   Behold, I say unto thee, Oliver, that it shall be given unto thee that thou shalt be heard by the church in all things whatsoever thou shalt teach them by the Comforter, concerning the revelations and commandments which I have given.

   But, behold, verily, verily, I say unto thee, no one shall be appointed to receive commandments and revelations in this church excepting my servant Joseph Smith, Jun., for he receiveth them even as Moses.

   וְאַתָּהve/at/TAand youתִּשָּׁמַעtish/sha/MAyou shall be obedientלַדְּבָרִיםlad/de/va/RIMunto the thingsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichאֶתֵּןet/TENI shall giveלוֹlohimכְּאַהֲרֹןke/A/ha/RONeven as Aaronלְהַגִּידle/hag/GIDto declareבֶּאֱמוּנָהbe/e/mu/NAfaithfullyאֶת־הַמִּצְוֹתet-ham/mits/VOTthe commandmentsוְהַחֶזְיֹנוֹתve/ha/chez/yo/NOTand the revelationsבְּכֹחַbe/KHO/achwith powerוּבְסַמְכוּתu/ve/sam/KHUTand authorityלַכְּנֵסִיָּה׃lak/ke/ne/siy/YAunto the church

   And thou shalt be obedient unto the things which I shall give unto him, even as Aaron, to declare faithfully the commandments and the revelations, with power and authority unto the church.

   וְאִםve/IMand ifתִּנָּהֵגtin/na/HEGyou are ledבָּעֵתba/ETat a timeמִןminofהָעִתִּיםha/it/TIMthe timesבְּיַדbe/YADbyהַמְּנַחֵםham/Me/na/CHEMthe Comforterלְדַבֵּרle/dab/BERto speakאוֹoorלְלַמֵּדle/lam/MEDteachאוֹoorבְּכׇל־עֵתbe/KHOL-etat all timesבְּדֶרֶךְbe/DE/rekhby the wayמִצְוָהmits/VAof commandmentלַכְּנֵסִיָּהlak/ke/ne/siy/YAunto the churchתּוּכַלtu/KHALyou mayלַעֲשׂוֹתוֹ׃la/a/so/TOdo it

   And if thou art led at any time by the Comforter to speak or teach, or at all times by the way of commandment unto the church, thou mayest do it.

   אַךְakhbutלֹאlonotתִכְתֹּבtikh/TOVyou shall writeבְּדֶרֶךְbe/DE/rekhby way ofמִצְוָהmits/VAcommandmentכִּי־אִםki-imbutבְּחׇכְמָה׃be/chokh/MAby wisdom

   But thou shalt not write by way of commandment, but by wisdom;

   וְלֹאve/LOand notתְצַוֶּהte/tsav/VEyou shall commandעַלalhimהָעוֹמֵדha/o/MEDwho isבְּרֹאשְׁךָbe/ro/she/KHAat your headוּבְרֹאשׁu/ve/ROSHand at the headהַכְּנֵסִיָּה׃hak/ke/ne/siy/YAof the church

   And thou shalt not command him who is at thy head, and at the head of the church;

   כִּיkiforנָתַתִּיna/TAT/tiI gaveלוֹlohimמַפְתְּחוֹתmaf/te/CHOTthe keysהַסּוֹדוֹתhas/so/DOTof the mysteriesוְהַחֶזְיֹנוֹתve/ha/chez/yo/NOTand the revelationsהַחֲתוּמִיםha/cha/tu/MIMwhich are sealedעַדaduntilאֲמַנֶּהa/man/NEI shall appointלָהֶםla/HEMunto themאַחֵרa/CHERanotherתַּחְתָּיו׃tach/TAYVin his stead

   For I have given him the keys of the mysteries, and the revelations which are sealed, until I shall appoint unto them another in his stead.

   וְעַתָּהve/at/TAand nowהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdאֲנִיa/NIIאֹמֵרo/MERsayלְךָle/KHAunto youתֵּלֵךְte/LEKHthat you shall goאֶלeluntoהַלָּמָנִיםhal/La/ma/NIMthe Lamanitesוְתִדְרֹשׁve/tid/ROSHand preachבְשׂוֹרָתִיve/so/ra/TImy gospelאֲלֵיהֶםa/le/HEMunto themוּכְקַבְּלָםu/khe/kab/be/LAMand inasmuch as they receiveתּוֹרָתְךָto/ra/te/KHAyour teachingsתָּקִיםta/KIMyou shall establishכְּנֵסִיָּתִיke/ne/siy/ya/TImy churchבְּקִרְבָּםbe/kir/BAMamong themוְיִהְיוּve/yih/YUand there shall beלְךָle/KHAto youחֶזְיֹנוֹתchez/yo/NOTrevelationsאַךְakhbutאַלaldo notתִּכְתְּבֵםtikh/te/VEMwrite themבְּדֶרֶךְbe/DE/rekhby way ofמִצְוָה׃mits/VAcommandment

   And now, behold, I say unto you that you shall go unto the Lamanites and preach my gospel unto them; and inasmuch as they receive thy teachings thou shalt cause my church to be established among them; and thou shalt have revelations, but write them not by way of commandment.

   וְעַתָּהve/at/TAand nowהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdאֲנִיa/NIIאֹמֵרo/MERsayלְךָle/KHAunto youלֹאlonotנִגְלָהnig/LAit is revealedוְאֵיןve/ENand there is noאִישׁishmanיוֹדֵעַyo/DE/aknowsאֵיפֹהe/FOwhereתִּבָּנֶהtib/ba/NEshall be builtעִירirthe cityצִיּוֹןTsiy/YONof Zionאַךְakhbutיִנָּתֵןyin/na/TENit shall be givenאַחֲרֵי־כֵןa/cha/RE-khenhereafterהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdאֲנִיa/NIIאֹמֵרo/MERsayלְךָle/KHAunto youתִּהְיֶהtih/YEthat it shall beבִּגְבוּלbig/VULon the borders byהַלָּמָנִים׃hal/La/ma/NIMthe Lamanites

   And now, behold, I say unto you that it is not revealed, and no man knoweth where the city Zion shall be built, but it shall be given hereafter. Behold, I say unto you that it shall be on the borders by the Lamanites.

