Isaiah 32 יְשַׁעְיָהוּ פרק ל״ב

   הֵןhenbeholdלְצֶדֶקle/TSE/dekin-righteousnessיִמְלׇךְ־מֶלֶךְyim/LOKH-ME/lekha-king-shall-reignוּלְשָׂרִיםu/le/sa/RIMand-princesלְמִשְׁפָּטle/mish/PATin-judgmentיָשֹׂרוּ׃ya/SO/ruthey-shall-rule

   Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.

2. 2

   וְהָיָה־אִישׁve/ha/YA-ishand-a-man-shall-beכְּמַחֲבֵא־רוּחַke/ma/cha/VE-RU/achas-a-hiding-place-from-the-windוְסֵתֶרve/SE/terand-a-hiding-placeזָרֶםZA/remstormכְּפַלְגֵי־מַיִםke/fal/GE-MA/yimas-rivers-of-waterבְּצָיוֹןbe/tsa/YONin-a-dry-placeכְּצֵלke/TSELas-the-shadow-ofסֶלַע־כָּבֵדSE/la-ka/VEDa-great-rockבְּאֶרֶץbe/E/retsin-the-land-ofעֲיֵפָה׃a/ye/FAweary

   And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

   And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.

   וּלְבַבu/le/VAVand-the-heart-ofנִמְהָרִיםnim/ha/RIMthe-rashיָבִיןya/VINshall-understandלָדָעַתla/DA/atto-knowוּלְשׁוֹןu/le/SHONand-the-tongue-ofעִלְּגִיםil/le/GIMthe-stammerersתְּמַהֵרte/ma/HERshall-be-readyלְדַבֵּרle/dab/BERto-speakצָחוֹת׃tsa/CHOTplainly

   The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.

   לֹא־יִקָּרֵאlo-yik/ka/REshall-not-be-calledעוֹדodany-moreלְנָבָלle/na/VALthe-vile-personנָדִיבna/DIVliberalוּלְכִילַיu/le/khi/LAYnor-the-churlלֹאlonotיֵאָמֵרye/a/MERbe-saidשׁוֹעַ׃SHO/abountiful

   The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.

   כִּיkiforנָבָלna/VALthe-vile-personנְבָלָהne/va/LAvillainyיְדַבֵּרye/dab/BERspeaksוְלִבּוֹve/lib/BOand-his-heartיַעֲשֶׂה־אָוֶןya/a/SE-A/venworks-iniquityלַעֲשׂוֹתla/a/SOTto-practiceחֹנֶףCHO/nefgodlessnessוּלְדַבֵּרu/le/dab/BERand-to-utterאֶל־יְהֹוָהel-Adonaiagainst-the-LORDתּוֹעָהto/Aerrorלְהָרִיקle/ha/RIKto-make-emptyנֶפֶשׁNE/feshthe-soul-ofרָעֵבra/EVthe-hungryוּמַשְׁקֶהu/mash/KEand-the-drink-ofצָמֵאtsa/MEthe-thirstyיַחְסִיר׃yach/SIRhe-will-cause-to-fail

   For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

   The instruments also of the churl are evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.

   וְנָדִיבve/na/DIVbut-the-liberalנְדִיבוֹתne/di/VOTliberal-thingsיָעָץya/ATSdevisesוְהוּאve/HUand-heעַל־נְדִיבוֹתal-ne/di/VOTupon-liberal-thingsיָקוּם׃ya/KUMshall-he-stand

   But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.

   נָשִׁיםna/SHIMO-womenשַׁאֲנַנּוֹתsha/a/nan/NOTthat-are-at-easeקֹמְנָהKOM/narise-upשְׁמַעְנָהshe/MA/nahearקוֹלִיko/LImy-voiceבָּנוֹתba/NOTO-daughtersבֹּטְחוֹתbot/CHOTcomplacentהַאְזֵנָּהha/ZEN/nagive-ear-toאִמְרָתִי׃im/ra/TImy-speech

   Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.

    יָמִיםya/MIMdaysעַל־שָׁנָהal-sha/NAbeyond-a-yearתִּרְגַּזְנָהtir/GAZ/nayou-shall-be-troubledבֹּטְחוֹתbot/CHOTyou-complacent-womenכִּיkiforכָּלָהka/LAshall-failבָצִירva/TSIRthe-vintageאֹסֶףO/sefthe-gatheringבְּלִיbe/LIshall-notיָבוֹא׃ya/VOcome

    Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come.

    Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird sackcloth upon your loins.

