And it came to pass when Coriantumr had recovered of his wounds, he began to remember the words which Ether had spoken unto him.

   He saw that there had been slain by the sword already nearly two millions of his people, and he began to sorrow in his heart; yea, there had been slain two millions of mighty men, and also their wives and their children.

   וַיָּחֶלvay/YA/cheland beganלְהִתְנַחֵםle/hit/na/CHEMto repentעַל־הָרָעָהal-ha/ra/Aof the evilאֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂהa/SHER-a/SAwhich he didוַיָּחֶלvay/YA/cheland beganלִזְכֹּרliz/KORto rememberאֶת־הַדְּבָרִיםet-had/de/va/RIMthe wordsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichדִּבְּרוּdib/be/RUspokeכׇּל־הַנְּבִיאִיםkol-han/ne/vi/IMall the prophetsוַיַּרְאvay/YARand he sawכִּיkithatנִמְלְאוּnim/le/Uthey were fulfilledעַד־הֵנָּהad-HEN/nathus farכֻּלָּםkul/LAMevery whitוַתִּתְאַבֵּלvat/tit/ab/BELand mournedנַפְשׁוֹnaf/SHOhis soulוַתְּמָאֵןvat/te/ma/ENand refusedלְהִנָּחֵם׃le/hin/na/CHEMto be comforted

   He began to repent of the evil which he had done; he began to remember the words which had been spoken by the mouth of all the prophets, and he saw them that they were fulfilled thus far, every whit; and his soul mourned and refused to be comforted.

   וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatכָּתַבka/TAVhe wroteאִגֶּרֶתig/GE/retan epistleאֶל־שִׁיזel-Shizto Shizלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingחוּס־נָאchus-naspare, I prayעַל־הָעָםal-ha/AMthe peopleוַאֲנִיva/a/NIand Iאֶתֵּןet/TENwill give upאֶת־הַמַּמְלָכָהet-ham/mam/la/KHAthe kingdomבְּעַדbe/ADfor the sakeחַיֵּיchay/YEof the livesהָעָם׃ha/AMof the people

   And it came to pass that he wrote an epistle unto Shiz, desiring him that he would spare the people, and he would give up the kingdom for the sake of the lives of the people.

   וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERwhenקִבֵּלkib/BELreceivedשִׁיזShizShizאֶת־אִגַּרְתּוֹet-ig/gar/TOhis epistleוַיִּכְתֹּבvay/yikh/TOVand he wroteאִגֶּרֶתig/GE/retan epistleאֶל־כוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרel-Kho/ri/YAN/tumrto Coriantumrלֵאמֹרle/MORsayingאִם־תִּתֵּןim-tit/TENif you give upאֶת־נַפְשְׁךָet-naf/she/KHAyourselfוְאֶהֱרָגְךָve/e/he/ra/ge/KHAthat I may slay youבְּחַרְבְּךָbe/char/be/KHAwith your swordאָזazthenאָחוּסa/CHUSI will spareעַל־חַיֵּיal-chay/YEthe livesהָעָם׃ha/AMof the people

   And it came to pass that when Shiz had received his epistle he wrote an epistle unto Coriantumr, that if he would give himself up, that he might slay him with his own sword, that he would spare the lives of the people.

   And it came to pass that the people repented not of their iniquity; and the people of Coriantumr were stirred up to anger against the people of Shiz; and the people of Shiz were stirred up to anger against the people of Coriantumr; wherefore, the people of Shiz did give battle unto the people of Coriantumr.

   And when Coriantumr saw that he was about to fall he fled again before the people of Shiz.

   And it came to pass that he came to the waters of Ripliancum, which, by interpretation, is large, or to exceed all; wherefore, when they came to these waters they pitched their tents; and Shiz also pitched his tents near unto them; and therefore on the morrow they did come to battle.

   וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatנִלְחֲמוּnil/cha/MUthey foughtמִלְחָמָהmil/cha/MAa battleכְּבֵדָהke/ve/DAsoreמְאֹדme/ODexceedinglyוַיִּפָּצַעvay/yip/pa/TSAand was woundedכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרKho/ri/YAN/tumrCoriantumrשֵׁנִיתshe/NITagainוַיִּתְעַלֵּףvay/yit/al/LEFand he faintedמֵאׇבְדַןme/ov/DANwith the lossדָּמוֹ׃da/MOof his blood

   And it came to pass that they fought an exceedingly sore battle, in which Coriantumr was wounded again, and he fainted with the loss of blood.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatלָחֲצוּla/cha/TSUpressedצִבְאוֹתtsiv/OTthe armiesכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרKho/ri/YAN/tumrof Coriantumrעַל־צִבְאוֹתal-tsiv/OTupon the armiesשִׁיזShizof Shizוַיַּכּוּםvay/yak/KUMand they beat themוַיַּבְרִיחוּםvay/yav/ri/CHUMand they caused them to fleeמִפְּנֵיהֶםmip/pe/ne/HEMbefore themוַיָּנוּסוּvay/ya/NU/suand they fledנֶגְבָּהNEG/basouthwardוַיַּטּוּvay/yat/TUand they pitchedאׇהֳלֵיהֶםo/ho/le/HEMtheir tentsבַּמָּקוֹםbam/ma/KOMin the placeאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichנִקְרָאnik/RAwas calledאוֹגַת׃O/gatOgath

    And it came to pass that the armies of Coriantumr did press upon the armies of Shiz that they beat them, that they caused them to flee before them; and they did flee southward, and did pitch their tents in a place which was called Ogath.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatנָטָהna/TApitchedצְבָאtse/VAthe armyכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרKho/ri/YAN/tumrof Coriantumrאֶת־אׇהֳלֵיהֶםet-o/ho/le/HEMtheir tentsאֵצֶלE/tselbyגִּבְעַתgiv/ATthe hillרָמָהRa/MAof Ramahוְהִיאve/HIand it wasהַגִּבְעָהhag/giv/Athe hillאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichהִטְמִיןhit/MINhid upשָׁםshamthereאָבִיa/VImy fatherמוֹרְמוֹןMOR/monMormonאֶת־הַכְּתָבִיםet-hak/ke/ta/VIMthe recordsהַקְּדוֹשִׁיםhak/ke/do/SHIMthe sacredלַיהוָה׃la-Adonaiunto Adonai

    And it came to pass that the army of Coriantumr did pitch their tents by the hill Ramah; and it was that same hill where my father Mormon did hide up the records unto the Lord, which were sacred.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatקִבְּצוּkib/be/TSUthey gathered togetherאֶת־כׇּל־הָעָםet-kol-ha/AMall the peopleאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoעַל־פְּנֵיal-pe/NEupon the faceכׇל־הָאָרֶץkhol-ha/A/retsof all the landאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoלֹאlonotנֶהֶרְגוּne/her/GUhad been slainזוּלַתzu/LATsave it wasאֶתֶר׃E/terEther

    And it came to pass that they did gather together all the people upon all the face of the land, who had not been slain, save it was Ether.

13. 13

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatרָאָהra/AbeheldאֶתֶרE/terEtherאֶת־כׇּל־מַעֲשֵׂיet-kol-ma/a/SEall the doingsהָעָםha/AMof the peopleוַיַּרְאvay/YARand he sawכִּיkithatהָעָםha/AMthe peopleאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoלְכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרle/Kho/ri/YAN/tumrfor Coriantumrנִקְבְּצוּnik/be/TSUwere gathered togetherאֶל־צְבָאוֹel-tse/va/Oto his armyוְהָעָםve/ha/AMand the peopleאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhoלְשִׁיזle/SHIZfor Shizנִקְבְּצוּnik/be/TSUwere gathered togetherאֶל־צְבָאוֹ׃el-tse/va/Oto his army

    And it came to pass that Ether did behold all the doings of the people; and he beheld that the people who were for Coriantumr were gathered together to the army of Coriantumr; and the people who were for Shiz were gathered together to the army of Shiz.

14. 14

    וַיִּהְיוּvay/yih/YUand they wereמְקַבְּצִיםme/kab/be/TSIMgatheringאֶת־הָעָםet-ha/AMthe peopleאַרְבַּעar/BAfourשָׁנִיםsha/NIMyearsלְמַעַןle/MA/anthatיִקְחוּyik/CHUthey might getאֶת־כׇּל־אֲשֶׁרet-kol-a/SHERall whoעַל־פְּנֵיal-pe/NEupon the faceהָאָרֶץha/A/retsof the landוּלְמַעַןu/le/MA/anand thatיְקַבְּלוּye/kab/be/LUthey might receiveאֶת־כׇּל־הַכֹּחַet-kol-hak/KO/achall the strengthאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichיוּכְלוּyukh/LUthey couldלְקַבֵּל׃le/kab/BELto receive

    Wherefore, they were for the space of four years gathering together the people, that they might get all who were upon the face of the land, and that they might receive all the strength which it was possible that they could receive.