    לֹאlonotתֵצֵאte/TSEyou shall leaveמִןminfromהַמָּקוֹםham/ma/KOMthe placeהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisעַדaduntilאַחֲרֵיa/cha/REafterהַמּוֹעֵדham/mo/EDthe conferenceוְעַבְדִּיve/av/DIand my servantיוֹסֵףYo/SEFJosephיִמָּנֶהyim/ma/NEshall be appointedלָרֹאשׁla/ROSHto presideעַלaloverהַמּוֹעֵדham/mo/EDthe conferenceבְּקוֹלוֹbe/ko/LOby the voice of itוַאֲשֶׁרva/a/SHERand whatיֹאמַרyo/MARhe saysלְךָle/KHAto youתַּגִּיד׃tag/GIDyou shall tell

    Thou shalt not leave this place until after the conference; and my servant Joseph shall be appointed to preside over the conference by the voice of it, and what he saith to thee thou shalt tell.

    וְעוֹדve/ODand againתִּקַּחtik/KACHyou shall takeאֶת־אָחִיךָet-a/CHI/khayour brotherחִירָםChi/RAMHiramפֵּיגPegPageבֵּינְךָbe/ne/KHAbetween youוּבֵינוֹu/ve/NOand himלְבַדּוֹle/vad/DOaloneוְתֹאמַרve/to/MARand tellלוֹlohimכִּיkithatהַדְּבָרִיםhad/de/va/RIMthose thingsאֲשֶׁרa/SHERwhichכָּתַבka/TAVhe wroteמִןminfromהָאֶבֶןha/E/venthe stoneהַהִיאha/HIthatאֵינָםe/NAMare notמִמֶּנִּיmim/MEN/niof meוְהַשָּׂטָןve/has/Sa/TANand Satanהִשִּׁיאוֹ׃hish/shi/Odeceives him

    And again, thou shalt take thy brother, Hiram Page, between him and thee alone, and tell him that those things which he hath written from that stone are not of me and that Satan deceiveth him;

12. 12

    כִּיkiforהִנֵּהhin/NEbeholdהַדְּבָרִיםhad/de/va/RIMthingsהָאֵלֶּהha/EL/letheseלֹאlonotנִמְנוּnim/NUhave been appointedלוֹlounto himוְלֹאve/LOneitherיִמָּנֶהyim/ma/NEshall be appointedדָבָרda/VARanythingלְאִישׁle/ISHunto anyבַּכְּנֵסִיָּהbak/ke/ne/siy/YAof the churchהַזֹּאתhaz/ZOTthisהֵפֶךְHE/fekhcontrary toבְּרִיתוֹתbe/ri/TOTthe covenantsהַכְּנֵסִיָּה׃hak/ke/ne/siy/YAof the church

    For, behold, these things have not been appointed unto him, neither shall anything be appointed unto any of this church contrary to the church covenants.

13. 13

    כִּיkiforכׇל־דָּבָרkhol-da/VARall thingsיֵעָשֶׂהye/a/SEmust be doneבְּסֵדֶרbe/SE/derin orderוְעַל־פִּיve/AL-piand by the consentהַכֹּלhak/KOLof allבַּכְּנֵסִיָּהbak/ke/ne/siy/YAin the churchבִּתְפִלַּתbit/fil/LATby the prayerאֱמוּנָה׃e/mu/NAof faith

    For all things must be done in order, and by common consent in the church, by the prayer of faith.

14. 14

    וְתַעֲזֹרve/ta/a/ZORand you shall assistלְתַקֵּןle/tak/KENto settleכׇּל־הַדְּבָרִיםkol-had/de/va/RIMall thingsהָאֵלֶּהha/EL/letheseכִּבְרִיתוֹתkiv/ri/TOTaccording to the covenantsהַכְּנֵסִיָּהhak/ke/ne/siy/YAof the churchבְּטֶרֶםbe/TE/rembeforeתֵּצֵאte/TSEyou shall takeלְדַרְכְּךָle/dar/ke/KHAyour journeyאֶלelamongהַלָּמָנִים׃hal/La/ma/NIMthe Lamanites

    And thou shalt assist to settle all these things, according to the covenants of the church, before thou shalt take thy journey among the Lamanites.

15. 15

    וְיִנָּתֵןve/yin/NA/tenand it shall be givenלְךָle/KHAyouמֵעֵתme/ETfrom the timeלֶכְתְּךָlekh/te/KHAyou shall goעַדaduntilעֵתetthe timeשׁוּבְךָshuv/KHAyou shall returnמָהmawhatתַּעֲשֶׂה׃ta/a/SEyou shall do

    And it shall be given thee from the time thou shalt go, until the time thou shalt return, what thou shalt do.

16. 16

    וְתִפְתַּחve/tif/TACHand you must openפִּיךָPI/khayour mouthבְּכׇל־עֵתbe/KHOL-etat all timesלְהַשְׁמִיעַle/hash/MI/adeclaringבְּשׂוֹרָתִיbe/so/ra/TImy gospelבְּקוֹלbe/KOLwith the soundגִּילָהgi/LAof rejoicingאָמֵן׃a/MENAmen

    And thou must open thy mouth at all times, declaring my gospel with the sound of rejoicing. Amen.
