Doctrine and Covenants Section 131 הַלֶּקַח וְהַבְּרִיתוֹת סעיף קל״א

   בִּכְבוֹדbikh/VODin the gloryהַשָּׁמַיִםhash/sha/MA/yimcelestialשְׁלֹשָׁהshe/lo/SHAthere are threeשָׁמַיִםsha/MA/yimheavensאוֹoorמַעֲלוֹת׃ma/a/LOTdegrees

   In the celestial glory there are three heavens or degrees;

   וּלְהַשִּׂיגu/le/has/SIGand in order to obtainאֶת־הָעֶלְיוֹנָהet-ha/el/yo/NAthe highestבּוֹאbomustיָבוֹאya/VOenterאָדָםa/DAMa manבְּסֵדֶרbe/SE/derinto the orderהַכְּהֻנָּהhak/ke/hun/NAof the priesthoodהַזֶּהhaz/ZEthisהִיאhimeaningבְּרִית־עוֹלָםbe/RIT-o/LAMthe everlasting covenantהַחֲדָשָׁהha/cha/da/SHAnewבְּרִית־חֻפָּה׃be/RIT-chup/PAcovenant of marriage

   And in order to obtain the highest, a man must enter into this order of the priesthood [meaning the new and everlasting covenant of marriage];

   וְאִםve/IMand ifלֹאlonotיָבוֹאya/VOhe enterלֹאlohe cannotיַשִּׂיגyas/SIGobtainאוֹתָהּ׃o/TAit

   And if he does not, he cannot obtain it.

   יָכוֹלya/KHOLhe mayלָבוֹאla/VOenterאֶל־הָאַחֶרֶתel-ha/a/CHE/retinto the otherאַךְakhbutשָׁםshamthere isקֵץketsthe endמַלְכוּתוֹmal/khu/TOof his kingdomוְלֹאve/LOand he cannotיִרְבֶּה׃yir/BEhave an increase

   He may enter into the other, but that is the end of his kingdom; he cannot have an increase.

   (May 17th, 1843.) The more sure word of prophecy means a man's knowing that he is sealed up unto eternal life, by revelation and the spirit of prophecy, through the power of the Holy Priesthood.

   אֵיןenthere is noאָדָםa/DAMmanיָכוֹלya/KHOLableלְהִוָּשֵׁעַle/hiv/va/SHE/ato be savedבִּבְלִי־דַעַת׃biv/LI-da/ATin ignorance

   It is impossible for a man to be saved in ignorance.

   אֵיןenthere is noחֹמֶרCHO/mermatterאֲשֶׁרa/SHERthatאֵינֶנּוּe/NEN/nuis notגַּשְׁמִיgash/MImaterialכׇּל־רוּחַkol-RU/achall spiritחֹמֶרCHO/mermatterהוּאhuit isאַךְakhbutדַּקdakfineיוֹתֵרyo/TERmoreאוֹoorזַךְzakhpureוְלֹאve/LOand cannotיֵרָאֶהye/ra/Ebe discernedכִּי־אִםki-imonlyלְעֵינַיִםle/e/NA/yimby eyesזַכּוֹתzak/KOTpureיוֹתֵר׃yo/TERmore

   There is no such thing as immaterial matter. All spirit is matter, but it is more fine or pure, and can only be discerned by purer eyes;

   אֵיןennotאֲנַחְנוּa/NACH/nuweרוֹאִיםro/IMcan seeאוֹתוֹo/TOitאַךְakhbutבְּהִטַּהֵרbe/hit/ta/HERwhen are purifiedגְּוִיּוֹתֵינוּge/viy/yo/te/NUour bodiesנִרְאֶהnir/Ewe shall seeכִּיkithatהַכֹּלhak/KOLallחֹמֶרCHO/mermatterהוּא׃huit is

   We cannot see it; but when our bodies are purified we shall see that it is all matter.