    And it came to pass that when they were all gathered together, every one to the army which he would, with their wives and their children—both men, women and children being armed with weapons of war, having shields, and breastplates, and head-plates, and being clothed after the manner of war—they did march forth one against another to battle; and they fought all that day, and conquered not.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכְּבוֹאke/VOwhen cameהַלַּיְלָהhal/LAY/lathe nightוַיִּיעֲפוּvay/yi/a/FUand they were wearyוַיָּשׁוּבוּvay/ya/SHU/vuand retiredאֶל־מַחֲנֵיהֶםel-ma/cha/ne/HEMto their campsוְאַחֲרֵיve/a/cha/REand afterשׁוּבָםshu/VAMthey retiredאֶל־מַחֲנֵיהֶםel-ma/cha/ne/HEMto their campsהֵחֵלּוּhe/CHEL/luthey beganלְיַלֵלle/ya/LELto howlוּלְקוֹנֵןu/le/ko/NENand to lamentעַל־אׇבְדַןal-ov/DANfor the lossהַנֶּהֱרָגִיםhan/ne/he/ra/GIMof the slainמֵעַמָּםme/am/MAMof their peopleוַיִּגְדְּלוּvay/yig/de/LUand great wereצַעֲקוֹתֵיהֶםtsa/a/ko/te/HEMtheir criesיְלָלוֹתֵיהֶםye/la/lo/te/HEMtheir howlingsוְקִינוֹתֵיהֶםve/ki/no/te/HEMand their lamentationsעַד־מְאֹדad-me/ODexceedinglyעַד־כִּיad-kithatבָּקְעוּba/ke/Uthey rentאֶת־הַשָּׁמַיִם׃et-hash/sha/MA/yimthe air

    And it came to pass that when it was night they were weary, and retired to their camps; and after they had retired to their camps they took up a howling and a lamentation for the loss of the slain of their people; and so great were their cries, their howlings and lamentations, that they did rend the air exceedingly.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it wasמִמׇּחֳרָתmim/mo/cho/RATon the morrowוַיָּשׁוּבוּvay/ya/SHU/vuand they returnedלַמִּלְחָמָהlam/mil/cha/MAto battleוַיְהִיvay/HIand wasהַיּוֹםhay/YOMthe dayהַהוּאha/HUthatגָּדוֹלga/DOLgreatוְנוֹרָאve/no/RAand terribleאַךְakhbutלֹאlonotגָבְרוּga/ve/RUconqueredוּכְבוֹאu/khe/VOand when cameהַלַּיְלָהhal/LAY/lathe nightשֵׁנִיתshe/NITagainבָּקְעוּba/ke/Uthey rentאֶת־הַשָּׁמַיִםet-hash/sha/MA/yimthe airבְּצַעֲקוֹתֵיהֶםbe/tsa/a/ko/te/HEMwith their criesוִילָלוֹתֵיהֶםvi/la/lo/te/HEMand their howlingsוְקִינוֹתֵיהֶםve/ki/no/te/HEMand their mourningsעַל־אׇבְדַןal-ov/DANfor the lossהַנֶּהֱרָגִיםhan/ne/he/ra/GIMof the slainמֵעַמָּם׃me/am/MAMof their people

    And it came to pass that on the morrow they did go again to battle, and great and terrible was that day; nevertheless, they conquered not, and when the night came again they did rend the air with their cries, and their howlings, and their mournings, for the loss of the slain of their people.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatכָּתַבka/TAVwroteכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרKho/ri/YAN/tumrCoriantumrשֵׁנִיתshe/NITagainאִגֶּרֶתig/GE/retan epistleאֶל־שִׁיזel-Shizto Shizלְבִלְתִּיle/vil/TIthat notיָשׁוּבya/SHUVhe should returnעוֹדodany moreלַמִּלְחָמָהlam/mil/cha/MAto battleכִּי־אִםki-imbutיִקַּחyik/KACHhe should takeאֶת־הַמַּמְלָכָהet-ham/mam/la/KHAthe kingdomוְיָחוּסve/ya/CHUSand spareעַל־חַיֵּיal-chay/YEthe livesהָעָם׃ha/AMof the people

    And it came to pass that Coriantumr wrote again an epistle unto Shiz, desiring that he would not come again to battle, but that he would take the kingdom, and spare the lives of the people.