    עַל־שָׁדַיִםal-sha/DA/yimupon-the-breastsסֹפְדִיםsof/DIMlamentingעַל־שְׂדֵי־חֶמֶדal-se/DE-CHE/medfor-the-pleasant-fieldsעַל־גֶּפֶןal-GE/fenfor-the-vineפֹּרִיָּה׃po/riy/YAfruitful

    They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine.

    עַלaluponאַדְמַתad/MATthe-land-ofעַמִּיam/MImy-peopleקוֹץkotsthornsשָׁמִירsha/MIRand-briersתַּעֲלֶהta/a/LEshall-come-upכִּיkiforעַל־כׇּל־בָּתֵּיal-kol-bat/TEupon-all-the-houses-ofמָשׂוֹשׂma/SOSjoyקִרְיָהkir/YAthe-townעַלִּיזָה׃al/li/ZAexultant

    Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city:

    כִּי־אַרְמוֹןki-ar/MONfor-the-palaceנֻטָּשׁnut/TASHshall-be-forsakenהֲמוֹןha/MONthe-multitude-ofעִירirthe-cityעֻזָּבuz/ZAVshall-be-desertedעֹפֶלO/felthe-fortוָבַחַןva/VA/chanand-towerהָיָהha/YAshall-beבְעַדve/ADforמְעָרוֹתme/a/ROTcavesעַד־עוֹלָםad-o/LAMforeverמְשׂוֹשׂme/SOSthe-joy-ofפְּרָאִיםpe/ra/IMwild-assesמִרְעֵהmir/Ea-pasture-ofעֲדָרִים׃a/da/RIMflocks

    Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;

    עַד־יֵעָרֶהad-ye/a/REuntil-be-pouredעָלֵינוּa/LE/nuupon-usרוּחַRU/acha-spiritמִמָּרוֹםmim/ma/ROMfrom-on-highוְהָיָהve/ha/YAand-shall-becomeמִדְבָּרmid/BARthe-wildernessלַכַּרְמֶלlak/kar/MELa-fruitful-field(וכרמל)vakharamal[וְהַכַּרְמֶל]ve/hak/kar/MELand-the-fruitful-fieldלַיַּעַרlay/YA/arfor-a-forestיֵחָשֵׁב׃ye/cha/SHEVbe-counted

    Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.

16. 16

    וְשָׁכַןve/sha/KHANand-shall-dwellבַּמִּדְבָּרbam/mid/BARin-the-wildernessמִשְׁפָּטmish/PATjudgmentוּצְדָקָהu/tse/da/KAand-righteousnessבַּכַּרְמֶלbak/kar/MELin-the-fruitful-fieldתֵּשֵׁב׃te/SHEVshall-abide

    Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.

17. 17

    וְהָיָהve/ha/YAand-shall-beמַעֲשֵׂהma/a/SEthe-work-ofהַצְּדָקָהhats/tse/da/KArighteousnessשָׁלוֹםsha/LOMpeaceוַעֲבֹדַתva/a/vo/DATand-the-effect-ofהַצְּדָקָהhats/tse/da/KArighteousnessהַשְׁקֵטhash/KETquietnessוָבֶטַחva/VE/tachand-assuranceעַד־עוֹלָם׃ad-o/LAMforever

    And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

18. 18

    וְיָשַׁבve/ya/SHAVand-shall-dwellעַמִּיam/MImy-peopleבִּנְוֵהbin/VEin-a-habitation-ofשָׁלוֹםsha/LOMpeaceוּבְמִשְׁכְּנוֹתu/ve/mish/ke/NOTand-in-dwellings-ofמִבְטַחִיםmiv/ta/CHIMsecurityוּבִמְנוּחֹתu/vim/nu/CHOTand-in-resting-placesשַׁאֲנַנּוֹת׃sha/a/nan/NOTquiet

    And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;

19. 19

    וּבָרַדu/va/RADand-it-shall-hailבְּרֶדֶתbe/RE/detin-the-downfall-ofהַיָּעַרhay/YA/arthe-forestוּבַשִּׁפְלָהu/vash/shif/LAand-in-the-low-placeתִּשְׁפַּלtish/PALshall-be-brought-lowהָעִיר׃ha/IRthe-city

    When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place.

    אַשְׁרֵיכֶםash/re/KHEMblessed-are-youזֹרְעֵיzor/Ethat-sowעַל־כׇּל־מָיִםal-kol-MA/yimbeside-all-watersמְשַׁלְּחֵיme/shal/le/CHEthat-send-forthרֶגֶל־הַשּׁוֹרRE/gel-hash/SHORthe-feet-of-the-oxוְהַחֲמוֹר׃ve/ha/cha/MORand-the-ass

    Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass.
