   הִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdכֹּהkothusאָמַרa/MARsaysיְהוָהAdonaithe Lordלָכֶםla/KHEMunto youעֲבָדַיa/va/DAYmy servantsנָכוֹןna/KHONit is expedientבִּיbiin meכִּיkithatזִקְנֵיzik/NEthe eldersכְּנֵסִיָּתִיke/ne/siy/ya/TIof my churchיִקָּרְאוּyik/ka/re/Ushould be calledיַחְדָּוyach/DAVtogetherמִמִּזְרָחmim/miz/RACHfrom the eastוּמִמַּעֲרָבu/mim/ma/a/RAVand from the westוּמִצָּפוֹןu/mits/tsa/FONand from the northוּמִדָּרוֹםu/mid/da/ROMand from the southבְּאִגֶּרֶתbe/ig/GE/retby letterאוֹoorבְּדֶרֶךְbe/DE/rekhby wayאַחֶרֶת׃a/che/RETsome other

   Behold, thus saith the Lord unto you my servants, it is expedient in me that the elders of my church should be called together, from the east and from the west, and from the north and from the south, by letter or some other way.

   וְהָיָהve/ha/YAand it shall beכְּפִיke/FIinasmuchאֲשֶׁרa/SHERasיִהְיוּyih/YUthey shall beנֶאֱמָנִיםne/e/ma/NIMfaithfulוְיַאֲמִינוּve/ya/a/MI/nuand exercise faithבִיviin meאֶשְׁפֹּךְesh/POKHI will pour outרוּחִיRu/CHImy Spiritעֲלֵיהֶםa/le/HEMupon themבְּיוֹםbe/YOMin the dayהִקָּהֲלָםhik/ka/ha/LAMthey assembleיַחְדָּו׃yach/DAVtogether

   And it shall come to pass, that inasmuch as they are faithful, and exercise faith in me, I will pour out my Spirit upon them in the day that they assemble themselves together.

   וְהָיָהve/ha/YAand it shall beכִּיkithatיֵצְאוּyets/Uthey shall go forthאֶלelintoהָאֲרָצוֹתha/a/ra/TSOTthe regionsהַסְּבִיבוֹתhas/se/vi/VOTround aboutוְהִטִּיפוּve/hit/TI/fuand shall preachתְשׁוּבָהte/shu/VArepentanceלָעָם׃la/AMunto the people

   And it shall come to pass that they shall go forth into the regions round about, and preach repentance unto the people.

   וְרַבִּיםve/rab/BIMand manyיָשׁוּבוּya/SHU/vushall be convertedעַדadinsomuchכִּיkithatתַּשִּׂיגוּtas/si/GUyou shall obtainכֹּחַKO/achpowerלְהִקָּהֵלle/hik/ka/HELto organize yourselvesכְּחֻקֵּיke/chuk/KEaccording to the lawsהָאָדָם׃ha/a/DAMof man

   And many shall be converted, insomuch that ye shall obtain power to organize yourselves according to the laws of man;

   לְמַעַןle/MA/anthatלֹאlonotיִהְיֶהyih/YEmay haveלְאֹיְבֵיכֶםle/oy/ve/KHEMyour enemiesכֹּחַKO/achpowerעֲלֵיכֶםa/le/KHEMover youלְמַעַןle/MA/anthatתִּשָּׁמְרוּtish/sha/me/RUyou may be preservedבְּכׇלbe/KHOLin allדָּבָרda/VARthingsלְמַעַןle/MA/anthatתּוּכְלוּtukh/LUyou may be ableלִשְׁמֹרlish/MORto keepחֻקּוֹתַיchuk/ko/TAYmy lawsלְמַעַןle/MA/anthatיִנָּתֵקyin/na/TEKmay be brokenכׇּלkoleveryמוֹסֵרmo/SERbondאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwherewithמְבַקֵּשׁme/vak/KESHseeksהָאוֹיֵבha/o/YEVthe enemyלְהַשְׁמִידle/hash/MIDto destroyעַמִּי׃am/MImy people

   That your enemies may not have power over you; that you may be preserved in all things; that you may be enabled to keep my laws; that every bond may be broken wherewith the enemy seeketh to destroy my people.

   הִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdאֲנִיa/NIIאֹמֵרo/MERsayלָכֶםla/KHEMunto youכִּיkithatעֲלֵיכֶםa/le/KHEMyou mustלִפְקֹדlif/KODvisitאֶת־הָעֲנִיִּיםet-ha/a/niy/YIMthe poorוְהָאֶבְיוֹנִיםve/ha/ev/yo/NIMand the needyוְלַעֲזֹרve/la/a/ZORand administer toלָהֶםla/HEMtheir reliefלְמַעַןle/MA/anthatיְכֻלְכְּלוּye/khul/ke/LUthey may be keptעַדaduntilאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatיֵעָשֶׂהye/a/SEmay be doneכׇּלkolallדָּבָרda/VARthingsכְּתוֹרָתִיke/to/ra/TIaccording to my lawאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichקִבַּלְתֶּםkib/bal/TEMyou receivedאָמֵן׃a/MENAmen

   Behold, I say unto you, that ye must visit the poor and the needy and administer to their relief, that they may be kept until all things may be done according to my law which ye have received. Amen.