    וְהִנֵּהve/hin/NEand beholdחָדַלcha/DALceasedרוּחַRU/achthe SpiritיְהוָהAdonaiof Adonaiמֵהֵאָבֵקme/he/a/VEKfrom strivingבָּםbamwith themוְלַשָּׂטָןve/Las/sa/TANand Satanהָיָהha/YAhadכׇּל־הַכֹּחַkol-hak/KO/achfull powerעַל־לְבַבal-le/VAVover the heartsהָעָםha/AMof the peopleכִּיkiforנִתְּנוּnit/te/NUthey were given upלִקְשִׁיlik/SHIunto the hardnessלִבָּםlib/BAMof their heartsוּלְעִוְרוֹןu/le/iv/RONand the blindnessדַּעְתָּםda/TAMof their mindsלְמַעַןle/MA/anthatיִשָּׁמְדוּyish/sha/me/DUthey might be destroyedלָכֵןla/KHENwhereforeשָׁבוּSHA/vuthey returnedלַמִּלְחָמָה׃lam/mil/cha/MAto battle

    But behold, the Spirit of the Lord had ceased striving with them, and Satan had full power over the hearts of the people; for they were given up unto the hardness of their hearts, and the blindness of their minds that they might be destroyed; wherefore they went again to battle.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatנִלְחֲמוּnil/cha/MUthey foughtכׇּל־הַיּוֹםkol-hay/YOMall the dayהַהוּאha/HUthatוּכְבוֹאu/khe/VOand when cameהַלַּיְלָהhal/LAY/lathe nightוַיִּשְׁכְּבוּvay/yish/ke/VUand they sleptעַל־חַרְבוֹתֵיהֶם׃al-char/vo/te/HEMupon their swords

    And it came to pass that they fought all that day, and when the night came they slept upon their swords.

21. 21

    וּמִמׇּחֳרָתu/mim/mo/cho/RATand on the morrowנִלְחֲמוּnil/cha/MUthey foughtעַד־בּוֹאad-boeven until cameהַלָּיְלָה׃hal/LAY/lathe night

    And on the morrow they fought even until the night came.

22. 22

    וּכְבוֹאu/khe/VOand when cameהַלַּיְלָהhal/LAY/lathe nightהָיוּha/YUthey wereשִׁכּוֹרֵיshik/ko/REdrunken withאַףafangerכְּאִישׁke/ISHas a manשִׁכּוֹרshik/KORwho is drunkenמִיָּיִןmiy/YA/yinwith wineוַיִּשְׁכְּבוּvay/yish/ke/VUand they sleptשֵׁנִיתshe/NITagainעַל־חַרְבוֹתֵיהֶם׃al-char/vo/te/HEMupon their swords

    And when the night came they were drunken with anger, even as a man who is drunken with wine; and they slept again upon their swords.

    And on the morrow they fought again; and when the night came they had all fallen by the sword save it were fifty and two of the people of Coriantumr, and sixty and nine of the people of Shiz.

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatיָשְׁנוּya/she/NUthey sleptעַל־חַרְבוֹתֵיהֶםal-char/vo/te/HEMupon their swordsבַּלַּיְלָהbal/LAY/lain the nightהַהוּאha/HUthatוּמִמׇּחֳרָתu/mim/mo/cho/RATand on the morrowנִלְחֲמוּnil/cha/MUthey foughtשֵׁנִיתshe/NITagainוַיִּתְאַמְּצוּvay/yit/am/me/TSUand they contendedבְּכֹחָםbe/kho/CHAMin their mightבְּחַרְבוֹתֵיהֶםbe/char/vo/te/HEMwith their swordsוּבְמָגִנֵּיהֶםu/ve/ma/gin/ne/HEMand with their shieldsכׇּל־הַיּוֹםkol-hay/YOMall the dayהַהוּא׃ha/HUthat

    And it came to pass that they slept upon their swords that night, and on the morrow they fought again, and they contended in their might with their swords and with their shields, all that day.

