   Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,

   Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

   Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.

   וְכׇל־הַנִּשְׁאָרve/KHOL-han/nish/ARand whoever remainsמִכׇּל־הַמְּקֹמוֹתmik/KOL-ham/me/ko/MOTfrom all the placesאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhereהוּאhuheגָר־שָׁםgar-shamsojourns thereיְנַשְּׂאוּהוּye/nas/se/U/hulet help himאַנְשֵׁיan/SHEthe men ofמְקֹמוֹme/ko/MOhis placeבְּכֶסֶףbe/KHE/sefwith silverוּבְזָהָבu/ve/za/HAVand with goldוּבִרְכוּשׁu/vir/KHUSHand with goodsוּבִבְהֵמָהu/viv/he/MAand with livestockעִם־הַנְּדָבָהim-han/ne/da/VAbesides the freewill offeringלְבֵיתle/VETfor the house ofהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat isבִּירוּשָׁלָ͏ִם׃bI/ru/sha/LA/yimin Jerusalem

   And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem.

   וַיָּקוּמוּvay/ya/KU/muthen rose upרָאשֵׁיra/SHEthe heads ofהָאָבוֹתha/a/VOTthe fathersלִיהוּדָהlI/hu/DAof Judahוּבִנְיָמִןu/Vin/ya/MINand Benjaminוְהַכֹּהֲנִיםve/hak/ko/ha/NIMand the priestsוְהַלְוִיִּםVe/hal/viy/YIMand the Levitesלְכֹלle/KHOLand allהֵעִירhe/IRhad stirredהָאֱלֹהִיםha/e/lo/HIMGodאֶת־רוּחוֹet-ru/CHOhis spiritלַעֲלוֹתla/a/LOTto go upלִבְנוֹתliv/NOTto buildאֶת־בֵּיתet-betthe house ofיְהֹוָהAdonaithe LORDאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthat isבִּירוּשָׁלָ͏ִם׃bI/ru/sha/LA/yimin Jerusalem

   Then rose up the chief of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, with all them whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem.

   וְכׇל־סְבִיבֹתֵיהֶםve/KHOL-se/vi/vo/te/HEMand all who were around themחִזְּקוּchiz/ze/KUstrengthenedבִידֵיהֶםvi/de/HEMtheir handsבִּכְלֵי־כֶסֶףbikh/LE-KHE/sefwith vessels of silverבַּזָּהָבbaz/za/HAVwith goldבָּרְכוּשׁba/re/KHUSHwith goodsוּבַבְּהֵמָהu/vab/be/he/MAand with livestockוּבַמִּגְדָּנוֹתu/vam/mig/da/NOTand with the precious thingsלְבַדle/VADbesidesעַל־כׇּל־הִתְנַדֵּב׃al-kol-hit/nad/DEVall that was willingly offered

   And all they that were about them strengthened their hands with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with beasts, and with precious things, beside all that was willingly offered.

   וְהַמֶּלֶךְve/ham/ME/lekhand the kingכּוֹרֶשׁKO/reshCyrusהוֹצִיאho/TSIbrought outאֶת־כְּלֵיet-ke/LEthe vessels ofבֵית־יְהֹוָהvet-Adonaithe house of the LORDאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatהוֹצִיאho/TSIhad brought outנְבוּכַדְנֶצַּרNe/vu/khad/nets/TSARNebuchadnezzarמִירוּשָׁלַ͏ִםmI/ru/sha/LA/yimfrom Jerusalemוַיִּתְּנֵםvay/yit/te/NEMand had put themבְּבֵיתbe/VETin the house ofאֱלֹהָיו׃e/lo/HAYVhis gods

   Also Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of the LORD, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put them in the house of his gods;

   וַיּוֹצִיאֵםvay/yo/tsi/EMand brought them outכּוֹרֶשׁKO/reshCyrusמֶלֶךְME/lekhthe king ofפָּרַסPa/RASPersiaעַל־יַדal-yadby the hand ofמִתְרְדָתMit/re/DATMithredathהַגִּזְבָּרhag/giz/BARthe treasurerוַיִּסְפְּרֵםvay/yis/pe/REMand counted themלְשֵׁשְׁבַּצַּרle/Shesh/bats/TSARto Sheshbazzarהַנָּשִׂיאhan/na/SIthe prince ofלִיהוּדָה׃Li/hu/DAJudah

   Even those did Cyrus king of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and numbered them unto Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah.

   וְאֵלֶּהve/EL/leand this isמִסְפָּרָםmis/pa/RAMtheir numberאֲגַרְטְלֵיa/gar/te/LEbasins ofזָהָבza/HAVgoldשְׁלֹשִׁיםshe/lo/SHIMthirtyאֲגַרְטְלֵי־כֶסֶףa/gar/te/LE-KHE/sefbasins of silverאָלֶףA/lefa thousandמַחֲלָפִיםma/cha/la/FIMknivesתִּשְׁעָהtish/Anineוְעֶשְׂרִים׃ve/es/RIMand twenty

   And this is the number of them: thirty chargers of gold, a thousand chargers of silver, nine and twenty knives,

    כְּפוֹרֵיke/fo/REbowls ofזָהָבza/HAVgoldשְׁלֹשִׁיםshe/lo/SHIMthirtyכְּפוֹרֵיke/fo/REbowls ofכֶסֶףKHE/sefsilverמִשְׁנִיםmish/NIMof a second kindאַרְבַּעar/BAfourמֵאוֹתme/OThundredוַעֲשָׂרָהva/a/sa/RAand tenכֵּלִיםke/LIMvesselsאֲחֵרִיםa/che/RIMotherאָלֶף׃A/lefa thousand

    Thirty basons of gold, silver basons of a second sort four hundred and ten, and other vessels a thousand.

    כׇּל־כֵּלִיםkol-ke/LIMall the vesselsלַזָּהָבlaz/za/HAVof goldוְלַכֶּסֶףve/lak/KE/sefand of silverחֲמֵשֶׁתcha/ME/shetfiveאֲלָפִיםa/la/FIMthousandוְאַרְבַּעve/ar/BAand fourמֵאוֹתme/OThundredהַכֹּלhak/KOLall theseהֶעֱלָהhe/e/LAbrought upשֵׁשְׁבַּצַּרShesh/bats/TSARSheshbazzarעִםimwithהֵעָלוֹתhe/a/LOTwhen were brought upהַגּוֹלָהhag/go/LAthe exilesמִבָּבֶלmib/Ba/VELfrom Babylonלִירוּשָׁלָ͏ִם׃lI/ru/sha/LA/yimto Jerusalem

    All the vessels of gold and of silver were five thousand and four hundred. All these did Sheshbazzar bring up with them of the captivity that were brought up from Babylon unto Jerusalem.