    וּכְבוֹאu/khe/VOand when cameהַלַּיְלָהhal/LAY/lathe nightנוֹתְרוּnot/RUthere remainedשְׁלֹשִׁיםshe/lo/SHIMthirtyוּשְׁנַיִםu/she/NA/yimand twoמֵעַםme/AMof the peopleשִׁיזShizof Shizוְעֶשְׂרִיםve/es/RIMand twentyוְשִׁבְעָהve/shiv/Aand sevenמֵעַםme/AMof the peopleכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְר׃Kho/ri/YAN/tumrof Coriantumr

    And when the night came there were thirty and two of the people of Shiz, and twenty and seven of the people of Coriantumr.

26. 26

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatאָכְלוּa/khe/LUthey ateוַיִּישְׁנוּvay/yi/she/NUand they sleptוַיִּתְכּוֹנְנוּvay/yit/kon/NUand prepared themselvesלַמָּוֶתlam/MA/vetfor deathמִמׇּחֳרָתmim/mo/cho/RATon the morrowוְהֵםve/HEMand theyהָיוּha/YUwereאֲנָשִׁיםa/na/SHIMmenגְּדוֹלִיםge/do/LIMlargeוְגִבּוֹרֵיve/gib/bo/REand mightyכֹחַKHO/achof strengthכִּגְבוּרַתkig/vu/RATas to the strengthאֲנָשִׁים׃a/na/SHIMof men

    And it came to pass that they ate and slept, and prepared for death on the morrow. And they were large and mighty men as to the strength of men.

27. 27

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּיkithatנִלְחֲמוּnil/cha/MUthey foughtשָׁלֹשׁsha/LOSHthreeשָׁעוֹתsha/OThoursוַיִּתְעַלְּפוּvay/yit/al/le/FUand they faintedמֵאׇבְדַןme/ov/DANwith the lossדָּמָם׃da/MAMof their blood

    And it came to pass that they fought for the space of three hours, and they fainted with the loss of blood.

28. 28

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERwhenקִבְּלוּkib/be/LUreceivedאַנְשֵׁיan/SHEthe menכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרKho/ri/YAN/tumrof CoriantumrכֹּחַKO/achstrengthדַּיdaysufficientלָלֶכֶתla/LE/khetto walkוַיְבַקְשׁוּvay/vak/SHUand they soughtלָנוּסla/NUSto fleeעַל־נַפְשָׁםal-naf/SHAMfor their livesוְהִנֵּהve/hin/NEand beholdקָםkamaroseשִׁיזShizShizוְגַםve/GAMand alsoאֲנָשָׁיוa/na/SHAYVhis menוַיִּשָּׁבַעvay/yish/sha/VAand sworeבַּחֲמָתוֹba/cha/ma/TOin his wrathכִּיkithatיַהֲרֹגya/ha/ROGhe would slayאֶת־כּוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרet-Ko/ri/YAN/tumrCoriantumrאוֹoorיִפֹּלyip/POLhe would fallבֶּחָרֶב׃be/CHA/revby the sword

    And it came to pass that when the men of Coriantumr had received sufficient strength that they could walk, they were about to flee for their lives; but behold, Shiz arose, and also his men, and he swore in his wrath that he would slay Coriantumr or he would perish by the sword.

    לָכֵןla/KHENwhereforeרָדַףra/DAFhe pursuedאַחֲרֵיהֶםa/cha/re/HEMafter themוּמִמׇּחֳרָתu/mim/mo/cho/RATand on the morrowהִשִּׂיגָםhis/si/GAMhe overtook themוַיִּלָּחֲמוּvay/yil/la/cha/MUand they foughtשֵׁנִיתshe/NITagainבֶּחָרֶבbe/CHA/revwith the swordוַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERwhenנָפְלוּna/fe/LUfellכֻלָּםkhul/LAMallבַּחֶרֶבba/CHE/revby the swordזוּלַתzu/LATsave it wereכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרKho/ri/YAN/tumrCoriantumrוְשִׁיזve/SHIZand Shizוְהִנֵּהve/hin/NEand beholdהִתְעַלֵּףhit/al/LEFfaintedשִׁיזShizShizמֵאׇבְדַןme/ov/DANwith the lossדָּמוֹ׃da/MOof his blood

    Wherefore, he did pursue them, and on the morrow he did overtake them; and they fought again with the sword. And it came to pass that when they had all fallen by the sword, save it were Coriantumr and Shiz, behold Shiz had fainted with the loss of blood.

30. 30

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכַּאֲשֶׁרka/a/SHERwhenנִשְׁעַןnish/ANleanedכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרKho/ri/YAN/tumrCoriantumrעַל־חַרְבּוֹal-char/BOupon his swordוַיָּנַחvay/YA/nachand he restedמְעַטme/ATa littleוַיִּכְרֹתvay/yikh/ROThe smote offאֶת־רֹאשׁet-roshthe headשִׁיז׃Shizof Shiz

    And it came to pass that when Coriantumr had leaned upon his sword, that he rested a little, he smote off the head of Shiz.

31. 31

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedאַחֲרֵיa/cha/REafterכׇּרְתוֹkor/TOhe smote offאֶת־רֹאשׁet-roshthe headשִׁיזShizof Shizוַיִּתְרוֹמֵםvay/yit/ro/MEMraised himself upשִׁיזShizShizעַל־יָדָיוal-ya/DAYVupon his handsוַיִּפֹּלvay/yip/POLand fellוְאַחֲרֵיve/a/cha/REand afterהִתְאַמְּצוֹhit/am/me/TSOhe struggledלִנְשֹׁםlin/SHOMto breatheוַיָּמֹת׃vay/ya/MOTand he died

    And it came to pass that after he had smitten off the head of Shiz, that Shiz raised up on his hands and fell; and after that he had struggled for breath, he died.

32. 32

    וַיְהִיvay/HIand it happenedכִּי־נָפַלki-na/FALthat fellכוֹרִיַנְטוּמְרKho/ri/YAN/tumrCoriantumrאַרְצָהAR/tsato the earthוַיְהִיvay/HIand becameכְּמֵת׃ke/METas dead

    And it came to pass that Coriantumr fell to the earth, and became as if he had no life.

33. 33

    וַיְדַבֵּרvay/dab/BERand spokeיְהוָהAdonaiAdonaiאֶל־אֶתֶרel-E/terto Etherוַיֹּאמֶרvay/YO/merand saidאֵלָיוe/LAYVunto himצֵאtsego forthוַיֵּצֵאvay/ye/TSEand he went forthוַיַּרְאvay/YARand beheldכִּיkithatנִמְלְאוּnim/le/Uhad been fulfilledכׇּל־דִּבְרֵיkol-div/REall the wordsיְהוָהAdonaiof Adonaiוַיְכַלvay/KHALand he finishedאֶת־סִפְרוֹet-sif/ROhis recordוְחֵלֶקve/CHE/lekand a partאֶחָדe/CHADoneמִמֵּאָהmim/me/Aof a hundredלֹאlonotכָּתַבְתִּיka/TAV/tihave I writtenוַיַּטְמִנֵםvay/yat/mi/NEMand he hid themבַּדֶּרֶךְbad/DE/rekhin the wayאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichמְצָאוּםme/tsa/UMfound themעַםamthe peopleלִמְהִי׃LIM/hiof Limhi

    And the Lord spake unto Ether, and said unto him: Go forth. And he went forth, and beheld that the words of the Lord had all been fulfilled; and he finished his record; (and the hundredth part I have not written) and he hid them in a manner that the people of Limhi did find them.

34. 34

    וְאֵלֶּהve/EL/leand theseהַדְּבָרִיםhad/de/va/RIMthe wordsהָאַחֲרוֹנִיםha/a/cha/ro/NIMthe lastאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichכָּתַבka/TAVwroteאֶתֶרE/terEtherאִם־יִרְצֶהim-yir/TSEwhether willsיְהוָהAdonaiAdonaiכִּיkithatאֶנָּשֵׂאen/na/SEI be translatedאוֹoorכִּיkithatאֶסְבֹּלes/BOLI sufferאֶת־רְצוֹןet-re/TSONthe willיְהוָהAdonaiof Adonaiבַּבָּשָׂרbab/ba/SARin the fleshאֵין־דָּבָרen-da/VARit matters notרַקrakonlyאִם־אִוָּשֵׁעַim-iv/va/SHE/aif I am savedבְּמַלְכוּתbe/mal/KHUTin the kingdomהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMof Godאָמֵן׃a/MENAmen

    Now the last words which are written by Ether are these: Whether the Lord will that I be translated, or that I suffer the will of the Lord in the flesh, it mattereth not, if it so be that I am saved in the kingdom of God. Amen.
